I do frequent this McDonalds. About half of the time they are way under staffed. About a month ago the drive thru was wrapped around the building so I went in. I saw 4 staff people total, moving as slowly as possible and over 30 flies buzzing around. Seriously, if the Heath Inspector or the McDonalds regional manager were there they would have shut them down.

This place is terrible! The food is classic McDonald's, always good. The service of this McDonald's is the worst! They ALWAYS mess up the order. They stand around congregating, messing up orders, missing items at the drive through. The owner an or manager really have there heads up there ass or are not doing there jobs and clearly have no idea what's going on!

If I gain weight during the month of March its definitely due to the Shamrock shake! So good!

Oi vey, this location blows. I don't frequent McD's that often however I do get sucked into the golden arches once a week thanks to their $1 any size drink special they have. And this happened the other day.....around 5pm on a Friday.....one of the worst times around this area. The location is awkward if you are heading north on Colorado. You have to wait for traffic to slow down a bit or god forbid, turn on Evans and pray someone will let you in. Once you do get into the gas station/McD's area, you have to dodge transients or transient lookalikes and roll up your window so they wont bother you while you wait in line. Like I said before, I just go for the soda and always get a diet coke. I ordered, paid, got my drink, took a sip and not diet coke. Repeat process. Fail.

Ordered the oreo blizeard and two sundays and a cone and they got the order compleatly wrong

This McDonalds is very slow for breakfast. The speed of service is a snails pace. Maybe they forgot it's fast food? Another issue is location. It's difficult to even get into the place unless you are traveling westbound on Evans. All around, just avoid this location!

This score is for the store not the food. It's MsD's so automatic 1 point deduction but that's it. My order is rarely wrong n the old guy at night is awesome.

I usually do not review fast food restaurants unless the service is really good or terrible. I think most people do not go to a fast food establishment for the best service of your life, but instead go for food....fast. This McDonalds is on of the worst I have ever been to. I can't even retell every awful experience I have had there. Instead I will talk about tonight. The greeting: "McDonalds, hold on" When the employee returned to the speaker: "Is there a car behind you?" Me: "yes" Her: "more than one?" Her: "what do you want?" I'm sure you can imagine how the rest of that bizarre conversation went. Definitely not returning to this location. Probably safest to just not frequent McDonalds.

Mmmmmmmmmmmff....I've been here probably 2 dozen times over the last 5 years. Services has gone up and down; for drive-through as well as counter. Sometimes a cracked-out bum (varies, not the same one) is sprawled at the table nearest the entryway. The store is fairly clean for the most part. Orders can vary from "here you go in 2 minutes, sir" to "Oh, you didn't get your order yet??...wait...oh, that last guy that was here with his $1 McChicken order must have gotten your $8 order. That's why I asked your name when you ordered -- so I could not say it out loud and just anyone could take off with your order. Ah, you missed your bus? Sucks...sorry man!". Never had an issue with food quality here...it's about what you'd expect. Some items on McD's menu are actually passable and, dare I say, tasty. Most of them are a caloric nightmare but you knew what you were in for when you came here. Kudos to McD's that they're trying some new stuff and attempting to mix up their menu/project a fresher image...but this review isn't for them. This review is for this location, and all things said and done, they could pick up their game a bit.
(2)Lizzie M.
Understand...this is a McDonald's, not Ruth's Chris. As long as you're not expecting more than what is reasonable, this place is a shining example of what fast food should be. They are open 24 hours, which is a miracle when I get 3:00 in the morning study cravings. Somehow, against all odds, they never screw up my order. Not once. And I have a weird one. Finally, the employees are pleasant and efficient. That's frankly more than I could offer to customers if I had a minimum wage job at a 24 hour drive thru.
(4)Kyle H.
What is with that place? I tried one of their new sirloin burgers and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever had. it did not taste freshly cooked it was very dry and there was barely any bacon on it. I ordered a McFlurry as well It said 1.99 on the menu and came out to 269 and I know that was not just tax. it was only half way filled up with hardly any Oreos in it. The guy at the window was an older shorter bald white man and he was as rude as the devil. I wanted to reach out of my car window and smack his glasses off his face. I will not be returning to this location for quite some time and if I do, it will be when I feel like slapping the s*** out of someone. I don't like McDonalds anyway but when I do go there I expect it to be at least a 2 star service with at least a juicy burger and some type of customer service.
