Love, love the chicken tortilla soup they are serving. The salads are also good. Breakfast can be very greasy, so watch out for your stomach.

This is a great place for any time of the day. They will fill your food or drink crave. Open Breakfast & Lunch. I come here often because the food is good and the lines are never long. Its a great downtown place to get a quick bite to eat. They have good breakfast burritos & breakfast sandwiches. They have daily specials on all kinds of International cuisine as well as standard sandwiches and wraps that are great. They also cater boxed lunches which is great for board room meetings. Not much signage to tell you, but there is a lot of seating above the restaurant. It is a good hide out when you want to get some work done as well! -Provecho!

Ahh substandard food that is conveniently placed in a school building. This place is so badly good. Over priced food with long lines that make you late to class. This place is a life saver to those who are trying to find a bite to eat during break or early in the morning. Time after time this place has saved my tummy from disrupting class from it's loud gurgles. This cafe serves wraps, breakfast food, snacks, soda, candy, Starbucks, and other food items. It's not bad tasting it's just bland. If you're starving this is your best bet. Don't expect amazing customer service or amazing food and you'll be fine. I will definitely be back.

I've only had the burritos or should I say "wrap" but so glad they have green chili option! I'm south of the border and appreciate the green chili. I'm looking forward to trying their lunch menu. Looks good!

The Intermission has a great QPV rating. Great breakfast burritos, tasty lunch salads, sandwiches. Great fries, and when bacon is involved, they use a bunch.

First time here and they drown the salad in dressing. Wow sugar overload. The dressing was sweet, a pound of glazed walnuts and raisins. Where are the greens? It's a nice place and next time I'll ask for dressing on the side or build my own salad. I just hate wasting $10 on something that isn't edible. And Intermission if you're reading this never put the dressing on the salad or at the very least ask.

The Intermission Cafe is in my building at 1800 Larimer. I love how friendly everyone is and the selection of soups, salads and sandwiches are fantastic. Plus, there is Starbucks coffee brewed there and espresso drinks are also on the menu. I love going downstairs and snagging something delicious when I don't have time. I still need to try the breakfast however but the selection looks great!

For a quick bite to eat during lunch while downtown, this place has it all. While I haven't checked out their breakfast yet, their lunches are great. You can get a HUGE salad for $7.50 and they make it fresh right there in front of you. If rabbit food is not your thing, then their sandwiches are just as tasty. They also offer daily lunch specials which vary day to day. I've been told that their pad thai is really good. So if you're in/around the Excel Building, you gotta check this place out.

I work in the building and it's a great place for a quick breakfast or lunch. The staff is extremely friendly too. I have friends that work in other buildings near by that come to my building just for this place. There is not a good sign out front to let you know this place is inside, so know that it is inside the XCEL building in the lobby. I enjoy the breakfast wraps, the lunch wraps and sandwiches, and salads the most. Some of the menu items are a bit generic and nothing special. But over all good value for what you are getting. I enjoy that they have a good selection of healthier options too.
