Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Where do I start? I have been living in Southwest Westminster for a while now and I never knew there was an Italian restaurant until I googled up "Italian restaurant" nearby me. Their name popped up first on the list and I decided to give them a shot. Their first impression was a bad one because I called for a delivery order which I ordered a calzone and wings. The person who took my order said it would be 45 minutes and I waited for an hour to get my food. Unlike all of the negative reviewers on here, I'm not going to make a big deal about their "not decent" delivery service. Once I got my food, I opened up the box and I notice it was still warm. Honestly I was really nervous eating their food because of the late delivery and I wasn't sure if it was worth the wait or not. Sure enough with the first bite of the calzone.... I was in tears of joy. The first bite brought me flashback of eating authentic Italian food at the east coast. That first bite also got me forgotten about their delivery service incident. I decided to wait a couple weeks to order back from them and I decided to switch it up by getting a pizza instead of a calzone to see if they are worth the so called "authentic" Italian restaurant. After the delivery incident I decided to go pick up the pizza. Sure enough, when I picked it up the pizza, it was all ready for me. When I brought the pizza home and eating the first slice, I felt like I found some hidden treasure because this restaurant is the real deal. Best Italian joint in the state of Colorado. One thing that shock me was the prices of the pizza. Comparing to the big pizza chain, a pie would be around 7-8 bucks but their pie were kinda pricey like their cheapest would be around 10 and up. I wasn't going to make a big deal initially but eating the pizza I now figure out why the pizza were that price. Their tomato sauce did not come from a can like the big pizza joint but it had a unique taste to it like it was homemade. The ingredients looks fresh and great quality even though the restaurant does not seems they provide great quality food. Like I said, this restaurant is by far the best and the price are understandable. For those of you who are reading this review I just wrote, this restaurant is the real deal. Don't expect your food to come on time but for sure they are worth a wait.

Had ordered from this place for pick up a few times and had enjoyed close, decent ny style pizza. However, recently we decided to use delivery on a lazy Friday night (massinos is within 15 mins of our house). We were told it would be a one hour wait which we were fine with. 90 mins later we called to inquire about the pizza and were told the delivery driver was new, our house (which admitted is a new build community was not in gps, despite us given the directions on how to get to us) and that she would be here in 10 mins. Fast forward to 25 mins later and no pizza. Called back and was told she was on our street. Fast forward to over 2 hours past order time me was told that we could "get a good discount next time we ordered" due to the wait time and no apology for delay in delivery despite telling them that we have ordered pick up from them numerous times before. After nearly 2.5 hours we called back and were given still no apology except to excuse the "new" driver at which point we said we were tired of waiting. Again no apology or offer to correct the service. Informed them that we would not be ordering from them again and were given a brief "ok." Short review: mediocre pizza but at the price of horrendous customer service.

Their food is really great! Many reviews have said that delivery take a long time. While this is true, it took an hour for the food to arrive, they were up front when I ordered about the time. let's be honest, I don't care how long it takes if I don't have to do he following for great food: get in my car and drive anywhere with two kids, cook dinner at home and have to appeal to a six year old and eleven year old 7 nights a week (once a week to let someone else do the cooking is completely responsible parenting right). Overall this place has really great food, not just pizza but all of it, great prices and they are super friendly. Will definitely order from here often

While I really like their pizza and food, I was bummed to find out they were already closed for delivery by 8:30 on Sunday evening. I wish they would extend their hours!

YUM! The salad is crisp and a large helping with onion, olives, tomatoes, & cheese! Bread stick is homemade. I got the shrimp scampi with butter noodles - I wasnt a fan. Their Alfredo sauce is boring and their spaghetti sauce is runny. That being said, we eat there often. They always get the order right. The big meat ball is so yummy! The prices are good. I would suggest to anyone!

Really good calzones. My partner tried the spinach lasagna and was really disappointed so I can't recommend that or the pizza, which we haven't tried. Calzone is always great though.

After a 3hr wait i call to ask where my order is? He tells me it didnt print off, so i ask for a discount and the "owner" started cussing and telling me thats ridiculous to give me a discount, i would never eat here agian worst customer service and a 3hr wait? Like come on

By far the best Pizza in North Denver. The Great White Pizza is the way to go, and the wings are killer. Fantastic Delivery service as well, always very polite people. Two thumbs up.

Ok so here's an updated review. I ordered twice through GrubHub & both times the delivery took between 90-140 mins. Never use GrubHub again. This place makes the best pizza & food in general...BUT YOU MUST PICK IT UP...DO NOT USE GrubHub

Free delivery and delicious Garlic Bread. I'm so glad I found this place through Grub Hub. They delivered to my home, free of charge and I could pay by PayPal through the Grub Hub app, including tip. So convenient. Menu items are inexpensive. I got two large pasta dishes for ~$15. The lasagne was good, but next time I would order it with extra cheese. I like my lasagne a little gooeyer than they make it here. The Ziti is perfect. And, the garlic bread is wonderful.

Worse pizza and delivery I have ever had. Took an hour and half to get my order only to get it and the 2 pizzas were cold, their baked Ziti tasked like flour and to top it off way over priced for the quality of food. Even my 4 year old grandson said Nana what is this garbage.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! $55.00 down the drain!

Domino's quality with high price and close to 2 hour delivery. Don't do it. Just don't.
(1)Brittni W.
Have ordered from here twice, delicious food! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the delivery took over 2 hours one time. They have great calzones and pizza. Found on GrubHub
(4)Christian T.
Damn that lasagne is GOOD!!! Ordered pick-up so did not experience any delays. Staff seemed friendly and nice. Spaghetti was a touch over cooked. Probably from sitting in to go container a touch long. But that lasagne is really, really good!

Last time we order from here... We ordered pizza and they were over an hour late, everything was badly burned and cold, our 'pepperoni pizza' came with a full 2 pepperoni slices, and our bread sticks were so badly burnt they were black. Yep, last time...

I've ordered from Massino's pizza in the past, but I don't think I will again. The pizza was a half an hour late. When it finally got here it was a soggy mess of grease. It was obvious it sat around before anyone could deliver it. Almost $30 for two pizzas, I should've just ordered Papa John's.

Don't waste your timing ordering from this dump. The manager is rude and the food is worse. Eat cardboard and save the peptic acid and money.
(1)Sean J.
Well, the other reviewers nailed it. 2 hour wait for an undercooked pizza with stingy toppings. I'm still baffled how they got the pizza to taste like nothing.....subpar dough, toppings, and sauce. I'd have been 300% happier with little Caesars and I'd have paid 300% less.

Used to order here thru grubhub. Always over a hour. And your lucky if they get the order right. Will not be ordering in the future.

Easy to order. Free delivery... Expect to be competed at the door about awkward items inn your home... Oh and that cold refreshing pepsi? Has been sitting in the guys car probably all night which would expand the warm as the pizza flat taste. Thanks for "10%" off my next order, but i actually feel uneasy about eating anything this place has made.

This is one of those places that I wish I could give half stars. I don't quite want to go as low as three stars but not as high as four either, so in my mind I'm giving them 3.5 stars but I am really not willing to round up. We ordered the Shrimp Scampi pizza and it took over an hour and a half to arrive. (Literally, not an exaggeration.) It was not even remotely warm when we got it. To give them the benefit of the doubt, we ordered through delivery.com and the restaurant was listed as a Denver address; upon further inspection they are actually in Westminster. Why they deliver so far away, I'm not sure, but they need to get heated delivery bags if they are going to do that. We had to throw our pizza back in the oven for a little while to heat it back up and make it a little more crispy and that put our order to table time at close to two hours. All that aside, the pizza was the bomb. The sauce was fantastic and the crust was flavorful. It probably one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. I would maybe choose to go eat at Massino's because the food was good but trying to decide to order a pizza two hours before you want it makes their delivery option less appealing.

I am so happy I found this place on Yelp! Tried it for the first time and feel in love. Great pizza, friendly staff, good price. It's my go to place for lunch. Oh, did I tell you how clean it is. That brings me back too.

Terrible greasy pizza. I went to get a simple med pepperoni and they took over 30min to make it. Would recommend not wasting your money.

Their pizza wasn't bad. The service was terrible, on a pick up order even. They didn't offer the takeout deal and we ended up paying twice was we would have had we known. They told us it would be ready in 25, when we showed up half an hour later they said it would be another 15 minutes. Then we went to the nursery up the road and shopped for 20 minutes. When we came back they barely acknowledged us and frantically kept working on the vegan friendly pie they had clearly messed up, probably by covering it in cheese. We took the awkward opportunity to walk out and drive away. We decided to go back and pick up the food that was at least 45 minutes late and were clearly flustered by it. Rather than offering a discount they decided to offer some bottled corn syrup as compensation. The owner, who had been absent earlier seemed more interested in blaming his employees than solving a problem. I won't be back.

Massino's is the sorriest excuse for Italian food. I'm pretty sure I was just tricked into eating Chef Boyardee for the first in my life. I ordered at 6:30 and had to call at 7:30. It didn't show up til 7:45. The chicken on the sub and pasta (which was mush) was Tyson's chicken patties. The calzone was missing ricotta, which I asked if I had to add as a topping or not, they said no it came in it. I asked for an extra sauce and didn't get 1. I called yet again at 8pm and the man said he'd send some right away then gave the driver the wrong apt #. Oh and all this crap cost me $35. Please never eat here! Oh and the only thing I can taste is the garlic.

3rd time ordering from them. Incredible wings, with great hot sauce. Creative pizzas always hot and delicious. fresh salads. I love their food. As an artist its sometimes hard to find time away to get food or cook, great they deliver as a family owned business. They have always been extremely friendly... To the review upset about the wait~ 1, clearly your blood sugar was low when you wrote this. 2. you said you noticed that the delivery time can go up to 60 minutes, so you already knew there was a possibility you would wait that long. Hopefully you'll do yourself a favor and give them another try...respect and have some compassion to the fact that they are a family owned business that work very hard to make great quality food.

I ordered for delivery from 24Eat for the first time this evening. I ordered at 5:00, and received an ice-cold order at 6:40. The pizza "toppings" were no longer on "top", and received the wrong salad dressings...the worst part is, when I called to complain, (303) 430-9999, the woman indicated that she would need to have her husband call e back.. ???? Well, he never did. I called back and stated I did not want another order, because I didn't want to wait an additional hour and a half, I did not want to be charged for this, and I intended to write a negative review. To this, the woman replied, "what goes around, comes around".... WHAT????

These guys are the best. We order either take out or deliver every week end. If you are looking for authentic NY style pizza look no further. If you like PHut or Dom's you have no clue what real pizza is. Delivery is always prompt and service warm and friendly. The other menu items will not disappoint.
(5)Janette B.
We never had a chance to even taste the food from this restaurant. I should not have ignored the negative reviews it received. We ordered for delivery, optimistically, and 60 minutes later, I called and they said they were "making it now" and it would be another 20-30 minutes with drive time on top of that. 90 minutes for pizza delivery? Take the reviews seriously!
