This place is located on the green at the golf course cordillera just a short walk across the parking lot from the main hotel with beautiful views and equally as good food I suggest trying the magi magi tacos and it's a perfect place to sip down a Colorado native brew.keep your eye out for the house dog Georgia who is able to hang around and greet guest on the patio she's great.

I love this place. My favorite is the scotch eggs, but the wings are good too. It is right off the Short Course with beautiful views. The bar has a good scotch selection with Talisker and Oban.

Fish and Chips was rubbery. When we told the waitress, she responded with "that's the first time anyone has complained about our fish and chips". Really? You are rated a 2 star, doubt that's the case. Spinach artichoke dip was decent as was the view.

Horrible service from all staff: hostess, bartender and waiter. Worst service I've had in years. Food was completely mediocre. Not one good meal in our whole group. Total disappointment! We will never go back.

Slow service - took 25 minutes to get our appetizer. Food was mediocre. Visit the other Grouse not this one. Disappointment.

We just had a laughably horrible dining experience here, laughable because it was so bad . This restaurant advertised to celebrate st paddy's with them saying they had corned beef special and live music so our group made a reservation and showed up. Unfortunately the restaurant seemed unaware of their ad and our reservation because while they had a full house they had one bartender for the entire place. Our server although working in a bar/ restaurant was unfamiliar with orders like whiskey neat, beer, wine and tried to offer whiskey and tonic. The corned beef special was atrocious. Our food was served to our party in shifts so the last person was served after the rest of the table was done. We were offered no apology other than they were very busy ( this was a surprise?) and apparently working in a bar but being completely oblivious to any kind of drink order was okay because our server doesn't drink. Maybe she should start. Stay away from this place.

This bar made me feel like a local. The bartenders treat you like old friends and allow you to plug in your iPod and take the role as deejay for the night.... and dance on the bar. ;) We headed to Grouse on the Green for the "late night party" following my friends' wedding at the Lodge & Spa at Cordillera. We had cheese platters, antipasto, nachos (meat and vegeterian), teriyaki and buffalo wings served to us. NOM NOM NOM. delicious.

Wonderful service, food, and atmosphere. The views are amazing. You must try the turkey club. The Black and Tan brownie was amazing; had it two days in a row.

I love me a good celtic bar... this wasn't one of them. \The Meat wasn't cooked as asked (4 different orders) the warm apple pie was cold - twice. the only thing i liked about this place was the ambience (i was told it was a bar where the woodwork was imported from ireland - it wasn't - it was new construction with look-a-like heavy timber)

Foods average at twice the price, but the view on the deck one of the best in the area
