Burger or Hamburger is savored as the most desired fast food meal in the United States. A hamburger is basically a sandwich prepared by stuffing ground meat patty, generally beef, between two slices of a bun cut in half. Hamburger is also famous for its seasoning. Most popular condiments used in hamburgers in the United States are mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Besides ground meat patty, hamburgers are also stuffed with lettuce, onions, tomato slices, pickles, and cheese.
Hamburgers are also categorized into two types in the United States. Fast food hamburger and individual hamburgers served at restaurants are two basic types of burgers served in the United States. The individual hamburgers served at restaurants are prepared using everything including lettuce, onion, tomato, and sliced pickles as well as melted cheese on the patty or crumbled on top. American restaurants also serve veggie burgers for those who don't relish meat. Cheeseburgers are also hot favorite in the United States.
McDonalds is the most popular fast food burger restaurant serving different types of burgers in the United States. On the other hand, there are several restaurants such as Burger King are famous for serving the best hamburgers in the United States. This is the kind of restaurant I like. They have a simple menu, reasonable prices, outdoor seating, local beer, craft soda, and gluten-free and vegetarian options. The green chiles I had on my burger were delicious! The staff were beyond friendly and I would definitely come back here.
(5)Fritz R.
Wow! Vegetarian beef (grass fed no hormones). Had burger with Green Chiles. A new "one of my favorite places" in Durango. Only downside is local bottled beer Versus Tapped. Will definitely be back!
(5)Tanya M.
Let me say I do love the food for the most part. I love that they offer gluten free and dairy free options. This is my problem, more than once our gluten free order has been goofed with regular buns. Nothing is marked in the to go bags on GF vs ordinary. Twice we have had to through out my son's or my meal due to allergen contaminants. Always, always, always have them unwrap your burger and confirm the gluten free bun that you pay extra for is in fact on your burger.
(3)Richard L.
Great burgers from simple to add all the good stuff...cheese, bacon, onions, etc... Fries were delicious and they offer regular and sweet potatoes. The chocolate shake was good as well and all at Very affordable prices. My wife said it was the best burger in a while...plus they were very friendly and the bus man was singing while he cleaned...cool and relaxing...don't pas them up!!!

If you're in Durango and ready for top class fastfood: this is the place! Great burgers - good meat, fresh salad, superb fries! Laidback-rough--cool-chic atmosphere. We loved it!
(5)Allison S.
Enthusiastic likable staff and conscientious menu. So inexpensive which is tough to find when a business goes the extra mile of good environmental practices. Vegetarian black bean burger is my favorite, try w salad w fresh local ingredients & great lemon vinegrette. The bf loves the burgers and fries. Try their unique soda and sit on the patio if weather allows. Quick service. Owner has made rounds and checked on us every time we've been here. We brought out of towners here twice and w each instance they wanted to go again before leaving. Love this place.

Note that this review is directly from a vegan/vegetarian point of view, and particularly for the Black Bean Burger. To begin with, I absolutely LOVE this restaurant's commitment to recycling, to sustainability, and, to buying locally produced products. In that regard, they deserve extra credit. After that, the place is pretty pedestrian. We were excited that they even had vegetarian options, but there seems to be plenty of them in Durango. The city is vegan/vegetarian friendly. Our excitement waned a bit when we sampled their product. Unlike the review of Sheena S., I found the Black Bean Burger to be very similar to other Black Bean Burgers I've had at other restaurants, but not as good. There was nothing remarkable about the size, the flavor, or the texture. Yeah, it was good, but, by no means, "out of this world." I've had a lot better. Another thing about the Black Bean Burger is that it is pretty "small." For $4.50, you get a burger about the size of any fast food "basic" burger. Additionally, they include only lettuce and tomato. If you want anything else on it, you have to ask for it, and, even then, you still might not get it. The lettuce on my burger was one, small leaf that would easily fit in the palm of my hand. The tomatoes were two, thinly sliced pieces, too, and each would easily fit in the palm of my hand, too. The pickles were non-existent. I didn't get any, and I ordered the chipotle mayo, but found just an insignificant smear on one half of the bun that looked like an afterthought. In my estimation, for $4.50, the Black Bean Burger was not "grass-fed," was not, to the best of my knowledge, organically grown, and was not a very good value for the price, especially considering the size, that it was served by itself, and that the bun was not even up to the standards of those purchased in any grocery store. Another consideration in my review is that there is no waiter service. You order at the counter, and wait for your name to be called. Yeah, they'll come looking for you if you don't answer, but usually this type of restaurant has better pricing, even in mountain towns. I also had french fries with my burger, and I didn't care much for those, either. This is a personal preference because I just don't care for the thin-cut, shoestring potatoes. For $2.50, I got a small, paper bowl of these fries that were a basic food service offering with little flavor, and hardly satisfying. Another item I remembered about my visit after reading some of the other reviews is that they seem, for some reason, to have difficulty getting orders right. On our order, there were only four items, but they forgot one. We had to remind them. No big deal, right? I saw it happen two other times when I was there, and the place was not busy at all. When you pick up your order, make sure they got it right. Chances are good they did not. They are friendly enough about correcting errors, but I found it remarkable how many they made. Hey, the place is A-OK, and that's it. Keep in mind how difficult is to find good help anywhere, let alone in a secluded mountain town. Also, take into consideration the extra expense of having to have food trucked in. In the case of this restaurant, the extra expense of much of their product shouldn't be a factor since they buy locally as much as they can, but they still have some of it shipped in, (as witnessed by the fries and buns), and it's a six hour drive from Denver on a good day. Eat here, support their efforts as sustainability, but don't expect to leave entirely satisfied. You'll probably still be hungry.
(3)Chan J.
Celiac heaven. GF burger buns and french fries that are in a dedicated potato fryer! I personally love my burger with cheddar, green chili, and the chipotle mayo. So delicious. Omission GF beer available, too!
(5)Chris C.
Love this place , wish there was one in Kenosha. Good burgers , fries and salads. The salads are more than lettuce! I had the sweet potato fries, a burger and salad all were awesome as were the prices!!
(5)Ali B.
We came here for lunch today on our vacation. The burgers are very good and it's build your own. They have a small selection of local beer too. The manager took our order. He was great and so was the other staff. They came by to make sure everything was great. The sweet potato fries are good and so is the chipotle mayo. I would definitely come back again.
(5)Donna C.
Didn't even get to eat here. I walked up to the patio with my dog looking for a place to sit and an employee started practically yelling at me from halfway across the restaurant that they don't allow dogs due to "State of Colorado's Health Laws." Huh?? I ate on the patios of several Colorado restaurants the week I was there. In fact, after being told they didn't allow dogs, I walked around the block to another restaurant (also reviewed) where I ate on the patio with my dog and there were also a couple of other families with their dogs. My review might have been different if the male employee had handled the situation with a little more discretion, but he didn't and judging by my experiences at other pet-friendly restaurants, his information is faulty.
(1)Amanda G.
People keep complaining about the size of the burgers here, but I think they are just the complaints of a society who's gotten used to half-pound patties! The burgers here are delicious and juicy - don't let the concept of grass-fed beef fool you! It can still be 75%-25% or some other ridiculous fat content - and tasty too! I got a burger with cheese and sweet potato fries. Even though everything is sold separately (i.e. fries are not included in burger price) prices are still reasonable. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and paid a good price. I also enjoyed being off of Main Ave a bit and having the big garage doors open to the nice summer air. I hope this place sticks around!
(4)Jared G.
It took forty minutes for my one burger. Me by myself, at 1:30 P.M., forty minutes. Burger was OK, grass fed beef is never as overly tasty as Colorado people try to make it seem. It was just OK and the fries were OK too.
(3)Tom K.
Amazing burgers! Since we eat only grass-fed beef at home, we were ecstatic to find this place. Had a double patty with green chili, swiss, chipotle mayo, pickles, onions, tomato and lettuce. Wifey had a single on gluten-free bun. We took smaller and smaller bites toward the end just to make the moment last - they were that good. Regular and sweet potato fries are wispy-style (my favorite) - loved both, crisp and fresh. The whole place was very clean and nicely decorated (including spacious restrooms), but with crisp Durango air, we ate out on the patio. Even though a little pricey ($24 for two, no drinks), we're looking forward to going back.
(5)Joey M.
Great food, good service! They have a lot of good healthier options. They have a small play area for the kids and it was great for my niece. She played in it almost the entire time we were there.
(5)Sam F.
Tried this place for the first time yesterday and it was great! The restaurant definitely has an LA/sleek/cool vibe when you walk in which was surprising but also pretty legit. You order up front and can customize your burger with various toppings. I went with their normal burger with all the fixings :) They take your name instead of giving you a number so listen for your name! I loved how they had a little side section for water and self-serve ketchup and mustard. Okay so the vibe was cool and the burgers were yummy so why three stars? First, the lady taking our order was pretty surly and kind of cranky when we asked questions. Sorry lady, but this was our first time so we needed a bit more time to read the menu and make a decision. Second, our names were called relatively quickly but for some reason one of our burgers got lost so we had to wait longer than we would have liked for that to come up. My friend also had to go up to the counter to inquire as to where the burger was! Third, the fries weren't that stellar. They were super thin and not very tasty so I'd stick to the burger. Overall the burger IS delicious, there is no lying about that. However it is quite small so you might be hungry if you don't order fries along with it.
(3)L A.
Yep! Walked up and down the street. Ended back here. It's a grass fed burger. Without the high$$$ price of a steak. I need the burger! This is a bit like "burger lounge" in Cali. This place is BIGGER and fancier. Me likely Gonna take it back to my hotel. Relax and eat! It is back off the street. Worth the find.
(5)Craig S.
Went here on a recommendation. Lots of hyp about grass fed beef being better for you and the environment. This may be so but I am into taste. I like what tastes good. This is what I would call a trendy place. It is off Main Street behind two tour booths. When we went in we were ignored till the lady taking orders shot a glove off her hand. Then she was very friendly took our order which she got wrong. Supposed to had a lettuce wrap burger, got one on a bun. The burger was good. Thin reminded me of a smash burger. Tasted like a smash burger. Yes I would eat there again for a light meal. One burger is not enough if you are hungry and do not eat the bun.
(3)L C.
I love coming here. The meat is real, the soda gourmet, the prices affordable and the sweet potato fries.. Yum! They do things right.
(5)Priscilla R.
Yummy sweet potato fries. I love that they can do lettuce wrap for burger and no bun. They also have gluten free for those people looking for that. I did think the patty was a little small. But overall it was very tasty and good. The place was clean and service was fast. I do not like their tea. It is the kind from the soda machine. Too bad they can't just brew some tea every morning. That makes a big difference. But won't stop me from eating there again. Just drink water!
(4)Felicia G.
This is THE BEST black bean veggie burger EVER!!! Great service and awesome food (its healthier, but you'd never know it - it tastes so good)!
(5)Michelle B.
Loved their sweet potato fries! We ordered it to go; I kept it simple with a burger and cheddar cheese, it was good, fresh tasting but not to die for amazing as I expected. My husband had a beef and black bean burger with green chili and thought it deserved a 4 or 5 star rating. Fun atmosphere, nice employees, lots of fresh open air seating plus a small play area for kids.
(4)Justin M.
I had to come back twice! Excellent spot for a quick, but fresh bite. SO GOOD!
(5)Sheena S.
My husband and I checked this place out last night after a 7 hour drive from Denver, and man is this the spot to go! I have trouble finding places for both of us to eat happily as I am a vegetarian and he is not, but GrassBurger has black bean burgers, which I ordered and grass fed beef burgers which my husband ordered. The black bean burger was out if this world! I almost asked them how they made it so I could re create it when I get back to Denver. I was told the grass fed burger was amazing as well, and the hand cut fries just topped the meal! Would make this a regular spot if they were not 7 hours from where I live. Bring this great burger joint to Denver!! It really hit every spot we both needed after a very long day!
(5)Jakeandlillie D.
So good and no worries about hormones or antibiotics in our meat! And great sweet potato fries. Friendly staff. Great outdoor seating. We're only in town for 4 days and we're probably gonna be a regular by the time we leave. We went with no buns but gluten free buns are available.
(5)Bethany M.
The best experience & food you can find! I have written two reviews for restaurants in my entire life- and this is one of them!!! After waiting for over 45 minutes at DSP (Diorios South Pizza) & leaving without pizza due to awful management, we showed up at grassburger very hungry (& soaked- it was raining outside). I was in a bad mood due to the previous experience and upon walking in was greeted by two of the nicest staff ever! This alone was worth noting as I was not being terribly friendly. They explained the menu, apologized (even though they were not at fault) for our negative experience and explained the menu with full smiles. The food arrived warm & delicious. We had the grilled cheese (delicious & loaded with cheese), the black bean burger (not bland with great flavor- my 8 year old loved it & I stole a few bites), the hamburger (incredibly fresh & juicy) & the sweet potatoes french fries that rocked!!!! Their beer selection is great & they have inside & outside seating!!!!! Every member of the staff was attentive, coming out several times to check on food, wait, and make sure we were satisfied..... this being on the 4th of July with an absolute crazy overflow of customers all being demanding. I could not believe how each member checked with us (with a smile on their face) & how wonderful the food was. Honestly I did not know a restaurant could have such reasonable pricing, great flavor, and impeccable service!!!!!! It was truly the greatest experience! Leaving the restaurant, we watched the firework show & called a cab to get a safe ride back. Almost an hour later, the fireworks had ended, restaurant had closed & still no cab. The OWNERS offered us a car ride back to where we were staying even though it was out of their way. I can not remember the last time I met someone that "paid it forward" and reached out so much. It was a reminder of how everyone should treat each other & the great American spirit. Please visit this wonderful establishment. The food is great & the people & staff you are supporting are some of the best you could meet! Thank you again for all you do :) !!!!!
(5)Matt H.
Excellent burger yet again. The folks forgot a patty on my double, but were very accommodating and hooked me up with my second patty. Delicious. Now they have mustard at the ketchup bar. I would love to see some hot sauces since this is the Southwest. Otherwise, it was a very good meal.
(4)Sandy K.
I highly recommend! Our first visit was for dinner, and we liked it so much we went back for lunch the next day. At first you may think they have a limited menu, but it's just a matter of ordering your burger the way YOU like it. Be sure and ask for ranch with the fries. They are great, not your ordinary fries!
(5)Shannon S.
Seriously the best burger! It appears somewhat small, but was very filling. The fries are perfect cut & seasoning. Highly recommend!!!!
(5)Sara W.
Great atmosphere, great burger. Servings are small, but priced right. Excellent location. Absolutely packed, but the service kept up.
(3)Clinton K.
Outstanding food. The burgers and fries are better than my favorite (In-n-Out Burger)
(5)Laura W.
Great burgers! Tasted great. Staff wasn't the friendliest. Seemed to favor the locals. Food was delicious.
(4)Chuck W.
I had a terrible experience here. Staff was not polite and a small burger and fries was 12$. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
(1)Rob M.
Tasty burger, great fries. Only 3 stars because the burgers are tiny. Kitchen staff need to be quite. The whole restaurant doesn't need to hear you.
(3)Jenna H.
My dad and I stopped here for lunch while visiting downtown. The food was very fresh, burgers and fries were amazing, and price was very reasonable. The staff was great (they came around checking on how everyone was doing and even remembered names). I would definitely come back! If I could give more stars, I would.
(5)Chris L.
This place was awesome. Has the black bean burger with sweet potato fries, and the salad. All the employees were nice as well.
(5)Louellen C.
Great burgers and fries along with helpful and cheerful staff make this a gem of a place. The burgers are "human-sized", juicy, and delicious! The chipotle mayo and green chilies add just the right kick. For the gluten free, they offer gluten free buns and beers. Definitely will be back!
(5)Ash S.
Simply outstanding. I wish we could take this outfit back to Dallas. We had two burgers with gluten free buns and two with regular bread. The meat was the most scrumptious and juiciest that I have ever had. It must be those grass fed cows. The regular and sweet potato fries were excellent as well. To top it off, the prices were economical. For the price of fast food, we ate healthy, conscientious, and delicious food in a very expensive part of Durango. Keep it up guys and bring the chain to North Dallas!
(5)David W.
Walking thru Durango, Colorado, I found this place, walked in and had the most fabulous burger. This is better than home made, better than any fast food joint and better than I've had in a long time including what I can make - I cooked professionally for 8 years. What did I have? Well I let the guy at the counter pick then I added crisp bacon and caramelized onions. The burger came out moments later hot, juicy and really fresh. The tomato, lettuce and white onions were cool and crisp. The burger and cartelized onions hot and juicy. A perfect balance and done to a perfect medium on the temp. Don't pass up this place. Ed the owner who I met later in the day is a real foodie and a local to Durango. Five stars.
(5)Bethany N.
Great burgers in town - you have to add chipolte mayo, ties it all together. The fries are perfect and the salads are HGUE for a side salad!
(5)Padraic I.
The old man with a peppered beard is the soup nazi reincarnated. The food is good, seriously great burgers and their chipotle mayo is amazing. But the soup nazi will yell your name for your order and tell it throughout the restaurant if you don't immediately get your food. He won't bring the food to you, just yell your name. He seriously makes customers feel bad for not knowing how the system works. My family eats here often because the food is so good, at first we were angry, now it's comical the way he is wound so tight. I'm not sure if he is the owner, manager or some hired hand, but he seriously needs to work in his customer service skills.
(4)Freddy S.
Grassburger gets an overall excellent from this burger fan. Now onto some specifics: 1. Ordering: Simple menu, and you wait in line to place your order. They take your name and call your order by name when ready. I got a Grassburger with cheddar, (adding lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup and their chipotle mayo while discarding the mustard option) with regular french fries and a soda. Their soda is all cane sugar based and quite tasty. 2. Seating: Plenty of space. There are a few tables large enough for 6 or 8, several 4 toppers, and many bar-rail stools, some of which would give you a nice view into the preparation line. There is a small play area for the kids and a kid-sized picnic table in the play area. There is some outdoor seating as well, but it was a bit too cold and no customers were taking advantage of the outdoor seating. 3. Ambience: Loud. While there is a back kitchen area where they do some prepping, all of the cooking and assembly occurs in the same space as the ordering, dining, conversing and playing. It wasn't overbearing, but just be aware. If the weather is good, outside seating might be a quieter option, or a take-out order. 4. The burger. When ordering, I tried to assemble what I consider a "basic" burger. The only item outside of my definition of basic was the chipotle mayo. Regular mayo was not an available choice on the menu. ( whats up with that, Grassburger folks?). The burger arrived semi-wrapped in paper and looked delicious. I took a nice bite and what did it taste like? Chipotle Mayo. I unwrapped the burger for a little deconstruction. Top bun, veggies with ketchup, burger with cheese on it, chipotle mayo, bottom bun. Herein lay the problem. Chipotle is a dominating flavor, and Grassburger mixed it with tongue-coating fat (mayo) and then placed it closest to the tongue. Bad Grassburger! Go sit in the corner for such a food faux pas. The fix,, however, was quite simple. I put the whole thing back together as originally constructed on the line, then flipped it over and ate it "upside down". Guess what? There was lettuce and onions and tomato and pickles and ketchup. There was tasty gooey cheddar cheese, then this AMAZING beef patty all sorts of juicy and sumptuous.... and then a hint of spicy mayo to top it all off. DELISH! 5. The regular fries: Legit and on point. They are cut very small, thinner than the folks over at the place with the arches out front. Long strings of skin-on potato goodness with just the right amount of salt. These are a hole-in-one and worth picking up to snack on if you strolling the sidewalks of downtown Durango. 6. The Beverages: Thy do sell local brew in cans or bottles, but I opted for a soda. I had a few of their different flavors and they were all very good. Here is where it gets a bit odd: The single-use plastic cups they hand out say that they are "Industrially compostable", but diners just throw them away with the rest of the trash. If I'm just going to toss it out, why use a plastic cup when a standard waxed-paper cup would work just fine? The kids get a washable plastic cup. That would be fine too. It seems to be some "green" gimmick to make people feel better, but its darn confusing when there is no special container to receive used plastic cups for recycling. Why make customers feel guilty for not properly recycling their overtly-advertised recyclable cups? 7. The damages: A single burger with cheese, an order of fries, and a soda are going to set you back $10 plus tax and a guilt trip for tossing your plastic cup in the trash. 8. The finale: Definitely delicious. $45 to 50 bucks for lunch for a family of 4 is a bit steep, so work the menu to your favor. Carnivores may want to get a double-burger.

I've been looking forward to trying this place out as it seems popular, but I really don't understand why it's so popular after eating here recently. I respect any business owner to that takes a risk & opens a place in a very saturated market, especially burgers. That's why I expected this to be so good, but their burgers are just average. Seriously, I just don't get why this place is so popular. There are not that many toppings, their burgers are very small, like a junior size, fries are extra, no onion rings, no tater tots, you have to order from a counter and they expect a 20% tip via the POS Ipad, no beer on tap, just cans, just kinda disappointing for this town. Carver's or Durango Diner have the best burgers in town with about 15 toppings to choose from, plus you get full service and very good beer to go with it. The problem is I spent more here than I would at Carver's or Durango Diner. Hey if everybody loves this place, fine, but I just don't see it, not for me.
(2)Yzer C.
One of the top burgers in Durango. Excellent fries. Burgers can be ordered with gluten-free buns. A healthy alternative offering "real food" with a simplified In 'n Out Burger style menu. One of the few nice outdoor eating areas in town. A local favorite worth trying!
(4)Elizabeth K.
Super delicious burger. Oh my goodness! Service was slow and the place is a bit chaotic but the food is good enough to come back. So much yum!
(4)Scott K.
Great burger and fries. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The Boylan drinks hit the spot.
(5)Rob H.
First a couple tips. Are you an American who gorges on massive amounts of food? Could you care less where you food comes from as long as it's cheap? If so then don't eat here. On second thought what are you doing on yelp? Didn't you see the horrible reviews everyone gives Applebee's? The Burger and fries are excellent here as you would expect since they are sourcing the best local ingredients and the cows are all... grass fed. The bun was really good which you know can ruin a burger since it's half of each bite. Crisp iceberg lettuce and onion plus a juicy tomato and spicy mayo round it all out The portions are modest, so I would suggest two patties if you just biked Kennebec. My wife had the salad with a beef patty on top which she said was fantastic. The service was average, which if you live in Durango you know that's as good as it's gonna get. Great new restaurant in Durango that specializes in burgers. Give it a try.
(5)Shannon B.
We pulled into town from AZ and looked on yelp for some food. This place was great! The food was yummy, fresh, and full of flavor. Both my husband and I ordered beef burgers with all the toppings with a side of sweet potatoe fries. Very tasty! The place was clean, unique, and the staff was friendly!
(5)C R.
Great place! Grass fed burgers at a very reasonable price. Very friendly atmosphere and the staff was very nice. Highly recommended!
(5)Sarah F.
First time eating a vegetarian black bean burger and it was delicious!! Everything here is made fresh and organic. My bf said the burger was amazing also. The fries are nice and crispy and the soda is really good too. It's a different brand soda but I had two cups of it!! This places is also eco friendly and buy locally. I wish they had one in San Antonio!
(5)Michele S.
Burgers are excellent, cooked to orders and did not disappoint. Sweet potato fries were not so amazing but the regular fries hit the spot. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, fair prices. Will certainly be back to enjoy the burgers again.
(4)Gretchen T.
Found this burger place tucked in behind Main Street. Had 16 in our party. Extremely friendly service and clean restaurant. Had a juicy cheeseburger and sweet potato fries. SO good! I'd like to visit this place again!
(5)Sunlite23 S.
First time at Grassburger. The service was bad. The line to order moved terribly slow. The wait on a burger and fries was about 15 minutes. The burger I received was tiny.
(2)A C.
My favorite find in years . . . the best taste . . . the best sourced for health . . . vegetarian alternatives . . . OMG! HEAVEN!
(5)Jeffrey H.
Went here for a burger & fries for lunch wow! Amazing juicy tender beef. nice knowing it's local natural only grass-fed. Had two cheeseburgers with cheddar & Chipotle mayo all the fixing sweet potatoes fries. We all loved the food. Fair price also! Me and my family will be back ASAP Best burgers ever!
(5)Em E.
Hit the Spot! GrassBurger was awesome - grass fed beef, sweet potato fries and an organic salad (served with a real metal fork, which I like way better than plastic.) Quick, simple, healthy, environmentally conscious all in an upbeat atmosphere. Nice looking deck, too. And good prices on local beer. A good find. I highly recommend GrassBurger!
(5)Marsha H.
I would have mixed the beef a little leaner but it was a good greasy hamburger and cheaper than most if giant own Durango.
(3)Troy A.
The burger is really good. My 10 year old daughter asked for another burger and she is not a big it eater, she thought it was that good. Simple menu, excellent prices. Tons of fries are given with an order of fries.
(5)Stephanie M.
As some others have said, it's a neat concept but it has a limited menu. You have a choice of a burger, black bean burger and a salad. Everything is fresh. The burgers are good. ($4.50) You have a selection of toppings that adds to your cost but it's still reasonably priced. A choice of fresh cut fries which are yummy and not $12 like someone else had said ($2.50) and sweet potato fries. The place was a little hidden behind Durango Coffee and PACKED so be patient, it's worth the wait. All in all it, was good, I'd come back. Suggestions.... Guys order a double patty.
(4)Lauren C.
Delicious! Staying in Durango for a week for work, and was stoked to find this place for a quick, casual dinner. The burger was super tasty, although a little more done than I like. I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked, but it was a fine medium. I just would have requested med rare if given an option. Sweet potato fries were tasty, not the best ever, but solid. Root beer was delicious! All in all, an excellent experience, and I would definitely go back and refer others!!

My husband and I (plus friends and family) went here about 10 times last summer! It's GREAT!! I can't wait to get back to Durango so I can go AT LEAST 10 more times!! Love it!!

I was surprised how good the burger was. Plan on adding it to places I eat each week!

Locally owned, locally raised grass fed beef and fresh local salads! Sweet mellow atmosphere with small kids area for junior. Great affordable, ethical spot for grabbing a burger!

This is a business that cares about community, quality food, and good service. It's definitely worth a visit. The burgers are small but priced accordingly and you can always add a patty if you want more meat. The burger patties are probably too small to have a burger properly cooked (to a safe temperature) rare or medium rare, but if you like your burger medium or well done you won't be disappointed. Great location and great atmosphere.

Nice concept but the burgers tasted pretty salty. Other than that, the veggies were very fresh and the fries were good.
