I love the company and all the locations I have been to are great. I love the penne rosa, and the new mac and cheese's are back! This location is great as its on 16th st mall, so you can stop in for lunch- it gets busy but I've never had trouble finding seats, the turnover is pretty fast. Its next door to chipotle, so if your group wants to eat at both places, you can always meet outside on the patio to share a meal.

How can you not like Noodles? It's that happy place between fast food and sit down dining. The service at this location is great and the food is made to standard. Kudos to the staff who remembers our names and starts the mac and cheese for my two year old as soon as they see the stroller rolling in the door.

Noodles for a place called "Noodles" were just ok and a little pricey. My wife had the Pad Thai and added chicken- it was pretty low on the veggies but had decent flavor. The Wisconsin Cheesesteak however was awesome! It has MOP (mushrooms, onions, peppers), tender steak pieces and a delicious cheese sauce. The tomato soup was also very tasty (although a little thick because it had been probably simmering all day). All in all the sandwich/soup combo was delicious and priced ok and the noodles are a bit overpriced with decent flavor. FYI- my 100 pound wife just told me to add "if you don't add meat to your noodles, you'll go home hungry."

A go to for a quick nums. I have never ordered anything other than penne rosa drenched in siracha so not to much of adventurer. Props to the Colorado love and that it is a big thing now. Who doesn't love pasta?

Yes, it's a chain restaurant. Yes, the food is darn good. I've had both the mac & cheese and tomato bisque and I'll be coming back for more. Service was good, the place was clean, and they kept everything moving along despite the busy lunch hour.

Ordered my food using iPhone application, came in and paid, was given the wrong size drink and when I pointed it out to the clerk, he slammed down the right size with an attitude. Then my food apparently was ready and sat on the counter for 10 minutes and nobody told me it was ready. When I enquired about the status, the staff seemed put-out to find my food and didn't seem to care about the problem. Manager didn't seem concerned with anything but giving my money back which I did and of course I'm not going to take the food if I didn't pay for it. I work across the street and there are way too many other options available. Avoid unless you don't care about the way you are treated.

I feel silly writing a review about a Noodles but last week the customer service was unexpected so I felt the need to. I got a side caesar salad with my pasta and I heard the guy who bags all the food ask one of the cooks for another side of the caesar dressing, just in case I didn't think there was enough on the salad already. I thought that was really nice of them, and it was in the middle of their lunch rush. Cheap, big servings of pasta that are customizable and are perfect for a work day lunch. The location is extremely convenient if you work in one of the surrounding towers. I am definitely a regular here!

This location is close to union station just a short walk from a ton of other restaurants and coffee shops. Not sure why my friend and I decided to go here but I really like noodles so I wasn't complaining. The menu offers both Italian style and Asian noodles. My friend told me the Asian noodles aren't good so I opted for the whole wheat pasta option. She got the pesto. My pasta was "healthy" only bc of a meager sprinkling of veggies and the whole wheat pasta. Other than that it was really greasy and kind of bland. Think airport food. They did have a pretty cool futuristic soda dispenser where you could create your own soda. Probably won't be back, but I could see why people might want to bring kids here. Fast, cheap, and no hassle. Good for picky eaters or commuters looking for something fast in downtown Denver.

Noodles & Co was a really nice surprise. After a long trip into Denver I wanted to pick up something fast and light. There was a Noodles & Co right across from my hotel and it turned out to be a good experience. It's a little bit above fast food, but don't go in expecting authentic dishes. The prices are fair and the food is good. Would love to have an inexpensive on the go option like this place in my hometown.

Worst noodles anywhere. Horrible service, dirty restaurant, and bad food. Protein servings are 1/2 of other noodles. Also, if you have any food intolerances, DO NOT go to this noodles. Their staff isn't properly educated in the ingredients. Also, check your to go bag every time before leaving. Go to the noodles at the other end of the mall. I love this company, hate this location.

I ordered steak stroganoff but they gave me a pork mac and cheese, im not the kind of guy to send stuff back so i just ate it. The best part of the meal was the macaroni and the pork. The cheese was not that great and neither were the little extras added, overall this place was very average

Unfortunately I can't comment on the flavor or quality of the food as I threw mine away after observing the unsanitary practices in the restaurant.

I stayed across the street at the Sheraton and at first I scoffed (to myself). Noodles? Big Deal! My daughter wanted to try it out and I'm glad we did. I actually had the Mediterranean wrap. It was delicious! We went again the next day this time I had the chicken Alfredo. Again it was delicious. Make sure to ask about the spiciness if you don't like hot. My daughter ordered one (Penne Rosa I think) that was so spicy hot she could not eat it. I do recommend visiting at least once.

The one thing Denver lacks is a Vapiano. So I went here to ATTEMPT to suffice my craving for a fresh, made-to-order, pasta experience. Did Noodles & Company compare? No, not in the slightest. Was the food still decent? Yes. And the service? Equally as quick. Again, in hopes to match Vapiano, I custom-created my dish... the base was their Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, changed the noodle to Capatavvi, added a Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Breast, and requested sides of their Pesto Basil and Spicy Tomato sauces. After mixing it all together, the pasta was pretty darn delicious but did not include the abundance of veggies I typically prepare a Vapiano pasta with. No complaints here and I will return!

This is a chain type of restaurant. In no way authentic. Going in you don't really come to expect much, almost like going to panera. I got the Bangkok Curry and would say overall, it was decent, but did not satisfy my hunger for noodles. Good place to come on the run with not much of an expectation. Price was around 9.50.
(3)
Bethany S.
Make sure to double check your order if you're getting takeout. I went today and didn't double check until I returned to my office. I didn't get any pork on my Bangkok curry noodles as I ordered and paid extra for. I'm rather disappointed.

Not bad...I've never seen this chain prior to moving to Denver. Since I love pasta and don't want to spend a lot of money on dinner I enjoy this fast food chain concept. The food was good, not amazing but good enough to satisfy random pasta cravings. The best part was that you could order a smaller portion, good so you won't feel too guilty afterwards!

I stayed across the street at the Sheraton for a Child Life Conference in May 2013 & this restaurant being convenient & delicious, I went here twice out of the four days I stayed in Denver. Maybe it was a slow night or maybe I just came during an off time but whatever the reason I had a great meal. PROS - everything on the menu looked delicious, very diverse - cool soda machine with a variety of flavors - open and spacious dining area - perfect spice, on the Pad Thai CONS - when I came to the restaurant there was no one at the register but two cooks. I looked around & two people in the restaurant - that ratio didn't make sense to me. Luckily, the wait for the cashier wasn't too long. Food like Thai may not taste authentic but it is delicious for the restaurant & location. If I come to the Denver area again I will visit here again. Luckily for me there is a Noodles N Company near my home in San Diego.

This place was absolutely atrocious. My girlfriend and I headed here since we were both craving noodles and Liang's wasn't open. I had the pad thai with beef and coconut curry soup and she had the Indonesian peanut saute. The cashier got our order wrong twice, which is annoying but forgivable. I'm willing to wait in line again if the food is good. It wasn't. The pad thai did not taste like pad thai at all. It looked something like a pad thai, but tasted nothing like it. The noodles were clumped and undercooked, making it so that the distribution of flavor was extremely uneven. It was just plain gross. I tried my girlfriend's noodles and they were just as bad. It felt as if the cook just came back from the bar at 2 AM, took some noodles out of a packet, put it in a bowl, and covered it with whatever condiments were available at the time. Not pleasant at all. The beef in my pad thai (that they had the nerve to call "marinated steak") didn't even taste like beef. It had the texture of an overcooked chicken breast and looked like sliced cat poop. It tasted like a slightly seasoned sliced cat poop. The coconut curry soup was pretty bad too. No curry flavor, only watered-down coconut milk. The noodles in it were overcooked and it was topped with fresh spinach. Where the hell did these cooks learn their Asian flavors from? I'm seriously wondering if any of these guys have ever tasted Asian food before. Everything was amazingly bland and cooked with a level of detachment that nihilists would kill for if, theoretically, they cared about that sort of thing. In our visit to Denver, we had some phenomenal meals. There was only one meal that was below average, and it happened to be absolutely dreadful. One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. It's been almost a week and I'm still livid. Goddamnit, Noodles and Co., get it together before you scar any more diners.

I'm not usually a fan of fast food, but this isn't your normal fast food joint. I won't lie; I quite enjoyed my Penne Rosa with Parmesan crusted chicken. The only change that I'd make to my order is to get a small bowl, not a regular bowl. That was way too much pasta and I couldn't finish it. We arrived around 1 so we must have a missed the lunch rush. We ordered our food after waiting in a short line and received our meals a few minutes later.

Yum. So obsessed with this place lately. The food is really good and almost everything is vegetarian unless you choose to add meat to it. The people who work here are really nice, too. The only bummer is that it can get really busy and take a while to get your food around peak lunch hours. If I'm headed in between noon and one I usually order and pay online so all I have to do is pick up. If you order from the website you can enter your credit card info and pay online. If you order from the mobile app then I don't think you can. My favorites: the Med Salad or the veggie Med sandwich(both vegetarian), or Japanese Pan Noodles (vegan). Plus they're HQ'd in Colorado, so it's kind of eating local, right?
(5)
Bobby T.
It's just noodles, for chrissake! A-OK noodles. Some good, if not basic, flavors going on. I like the Mac & Cheese varieties and the steak stroganoff. My colleague insists the Pad Thai is very good. They have sandwiches now, too. Perhaps some day I'll try their meatball. Probably won't be as good as Mici's, but how else would I find out? Service is pretty quick. Store is relatively clean. $.75 less per dish and I'm a regular. Yes, I can be a cheapskate.

Full disclosure. I went there only because my boss asked met to go there with him. Simply put... this place was nasty. I couldn't believe I was eating what I was eating and the quality of what they served was pathetic. I get that people must like this type of food because it's inexpensive ... but c'mon... seriously? They have Japanese, Italian and Thai on this menu... but it's all pretty UN-authentic. The japanese noodles with beef I had was salty (way too much soy sauce) and the noodles were overcooked. The beef itself was chewy. (Made me wonder what it was chewing.) The dining area was not clean and we bused our own area just so we could sit down. God, I hope Denver has better food to offer!

Love me some fast food noodles, but the service here can be slooooow. I stopped in after the lunch rush, thinking a bowl of soup would be super speedy. There were three people who ordered before me, and they all received their noodle bowls before I received my soup. When the guy behind the register caught wind of my death stare, he scooped some soup into a bowl and handed me my order. Finally! I'll stick to my Mac n' Chesse or Beef Stroganof next time.

So if you've been to Noodles & Company anywhere, you know what to expect as far as your meal is concerned at this location. So what would spur me to write a review, then? I'll tell you. I came in here at noon on a Thursday, which means extreme lunch rush hour anywhere downtown. I walked in to be greeted by a line almost wrapping around the inside of the restaurant. I was terrified. But dangit if I wasn't gonna get the mushroom stroganoff I had been craving all morning! So I braved the line, and to my surprise within five minutes I had gotten to the counter and ordered. It wasn't much longer before I got my food. I was highly impressed at how this store runs like a well oiled machine when it's CRAZY busy. Bravo, folks! I'm indeed a fan.

Had to wait 20 minutes for Mac and cheese and when it came out it was penne with Mexican cheese on top. Not what I was expecting. Also ordered beers and had to wait for those to come out with the dinner. I expected more.

Yummy, inexpensive option for quick bite to eat for lunch or dinner along the 16th Street Mall... that I often times go to for lunch given I work upstairs from this location! I specifically love the meatballs and the rad soda-dispensing machine with its numerous options! You gotta see it to believe it. However, you'll want to get your meal to go as the major downfall of this location is the set-up of the dining area. In attempting for an artistic approach to how many and where each table is located, the designed failed to realize how terribly inconvenient and claustrophobic you feel when eating in. Numerous chairs go unattended as tables aren't simply set-up for groups of 2 or 4 like every other quick-food restaurant I go to. Add to this that they pick up after you opposed to having patrons discard their waste after eating causes tables to not get turned over quickly and efficiently.

Friendly service, crappy food. Every time I go on a trip, I get this weird noodle craving. My boyfriend and I ordered Japanese Pan Noodles, which had WAY too much sauce and very few tofu cubes. I wasn't expecting something fantastic, but what we got was rather disappointing (and super salty).

All in all pretty good food and I would have given it 4 stars. Except they have one problem and that is it is very expensive to make the dishes healthier. I do like the noodle dishes however it costs $1/ to double any vegetable. So if you want to double the vegetables it can cost $4-$7 almost twice the dish. Most places that you go to will double vegetables for free and if they charge it will only be $1-$2. I feel this degrades the experience greatly and leaves you with salads if you want something healthy. I don't feel it should cost you $5 to add more veggies and reduce the amount of noodles to make the dishes a little healthier.

I've been to a few different noodles & co. Over the years, but this one is the best! The manager Megan is a super doll, has some cool tattoos and engages in such high levels of bad-assery that I can't even put words to it. Superb customer service and patience when we were with a noodles virgin who took forever to pick his dish. She made some great suggestions, and when my husband wasn't totally please with a new dish he'd never tried, she brought out some sauce to improve things. he loved it and totally enjoyed the meal. Thanks Megan, you're awesome!

I wanted something quick and filling, so I decided to try out the pasta here. The decor inside was very welcoming. A mix between fast food and Italian restaurant. I ordered a regular size of the Penne Rosa with the Parmesan Crusted Chicken. It was a little spicy but very good. I could have only ate half I decided to eat it all in one sitting. This is totally pasta you can make at home but when your visiting or at lunch it is a perfect meal. The website really helped since they have a picture full menu and options. On 16th Street across from the Market Street Station very convenient too.

My office is a ten minute walk from 16th Street, so I've stopped in Noodles & Co a few times for lunch. Boy, does it get crowded! However, on the times I've been in, staff has really been on top of things. It's nothing for the line to be 15-20 people long, but an employee works the line, taking orders. They send the order to the kitchen from the line, so once you've waited 10 minutes in line you're not waiting another 10 minutes to get your order. Very nice, and very much appreciated by those of us who need to get back to the office! Generally, the food has been pretty good - Noodles and Co is much better than your average fast food, and it has some good, healthy options. It also has yummy non-healthy options, like macaroni and cheese with a scoop of chili on top. That's comfort food on crack, and perfect for a cold winter day. I haven't had anything really, really memorable, or anything that I was inspired to attempt to recreate at home, but hey - it's a fast food joint. I'd choose Noodles and Co over Arby's any day!

Stopped in here for the first time the other day. Your typical fast food-like place, NO burgers - that's a plus. Menu has a variety of choices from Mediterranean to Pad Thai with some others sprinkled in. I decided one of their seasonal salads. It was very tasty and was fast service if you needed food on the fly. Great pit stop for afternoon lunch. I think I will definitely be back to try some of their noodles, after all it is Noodles and Company. LOL.

Over time I've fallen out of love with Noodles. The concept was novel at first, but I've had mixed experiences with quality at this location. One star for location, one star for concept menu and one star for not being a burger joint. Other than that, I don't have much else to recommend this place as anything other than a decent lunch stop. I think maybe that's what the owners had in mind. It's usually packed, so they must be doing something right. Positives - two iced tea selections. The Trio combination allows you to pick three items and make the lunch you want off the menu.

The food is pretty good for a chain place. All the ingredients are delicious and taste fresh. It is a perfect stop for lunch. Here are the four things I have tried. I've been here quite a few times since it is one block away from me and I rarely cook. - Indonesian Peanut Saute w/ Chicken . This is a very good dish with a bit of kick. Try this with Chicken. - Spicy Chicken Cesar - Thumbs down. The Cesar Dressing tastes too much like anchovies for my liking. Plus, the spices to make the meal "spicy" don't blend at all. - Pad Thai - This was probably the best thing I have tasted on the menu. The noodles were not overcooked and all the ingredients worked well together. - Med Salad - Another good choice. - Pesto Cavatappi - This was also good, but not outstanding. All in all, good but not outstanding lunch stop. I will be going back sometime soon to try the Mac and Cheese.

I guess it's a fun idea: lots of noodle dishes from various cultures. But in the end, each dish bears just a resemblance to its namesake. On my first visit, I tried an Asian noodle dish. For fast food, it was perfectly fine and fit my needs for on-the-go food. It wasn't so cool, though, when we arrived at our destination to find that part of our order was missing. It was too late to go back, but we made a note to check our order if we got takeout again. Five months later, there was a coupon for a free entree so I gave them another try. My meal caused me severe gastrointestinal distress, to put it politely. Could have been a fluke, but I'm almost positive it was my lunch that caused my issue. The food really isn't that memorable, anyway, so I've crossed it off our household's list of options in the neighborhood.

Working downtown and especially working next door I have sampled quite a few items here. My fav is the mac and cheese. The on-line ordering is the way to go as the line is usually out the door come lunchtime. For a convenient carb fix Noodles is a good choice.

My son and I ate at this location the other night while on vacation. There is only one location in our home state so we try to seek them out whenever we can. I had the Wisconsin Mac and cheese with crusted chicken and my son had spaghetti and meatballs. The Mac and cheese was creamy and the chicken quite tasty. My son loved his meatballs. He ate all of them...I think there were 6 of them...which is a lot for him. The manager came over to let us know there would be a delay because fresh meatballs were being made. Actually the wait wasn't very long but she gave my son a free dessert. We weren't in a rush but I thought that was a nice sign of customer service. It was a pleasurable experience. I would eat at this location regularly if I lived in the area

This location is always busy - there's a perpetual line to the door everytime I come here. I always ge tthe mac and cheese, stroganoff or pesto - consistently good and flavorful. My only gripe is the silly new soda machine - always creates a clusterf**k in an already busy restaurant. Why fix it when it's not broken?
(3)
Laurie W.
Fact: I like Noodles and Company. I really do. I've been a fan for years. This location is busy. Call ahead or order online and totally skip the line by heading to the third register to pay and pick up your food when you get there. Receive dirty looks from other customers who did not think to do this. I generally order takeout from this location, and I've never, not once, had a problem with getting an incorrect order. That is amazing, considering I've been coming to this place for probably 8 years. So go ahead, order the cucumber tomato salad. It's delicious.

I recommend this place when you are in a rush, but want some food that is not fast food. Yummy tomato basil soup. And the Mediterranean sandwich hit the spot while I was running late for my shuttle.

I was touring the Denver 16th Street area and it was really cold since the city had just got some snow in mid-October when I went. It was dinnertime and around the area were mostly coffee shops and delis that were closed. There were a couple sit-down restaurants nearby, but I wanted something quick, cheap and soothing for the cold weather. So I walked into Noodles and Company. I live right next to one of these in San Diego so I'm definitely familiar with the chain restaurant. Given that, I went in without much to expect. To me, Noodles and Company was a simple and well-made yet unauthentic Asian fusion restaurant. Nevertheless, I decided to give the Thai Curry Soup a shot. I added noodles and a soda and it came out to be a little over $10. The soup was quite flavorful and even a bit salty, but the rest of the ingredients did not have much flavor cooked into them. Overall, the dish was satisfying given the cold night weather, but nothing too special at the price that I paid.

I'm giving this Noodles a four star rating, and a one star rating. Four stars, because the food is good and it's huge inside. One star, because I saw a cockroach. That is all.

Quick, cheap and yummy. I walked around downtown today and kept an eye out for something different but quick I could get for dinner. I stopped into Noodles & Co. and the person who served me was friendly and prompt. The food was made fresh in front of me (well - in front cause I was watching the kitchen) and stayed hot while I walked back to my hotel. While I've had better Pad Thai, this was still good and the other dishes sounded good too. If you need fast food try this little find because it's different, tastier and better for you than a Big Mac.

The is a chain that disappointed not only me but others in my party. The Noodle company may prize themselves in making good Asian cuisines but you'll be disappointed if looking for anything authentic. Every dish is pretty much Americanized, however the dishes are not horrible nor are they phenomenal but they were somewhat on the pricey side. I've had better food at larger portions and more authentic at other places for the same price. I would have to pass this establishment up next time. Noodle company does have other culinary cuisines i.e American and Mediterranean food but I'm not too sure if I want to spend the money to try.

When walking along 16th Street and I'm craving something filling and something to refuel me from a day of shopping, I might end up here. I also might meet up here for a quick dinner or lunch with friends or family before a big night out. Lots of different choices of Americanized favorites. They classify the pastas by Mediterranean, Asian, and American; however, you're not getting real Mediterranean or Asian food. It's fast casual food. But it's still tasty. You also have the option of adding chicken, steak, or shrimp. I always get the small pasta with one choice of meat or seafood for $5.95 plus tax. Not bad for a meal downtown. My favorite is the Pesto Cavatappi with shrimp. Just enough food for me with nothing left over but a full stomach. Without meat, the small pasta is only $3.95. Not too shabby. You can also order the regular pasta for $5.95 ($7.95 if you want meat mixed in) if you want some to take home or if you have a big appetite. If you need to liven up a dish, put on some of that heavenly chili sauce. I love hot food, and that stuff will clear out your nasal cavity. Just put a little on if you don't think you can handle the heat. Overall, pretty tasty, reasonably healthy (depending on how you define health) and sensibly priced.

What I had? Mushroom Stroganoff (without cheese) Food review: So, this is another one of my low sodium-ish stops that I regular about once a week (website says regular is 790 mg but I have the cheese removed so that knocks it down to at least 690 mg, yeah? :-) ). The Mushroom Stroganoff at Noodles is the best stroganoff I've been able to find at a restaurant that comes closest to my mother's amazing beef stroganoff. Anyway, this is a solid dish that I've been having for years. If I were to complain about one thing, I wish it had a little more sauce but maybe I'll try asking for it next time. ;-) Service? No complaints here

I'd give it 3 1/2 stars. I went for lunch today to try the penne rosa that Joseph C. recommended. It was very good. I also had a Caesar salad. The greens were fresh, the croutons and Parmesan were great, and the dressing was tasty. For what this place is, a fast casual restaurant, they do a good job.

A solid lunch spot in downtown Denver. Initially, I assumed that all the noodles were solely going to be Asian-inspired just by the restaurant name, but was instantly caught off guard by the noodle options that included both Mediterranean and American dishes. The "trio" option of a salad, noodle dish and protein is an ideal choice for anyone looking for a fulfilling meal. Service was efficient and they got through the lunch crowd pretty quickly. If ever I return back to Denver, I'm sure to make a stop at Noodles & Co for another enjoyable lunch.

Stopped in for the first time today and got the penne rosa. Really tasty all things considered...you know, fast casual pasta chain on 16th Street. As a UCD student, I'll probably be making the hike a few times to grab lunch this semester.

Oh my pad tai! I always order pad tai with extra peanut sauce (fav.). The Pad tai and the peanut sauce were two of my favorites Ive ever had! Plus a side tomato cucumber salad tastes just Like my moms ... delicious! Sooo good! I live in Los Angeles and though I'm not a fan of chains, I will make sure I visit one out there if there are any! Great service too! A+++ hit the spot!

This place was packed but the lines move quickly. I like the variety of different styles the noodles are prepared in. i played it safe and got a teriyaki type bowl - I can't remember the name. I may come back and try another flavor. I thought the portions were small for the price of the food. The place was nice and clean to its credit.

Meh. I've experienced better. It was bland and expensive. But they have a lot of variety. I ordered a regular size curry noodles, and it was about one serving of noodles... it was quite small for how much you actually play. My friends had the pad thai and the spaghetti. The pad thai i heard was bland (maybe they forgot the sauce), and the spaghetti looked alright. All in all, it was a pretty decent place to have lunch if you are a UCHSC student (because you get a free drink if you show your ID). Yeah...

This place is always busy but they're great at keeping the line moving. I love how many of their dishes are under 500 calories. Their asian chopped salad is great and so is their Japenese pan noodle dish. I wouldn't bother with their appetizer chicken lettuce wraps, which are new but their regular stand by dishes rock.

This was my first ever noodles experience. I must say that I was impressed. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a long line that moved quickly. Once at the register, I see the cashier, Megan, has a tattoo of Extra Boss status. Anyone with a Fight Club tattoo is A OK in my book. I took my sweet time ordering, but eventually decided upon Penne Rosa. It was pretty delicious. Megan personally came to our table to find out what we thought of our food, where we then learned that she was the Big Boss. My friend was displeased with his meal, so she went and brought him a different type of sauce that immensely improved it. Megan made this trip more than worth while, and I would return gladly.

Dude! How can you give Noodles two stars, Dog! From me they get one star for each: Fast Tasty Affordable Good portions. Put that in your pipe and smoke it!

Damn, burn on Noodles and Co. Personally, Noodles and Co. feeds me what I want...uh...noodles...with cheese...maybe a sauce of sorts on top. Now, this place is cool since it gets the job done: tasty food with interesting selections. Worried about your health or on some cracked-out whack-job diet like Atkins? Well....they can accommodate you: check out their Mediterranean chicken thing (don't personally but looks pretty decent), or better yet their Mediterranean salad with tofu. This guy is the bomb. However, Noodles doesn't quite get that 5th star since the don't quite make it into the nice sit-down category, but actually aren't that cheap either. Here's the thing: each dish is pretty good, about $6...but this is standard. Now if you want meat or tofu? Thats another $2. Drinks, add a little bit more, and with tax..you just passed the $10 threshold. So, if you are going cheap? Get Chipotle or Chinese take-out. If you want to throw down, go somewhere upscale a bit. But if you are in the neighborhood, are in a hurry, or are craving that particular dish, this place has your number.

Listen to this post: "Go to their homepage and sign up for Noodle's & Company free e-mail newsletter. In return, you will receive a coupon for a *FREE* meal on your birthday and/or anniversary; plus, BOGO free offers occasionally." Co-workers and I go here because it's close to work. Go 1pm or after to miss the crowd, unless you don't mind making new friends. I usually stick to the Asian menu, or the Mac N Cheese. The whole grain pasta was kinda blah. They have half sizes that are great if you're trying to watch your calories. Check out their website for nutritional info: noodles.com

If there is any Thai food to be had downtown, I haven't been able to find it. I was kinda hungry and really craving pad thai, because I went to J's Noodles last night and fell in love again. But there's nothing downtown. So I thought, out of desperation, I'd give Noodles & Co. a try. Here's how it began: "I didn't order this ... I ordered the pad thai" "This is the pad thai." "Really? Oh. (shit.)" What I got was the "white" plate ... white, featureless whole chicken breast, perforated into thick strips, lined with a mass of white bean sprouts, all laid across a bed of really mediocre noodles. There was no effort at integrating the elements on the plate. I thought "this looks like a McDonald's attempt at pad thai." Then I thought "no, McDonald's would probably do it much better than this." I was really in a good mood until I ate here. I left feeling cranky, and not because I had a bad experience, but because the food was so disnourishing. What really pissed me off is the thought that they actually tried to pass this off as pad thai. They get one star, because eff you is why.

This is actually a review for the Fitzsimmons location. It's good, I like it. However they don't give you enough meat or vegetables. It's expensive as it is ($8 a bowl of pasta) so if you're adding more meat and veggies you're looking at a $10 plus meal. Their pesto sauce is pretty alright.

It pains me a little to admit this, but I just had a pretty delicious sandwich at Noodles. They rolled out sandwiches recently: a meatball sub, philly cheesesteak, spicy chicken caesar and the mediterranean (with chicken or just the veggies). Since I had a BOGO coupon expiring tomorrow, I braved this busy lunch spot in spite of being completely unimpressed with the previous noodle-y dishes I'd had before. My "med" sandwich came on flatbread with chicken breast, tomatoes, cukes, red onion, feta, cilantro, sauteed mushrooms, lettuce and a flavorful vinaigrette. It was piping hot and stayed that way until I ate the last bite...a nice touch. The flatbread was so full, it almost felt like I was eating a huge, folded mediterranean taco. The sandwich "duos" come with your choice of soup or salad and range from $5-6ish. It was a lot of food for the price - and fairly healthy - and I was surprised I liked it. Really fresh and light caesar dressing. The hot meatball sub on a huge hoagie roll went over well too. I definitely won't return for faux pad thai or mac and cheese but this flatbread could lure me back in sometime.

Yum! For $5.78 (incl. tax) I had a filling bowl of noodles, cabbage, bell peppers, onions, and a few other veggies I can't remember. I think you could add a meat or tofu for another couple of bucks. Super cheap and filling and one of the best parts about it was that the high veggie-to-noodle ratio.

After walking the entire length of 16th St, and attempting to walk to the Millennium Bridge I was hungry for Chipotle...But it was a Sunday, and apparently the Chipotle's near the Riverfront Park is closed on Sunday. Disheartened, hungry and a bit cranky, I was desparate for anything...I remember coming across this restaurant under the Asian category in the Downtown Denver guide that's at every MallRide stop, and the sign looked friendly enough, so my group and I entered. There were a few people in the restaurant and the menu looked somewhat diverse, Asian, Mediterranean and American dishes were offered. Though, some ingredients are questionable in terms of authenticity of traditional cusines, the flavors are all faves, and to have them in one restaurant, I would have to forgive the multi-use of one ingredient. Practically all of the dishes on the menu, can be made on your own, in the comforts of your home, with the right ingredients. Its not rocket science, to throw some sauces in a pan with pasta and sprinkle cilantro/parsely/scallions over it and call it good. But the place never claimed to be anything but simple, good and healthy. Notice I didn't say authentic. So for what it is, its a great place for simple food that's fast. I 'm nice, so I gave this place a 3 b/c of the food, I would actually give the place two separate ratings....1 for the service/clean-up, it took .5 hours for the buss-boy to clean-up the table next to my table, and the cashier was kind of over her job, and a 2.5 for the food and, add another .5 to the food, b/c of the huge, yummy chunck of rice crispie treat I had after my meal. (I had the pasta fresca, which was really tasty.)

not bad for a fast food place. i wish they have more options though like gyros, kabobs, etc.

We had been walking down 16th street for some time, were pretty hungry and saw "Noodles & Company." We initially thought "pho" noodles (vietnamese rice noodle soup)....yumm...sounds so right for cold snowy weather, but nope, nothing of the sort. When we got inside, they had asian, meditteranean and american noodle options. We opted for thai curry soup and indonesian peanut saute. The thai curry soup wasn't all that great, really watery. The indonesian peanut saute was pretty decent...just the right amount of spicy-ness, but tasted a lot like pad thai. So, if you like spicy pad thai, you'll probably like this dish. Not so bad for a chain restaurant. Service wasn't all that great- the girl that took our order was very short (not referring to physical stature) and not friendly.

OK we've all been there before.....You're working and its lets say half an hour or so before closing and you're preparing your hardest to get things taken care of so you can get the hell out of there. Then in comes someone and you roll your eyes and under your breathe you say, "Son of a bitch, what in the hell do they want? I'm trying to get out of here." Well let me be the first to say "I'm sorry." Sorry you have some place you'd rather be. Sorry you had to work tonight. Sorry it's a whole 30 minutes before you are allowed to close but I don't care and I'm hungry, so serve me up some pasta and do it with a smile and everyone goes home at a decent time. Seriously I love Noodles & Co. The Penne Rosa is my favorite. The prices are decent and the portions are adequate enough to fill you up. One thing I did notice is that they used to have framed photographs on their walls and now they have Noodles ads & promos on the walls instead. I'm not sure really how I feel about that, but my meal was really good tonight, so I guess what is on the walls is of little concern. Low carb dieters, this place is not for you. The carbs hit you as soon as you walk in the door. Running a marathon or a 5K, then hit this place the night before. Make sure to go in 30 minutes before closing. Then laugh to yourself before you order.

It's like the kind of pasta I would cook at home if I wasn't so lazy. Fairly fast and basically healthy, it's a nice option for lunch. You can add chicken, tofu, meatballs, etc. to your pasta if you feel you need an extra protein boost. For what it is, it's pretty good, but it does make me feel a little annoyed with myself for being so lazy and not cooking on my own!

Noodles is perfect for lunch. The penne rosa and the pasta fresca are just the right size and they are delicious. I dont get why people knock this place. It is reasonable and great for what it is (a quasi fast food restaurant)

You could say, "why would you write a review of Noodles and Company, WTF?"...and i say, man, because its..convenient and easy. And if you just worked out and don't wanna make dinner....Actually, NO, there is no excuse. Don't eat here. Grab some sushi instead...sucka.

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

(4)Jenna G.
A go to for a quick nums. I have never ordered anything other than penne rosa drenched in siracha so not to much of adventurer. Props to the Colorado love and that it is a big thing now. Who doesn't love pasta?
(3)Summer S.
Yes, it's a chain restaurant. Yes, the food is darn good. I've had both the mac & cheese and tomato bisque and I'll be coming back for more. Service was good, the place was clean, and they kept everything moving along despite the busy lunch hour.
(4)Gary G.

(4)Rebecca L.
(2)Jameson B.
(4)Heather S.
(1)A Z.
I ordered steak stroganoff but they gave me a pork mac and cheese, im not the kind of guy to send stuff back so i just ate it. The best part of the meal was the macaroni and the pork. The cheese was not that great and neither were the little extras added, overall this place was very average
(3)Jason D.
I don't like writing reviews about noodles so I'm giving them two stars. Food was great tho and staff friendly
(2)Andrea H.

(4)Luke W.
(3)Bethany S.
Make sure to double check your order if you're getting takeout. I went today and didn't double check until I returned to my office. I didn't get any pork on my Bangkok curry noodles as I ordered and paid extra for. I'm rather disappointed.
(1)Allie S.
(3)Brianna D.
(4)Alvin C.
(1)Shiv B.
We ran across for some late night soup and got the tomato bisque. Lots of soup but tasted like it was poured out of a can. Not something I would want to try again.
(2)Kay A.
LOVE the concept! Didn't love the execution, sorry!
(2)Christina L.
(4)Melissa T.
(5)Bobby T.
(3)Glen C.
(2)Carolyn M.
(3)Abby Q.
(4)Jenny T.
Had to wait 20 minutes for Mac and cheese and when it came out it was penne with Mexican cheese on top. Not what I was expecting. Also ordered beers and had to wait for those to come out with the dinner. I expected more.
(2)Justin A.
(3)Yumiko K.
(2)Sam H.
(2)Courtney B.
(5)Norma A.
(4)Stacy P.
(3)Jennifer B.
LOL.
(3)Christopher S.
(3)Justin A.

Not bad for a chain. It was nice to be able to get a smaller portion so I didn't get too full!
(3)Amy M.

(3)Laurie W.

(3)LJ H.
Friendly staff, clean, relatively fast service. Diverse menu, customizable to your preferences. Beware, spicy is quite (very!) spicy, but fantastic favors :)
(3)Robin P.

I am a huge fan of being able to view the nutrition facts of each meal from the Internet and know exactly what I will be eating. Good and cheap!

No complaints here
(4)Monica L.
(3)Ligaya C.
(4)Dominic A.

(5)Agustina P.
I've wanted to come to this restaurant since I first saw one Chicago. So glad I wasn't disappointed. I had their Pad Thai Noodle and nearly licked the plate from how delicious it was.
(4)Bebe W.
This place was packed but the lines move quickly. I like the variety of different styles the noodles are prepared in. i played it safe and got a teriyaki type bowl - I can't remember the name. I may come back and try another flavor. I thought the portions were small for the price of the food. The place was nice and clean to its credit.
(3)Rick K.
Yeah...
(3)J M.
(4)Thomas G.
Truffle Mac and choice of 200 beverages the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. Happy boy.
(4)Wade S.

(4)Dustin G.

Really good food and a huge variety of flavor options. Everyone will leave feeling full and happy.

(3)Kate G.

(3)J W.
not bad for a fast food place. i wish they have more options though like gyros, kabobs, etc.
(3)Johnny Jennie B.
(3)Joseph C.
(4)Jojo G.
nice place, fresh and relatively cheap food.
(3)Rebecca H.
(3)Trevor S.
Noodles is perfect for lunch. The penne rosa and the pasta fresca are just the right size and they are delicious. I dont get why people knock this place. It is reasonable and great for what it is (a quasi fast food restaurant)
(4)Penelope W.
You could say, "why would you write a review of Noodles and Company, WTF?"...and i say, man, because its..convenient and easy. And if you just worked out and don't wanna make dinner....Actually, NO, there is no excuse. Don't eat here. Grab some sushi instead...sucka.
(2)Shiho F.
Surprising there Pad Thai was not bad. I mean who orders Pad Thai at Noodles and Co. when they offer Fetuccini Alfredo and Mac & Cheese?
