I've got to say it's been a long time since I used to eat at noodles but I don't think I've ever been disappointed by the food- the Mac an cheese was absolutely delicious and the Parmesan chicken was great too- my friend got the pad Thai and remarked that it was "alright" - the only reason I'm bothering with this review is that we didn't get to eat together- by the time his pad Thai arrived I had finished eating my meal- as a matter of fact I saw several large bags of to go food leave before my friend got his meal- the tables were sticky and the floors had a lot of debris- good food but lacks proficient management

First timer. Simply put: It's fast food. I found the portions to be a little slack in comparison of what I have received at other Thai and Vietnamese restaurants. If you are in the mood for this type of food it is ok, fast, and pretty cheap. I would probably go here again. Just do not expect a very authentic experience and outstanding Asian cuisine. nu is simple, sort of fast food like.

Fast food is never blow you away kind of food. it's I'm settling on this because I have no desire to cook tonight food. You all know what I mean. Noodles & Company is consistent and offers a variety of noodle based dishes. Some are a bit bland but others offer a big spicy kick. It's pretty fast, you order at the counter from a nice teenie bopper and wait patiently for your food. It's an acceptable option when looking for a quick fix for either lunch or dinner.

Stranded in Denver, after a cancelled flight. Wandered over here. Great choices, friendly service and large seating area. Made fresh and hot. Got some wine from a wine shop down the street. Great lunch with a buzz

The food was okay. Nothing really special. It is some-what of a fast food chain that is offering healthy meals for families at a decent price. The offer a variety of noodles from different regions, salads and sandwiches. I tried their Indonesian Peanut Noodle dish. I thought it lacked flavor and depth. The noodles were also overcooked. Definitely wasn't the satisfying meal I was hoping for. The place is also usually pretty filthy because of all the kids. If you're looking for a nice and quiet sit down restaurant this is not for you.

This Noodles SOOKS. Each time I come for take out I'm so disappointed. Paid for extra spinach, on top of the spinach already in the dish and got TWO leaves of spinach in my dish, TWO. And the noodles were burnt. They are so stingy on ingredients it is absurd. Will no longer be coming to this Noodles. BYEEE

The food was ok. Nothing special. My biggest complaint would be that the meat is just thrown atop the noodles, and not integrated into the dish. It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to just pour a bit of the noodle sauce on the meat to at least make it taste like part of the dish. I had the Japanese pan-fried noodles with chicken, and as I said above, it was ok, but nothing special. Also, the menu indicated that the dish was "spicy", but I didn't notice any spiciness.

I'm from out-of-town and straight from the airport, my transplanted friends from the OC decided to take me to this place near their apartment. My friend Sara had developed a yen for this restaurant when she moved here almost a year ago. I was thoroughly impressed by the variety of noodles offered here. There were three main regional preparations: Asian, Mediterranean, and American. I ended up ordering the Indonesian Peanut Noodle. It was spicy, peanutty, and downright tasty. Washed it down with some soda and everything was good in da hood! Not bad for my first taste of Denver and of Colorado!

I could've sworn this place was a lot better when I would frequent it about 3 years ago. I've been consistently disappointed with their food during my last 3 visits in the past 2 weeks. I ordered their Pesto pasta dish with chicken, was hungry again about 2 hours later. The chicken seemed boiled, not really grilled. Another visit I ordered the Asian noodle dish. Was fairly tasty until I saw the "green sheen" on the beef that came with it. I figured you really couldn't go wrong with the udon noodles that were on it, but I guess I was wrong since they were smothered in a sticky, salty brown sauce. Again, I was hungry about 2 hours later. Could be a better place if they had real meats, and didn't rely on cheese as their fillers.

I like this spot. Its great for kids, not expensive and there are a wealth of options. Sure the eats arent authentic to any particular cuisine but who cares? Im sure some folks will whine but anyone who walks into a spot like this looking for the same noodles they scored "in that little place, off that little street in Bangkok" probably has a hole in their head. You want asian? How about italian? Mediterranean? Mom's old fashioned mac and cheese? The world is your oyster. They got beer, and some fancy schmancy soda machine that seemingly serves ten million different varieties like some magical beverage wonderland. You want Dr. Pepper? How about Diet? How about Diet Cherry? How about Diet Cherry Vanilla?!? Whoa bro...no you aint on acid but I just blew your mind.

I had the Pasta Fresca with chicken. It was pretty busy, yet my meal came out fast. The meal was filling...no complaints...I know what Noodles is about and don't expect some gourmet meal.

Eh... this is your typical "one step up from fast food" kind of place. Relatively cheap and quick- the people working behind the counter are always super friendly, which kicks the rating up to 3 stars. The food is okay, but certainly nothing to rave about. I could take it or leave it. Too bad that downtown Stapleton has so many chain restaurants...
(3)
Rob L.
So the Peanut Noodle with chicken thing I ordered was pretty good and tasty, for a chain; you must understand I am not a a fan of "chains" so this was a stretch. So the noodle plate was tasty and at a good temp. Now the tomato bisque soup I ordered was luke warm, who the hell wants luke warm soup on a snow flurry day?!?!?!?! NOT me! Nonetheless, the service was good & pleasant and I was actually pleasantly surprised on one of their red wine selections, Penfold's Pinot Noir. I may go back if I'm ever in a pinch, but nothing about the place WOW'D me! Uneventful yet not horrible.
(2)
Sabrina P.
I love this place! True, the food is pretty basic. But it's good for what it is. Service is always prompt and friendly. I always enjoy my food (my favorite is the Penne Rosa). It's a good compromise when you want to take the kids out to eat, but not really go to a sit down restaurant. This location is always packed with families with kids, so people who want a quiet, relaxing experience should probably avoid this location.

I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews for this restaurant! The location is convenient, the food is good (I'm a fan of the chain in general, and this particular location has been consistently up to that standard), and most importantly, everyone who works at this location has been really pleasant and entirely helpful. The food is ready quickly, and I've never had an order come out incorrect.

It wasn't great but it wasn't the worst place ever. I'm a huge Asian fusion/noodles/soup/spicy/shrimp/rice kind of guy, and I thought this place would be able to satisfy my craving for this Asian love. I ordered Pad Thai and it was just average. I added a lot Sriracha in my bowl to make it tasty and give it a bit of zing. My friend ordered Pesto noodles, which was kind of weird because I don't really associate Pesto and Sriracha at the same dinner table, but I guess at this place it flies. There are about 15 dishes you can order including Mac and Cheese as well as Italian noodles and Asian noodles. Its definitely just a fast food joint where you order and pay at the front desk and have them bring it out to you.

Almost $9 dollars for the large pad thai. It was so dry and just not very good. It had one small piece of cilantro too. For that much money it should just be better. The noodles were very dry and I would have sent it back had I not done take-out.

I like Noodles and Co. This particular store is almost always packed when I walk through the door. It is in a great location and part of the charming "old town" looking part of Stapleton. At this location I just do take out on my way home and get to sit and people watch for a few minutes while my order is prepped (though I just discovered that you can call ahead to have it ready when you walk through the door, that is the theory at least). There are lot's of kids at this location, so be be prepared if you can't handle that sort of thing. I have not noticed any "funky" smells the 1/2 dozen times or so that I have been in, so hopefully that was just an anomo... anonano... anonomo.. one time thing. One bonus thing that I like are the world photo's they have on the walls. One is from a little known World capital city named Tbilisi in the Republic of Georgia. It is a beautiful place with beautiful people and whenever I see that photo it brings back great memories of a trip I took there.

Market research for my work. I'm reviewing this based on being an american and not the chinaman that I am growing up chinatown and having the best asian foods. Definitely I can see being very good for the american palate. I mean if you don't see a King of Thai anywhere around here, Denver, Noodles & Co. has a pad thai that's cooked well and seasoned ok. Passable if I'm craving pad thai and only chipotle and burgers are nearby. IPO recently, so company must be doing something right for the right market. I hope they will create more innovative dishes with my company's help.

I normally love Noodles and Co. However we stopped here late one night and the place was so gross. I asked for the manager and she did not care one bit. In fact she was smug. We took pictures and sent them to the corporate office. Corporate did call right away the next morning and showed concern about the condition of this Noodles. I hope they have cleaned it up, but for now I am sticking with the one on Colorado Blvd.

Dear Noodles & Company, Please begin your expansion to the San Francisco Bay Area. I have been longing for a "fast food" noodle place that is affordable, delicious, and fresh. I don't have that option here. So please, I beg of you.... start expanding to Northern California. As close to San Mateo as possible, if available. My first experience was at the location in Stapleton. They were so friendly there. And the food came out so quickly. And everything was so delicious. It was hard for me to decide what to have that day. For being "just a noodle place," you were still able to have so much variety in your menu. I'm a sucker for noodles, so I could not decide what flavors I wanted that day. I decided to go with the Pasta Rosa. I was advised by our local friend to order extra sauce on the side. I sopped up every last drop of that extra sauce. The dish itself was delicious - fresh mushrooms, al dente pasta, and bright green spinach. But that rosa sauce.... YUM YUM YUM!!! I could eat that sauce as soup, if it was an option. One last plea - please expand to the Bay Area. If you do, I will be there on most days and drag all my friends there as well. And another thing.... please commend your staff at the Stapleton location. They're doing great things there, and I hope my experience at that location exemplifies the experience that you would want for all of your customers. All the best, Mar

Noodles and Company is another one of those fast food restaurants that tries to provide a health meal that is quick and easy at affordable prices. Although i didnt order a noodle dish, I did get one of their sandwiches. The sandwich was good but i wasnt too excited about the meat. It was as if they served yesterdays leftover roast. What i did like about the dish was that it came with a side salad as an alternative to your typical chips or fries. Although the food was decent but the prices are comparable to some sit down restaurants.

SO SLOW. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes for a cup of soup to be ladled out. And parents who bring their kids don't monitor they wild behaviors, so be prepared for a lot of noise. Decent food.
This spot is generally packed during lunch on the weekdays. Tons of yuppie moms with kids and as well on folks on lunch from work. Never had crappy service, they have the BEST rice crispy treats ever and I usually order the penne bowl with chicken. You get a huge amount for the price, although I feel it's still a bit pricey overall for a bowl of pasta. Parking is atrocious out back - good luck getting a spot anywhere......

Is this really a successful restaurant concept? Step 1: Overcook some really bland noodles. Step 2: Pick an equally bland sauce to smother the noodles. Step 3: Add some type of rubber-like protein. Step 4: Push the food around on your plate until you no longer have an appetite. Seriously folks, the food here is crap.

Was treated to a Your World Kitchen Tasting (meaning FREE food for me and my friends) and it was AWESOME! The food was excellent and the service was superb. Noodles & Company -- and especially this location in Stapleton -- is a great option for adults (and children). I had not been to a Noodles & Company in years, but I'm now addicted to the new menu. EVERYTHING was great!

Well, thankfully, I didn't get the 5-day-old vomit smell on my visit to Noodles and Co. last night! This is really a takeout restaurant, anyway, not to enjoy a sit-down meal. The menu is really limited, but that's okay because you expect it when you're here. Bottom line: you're not going to be wowed by the culinary masterpieces here, but that's okay. It's takeout. It's cheap, fast, and yummy. They do the tofu just the way I like it - marinated and really crispy on the outside. Both the Japanese pan noodles and the Indonesian peanut saute are both tasty and spicy.

This place smells like 5 day old vomit. it smells badly enough to dry heave, which I did. It was hard sitting there, waiting to pick up our order, trying to block the nasty smell by chugging soda. My husband insisted that this was all in my head. Chucked the food and went somewhere else. You'll lose your appetite, and maybe more, if you linger too long in this place. Your choice. I like Noodles and Co, but not this location...I think they're bordering on a health hazard. In CA, restaurants are required to post their inspection grades: A (clean bill of health), B (one or two items that need attention, but not crucial), and C ("by eating here, you agree to not sue us"). This place smells like "C." Thinking about this place makes me bulimic. * star for having other locations.

This place is great, for what it is. Keep in mind that it's a chain - so come on now what do you expect! The Peanut Noodle dish was delicious and the consistancy of the noodles was spot on. I will go back for take out regularly.

I ate here a few times, mistakenly thinking it would get better each time. Still, each time, the noodles tasted like the were warmed/cooked (whatever they do to them) in old dishwater. Moreover, everything I've tried was so lacking anything resembling flavor that each dish allowed the noodle water to permeate the dish (I understand how another yelper said it smelled like vomit). Finally, each time I made a special request, the dish came out wrong - when I alerted them, they'd hand it to some kid who worked there who would just pick the stuff back off my dish. Overall a gross experience that just got more gross with each visit.

Cleaner than some noodles and co. The food was a little slow and the server seems confused and forgot items for other tables. If you like noodles and co you won't be disappointed.

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Not been in years as I as generally left unsatisfied. Tasty. But small portions. Ordered the "reg" size of Indonesian peanut sautée. Chicken portion acceptable and perfectly cooked. Noodle portion however, always a little small. Guys, adding a little starch won't change your food cost percentage in a meaningful way.

You get a huge amount for the price, although I feel it's still a bit pricey overall for a bowl of pasta. Parking is atrocious out back - good luck getting a spot anywhere......

I use to go to Noodles all the time in college and I never had a bad experience. Just got take out last night from here and the portion was SMALL. I literally ate it in 4 bites. Boo.
