Delish as usual! I work downtown, so a trip to Chang's happens about once a month when friends come down for lunch. I did try their lighter menu this time. I had the Chicken Satay pairing with the Chang's Crisp Salad. It was pretty tasty. The sauce was ok on it's own, but eating it with the slaw and salad was really flavorful! I'm happy they added this lighter menu. The food came out quick and our waitress was nice. Will definately return.

I seriously believe this is the worst PF Changs I have ever went to. The service was poor, the order was wrong, and the overall welcome feeling you get at other places was lacking greatly. We waited an exorbitant amount of time just to order, another long wait for drinks and when I thought they forgot about us... we received our food. The food didn't taste right either. Not sure what it was... but it was disappointing.

It's pretty alright food in the end, even good in some aspects. I do appreciate how well they took care of us a few weeks ago. Friend had an engagement party, and they easily accommodated 2 dozen of us. They were prompt, got every order correct, and checked on us several times. Much appreciated to the staff!

While sitting for an hour we only got one drink refill and didn't check on us. This was the first 15% tip we've left in years. We will go to P.F. Chang's again but not this location.

Consistently the worst P.F. Chang's I've ever been to. I've been twice to dine in and twice for carry out. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me 4 times and I write a bad review on Yelp (the last two times were because I had a gift card). While I haven't read the other reviews, I can see why this location is so poorly reviewed. P.F. Chang's is my favorite Chinese restaurant. I love the Orange peel chicken and crispy honey chicken. The chef/cooks at this location have tainted anything that's supposed to be "crispy." Egg rolls come out in puddles of oil and the "crispy" honey chicken is soggy and water-logged with oil. It wasn't just once. It's been every time. The service is less than stellar as well. Hostesses seem disinterested and servers seem flustered, probably because of so many food complaints. I guess the location remains in business because of the name and location. Probably catering only to those visiting downtown. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Stick to ChoLon nearby!

Our waiter was extremely professional. The egg rolls were very tasty. I could have made a meal of them. The chicken lettuce wrap was very disappointing. All 3 entrees were way below standard. Pei Wei has been one of our favorite places to eat for almost 10 years. I guess the decline in Pei Wei is also happening in P F Changs. It is always sad to see one of your favorite restaurants going downhill and sliding toward closing.

DO NOT ORDER TO GO we ordered to go lunch for 8 people and they completely screwed the order up and the to go punch portion size is so small it would feed a child a full meal. The Kung Pao Chicken had 6 very small bites of chicken in it The Mongolian beef had 5 pieces of beef The scallops only had 3 tiny little scallops Now that they rolled out this new menu the portions size and quality has fallen to crap... I was in town for an extended training and had graduated, so hubby was in town. We used the valet as it was snowing. Yeah, we live in the south and don't do snow well! The Asian Pear Mojito was good. For some reason I wanted it a bit sweeter though. A friend ordered a margarita and had no complaints. I had the Ahi crisp and it was delish, and so was the lettuce wrap. Hubby always orders the Mongolian beef and he wasn't disappointed. My friend ordered the honey chicken and enjoyed her dish as well. The next time we go, I'll be trying more on their winter menu. (Note: it's taken me 2 months to post this review after I wrote it that day, so I'll be excited to try their spring menu! Haha...) My one complaint is that I had a clear view of the employes eating while on the clock. Guess it is good they are eating what the cooks are making, but go to the back where patrons really can't see you!! Minus 2 stars. I expect way more from PF Chang's!!

We had dinner here with our friends earlier this month. Typical PF Chang. The Orange Chicken was a favorite with the kids, their wine list was nice, and I enjoyed the Pepper Crusted Beef. I'm visiting from California and came here for a rehearsal dinner. The restaurant was very well decorated and had a great atmosphere. The staff were very attentive, kind, and friendly even though they had a lot of people to attend. I liked their wine selection. I got a moscato that was delicious. Our appetizer was a lettuce wrapped chicken dish that was delicious. I highly recommend it. I didn't care for the sauces that came with it, however, because they were too intense and overpowered the flavor. The main dishes didn't impress me. They were all cooked well, but the sauces were overly flavorful in the same way that pre-made sauces are. It was good, but for me wasn't up to the level of authentic Chinese food. It was more of an Americanized food. I tried the sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, and pepper steak. It just didn't impress me. The desserts were a different story. I tried the salted caramel cake. It was creamy, delicious, but not overpowering. I really liked it. They also Had red velvet cake, tiramisu, and peanut butter crunch on the menu. The desserts were where it's at in PF changs. Overall, this place shines on the dessert. If I went back, that's all I would order.

Meh is pretty much all I can say. I've been craving fried rice lately and my other go to asian restaurant downtown has not been picking up their phone, so I figured I'd give PFC a shot since it's near my office. When I called, I waited on hold for few minutes before the fast talking order taker finally picked up. He seemed to scoff at me as I ordered my fried rice and dumplings. Not sure if that's just the way he is, or if he just hates his job and the customers that call in. Whatever. The one thing I did like about the phone-in-my-order process was that they give you a very specific time for when to pick up. Corporate SOP's do have some benefits, I guess. I ordered pan fried dumplings and chicken fried rice. The CFR came with my choice of soup or salad and I chose salad. The dumplings were great. Stuffed full of pork-y goodness and wok fried to perfection. The salad was fresh and plentiful, with a tasty dressing. The fried rice? Shitty. It was overly salty and hardly had any chicken or vegetables in it. I hardly noticed any egg in the dish which to me is a key component of fried rice. In the end, it was just rice with salt and soy sauce. I was really disappointed. Will I be back? Not likely.

I have been to PF Changes in Rancho Mirage, CA and now this one. The location is in a busy area so you pretty much need to valet. I met my boss for dinner at 6:30 on a Friday night. Great manager (almost seemed like she was on overdrive to compensate for the) horrible waitress. Our waitress... My, where do I begin? She would disappear for 10-15 minute stretches at a time. My tea ran out within two minutes of arriving and I asked for more hot water when she came around again. After easily 15 minutes AND our main dishes arriving, with her nowhere in sight, I asked the server who brought our food if he wouldn't mind finding where my tea went. He did so immediately, and when she came back some 20 years later, she got all flustered how come I already had one. I must be strange, since I'd like to drink my drink. :) Dishes: 1. Mongolian Beef -- seems to be foolproof after all these years. Solid choice. 2. Ma Po Tofu is very different from "real" Ma Po Tofu. It isn't bad, but it's definitely not what you think it is.. if you're thinking it's Chinese. This dish hitchhiked, took a detour through Wal-Mart, lost its sauce, and danced in a frying pan before landing in front of you. The broccoli it comes with must have missed the train altogether because it was freezing cold. Every single piece. 3. Salt & Pepper Calamari -- also a safe choice. Always yum-yum-yum! WeNoLikey: 1. No coffee 2. Continually removing favorite dishes 3. Hide-and-seek server We Liked: 1. Cute location. The interior is really nice and open, done up in exposed-brick style. There's also a nice garden by the valet lot. Debated on giving a three, but the poor service and cold broccoli held it back.

It's been a very long time since the last time I visited a pf changs (I'm not huge on chain restaurants) But we stopped in for a quick lunch. The service was fast, I appreciated it taking under an hour since I was on my lunch break. I seemed to have forgotten how good their lettuce wraps were.. And the portions were more than enough to share. The lo mein was great as well. The flavors were much better than our local Chinese restaurants... I was completely and pleasantly surprised.

For a chain - great choice. I usually just stick to the lettuce wraps, and this visit was no exception. Delicious. I also tried the dynamite shrimp and hot & sour soup- hit the spot. The service was good, though the hostess didn't seem to want to put us at a table even though there weren't many people so we ended up eating at the bar. Maybe they were short staffed...?

Ick! I used to be a fan of PF Changs but I'd rather look elsewhere for better tasting Chinese food. Though their lettuce wraps are still great, the Orange Peel Chicken and their Veggie Dumplings are terrible. The Orange Peel Chicken tasted like slightly orange-y burned chemicals. Might I suggest something better tasting: Panda Express (I'm serious).

So this is the downtown location which is pretty good. Our waitress was nice and our food came quickly. We did their $39.95 thing so we got an app, two entrees and dessert - totally worth it! Parking SUCKS so be aware to include pricing for that with the budget for the night

My meal here was not all that great. I came here for a business function and granted large parties can be difficult, but if quality suffers due to the size of the party eating, then there is something amiss. My sesame chicken was flavorful but soggy and had too much sauce. The soup was a typical hot and sour, and the pork pot-stickers were the standard dish you can get at any Asian place. The famed lettuce wraps were probably my favorite dish of the entire meal. The service was decent, but I've seen other servers do better with this exact same group, so it can be done. There were definite moments where we felt a bit abandoned and everyone was looking around at everyone else's empty drink glasses, empty appetizer plates and wondering why we weren't moving forward. The server did manage to wrangle up some help in a busser and a runner and the pace of the meal was restored with the delivery of individual entrees. A manager type also checked in on us late in the meal. This is good form but I would have appreciated it if he would have lent a hand earlier on or at least directed more staff our way in general. Not a disaster but not what one expects at this price point. I will return and I like this franchise, so I'm willing to give them to benefit of the doubt on what may have simply been an off day.

Yup, it's a chain Yup, it's always the same menu I like this location, it's never super crowded like the suburbs. They have valet if needed. Staff is usually pretty friendly and the food is tasty. I love the spicy eggplant, and the schezuan green beans! Plenty of seating and an outdoor patio. Something you know and food is always predictable!

Finally got our table and ordered drinks got them 20 min later. Seems they have plenty of employees and no management experience.

Walked in and there were plenty of tables open. There were 3 of us. We were told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. A party of 8 walked in after us and were seated right away. It's the weekend. If you had customers and open tables, seat them. If you don't know how to schedule your wait staff for busy weekends, get a new job. I'd rather go to Pai Wei. Stay away.

I love PF Chang's. I know it's about as "chinese" as Panda Express, but the food is good, the staff are nice, and it's a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. I've brought big ass groups of 30 and dipped in when it's cold and my wife and I just wanted to warm up and it's always good.

My friend is a super fan of P.F. Chang's. I wouldn't say I'm a fan, I've been to them before but try to enjoy the local joints as best I can. We decided to stop in for lunch since it's within walking distance of my office. Not super busy, but solidly packed with patrons looking for a fast and yummy lunch. We were enjoying the menu and to my surprise they only have maybe 10-12 lunch options. I know you can order from the regular menu I just thought a place that has such a large lunch following would offer more lunch options. With that said we both ordered the Almond Cashew Chicken with Egg Drop soup and brown rice. Egg Drop soup was very tasty and the main dish had lots of veggies and nuts and the flavors were very nice. I find it hard to give a four star review to this chain restaurant with all the other local Chinese and Thai restaurants around where the flavors are a bit more authentic and more spicy. This is a nice place for groups or people that don't necessary like a ton of spice. I will probably frequent other local joints first before coming back.

Please save your time and energy for something worth while.. im sure you could cook this crap for the first time ever in your own kitchen and it would taste way better than changs. The only upside is that the ambiance is truly AMAZING and if you're only going for a sake, well then go. Good luck getting a table or a parking spot less than five city blocks away.

Everything would have been fine, if it wasn't for the service! Like maybe I can understand if you where having a bad day, but I was completely ignored by my server the whole time. She seemed very angry from the time we sat down, to the time we left and just plain frustrated with even the smallest request for a refill, like I should have to ask anyway's? It took forever to get are food and as I walk out to smoke, because the wait was so long, I see my server out smoking, laughing it up with some other staff member's. The food was good, but to be honest, I was happier with cheap take- out. P.S. The egg rolls where good.

This used to be one of my favorite places in downtown Denver. Now - not so much. Having a reservation didn't get us seated any faster than walk-ins, and the four of us were seated at a small table near the kitchan with the associated traffic and chair-bumping. Their "new" menu is dominated with red chili flavors so if you don't like hot and spicy, go elsewhere. They've eliminated the best vegetable side dishes and reduced portion sizes. The calamari appetizer tasted like breaded cardboard, every dish had a little too much breading, and my Moscow Mule cocktail was a vodka mojito with a really nice candied ginger garnish. I gave them three stars because the waiter saved the meal by asking the kitchen to go off menu for me and prepare the scalops with lemon sauce, which they did. Anyone who ate here before the menu change will likely remember those wonderful lemon scallops! But, we won't be going back :(

I had lunch here the other day, takeout sesame chicken. The food was OK, it came with egg drop soup and that was OK. A two-star meal The real reason I'm writing is the details and the service. Here they are: First, I love the internet order option. I loved being able to order on line from work, then walk over and pick up my food. Low hassle, nice job. Second, they put the egg drop soup in the Styrofoam cup then put that in a plastic bag. A small touch but I noticed. I hate getting soups and other liquids to go in those Styrofoam containers only to have it spill all over the place because the lid came off, it was too full... you name it. The plastic bag was a nice touch. Third, the proportioning was good. Not too much food, not too much rice, just the right amount for a lunch. Kudos to the lunch menu idea. And fourth, I was in there for all of 4 minutes getting my stuff, and I exchanged greetings and a quick laugh with a couple of their staff during that time. Nice people to talk to. The food actually wasn't good, but the experience was great, and that's why I would go back to try something else.

Ah, P.F. Changs. I was so young when I first fell in love with you. This was my special occasion date place when I was in college - now it's more of a corporate lunch destination. I ordered the Changs Spicy Chicken, which was as good as I remember it being, and the fried rice, which was nothing special at all. The chicken lettuce wraps were wonderful (as always) and the Asian Pear Mojito(s) were refreshing, but weak. The patio was great, but the service was not. This is definitely not the place for people in a hurry over the lunch hour! I'm sure I'll be back (like a moth to a flame) but Denver has many more delicious places to chose from for both lunch and dinner.

The food is good, drinks are great, service is good when it is just me and a friend. This location is usually pretty slow, so you can get a table with a minimal wait. Although, if you do have to wait, there are no benches or seats to sit while you wait. Do not go here if you have groups. I came here on two separate occasions with a groups of over 10 and the service was horrible! On both occasions, half of the tables food came out, then 20 minutes later the other half's food came out, and one person was always forgotten. They just don't seem to know what to do when there are a lot of people or how to get more of the waitstaff involved.

This is the heart of LoDo and while there are parking lots very close, they are probably pay lots so keep that in mind. Bathrooms in this place are clean and comfortable. I've been a fan of PF Chang's for years because of their chicken lettuce wraps. I LOVE this appetizer and sometimes I will order 2 or 3 servings of it and eat it as my main course. I've tried just about everything on their menu and you can't go wrong unless you order something you are allergic to. For a chain, they do a good job of cooking flavorful dishes. The decoration and lighting are what you would expect from PF Chang's. This place also gets points for being not terribly expensive but still a place you can bring a date. The selection of restaurant will make you look tasteful but not trying to impress. Win-Win. Make a stop here next time you are in the area.

We tried this PF Changs about six weeks ago and found that like the two in Hawaii the food was uneven. The drinks , Dragon Yazu Martini's , the lettuce wraps , the Shaking Beef and Great Wall of Chocolate were worth going back for. However the Chicken with Back Seen Sauce was completely tasteless and the Lo Mein was greasy and overcooked. Like the Hawaii branches this kitchen seems to have a problem with chicken and seafood but they do a good job with beef dishes. The service, by a young woman named Kendall, was very good. We might go back but will stick to the bar and lettuce wraps. Also have to save room for the Great Wall of Chocolate.

When I go to dinner with a group of 15+ people I always anticipate slow service, mixed up food orders, and overall an unimpressive experience other than the good company. But this was not the case when we went into PF Changs with our group of 18. Excellent service, food came out all together and everyone received what they ordered. PF Chang for me has always been the "glorified Panda Express" so I'm not that big of a fan. I think it's overpriced and the portions are small. I don't know about Denver but in CA you can get better portion and price at other Americanized Chinese restaurant, if that's your bag. Anyhow.... the wait was decent for Saturday night, 20-25 min for a party of 4. The big push was the chicken lettuce wrap so we got that which came out right away. But our main course took FOREVER! Yes it was busy but dang, Chinese food cooks FAST. I wonder if the waiter forgot to put in our order..... He was very nice and curtious, and I wish the food came out faster. We got salt and pepper shrimp (that was just okay) cashew almond chicken (not bad) and my fav of the night pepper steak. This is my 3rd time going to PF Chang and I would say it was the best experience of the three. Would I go back? probably not with out any incentives like we did last night with the free appetizer.

A large group of us (12) went here for lunch one day during the week. We had a reservation for 11 o'clock so we could beat the lunch rush. Thankfully we were seated right away, but it was a full 15 minutes before we were greeted by a waiter even to just get our water. Once we got our orders in, the food came in a respectable amount of time which was nice, but the whole lunch ended up taking a very long time, including having to wait quite a while to pay once we finished eating. Almost everyone ordered from the lunch menu which includes a choice of soup. As a vegetarian, there wasn't really an option on the lunch menu so I ordered from the regular menu which meant I didn't get the soup. That was pretty frustrating as I was hungry and everyone around me had soup and I didn't, just because I ordered off the regular menu instead of the lunch menu because I needed a vegetarian option. One cool thing is that everyone's meal cost about the same so it was super easy to split the bill. I'm not sure if this always happens but it made the awkward end of lunch bill less awkward. I ordered the tofu vegetable curry which was highly decent. Everyone else ordered the typical sesame chicken, etc but it was nothing to write home about. A solid 3 stars for this establishment, and as a place to go for a business lunch when you're on a schedule, you might want to skip it.

I had been to PF Chang's once before in 2002 and had the lettuce wraps. Pretty good, but never really felt the need to go back. Went here again this past Friday as a friend and I were looking for a quick meal close to the MCA. Our waiter explained the family style menu and we ordered the rock shrimp and the beef lo-mein. He suggested we order an additional dish and looked disappointed when we did not. The rock shrimp had the right amount of spiciness and the beef dish was good as well. In the end, we weren't able to finish the ample amount of food and took the rest to go. The service was very good, especially considering our waiter had a very large group next to us as well. We left a generous tip and were on our way. I would probably go back again if the opportunity presented itself.

You know I've never had a meal at any PF Chang's location that wasn't very good to excellent? Yes, I know its chic to downplay the chains, in fact, I myself avoid chain restaurants. But this place just it gets ir right! A tranquil enviornment and exceptional food with quality service. The Northern spare ribs with five spice was exceptional...slightly sweet , fall off the bone meat and the fried dunplings impeccible and my kung pao chciken, done unlike anywhere else, was juicy, spicy and marvelous. Our affable server was attnetive, friendly and sweet. Denver is not exactly a hot spot for Asian food, so this is reliable place to go when you got the Eastern hanker. Lastly the building itself, one of the oldest in Denver, is really nifty; Great interior.

PF Changs is comfort food for me. It's also one of the only restaurants where I can get egg drop soup within walking distance from my work. Double plus, there. The service is always good. The food really doesn't change. The lettuce wraps taste like the lettuce wraps I had the very first time I went to PF Changs. There's something to be said for consistency. I enjoy the Mongolian Beef, I really like the Dan Dan noodles and the Northern Style Spare Ribs are the only way I've ever found that I like ribs. This place rocks for a chain restaurant. The quality of meat and veggies is always legit and cooked properly. It is not inexpensive yet each entree is easily 2 portions so you have lunch for the next day. I've tried several of the dishes and all are very good. Best are the Kung Pao Shrimp and Mongolian Beef. Grantes the power went out when we arrived so it may have threw the server and kitchen off. Power came back on and we started getting our food. It was not the best I have ever eaten, and typically I love pf Chang's. The server ignored us most of the time. The bathrooms were not usable because they had plumbers working on them at 5pm on a Saturday. I will never go back to this of Chang's. I would rather go to the one by Flatirons mall. They have their act together and always give great service.

Dear God this was the worst dining experience of my life. I booked a birthday for my wife with 8 friends (they knew we were coming!) They took 25 minutes to get us drinks. The first entree came 30 minutes later (before the appetizers) and then....nothing for another 30 minutes. Finally all our food came out at once when I complained to the manager. We were there for almost 1.5 hours before getting our meal. The manager comp'd us, so thanks for that. The dinner was still a disaster. Not a slam on PF changs in general - but buyer beware of this location.

While PF Changs wouldn't be considered by anybody to be traditional Chinese food, it sure is delicious! I swear to God they put crack in their fried rice, it's that good. I always liked Changs before, but I like it even more now that I'm gluten free. They have an entire gluten free menu, and even go so far as to provide gluten free sauces. Everytime I've been there, the staff has been extra vigilant to make sure I know which orders are gluten free and which aren't. My faves? The Singapore Street Noodles (extra spicy!) and the Changs Spicy Chicken. My boyfriend and I eat here waaay more than we should since we both love it, and it takes all the guess work out of ordering (he even eats my food!). And since he worked here for several years, that's saying a lot. Parking can be trouble at this location, but that's true anywhere downtown.

Big fan of the Chang's cuisine. I am a creature of habit; I like to get the food I know I already like. But this time I decided to try something new. And to my surprise they had Lemon chicken, a dish of orient that I never miss where ever I have been, I am still baffled that I hadn't had Pf's. My buddy got the Orange peel chicken, and the both of us mixed and matched the orange and lemon fruity deliciousness! My girl had the Dan Dan Noodles, which were blander than the fruity chickens, but still amazing. Very sticky. Waitress was very attentive and gave us extra rice as needed. I've been a Changs fan for a long time and been to several locations across the nation. This location, however, needs some serious attention to the Changs philosophy and is not indicative of their standards as compared to other locations. I guess some horseplay among servers is to be expected (but at a place of this caliber?). It seems like management would have a better handle on visibility of its employees by patrons and their extra curricular activities especially when I need extra napkins and another beverage during peak hours!! Speaking of management, I wasn't pleased with how I was made to feel when I commented about the aforementioned lack of service to the manager. The older gentleman (claimed to be the manager) I spoke to was rather rude and acted as if I was being too demanding (as I signed my $90 dinner receipt). Again, servers are one thing but if this is the quality of person "in charge", it helps explain the lack of quality and justifies the decision to take my hard-earned dollars elsewhere. I won't be back to this one!

They have an extensive gluten-free menu that is on the back of the normal one. You don't have to ask! You can eat here gluten free for a week and not have the same thing. No other chain that I know of has this. As just a little extra piece of insurance they serve all their gluten free dishes on different plates and of course you can get your own gluten free blend of 3 sauces. They do not have gluten-free beer here. (I heard they do at other locations.)

For Americanized Chinese food, I certainly enjoy PF Chang's. Typically, I find more authentic Chinese food better and cheaper (ahem ahem, like the places on Federal), but sometimes its nice to have the pleasant atmosphere and cocktails. Last time I went in, they had a pre fix menu for two people for forty bucks, which is actually quite a good deal there. It came with two soups, an appetizer, two entrees, and two mini desserts. At PF Chang's, that's a lot of bang for your buck. The lettuce wraps always please, and everything else is pretty good, not great, but good. I am actually surprised by their preparation of sesame chicken, it is more traditional than the typical Americanized version. Honestly, I find Ming's Dynasty to be better at delivering the Americanized classics. Their sesame chicken is sooo good, but enough about Ming's... All an all, a pleasant experience. Nothing phenomenal or exceptional, but it is consistently good. On a separate note, this last time I noticed they have a whole section of the menu devoted to gluten free offerings. Nice to know they offer a lot to those who are often left to make due.

I'd never eaten at a PF Chang's - not my kind of place. Really, no need to patronize a monster chain with all of the locally owned Asian options in Denver. But, I attended a wonderful New Year's Eve party in a penthouse loft just a block away and the hosts brought in PF Chang's for 30 people. So, we tasted a little of everything and I have to say it was some of the most boring Chinese food I have ever eaten. Not one single dish was interesting in anyway. The dumplings and egg rolls could have come from the grocery freezer case. Even the veggies, although freshly prepared, had no flavor. Thank God for great fireworks on the Mall because there certainly weren't any in the food. Not inexpensive either. So, it was convenient and soaked up some alcohol but that's about it.

Good place for takeout - they have an excellent online ordering system (it even lets you specify white or brown rice for individual entrees). When you swing by, the valet parking attendant will offer to radio inside and have your order brought out to your car (I'm not *that* lazy... yet). I'm always impressed by the service. Inside, the bartender or host who gets your order for you will clarify what's in the meal, and that all the sauces etc. are included. The restaurant itself is beautiful, on a nice block in LoDo. But we live fairly nearby, so this has become a reliable weeknight solution for "It's late, I'm tired and starving". Oh, about the food. It's alright. Some dishes are better than others; I like the chicken w/ black bean sauce, the orange-peel beef, the garlic noodles, and the brown rice. (No doubt there's far too much fat and sodium in the meal -- thankfully I don't eat like that every day.)

I generally only try to write positive reviews, however my experience today forced me to do otherwise. This location generally looks crowded for business lunches so I decided to make a reservation assuming it would be the same today. Upon entering, we noticed a half full restaurant and open bar seats(usually my preference). We decided to take the bar seats, and due to time constraints, ordered an app and two entrees promptly. The bartender was 'just' friendly enough, but considering we were one of two parties at the bar, she was extremely unattentive. The food was what I had expected, but both the app and the entres took and extremely long time to come out, forcing be to be late getting back to work. I've always had high regards for PF Changs in the past, but I doubt i'll be returning to this location again.

Good news - PF Changs has a full gluten free menu! I went to PF Changs today with some colleagues for lunch fully expecting to have to break some of my gluten-free rules, but was pleasantly surprised to see a full gluten-free menu including soup and dessert! While there were plenty of options (I had the moo goo gai pan), the wait staff was a little confused and couldn't tell which of the moo goo gai pans they brought to the table was gluten free (my colleague ordered the regular version.) They had to re-do the order, but it wasn't a huge deal. PF Chang's isn't often at the top of my consideration set, but I'd definitely go again for the gluten free menu!

Note to PF Chang's wait staff: Unless asked to do so, never box up leftovers at the table until all parties are finished. Tacky! My partner and I have been here four times in the past few weeks. The first three times we had the same server who was great. He was very attentive. He also remembered us each time which is nice but certainly not expected. I like the vegetarian options and like that the portions are quite large. I don't understand why people think this place is expensive. Especially if you consider the leftovers make for a great second meal. The staff at the host stand leave a lot to be desired... Rather short and acted as if they really couldn't be bothered... I actually had to search for their number & pick up the phone to reserve a table. The person on the phone sounded irritated to have to take a reservation even though we've been asked on several occasions if we have one when we just walk in. I realize they have their own reservation form on their website. However, it's rather cumbersome especially when on a smartphone. This place needs to get with the times and make themselves available on OpenTable.com which makes it really simple to reserve with just a few clicks. Overall I like the food and will be back.

I've been to PF Chang's on a number of occasions and the experience with them is...predictable. On our most recent visit we dined with a party of six (Mom/Dad, brother/his fiance, my wife and I), and were told we had to wait to be seated until our full party arrived. I get this if it's the middle of dinner rush and people are everywhere, but it was 5:00pm and less than 15 customers were in the place. Whatever. Once we were finally seated the experience was lively and our server was great. One tip is to always start with the lettuce wraps. Delightful treats which are just plain fun and who doesn't like eating with your fingers. The drinks are fun and colorful and pack a good punch. Not sure what my wife thought by ordering a mojito at an Asian place, but it was surprisingly good. My pick for the evening was the orange peel shrimp which was top notch. With just the right amount of tang and flavor I was lovin' it for dinner as well as the next day for lunch. With the portions so large I can imagine there being enough for several more meals had I not stuffed myself. To end our evening of saki, beer and Asian eats, our server was great to offer and deliver a complimentary chocolate cake to my brother and his fiance after learning of their new engagement. IMHO PFC is a chain. Nothing fancy or special about it, but they do provide a fun dining experience for your group outings.

This is the Disneyland of asian food. Geared to the masses, faux decor and sweet! If you have a sweet tooth this is the place because every dish is sweet whether it should be or not. They really should put cotton candy on the menu while they are at it. At least there would be something sweet that I love. Its against my morals to eat at chains that proliferate so adamantly all over the us in cities that I've lived in. like evil mushrooms. This is how I feel about Bubba Gumps, you feel me? But the food at PF's is significantly and embarrassingly to admit, well, tasty. Originally, I thought this was a Hawaiian restaurant, but in a matter of 3 years, I've discovered them everywhere. Like on 53 in Bakersfield. Like the "cool" place to drive your mustang or harley to impress your first date while burning 69 barrels of oil and laughing at it. Now about the food: its decent Asian-fusion American I guess. I'm not a chef, but honestly, this place is the epitome of corporate american "guarantee of consistency." I'm not a hater! Don't get me wrong. I just like places with a bit of character. Ambiance that feels slightly dangerous culinary edge. Or at least aspire to. I feel suspiciously safe here. Status-quo-ish Points for great Malbec. Kung Pow was tasty. I would def go back. For sure. Cause of the snazzy waiters and the hot chicks with their 60 year old cigar smoking dates. Ya! CORPORATE, TRENDY & OVERPRICED! I should hate this place, but I don't, I cant and I keep going back. The reason is consistency. Every dish you order here is going to be the same as it was the last time you ordered it there, Changs Spicy Chicken yep the same yummy moderately spiciness every single time. Mongolian beef same every time, Lemon Pepper shrimp yep same every time! Lettuce Wraps exactly the same as the first time you had them. I have experienced a variety of dishes here and those are the main four things I order at least one every time I go here. I recommend it because of its conistency and every dish I have had here is above average. Nothing over the top but you know that you are going something good with pretty much what you order off the menu. LIFE HACKER TIP: This is corporate restaurant if something doesn't meet your expectations or you don't like it let them know, they will either comp it or replace it. DOESN'T work after 3 hurricanes though, you've already incriminated yourself and spent 40 bucks!

short bit: it's fabulous packaging for a sub-par product. your money is paying for the bedazzle and nothing more. it pains me to be so disappointed, given that many recommend it. if you're looking to impress with ambiance and snazzy decor in the downtown setting, this is your place. if you're looking to impress with good food, find another joint. p.f. changs how you disappoint me. let me count the ways: 1 - lettuce wraps, oh so ever revered, would've been great if you didn't shower it with salt and douse it with oil. 2 - salt & pepper calamari, although nice and crisp, would've been better with a sauce less blah. 3 - singapore noodles, tasted like the burned bottom of the pan you fried and overcooked the shrimp and tofu with - doused with soy sauce and bombarded with more salt to cover the burn...for an utterly disappointing plate of sad sad noodles. ever heard of the peanut butter trick? 4 - hunan pork, the sheer horror of burnt-battered-meat, saved by the crispy snow peas, but alas drowned by the 'chili' spice that had no spice. 5 - mu shu chicken - oh mushu, my mushu. it saddens me that you're left to be marked by nothing but hoisin sauce. the saving grace - the lovely sweet-shots of red velvet cake, tiramisu and s'more goodness.

This was my first PF Chang's experience, and it was a decent one. My family and I grabbed a late lunch/early dinner meal here prior to the semi-final Frozen Four games on Thursday. I had the Vegetarian Ma Po Tofu, with brown rice, that I split with my husband (he ordered vegetable fried rice that we also shared). The tofu was cooked really well, and had a good amount of flavor and spice. Our waiter was very nice, and helpful. We probably could've spent more time in here, and ordered some different things if we didn't have a game to get to, but really it was a good meal.

i would give this a 3 star because of the confusion of our reservation, but Jordan our server made up for it! It was a mess: I called a 6ish and asked for reservation for 15 at 7:00, she put me on hold 3 times and then said they could do an hour to an hour and a half (from 6) so i said. Ok lets do a 7:30 reservation. So when i got there we checked in and were told it would be 45 minutes later thatn 7:30 because the 2 spots we could only sit at were both occupied. One of the spots was for like 20 people. We could just move two round tables together couldnt we? No, guess not. So we finally got seated around 8:15 or later . . . but one of the girls was really sweet and gave us really good updates on when we could sit etc. Our server, Jordan, was amazing! So nice and was really good at recommending how to feed such a big group. It worked out great. Food was good and drinks were great. Went really well. Would go again, but wouldn't make a reservation or bring a group bigger than 5 here.

P.F. Chang's is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. The last time I was here my family and I ordered the ginger chicken with broccoli, mongolian beef, and spinach stir fried with garlic. The chicken is delicious and the beef is very tender. All of these meals also come with rice. The only thing we did not enjoy was the spinach. I would not suggest ordering this. Overall, are meals were very tasty and the service and are waiter was very friendly. The restaurant itself is pretty inside and they even give you chopsticks to eat with! If you are looking for some good Chinese cuisine, go to P.F. Chang's.

You have got to be kidding. This is NOT Chinese food or even Asian-inspired food. Just because you use Asian ingredients in your cooking doesn't make it Asian. It has to taste good and fresh. This stuff is over-sauced and stale. Not all Chinese food is sweet sour sauce poured on top of deep-fried meat nor is it brown gravy over fried rice. My noodle dish was a small portion ($12.00 for a noodle dish? Really!?) of spagetti-like noodles (like Italian restaurants use only it came from a box) in a vague brown sauce with bland vegetables and even blander beef. I can't even comment on my wife's dish but frankly my kid could cook vegetables and rice like that. Way overrated and overpriced. If you need Chinese food this bad, go buy some LaChoy frozen meals, turn down the lights, and wait an hour outside your house to simulate the experience. And send me the $10.00 you saved. Sorry, but my Dad owned a restaurant for 15 years and he would have demanded his money back for this one.

I've eaten at several PF Chang's around the country, and generally don't have an issue with the food, or the prices. Usually the service is friendly, and attentive. That's why I was so disappointed during the visit while we were in Denver for the DNC. My wife and I went for a late lunch. Both meals came with either white or brown rice. I don't care for either, and really like fried rice. Turns out fried rice is priced like an entree - like $8 or something - more than either of our entrees. I would have happily paid an extra couple of bucks to swap my white rice for brown but that wasn't an option. Boy, the loyalty and appreciation our waitress would have earned if she had finagled that for us. Instead, the entire meal I dwelt on that one silly thing. I didn't stiff the tip, but it was about 15%, instead of my usual 20-25%.

For a chain they did pretty well. The portions are always kind of large so my friend and I shared a plate of orange peel chicken and some pot stickers. The lettuce wraps are also yummy. It was also my friend's birthday and the waiter so graciously brought us the largest piece of chocolate cake I have ever seen. I can't say no to chocolate and I must say it was delicious. Oh! I need some kind of therapy after eating here. The service was amateur. The calamari tasted like grilled beef. I ordered a vegetarian dish that was not advertised as spicy. It tasted as if they had dumped half a bottle of sriracha hot sauce on it. It was so bad; I had to send it back (later the waitress admitted she tasted it and she even said it was awful). So then I ordered the honey shrimp, which were in some kind of sweet and sour sauce with the emphasis on sour. They didn't even bring me fresh rice with my new entree. Basically, if you offered to pay me to eat here I would refuse. I'm still feeling queasy as I write this.

Delish as usual! I work downtown, so a trip to Chang's happens about once a month when friends come down for lunch. I did try their lighter menu this time. I had the Chicken Satay pairing with the Chang's Crisp Salad. It was pretty tasty. The sauce was ok on it's own, but eating it with the slaw and salad was really flavorful! I'm happy they added this lighter menu. The food came out quick and our waitress was nice. Will definately return.

Egg rolls come out in puddles of oil and the "crispy" honey chicken is soggy and water-logged with oil. It wasn't just once. It's been every time. The service is less than stellar as well. Hostesses seem disinterested and servers seem flustered, probably because of so many food complaints. I guess the location remains in business because of the name and location. Probably catering only to those visiting downtown. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Stick to ChoLon nearby!

Pei Wei has been one of our favorite places to eat for almost 10 years. I guess the decline in Pei Wei is also happening in P F Changs. It is always sad to see one of your favorite restaurants going downhill and sliding toward closing.

DO NOT ORDER TO GO we ordered to go lunch for 8 people and they completely screwed the order up and the to go punch portion size is so small it would feed a child a full meal. I was in town for an extended training and had graduated, so hubby was in town. We used the valet as it was snowing. Yeah, we live in the south and don't do snow well! The Asian Pear Mojito was good. For some reason I wanted it a bit sweeter though. A friend ordered a margarita and had no complaints. I had the Ahi crisp and it was delish, and so was the lettuce wrap. Hubby always orders the Mongolian beef and he wasn't disappointed. My friend ordered the honey chicken and enjoyed her dish as well. The next time we go, I'll be trying more on their winter menu. (Note: it's taken me 2 months to post this review after I wrote it that day, so I'll be excited to try their spring menu! Haha...) My one complaint is that I had a clear view of the employes eating while on the clock. Guess it is good they are eating what the cooks are making, but go to the back where patrons really can't see you!! Minus 2 stars. I expect way more from PF Chang's!!

We had dinner here with our friends earlier this month. Typical PF Chang. The Orange Chicken was a favorite with the kids, their wine list was nice, and I enjoyed the Pepper Crusted Beef. I'm visiting from California and came here for a rehearsal dinner. The restaurant was very well decorated and had a great atmosphere. The staff were very attentive, kind, and friendly even though they had a lot of people to attend. I liked their wine selection. I got a moscato that was delicious. Our appetizer was a lettuce wrapped chicken dish that was delicious. I highly recommend it. I didn't care for the sauces that came with it, however, because they were too intense and overpowered the flavor. The main dishes didn't impress me. They were all cooked well, but the sauces were overly flavorful in the same way that pre-made sauces are. It was good, but for me wasn't up to the level of authentic Chinese food. It was more of an Americanized food. I tried the sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, and pepper steak. It just didn't impress me. The desserts were a different story. I tried the salted caramel cake. It was creamy, delicious, but not overpowering. I really liked it. They also Had red velvet cake, tiramisu, and peanut butter crunch on the menu. The desserts were where it's at in PF changs. Overall, this place shines on the dessert. If I went back, that's all I would order.

Meh is pretty much all I can say. I've been craving fried rice lately and my other go to asian restaurant downtown has not been picking up their phone, so I figured I'd give PFC a shot since it's near my office. When I called, I waited on hold for few minutes before the fast talking order taker finally picked up. He seemed to scoff at me as I ordered my fried rice and dumplings. Not sure if that's just the way he is, or if he just hates his job and the customers that call in. Whatever. The one thing I did like about the phone-in-my-order process was that they give you a very specific time for when to pick up. Corporate SOP's do have some benefits, I guess. I ordered pan fried dumplings and chicken fried rice. The CFR came with my choice of soup or salad and I chose salad. The dumplings were great. Stuffed full of pork-y goodness and wok fried to perfection. The salad was fresh and plentiful, with a tasty dressing. The fried rice? Shitty. It was overly salty and hardly had any chicken or vegetables in it. I hardly noticed any egg in the dish which to me is a key component of fried rice. In the end, it was just rice with salt and soy sauce. I was really disappointed. Will I be back? Not likely.

Great manager (almost seemed like she was on overdrive to compensate for the) horrible waitress. Our waitress... My, where do I begin? She would disappear for 10-15 minute stretches at a time. My tea ran out within two minutes of arriving and I asked for more hot water when she came around again. After easily 15 minutes AND our main dishes arriving, with her nowhere in sight, I asked the server who brought our food if he wouldn't mind finding where my tea went. He did so immediately, and when she came back some 20 years later, she got all flustered how come I already had one. I must be strange, since I'd like to drink my drink. :) Dishes: 1. Mongolian Beef -- seems to be foolproof after all these years. Solid choice. 2. Ma Po Tofu is very different from "real" Ma Po Tofu. It isn't bad, but it's definitely not what you think it is.. if you're thinking it's Chinese. This dish hitchhiked, took a detour through Wal-Mart, lost its sauce, and danced in a frying pan before landing in front of you. The broccoli it comes with must have missed the train altogether because it was freezing cold. Every single piece. 3. Salt & Pepper Calamari -- also a safe choice. Always yum-yum-yum! WeNoLikey: 1. No coffee 2. Continually removing favorite dishes 3. Hide-and-seek server We Liked: 1. Cute location. The interior is really nice and open, done up in exposed-brick style. There's also a nice garden by the valet lot. Debated on giving a three, but the poor service and cold broccoli held it back.

It's been a very long time since the last time I visited a pf changs (I'm not huge on chain restaurants) But we stopped in for a quick lunch. The service was fast, I appreciated it taking under an hour since I was on my lunch break. I seemed to have forgotten how good their lettuce wraps were.. And the portions were more than enough to share. The lo mein was great as well. The flavors were much better than our local Chinese restaurants... I was completely and pleasantly surprised.

Though their lettuce wraps are still great, the Orange Peel Chicken and their Veggie Dumplings are terrible. The Orange Peel Chicken tasted like slightly orange-y burned chemicals. Might I suggest something better tasting: Panda Express (I'm serious).

My meal here was not all that great. I came here for a business function and granted large parties can be difficult, but if quality suffers due to the size of the party eating, then there is something amiss. My sesame chicken was flavorful but soggy and had too much sauce. The soup was a typical hot and sour, and the pork pot-stickers were the standard dish you can get at any Asian place. The famed lettuce wraps were probably my favorite dish of the entire meal. The service was decent, but I've seen other servers do better with this exact same group, so it can be done. There were definite moments where we felt a bit abandoned and everyone was looking around at everyone else's empty drink glasses, empty appetizer plates and wondering why we weren't moving forward. The server did manage to wrangle up some help in a busser and a runner and the pace of the meal was restored with the delivery of individual entrees. A manager type also checked in on us late in the meal. This is good form but I would have appreciated it if he would have lent a hand earlier on or at least directed more staff our way in general. Not a disaster but not what one expects at this price point. I will return and I like this franchise, so I'm willing to give them to benefit of the doubt on what may have simply been an off day.

Yup, it's a chain Yup, it's always the same menu I like this location, it's never super crowded like the suburbs. They have valet if needed. Staff is usually pretty friendly and the food is tasty. I love the spicy eggplant, and the schezuan green beans! Plenty of seating and an outdoor patio. Something you know and food is always predictable!

We went to PF Changs on a Saturday afternoon famished. We were seated immediately. For appetizers we ordered egg rolls and the crab puffs. They were both very good. I love the sauces the food comes with too. For our entrées I had the steak with pepper and red wined sauce (from the winter menu). And the lo mien with pork and shrimp. The fiesta tea is very good. If you're in downtown I recommend this place. Valet was $5. Great food and service.

I love PF Chang's. I know it's about as "chinese" as Panda Express, but the food is good, the staff are nice, and it's a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. I've brought big ass groups of 30 and dipped in when it's cold and my wife and I just wanted to warm up and it's always good.

My friend is a super fan of P.F. Chang's. I wouldn't say I'm a fan, I've been to them before but try to enjoy the local joints as best I can. We decided to stop in for lunch since it's within walking distance of my office. Not super busy, but solidly packed with patrons looking for a fast and yummy lunch. We were enjoying the menu and to my surprise they only have maybe 10-12 lunch options. I know you can order from the regular menu I just thought a place that has such a large lunch following would offer more lunch options. With that said we both ordered the Almond Cashew Chicken with Egg Drop soup and brown rice. Egg Drop soup was very tasty and the main dish had lots of veggies and nuts and the flavors were very nice. I find it hard to give a four star review to this chain restaurant with all the other local Chinese and Thai restaurants around where the flavors are a bit more authentic and more spicy. This is a nice place for groups or people that don't necessary like a ton of spice. I will probably frequent other local joints first before coming back.

Please save your time and energy for something worth while.. im sure you could cook this crap for the first time ever in your own kitchen and it would taste way better than changs. The only upside is that the ambiance is truly AMAZING and if you're only going for a sake, well then go. Good luck getting a table or a parking spot less than five city blocks away.

Everything would have been fine, if it wasn't for the service! Like maybe I can understand if you where having a bad day, but I was completely ignored by my server the whole time. She seemed very angry from the time we sat down, to the time we left and just plain frustrated with even the smallest request for a refill, like I should have to ask anyway's? It took forever to get are food and as I walk out to smoke, because the wait was so long, I see my server out smoking, laughing it up with some other staff member's. This used to be one of my favorite places in downtown Denver. Now - not so much. Having a reservation didn't get us seated any faster than walk-ins, and the four of us were seated at a small table near the kitchan with the associated traffic and chair-bumping. Their "new" menu is dominated with red chili flavors so if you don't like hot and spicy, go elsewhere. They've eliminated the best vegetable side dishes and reduced portion sizes. The calamari appetizer tasted like breaded cardboard, every dish had a little too much breading, and my Moscow Mule cocktail was a vodka mojito with a really nice candied ginger garnish. I gave them three stars because the waiter saved the meal by asking the kitchen to go off menu for me and prepare the scalops with lemon sauce, which they did. Anyone who ate here before the menu change will likely remember those wonderful lemon scallops! But, we won't be going back :(

I had lunch here the other day, takeout sesame chicken. The food was OK, it came with egg drop soup and that was OK. A two-star meal The real reason I'm writing is the details and the service. Here they are: First, I love the internet order option. I loved being able to order on line from work, then walk over and pick up my food. Low hassle, nice job. Second, they put the egg drop soup in the Styrofoam cup then put that in a plastic bag. A small touch but I noticed. I hate getting soups and other liquids to go in those Styrofoam containers only to have it spill all over the place because the lid came off, it was too full... you name it. The plastic bag was a nice touch. Third, the proportioning was good. Not too much food, not too much rice, just the right amount for a lunch. Kudos to the lunch menu idea. And fourth, I was in there for all of 4 minutes getting my stuff, and I exchanged greetings and a quick laugh with a couple of their staff during that time. Nice people to talk to. The food actually wasn't good, but the experience was great, and that's why I would go back to try something else.

Ah, P.F. Changs. I was so young when I first fell in love with you. This was my special occasion date place when I was in college - now it's more of a corporate lunch destination. I ordered the Changs Spicy Chicken, which was as good as I remember it being, and the fried rice, which was nothing special at all. The chicken lettuce wraps were wonderful (as always) and the Asian Pear Mojito(s) were refreshing, but weak. The patio was great, but the service was not. This is definitely not the place for people in a hurry over the lunch hour! I'm sure I'll be back (like a moth to a flame) but Denver has many more delicious places to chose from for both lunch and dinner.

The food is good, drinks are great, service is good when it is just me and a friend. This location is usually pretty slow, so you can get a table with a minimal wait. Although, if you do have to wait, there are no benches or seats to sit while you wait. Do not go here if you have groups. I came here on two separate occasions with a groups of over 10 and the service was horrible! On both occasions, half of the tables food came out, then 20 minutes later the other half's food came out, and one person was always forgotten. They just don't seem to know what to do when there are a lot of people or how to get more of the waitstaff involved.

This is the heart of LoDo and while there are parking lots very close, they are probably pay lots so keep that in mind. Bathrooms in this place are clean and comfortable. I've been a fan of PF Chang's for years because of their chicken lettuce wraps. I LOVE this appetizer and sometimes I will order 2 or 3 servings of it and eat it as my main course. I've tried just about everything on their menu and you can't go wrong unless you order something you are allergic to. For a chain, they do a good job of cooking flavorful dishes. The decoration and lighting are what you would expect from PF Chang's. This place also gets points for being not terribly expensive but still a place you can bring a date. The selection of restaurant will make you look tasteful but not trying to impress. Win-Win. Make a stop here next time you are in the area.

We tried this PF Changs about six weeks ago and found that like the two in Hawaii the food was uneven. The drinks , Dragon Yazu Martini's , the lettuce wraps , the Shaking Beef and Great Wall of Chocolate were worth going back for. However the Chicken with Back Seen Sauce was completely tasteless and the Lo Mein was greasy and overcooked. Like the Hawaii branches this kitchen seems to have a problem with chicken and seafood but they do a good job with beef dishes. The service, by a young woman named Kendall, was very good. We might go back but will stick to the bar and lettuce wraps. Also have to save room for the Great Wall of Chocolate.

But this was not the case when we went into PF Changs with our group of 18. Excellent service, food came out all together and everyone received what they ordered. PF Chang for me has always been the "glorified Panda Express" so I'm not that big of a fan. I think it's overpriced and the portions are small. I don't know about Denver but in CA you can get better portion and price at other Americanized Chinese restaurant, if that's your bag. Anyhow.... the wait was decent for Saturday night, 20-25 min for a party of 4. The big push was the chicken lettuce wrap so we got that which came out right away. But our main course took FOREVER! Yes it was busy but dang, Chinese food cooks FAST. I wonder if the waiter forgot to put in our order..... He was very nice and curtious, and I wish the food came out faster. We got salt and pepper shrimp (that was just okay) cashew almond chicken (not bad) and my fav of the night pepper steak. This is my 3rd time going to PF Chang and I would say it was the best experience of the three. Would I go back? probably not with out any incentives like we did last night with the free appetizer.

A large group of us (12) went here for lunch one day during the week. We had a reservation for 11 o'clock so we could beat the lunch rush. Thankfully we were seated right away, but it was a full 15 minutes before we were greeted by a waiter even to just get our water. Once we got our orders in, the food came in a respectable amount of time which was nice, but the whole lunch ended up taking a very long time, including having to wait quite a while to pay once we finished eating. Almost everyone ordered from the lunch menu which includes a choice of soup. As a vegetarian, there wasn't really an option on the lunch menu so I ordered from the regular menu which meant I didn't get the soup. That was pretty frustrating as I was hungry and everyone around me had soup and I didn't, just because I ordered off the regular menu instead of the lunch menu because I needed a vegetarian option. One cool thing is that everyone's meal cost about the same so it was super easy to split the bill. I'm not sure if this always happens but it made the awkward end of lunch bill less awkward. I ordered the tofu vegetable curry which was highly decent. Everyone else ordered the typical sesame chicken, etc but it was nothing to write home about. A solid 3 stars for this establishment, and as a place to go for a business lunch when you're on a schedule, you might want to skip it.

I had been to PF Chang's once before in 2002 and had the lettuce wraps. Pretty good, but never really felt the need to go back. Went here again this past Friday as a friend and I were looking for a quick meal close to the MCA. Our waiter explained the family style menu and we ordered the rock shrimp and the beef lo-mein. He suggested we order an additional dish and looked disappointed when we did not. The rock shrimp had the right amount of spiciness and the beef dish was good as well. In the end, we weren't able to finish the ample amount of food and took the rest to go. The service was very good, especially considering our waiter had a very large group next to us as well. We left a generous tip and were on our way. I would probably go back again if the opportunity presented itself.

You know I've never had a meal at any PF Chang's location that wasn't very good to excellent? Yes, I know its chic to downplay the chains, in fact, I myself avoid chain restaurants. But this place just it gets ir right! A tranquil enviornment and exceptional food with quality service. The Northern spare ribs with five spice was exceptional...slightly sweet , fall off the bone meat and the fried dunplings impeccible and my kung pao chciken, done unlike anywhere else, was juicy, spicy and marvelous. Our affable server was attnetive, friendly and sweet. Denver is not exactly a hot spot for Asian food, so this is reliable place to go when you got the Eastern hanker. Lastly the building itself, one of the oldest in Denver, is really nifty; Great interior.

This place rocks for a chain restaurant. The quality of meat and veggies is always legit and cooked properly. It is not inexpensive yet each entree is easily 2 portions so you have lunch for the next day. I've tried several of the dishes and all are very good. Best are the Kung Pao Shrimp and Mongolian Beef. Not a huge fan of their greasy eggrolls but their Hot and Sour Soup and wontons are very good apps. Surprisingly, their margs are very good and on happy hour until 6p.

Grantes the power went out when we arrived so it may have threw the server and kitchen off. Power came back on and we started getting our food. It was not the best I have ever eaten, and typically I love pf Chang's. The server ignored us most of the time. The bathrooms were not usable because they had plumbers working on them at 5pm on a Saturday. I will never go back to this of Chang's. I would rather go to the one by Flatirons mall. They have their act together and always give great service.

Dear God this was the worst dining experience of my life. I booked a birthday for my wife with 8 friends (they knew we were coming!) They took 25 minutes to get us drinks. The first entree came 30 minutes later (before the appetizers) and then....nothing for another 30 minutes. Finally all our food came out at once when I complained to the manager. We were there for almost 1.5 hours before getting our meal. The manager comp'd us, so thanks for that. The dinner was still a disaster. Not a slam on PF changs in general - but buyer beware of this location.

While PF Changs wouldn't be considered by anybody to be traditional Chinese food, it sure is delicious! I swear to God they put crack in their fried rice, it's that good. I always liked Changs before, but I like it even more now that I'm gluten free. They have an entire gluten free menu, and even go so far as to provide gluten free sauces. Everytime I've been there, the staff has been extra vigilant to make sure I know which orders are gluten free and which aren't. My faves? The Singapore Street Noodles (extra spicy!) and the Changs Spicy Chicken. My boyfriend and I eat here waaay more than we should since we both love it, and it takes all the guess work out of ordering (he even eats my food!). And since he worked here for several years, that's saying a lot. Parking can be trouble at this location, but that's true anywhere downtown.

Big fan of the Chang's cuisine. I am a creature of habit; I like to get the food I know I already like. But this time I decided to try something new. And to my surprise they had Lemon chicken, a dish of orient that I never miss where ever I have been, I am still baffled that I hadn't had Pf's. My buddy got the Orange peel chicken, and the both of us mixed and matched the orange and lemon fruity deliciousness! My girl had the Dan Dan Noodles, which were blander than the fruity chickens, but still amazing. Very sticky. Waitress was very attentive and gave us extra rice as needed. I've been a Changs fan for a long time and been to several locations across the nation. This location, however, needs some serious attention to the Changs philosophy and is not indicative of their standards as compared to other locations. I guess some horseplay among servers is to be expected (but at a place of this caliber?). It seems like management would have a better handle on visibility of its employees by patrons and their extra curricular activities especially when I need extra napkins and another beverage during peak hours!! Speaking of management, I wasn't pleased with how I was made to feel when I commented about the aforementioned lack of service to the manager. The older gentleman (claimed to be the manager) I spoke to was rather rude and acted as if I was being too demanding (as I signed my $90 dinner receipt). Again, servers are one thing but if this is the quality of person "in charge", it helps explain the lack of quality and justifies the decision to take my hard-earned dollars elsewhere. I won't be back to this one!

Savannah was an excellent waitress!!! She recommended the Peppered steak!! It was perfect!! Extremely tender cuts of meat and a nice "spice"!!! Beverages never went dry, and the cheese won tons are a must for an appetizer. Two thumbs up for the manager Megan, taking the time to welcome us!!! We'll defiantly be back!!

They have an extensive gluten-free menu that is on the back of the normal one. You don't have to ask! You can eat here gluten free for a week and not have the same thing. No other chain that I know of has this. As just a little extra piece of insurance they serve all their gluten free dishes on different plates and of course you can get your own gluten free blend of 3 sauces. They do not have gluten-free beer here. (I heard they do at other locations.)

For Americanized Chinese food, I certainly enjoy PF Chang's. Typically, I find more authentic Chinese food better and cheaper (ahem ahem, like the places on Federal), but sometimes its nice to have the pleasant atmosphere and cocktails. Last time I went in, they had a pre fix menu for two people for forty bucks, which is actually quite a good deal there. It came with two soups, an appetizer, two entrees, and two mini desserts. At PF Chang's, that's a lot of bang for your buck. The lettuce wraps always please, and everything else is pretty good, not great, but good. I am actually surprised by their preparation of sesame chicken, it is more traditional than the typical Americanized version. Honestly, I find Ming's Dynasty to be better at delivering the Americanized classics. Their sesame chicken is sooo good, but enough about Ming's... All an all, a pleasant experience. Nothing phenomenal or exceptional, but it is consistently good. On a separate note, this last time I noticed they have a whole section of the menu devoted to gluten free offerings. Nice to know they offer a lot to those who are often left to make due.

I'd never eaten at a PF Chang's - not my kind of place. Really, no need to patronize a monster chain with all of the locally owned Asian options in Denver. But, I attended a wonderful New Year's Eve party in a penthouse loft just a block away and the hosts brought in PF Chang's for 30 people. So, we tasted a little of everything and I have to say it was some of the most boring Chinese food I have ever eaten. Not one single dish was interesting in anyway. The dumplings and egg rolls could have come from the grocery freezer case. Even the veggies, although freshly prepared, had no flavor. Thank God for great fireworks on the Mall because there certainly weren't any in the food. Not inexpensive either. So, it was convenient and soaked up some alcohol but that's about it.

Speaking of locations, here's the rundown as I see it: # Downtown: intimate, best for conversing # Park Meadows: great views, boisterous decibels # Southlands: cozy, good for families and conversing As with all PF Changs, here is my entry regarding menu: Favorite Appetizer: Chicken Lettuce Wraps (ask for extra iceberg) Favorite Dish: Singapore Street Noodles (yum, Roma tomatoes, and hooray for thin noodles!) Favorite Dessert: Chocolate Cake* (cake, icing, cake, icing, cake, icing, and a side packed with chocolate chips! plus raspberry sauce...hello!) *A great alternative to the LARGE slice is the mini shot glass of cake...same recipe...different portion.

Good place for takeout - they have an excellent online ordering system (it even lets you specify white or brown rice for individual entrees). When you swing by, the valet parking attendant will offer to radio inside and have your order brought out to your car (I'm not *that* lazy... yet). I'm always impressed by the service. Inside, the bartender or host who gets your order for you will clarify what's in the meal, and that all the sauces etc. are included. The restaurant itself is beautiful, on a nice block in LoDo. But we live fairly nearby, so this has become a reliable weeknight solution for "It's late, I'm tired and starving". Oh, about the food. It's alright. Some dishes are better than others; I like the chicken w/ black bean sauce, the orange-peel beef, the garlic noodles, and the brown rice. (No doubt there's far too much fat and sodium in the meal -- thankfully I don't eat like that every day.)

I just received a phone call from a friend who moved to Denver and was reminded of this restaurant. I went there to visit and had my first PF Chang experience. I was a tad bit drunk and ate tons of hot sauce. The food was delicious. I hate Denver. That is all.

I generally only try to write positive reviews, however my experience today forced me to do otherwise. This location generally looks crowded for business lunches so I decided to make a reservation assuming it would be the same today. Upon entering, we noticed a half full restaurant and open bar seats(usually my preference). We decided to take the bar seats, and due to time constraints, ordered an app and two entrees promptly. The bartender was 'just' friendly enough, but considering we were one of two parties at the bar, she was extremely unattentive. The food was what I had expected, but both the app and the entres took and extremely long time to come out, forcing be to be late getting back to work. I've always had high regards for PF Changs in the past, but I doubt i'll be returning to this location again.

Good news - PF Changs has a full gluten free menu! I went to PF Changs today with some colleagues for lunch fully expecting to have to break some of my gluten-free rules, but was pleasantly surprised to see a full gluten-free menu including soup and dessert! While there were plenty of options (I had the moo goo gai pan), the wait staff was a little confused and couldn't tell which of the moo goo gai pans they brought to the table was gluten free (my colleague ordered the regular version.) They had to re-do the order, but it wasn't a huge deal. PF Chang's isn't often at the top of my consideration set, but I'd definitely go again for the gluten free menu!

Note to PF Chang's wait staff: Unless asked to do so, never box up leftovers at the table until all parties are finished. Tacky! My partner and I have been here four times in the past few weeks. The first three times we had the same server who was great. He was very attentive. He also remembered us each time which is nice but certainly not expected. I like the vegetarian options and like that the portions are quite large. I don't understand why people think this place is expensive. Especially if you consider the leftovers make for a great second meal. The staff at the host stand leave a lot to be desired... Rather short and acted as if they really couldn't be bothered... I actually had to search for their number & pick up the phone to reserve a table. The person on the phone sounded irritated to have to take a reservation even though we've been asked on several occasions if we have one when we just walk in. I realize they have their own reservation form on their website. However, it's rather cumbersome especially when on a smartphone. This place needs to get with the times and make themselves available on OpenTable.com which makes it really simple to reserve with just a few clicks. Overall I like the food and will be back.

Was visiting a friend in denver and got excited for some pf changs.. Typically they are spot on and consistent but this must have been an off day. The food was obviously old and the service was terrible. I love pf changs, but this place needs a reality check.

I've been to PF Chang's on a number of occasions and the experience with them is...predictable. On our most recent visit we dined with a party of six (Mom/Dad, brother/his fiance, my wife and I), and were told we had to wait to be seated until our full party arrived. I get this if it's the middle of dinner rush and people are everywhere, but it was 5:00pm and less than 15 customers were in the place. Whatever. Once we were finally seated the experience was lively and our server was great. One tip is to always start with the lettuce wraps. Delightful treats which are just plain fun and who doesn't like eating with your fingers. The drinks are fun and colorful and pack a good punch. Not sure what my wife thought by ordering a mojito at an Asian place, but it was surprisingly good. My pick for the evening was the orange peel shrimp which was top notch. With just the right amount of tang and flavor I was lovin' it for dinner as well as the next day for lunch. With the portions so large I can imagine there being enough for several more meals had I not stuffed myself. To end our evening of saki, beer and Asian eats, our server was great to offer and deliver a complimentary chocolate cake to my brother and his fiance after learning of their new engagement. IMHO PFC is a chain. Nothing fancy or special about it, but they do provide a fun dining experience for your group outings.

This is the Disneyland of asian food. Geared to the masses, faux decor and sweet! If you have a sweet tooth this is the place because every dish is sweet whether it should be or not. They really should put cotton candy on the menu while they are at it. At least there would be something sweet that I love. I do have to say that the service is speedy, which if you are doing something afterward is highly appreciated. I'm sure I'll go back because enough family members find it a treat.

Its against my morals to eat at chains that proliferate so adamantly all over the us in cities that I've lived in. like evil mushrooms. This is how I feel about Bubba Gumps, you feel me? But the food at PF's is significantly and embarrassingly to admit, well, tasty. Originally, I thought this was a Hawaiian restaurant, but in a matter of 3 years, I've discovered them everywhere. Like on 53 in Bakersfield. Like the "cool" place to drive your mustang or harley to impress your first date while burning 69 barrels of oil and laughing at it. Now about the food: its decent Asian-fusion American I guess. I'm not a chef, but honestly, this place is the epitome of corporate american "guarantee of consistency." I'm not a hater! Don't get me wrong. I just like places with a bit of character. Ambiance that feels slightly dangerous culinary edge. Or at least aspire to. I feel suspiciously safe here. Status-quo-ish Points for great Malbec. Kung Pow was tasty. I would def go back. For sure. Cause of the snazzy waiters and the hot chicks with their 60 year old cigar smoking dates. Ya! I feel like I'm in the 50s. or something. ya. uh ok. Gimme the kungpow now. thanks. and some tiramisu in a shot glass. yep. ok bye now.

CORPORATE, TRENDY & OVERPRICED! I should hate this place, but I don't, I cant and I keep going back. The reason is consistency. Every dish you order here is going to be the same as it was the last time you ordered it there, Changs Spicy Chicken yep the same yummy moderately spiciness every single time. Mongolian beef same every time, Lemon Pepper shrimp yep same every time! Lettuce Wraps exactly the same as the first time you had them. I have experienced a variety of dishes here and those are the main four things I order at least one every time I go here. I recommend it because of its conistency and every dish I have had here is above average. Nothing over the top but you know that you are going something good with pretty much what you order off the menu. LIFE HACKER TIP: This is corporate restaurant if something doesn't meet your expectations or you don't like it let them know, they will either comp it or replace it. DOESN'T work after 3 hurricanes though, you've already incriminated yourself and spent 40 bucks!

I feel like a sodium bomb has exploded inside my guts. I had dinner there last night only because I was starving and desperate for something open and quick at 10:30 PM. Never again! The waiter was too busy hitting on a table of 3 girls to notice how much he was ignoring us. The dishes were bad tasting and too salty. My date asked for xtra brown rice to take with her doggy bag and the moron never put added it. Too busy cruzing the ladies!

short bit: it's fabulous packaging for a sub-par product. your money is paying for the bedazzle and nothing more. it pains me to be so disappointed, given that many recommend it. if you're looking to impress with ambiance and snazzy decor in the downtown setting, this is your place. if you're looking to impress with good food, find another joint. p.f. changs how you disappoint me. let me count the ways: 1 - lettuce wraps, oh so ever revered, would've been great if you didn't shower it with salt and douse it with oil. 2 - salt & pepper calamari, although nice and crisp, would've been better with a sauce less blah. 3 - singapore noodles, tasted like the burned bottom of the pan you fried and overcooked the shrimp and tofu with - doused with soy sauce and bombarded with more salt to cover the burn...for an utterly disappointing plate of sad sad noodles. ever heard of the peanut butter trick? 4 - hunan pork, the sheer horror of burnt-battered-meat, saved by the crispy snow peas, but alas drowned by the 'chili' spice that had no spice. 5 - mu shu chicken - oh mushu, my mushu. it saddens me that you're left to be marked by nothing but hoisin sauce. the saving grace - the lovely sweet-shots of red velvet cake, tiramisu and s'more goodness.

PF Changs is not Chinese food...at all. AND it is a chain. But regardless of that I still really enjoy this place. It's consistant, you know what you are going to get, and I usually stick to the same thing (lettuce wraps, mongolian beef, spicy chicken). I've come to the realization Denver does not have a lot of good asian food to offer, especially in Lodo, so I'll take what I can get.

This was my first PF Chang's experience, and it was a decent one. My family and I grabbed a late lunch/early dinner meal here prior to the semi-final Frozen Four games on Thursday. I had the Vegetarian Ma Po Tofu, with brown rice, that I split with my husband (he ordered vegetable fried rice that we also shared). The tofu was cooked really well, and had a good amount of flavor and spice. Our waiter was very nice, and helpful. We probably could've spent more time in here, and ordered some different things if we didn't have a game to get to, but really it was a good meal.

i would give this a 3 star because of the confusion of our reservation, but Jordan our server made up for it! It was a mess: I called a 6ish and asked for reservation for 15 at 7:00, she put me on hold 3 times and then said they could do an hour to an hour and a half (from 6) so i said. Ok lets do a 7:30 reservation. So when i got there we checked in and were told it would be 45 minutes later thatn 7:30 because the 2 spots we could only sit at were both occupied. One of the spots was for like 20 people. We could just move two round tables together couldnt we? No, guess not. So we finally got seated around 8:15 or later . . . but one of the girls was really sweet and gave us really good updates on when we could sit etc. Our server, Jordan, was amazing! So nice and was really good at recommending how to feed such a big group. It worked out great. Food was good and drinks were great. Went really well. Would go again, but wouldn't make a reservation or bring a group bigger than 5 here.

I have been to this PF Chang's quite a few times over the years and the food and the service have always been good. I like the atmosphere of this restaurant. I love it when my friend and I go here and we usually get one of the super gigantic booth all to ourselves. We feel a little rock star about this. Then of course we feel obligated to order enough food and drinks to fill the table. We are always up to the challenge! Bring on the Sake!

P.F. Chang's is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. The last time I was here my family and I ordered the ginger chicken with broccoli, mongolian beef, and spinach stir fried with garlic. The chicken is delicious and the beef is very tender. All of these meals also come with rice. The only thing we did not enjoy was the spinach. I would not suggest ordering this. Overall, are meals were very tasty and the service and are waiter was very friendly. The restaurant itself is pretty inside and they even give you chopsticks to eat with! If you are looking for some good Chinese cuisine, go to P.F. Chang's.

You have got to be kidding. This is NOT Chinese food or even Asian-inspired food. Just because you use Asian ingredients in your cooking doesn't make it Asian. It has to taste good and fresh. This stuff is over-sauced and stale. Not all Chinese food is sweet sour sauce poured on top of deep-fried meat nor is it brown gravy over fried rice. My noodle dish was a small portion ($12.00 for a noodle dish? Really!?) of spagetti-like noodles (like Italian restaurants use only it came from a box) in a vague brown sauce with bland vegetables and even blander beef. I can't even comment on my wife's dish but frankly my kid could cook vegetables and rice like that. Way overrated and overpriced. If you need Chinese food this bad, go buy some LaChoy frozen meals, turn down the lights, and wait an hour outside your house to simulate the experience. And send me the $10.00 you saved. Sorry, but my Dad owned a restaurant for 15 years and he would have demanded his money back for this one.

Always a solid choice when you stuck for what to do. Unfortunately Denver does not have many old-school ethnic Chinese places like other cities that have chinatowns(NY, San fran, DC), but PF Changs is always solid.

I've eaten at several PF Chang's around the country, and generally don't have an issue with the food, or the prices. Usually the service is friendly, and attentive. That's why I was so disappointed during the visit while we were in Denver for the DNC. My wife and I went for a late lunch. Both meals came with either white or brown rice. I don't care for either, and really like fried rice. Turns out fried rice is priced like an entree - like $8 or something - more than either of our entrees. I would have happily paid an extra couple of bucks to swap my white rice for brown but that wasn't an option. Boy, the loyalty and appreciation our waitress would have earned if she had finagled that for us. Instead, the entire meal I dwelt on that one silly thing. I didn't stiff the tip, but it was about 15%, instead of my usual 20-25%.

For a chain they did pretty well. The portions are always kind of large so my friend and I shared a plate of orange peel chicken and some pot stickers. The lettuce wraps are also yummy. It was also my friend's birthday and the waiter so graciously brought us the largest piece of chocolate cake I have ever seen. I can't say no to chocolate and I must say it was delicious. It is a little pricey, but not any more so than most large chain restaurants. We had an attentive waiter and fast service.

The service is hit-or-miss, the food is consistantly average, and the drinks are interesting and fun. It's a great place to bring someone who isn't from the city. I recommend the cucumbers in the soy/sesame sauce, and the shrimp/chicken fried rice. It's not genuine Chinese food, but it's passable as Americanized Asian, and it tastes good anyway!

Oh! I need some kind of therapy after eating here. The service was amateur. The calamari tasted like grilled beef. I ordered a vegetarian dish that was not advertised as spicy. It tasted as if they had dumped half a bottle of sriracha hot sauce on it. It was so bad; I had to send it back (later the waitress admitted she tasted it and she even said it was awful). So then I ordered the honey shrimp, which were in some kind of sweet and sour sauce with the emphasis on sour. They didn't even bring me fresh rice with my new entree. Basically, if you offered to pay me to eat here I would refuse. I'm still feeling queasy as I write this.
