Mixed review here... My major complaint: EVERY time I have been to this McDonald's I have to wait forever to get my order. 10-15 min in the drive thru AFTER placing my order, is way too long for a fast food place. The Good thing: they have never screwed up my order.

As I write this, I've been sitting in this drive-thru for the last 8 minutes. The drive-thru boasts two lanes, but what's the point when it all merges to one lane? There's two windows you pull up to. One you give your payment, the other where you get your food. Now it's been close to 10-minutes. Oh well, McDonalds is known for their speedy drive thru but this definitely does not fit the bill. The staff though is super friendly, so I will add a star for that. Cheers!

Horrible. If it weren't so close to home, I wouldn't come here. I've rarely had an order that wasn't messed up in some way. I've always gone through drive thru and thought that may be why---until today. I was inside for the first time and it proved just as bad! I was told I could not substitute a side salad for fries, even though it's plainly on the menu that you can. Also, the picture of the side salad has tomatoes and other veggies, but when I paid extra for the salad it was only lettuce! And half of it was brown. I asked the manager what was in a side salad and she said, "just lettuce." When I pointed out the plainly labeled side salad on the menu board--the one with other veggies--she just stared at me. The drink area looked like it exploded. But, at least the ladies room was clean!

Thought I'd give them another chance, since I had cash on me. They forgot my fries. F-.

Avoid this place... just keep going (in any other direction) until you get to another McDonald's, or go to the Wendy's just west of here.

No major issues or complaints. This location almost appeared to be remodeled and had a larger than normal Playplace. I can agree with some of the other reviewers about correct orders though, as they forgot my fries, but were quick to correct their mistake.

Dirty restaurant. I ordered a xl diet Dr . Pepper. I got a large Pepsi. When I went back in get my diet dr.pepper. The guy in the drive through was rude. And told me that they didn't have extra large. As I'm standing there at the counter I can clearly see the extra large cups. I'm not stupid. I don't like to be lied to! The one saving grace in me not leaving furious was a nice young lady offered me a free ice cream. (I can't have dairy so I declined)

This was horrible. I took a bite of my filet o fish and sizzling hot grease squirted all over my face!!!! Waited in the drive through for 30min! Don't go here. Ever.

I know it's McDonald's, but this one has some pretty inconsistent service compared to other McDonald's locations in the area. Recently we placed an order via their drive-thru, and when I got to the second window they asked me to pull forward as they readied our order. Which was fine, except the car in front of me had to pull forward as well and unlike other McDonald's locations, this one doesn't have designated parking spots for doing so. So this other car and myself would basically be blocking the drive-thru lane. I wasn't comfortable with blocking lanes, so I decided to pull forward into the regular parking lot, hoping they'd still be able to see my car when they brought out my food. As I continue waiting, I'm becoming more and more frustrated because people were still rolling through the drive-thru and we still didn't have anything. After nearly five minutes, my boyfriend got out of the car to go inside and inquire about our order. (I waited inside the car in case someone came out with our food while he was inside.) After another five minutes (10 minutes total if you're keeping count, because I was), he comes out with our food saying that they had misplaced our order and had to remake it. (Thankfully, we didn't have to pay for it again, otherwise there'd be a lot more expletives making up the majority of this review.) Overall, what could be a nice McDonald's (good location, double drive-thru, PlayPlace, etc.) is usually ridden with inconsistent service. A shame, because there's another McDonald's not much further down 120th that has much better service.

Ugh! Seriously, every aspect was lacking from even an average McDonalds. Customer service, time to order, time from order to delivery, order correctness, burger, fries and shake, cleanliness and management were all totally lacking. We don't eat McD's very often and we won't be back anytime soon, especially to this one. Good Luck out there....

What Would Ronald McDonald Do? Sometimes I forget. I took a young friend to McDonald's yesterday for an afternoon snack and a soda....and to sit at a table and talk. We ordered and I chose the "dine in" option..(which there is a 45 cent tax for btw) The girl at the register placed our ticket on a tray and handed us our beverage cups. We saw a line of other people waiting for their food, so we decided to find a table. (Mind you, the restaurant was NOT crowded...nor was the drive-thru) Most of the tables were strewn with crumbs..obviously not wiped up. We found a table and sat down. We were adjacent to the kitchen, which I must say, was pretty full of crew members....and we heard the manager repeatedly yelling for this and that....and not very sweetly to the workers. My friend (she is 13) went to the counter three times to see if our food was up..she came back empty-handed. I finally went to the counter myself....to see what was up, it had been like, ten minutes or better. I showed the girl who took our order our copy of the ticket...and the manager overhearing my question, said loudly "OH, THIS WAS THE ONE LEFT UP HERE!" And throws a crumpled bag onto the counter.....okay...we expected since we were dine-in customers that our food was to be laid upon the tray...as it is for most dine in customers who pay 45 cents for that honor.I suppose it was our fault for not suspecting the crumpled bag was ours. I opened the bag, and asked for fresh fries. She gave them to me. Shoved them back into the crumpled bag that she took the cold fries out of...and handed them to me. I guess going to THIS McDonald's is akin to riding the RTD and having a crabby bus driver. Or waiting at the DMV in the wrong line for an hour...I have been to the arches in Aurora where they actually have been so nice that they seemed to enjoy working, and made me feel a little happier for having gone there. So people who eat at Micky D's because they are a bit low on cash, or ride the RTD because of the same..(or perhaps they want to leave less of a carbon footprint) I apologize for these crabby people....with bad attitudes. They suck. I might go for an ice cream cone, or for some fries one day again...but I will drive further down 120th to the next one.
