I love having a late breakfast here! I've been to all their locations and the owners are very nice everywhere. The vegan cran-Apple waffles are very hearty and perfect. Try their cherry bomb waffles and chai!

Great employees, and super nice. The sandwiches are just Sandwiches but I can't complain. Next time I will definitely try the waffles because they looked delicious. Good, cheap. Average but that is ok!

They're back and better than ever! I waited for so long for them the re-open, I practically forgot about my favorite breakfast place! However, after wanting WB this morning and preparing to drive WHEREVER, I was thrilled to check out their website and see that their new location is super convenient. I'm so thankful to resume my weekly Waffle Bros habit :) Love the new place - same great waffles, coffee, service :) improved space and bathrooms = better than ever :) My husband was a little bummed that Pepsi Products have been replaced with Coke, but honestly, who really needs Mountain Dew with their treat? I say - no biggie.

Waffle Brothers waffles are so dang good. It's a must have when we're in town, and when friends/family come out to visit. They all leave amazed and jealous that we have this place! We moved to Colorado Springs, and so I miss going there more often, but I find my ways :) The original waffle is the only way to go for us, it's why we come here! The waffle has Belgium sugar nibs in the batter, and it's what makes this place stand out. The frequently ordered faves of our fam is the JP Special- cranberry compote over marshmallow cream cheese, topped with whipped cream and cinnamon, Vermont special - bananas and strawberries over the marshmallow cream cheese plus whipped cream, and Da cherry bomb- canned pie cherries over the cream cheese deliciousness and whipped cream. We get other toppings once in a while, but these our favorites. This place is reasonably priced. It can add up if you have a family to feed. Yes, it's "waffles" but it's the best dang waffle you'll ever eat. It's so worth it. We make it a treat, and go every once in a while and it always hits the spot. The people who work there are always nice and accommodating. Love this place, wish there was one in Springs! Maybe one day.. ;)

Waffle Brothers is the perfect place to go when you're tired of the typical "Breakfast Spot". They have 5 different waffle styles with about 20 different topping variations & all of the traditional breakfast items. Aside from the plethora of options, the thing that stands out the most about this cozy location (aside from the great music) is the very friendly staff! They're always in great spirits, laughing & having a great time! You guys rock!

I just moved to town and I'm so glad I found this place early on! I walked in and was warmly greeted by a gentleman who was bussing tables. When I told him I'd never been there, he shook my hand and welcomed me, then handed me a menu pointed a few things out to me. I ordered a Nutty Professor on the wheat waffle. I loved that the waffle itself wasn't too sweet. It did taste pretty "brown" though. You know, that distinctive whole wheat flavor. Can't fault them for that though, it's the goal. Just wanted to warn people if they wanted the wheat waffle to taste like a normal waffle. Coffee is really good too, a special Waffle Brothers blend. I'll be back for sure.

On a recent Saturday I woke up my best friend who lives in the building next to me, grabbed our boyfriends and insisted we all go here since it recently opened. They were grumbling about how early it was along the way. I assured them "Waffle Bros probably has coffee, chill out!" Luckily, there was coffee, unfortunately, the cashier was a pretty busy girl so it took her a while to make my friends fancy coffee drink and the drip coffee on both sides of the store kept going empty. A reviewer was complaining about the coffee mugs. They are not dirty, they just do not have the appearance of being brand spankin' new. I like it. It makes it feel very intimate, which it is. This place is nestled right in the middle of my neighborhood. The waffles were sooooo tasty! It was hard to pick which one to get, they have so many topping options. I was the most jealous of what my besties boyfriend got, a waffle breakfast sandwich! I am definitely getting that next time. The breakfast food is very inexpensive, the topped waffles are not super cheap but not a bad value. My boyfriend and I each got a topped waffle and coffee and it came to about $20. It took a little bit for the food to come out but their operations are small here, and they just opened, they'll get an efficient system down. The cashier was very friendly and had a great attitude and was knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. Maybe they should hire a helper for Saturday mornings when it gets busy so she can handle the cash register and someone else can do extras like making coffee drinks, refilling the drip coffee and creamers, bussing tables, doing table touches to see how it's going, etc. We will definitely be back soon. This is a local spot, I believe a franchise, and I hope it succeeds in the Speer/Baker/Wash Park neighborhood. Totally getting the waffle breakfast sandwich next time!

After the Waffle Brothers location closed on Corona street (and with it came the promise of the same concept, just a few blocks away) I patiently waited for this location's arrival. Now that they are finally back in business, I could not wait to come back for my favorite breakfast in town. The new location is literally a 5 minute walk from the original Corona street location. Same 'order at the counter' concept, practically the same menu, and same delicious food! The space is now bigger with more seating, but slightly darker inside due to the lack of windows. Food was delicious, and service was friendly. It is slightly a hassle to line up to order food due to the tables being so close together, and refills for coffee take a bit, but overall, I am so happy Waffle Bros is back and I can't wait to be back soon!

I've been here a few times and am in love with their waffle breakfast sandwiches! Add a fresh coffee and some syrup and it's a perfect start to any day. The option to add Cajun jalapeño sauce is a nice touch and I highly recommend. I'll definitely be a frequent customer

We love this place. We also loved it when it was in its old location. In fact we've gone so often, we know most of the people who work there by name! Both the traditional and original waffles are fantastic, as well as the waffle sandwiches. And we don't usually spend more than $25 for 4 of us, so in no way is this place overpriced!

Michael W.
Breakfast sandwich with bacon and Cajun sauce is to die for! Staff is really friendly. On the weekend get there early cause it can get packed and it is a small place so not that much seating. They need more outside seating too!

Walking distance to where I live and looked forward to having them in the neighborhood. The best thing about the place is the servers...friendly and outgoing. Waffles are pedestrian as is presentation. Way over priced. I tried it but I won't return.

Saw this place just opened and wanted to check it out. I just got water and a couple waffles and it was like $10. Pretty expensive...they do have some nice toppings but for breakfast it's ridiculously overpriced. It's a great location for the people in the area though.

I'm sorry this place really blows! I have had better waffles, well put it this way anywhere is better than this place. Why did you move into my neighborhood?!?! A sub shop would have been a better choice than this. You should have stayed where you were but you had to move here. GO AWAY!!

Dirty coffee mugs and mediocre waffles. Call me simple, but menu is too complicated when I've woken up only 45 minutes ago craving waffles. Waffle Bros is a more pedestrian waffle then Waffle Up, but the price is about the same. I'll go with Waffle Up.

The food was delicious. My girlfriend and I ordered the mini-waffle platter, which I would recommend. And the proprietor, Traytees (I hope I spelled his name correctly), was extremely nice. I felt like he actually cares about the quality of our experience.

So to celebrate #NationalWaffleDay we decided to try some place new, and so happy we did! I love the laid back feel of the place and the food was just right and delicious. My friend went for the full breakfast: eggs, toast, meat and a traditional waffle with fresh fruit. It was plenty! I had something a little sweeter: traditional waffle with cherries, marsh, cream cheese and whipped cream, and a side of sausage. I know that sounds over the top and super sweet, but surprisingly it wasn't and the flavors all blended beautifully. I liked that the portion was just enough. Could I have eaten more? YOU BETCHA, but in the end it was enough and I look forward to going again!

Came here with the family when they first opened. We were really excited until the food arrived. We spent a total of almost $40 for 2 children and 2 adults for breakfast. Normally this would be ok but...... Portion size: insanely small for what you pay for. We were not full at all and that included the kids. Waffles: it's sugar and flour. SUGAR AND FLOUR! Seriously? $7 bucks for SUGAR AND FLOUR?!?!? Taste: it was ok. I wanted to like this place but for the price, go to one of the hundreds of other places dishing out breakfast within a 10 mile radius.

During a 5 day trip to Colorado I demanded to go to Waffle Brothers after reading reviews and doing a bunch of research. The morning after a fairly epic beer tour I was in desperate need of the starchy goodness that Waffle Brothers was sure to provide before heading to Estes Park for hiking and adventuring. To put it simply, I had a picture of the breakfast sandwich I got there as my phone background. I fell hard for this sandwich. I got egg, bacon, avocado, jalapenos, and cheese topped with chipotle sauce sandwiched by two Belgian waffles. It was the best breakfast I ever had. After hiking for a few days in the mountains we were hurrying back to the city for our flight back to DC on our way we made a point to stop back at Waffle Brothers.... I ordered the same thing. I am currently planning on moving to Colorado in April..... guess where my first stop is going to be. I heart Waffle Brothers.

I have been meaning to check this place out for a while and am glad I finally did! The food was really good and the staff was super nice and friendly. I got the waffle with strawberries, nutella and whip and my husband got the waffle with pineapple, cream cheese/marshmallow topping and coconut:) The portion size was just right. The lunch sandwiches also sounded good so we will have to go back.
