If Yelp had zero stars they would get that from me. Completely got our order wrong and then when I tried to repeat my order waitress got snippy....then she placed our actual order and after 10 minutes and no coffee refill or any service from our fabulous waitress we left...I guess we got one cup of coffee...

we came and had to wait even though half the restaurant was empty because they said they didn't have enough servers. then the hostess told a server Lilia to take our table and she said but that isn't even my section all loud so we could hear. brought us warm tap water so we had to ask for ice. then we ordered and they gave me potatoes that weren't even in the description brought us pancakes without asking if wanted toast. my brother ordered the cobbler and got just pancakes with peaches. we sent it back twice. they finally brought my brother right. I ordered the California Scramble they brought it back as regular potatoes not smashes with chopped onions thrown on top and so much salsa poured over the eggs it was disgusting. i finally gave up and ordered the fit omelet. I come here all the time the manager tried to tell me that is how it comes but it's not. so disappointed.

This IHOP sucks! Busy Sunday but took 40 minutes to get our cold food. I had to go get another server to get us syrup and jelly. Air conditioning was on full blast which made our food even colder before we had a chance to eat it and our server didn't bring us back all of our change. Oh and the hash browns were burnt! Stupid!!!

Clean and quite an upgrade from Dennys. The food was nothing special but it hit the spot. The service was constant as well. Not over crowded or crowded at all. The sound levels were low and the overall experience at this restaurant was solid.

I love coming to ihop. It's always a great choice to come to when nothing else sounds good. However, I've had better service between midnight and 2am then I did just now. Although the waitress, mariah, was nice, she forgot about us several times during this visit. She took our drink orders and it took her several minutes to bring them out. We then ordered (a sampler, waffle, chicken parmesan and an ice cream sundae) and the entrees came out before the appetizer. My friend reminded her that she needed her sundae, and she said she would make it (she still didn't bring out the sampler).after we finished eating we felt we should ask for our sampler, and she looked confused and said "that's still not out yet?" During the time of getting of our sampler and check, she walked out. We waited 15-25 minutes before we asked for our check from the hostess, who was also rude and did not split the checks right. We did not leave tips and we feel slightly guilty because that kind of service has never happened to us. Anywhere. THIS IS A GREAT STORE AND IT WAS AWFUL JUST THIS ONCE. SO PLEASE DON'T GOOD THERE. JUST A LITTLE SALTY

Finally, I have finally encountered the worse server this year! And the award goes to Brandy from IHOP/Sheridan. 40 minutes after placing our order, we only managed to receive drinks... When Brandy FINALLY reappeared, it was evident she A) forgot to enter our order B) didn't care and C) didn't even try to make it right. Even management could care less. Suffice to say, we left after a wasted hour with the Keystone Cops of food service and went to a very attentive and friendly Rosemary's Cafe. Suffice to say, unless you have three hours to kill for a chain omelette, don't waste your time!

I'd still prefer Village Inn because the price is more reasonable and there are often deals. Not so much from IHOP and without discounts, two can easily dine for over $20, which can be a little much for, say, breakfast. But I'd keep coming back for their Chicken Florentine Crepes, with spinach in it, oh so delicious! The French toasts looked awesome too but I had to be calorie conscious and order the Simple & Fit one instead, well of course it didn't taste as good as a Stuffed French Toast dish would. The staff is always friendly, it could be because of the end of the meal survey that's printed on the receipt, but whatever gets the servers to be attentitive, to me, that's good business model.

Wow!! Food hell in Denver!!, as usual. Walked in, after seeing 4 waitresses smoking in the front (should have left then) lol. The 2 of us were seated fairly quickly. Sat for about 4 minutes (not that long, but seems like forever when you are at a restaurant). A waitress came over and said she was not our waitress but took our drink order. We asked for coffee and water. She came back promptly with water and a pot of coffee. We poured only 2 not full cups and the coffee pot was empty (not a big deal). I turned the lid over on the pot, as is customary if you want more coffee I think,,, anyway, to no avail. Then our food comes out, brought by a different gal from the one that took our order,,,, not even CLOSE to what we ordered. I ordered a turkey bacon omelet and my wife ordered a simple and fit breakfast with whole wheat pancackes and turkey bacon. What came was a spinach and mushroom omelet and blueberry pancackes with no bacon. LOL at this point. Then we began telling the girl what our order was and she just kept interrupting us and saying "I wasn't the one who took your order". We were only trying to tell her our order so she could get it right THE SECOND TIME. Lol. So we sat for another 10 minutes, at least,,, then we got up and left, STILL with no coffee, no apology, no food, and amazed at Colorado service once again!!! P.S. On the way out, we walked through 3 other smoking waitresses!!! LMAO!!! FOOD HELL IN COLORADO CONTINUES!!!

I was having a serious hankering for a cheeseburger today, was passing by IHOP, so I somewhat reluctantly gave them a go. Wow, what a surprise! The Monster Cheeseburger ($7.99) is sooo good - two thick meaty patties cooked perfectly to order, some American cheese, some Provolone cheese, a light and fluffy bun. Very good fries too. It really is a great burger! This IHOP is super clean, the staff are really friendly and efficient, and for some reason, the coffee is much better than that at other locations. Good stuff!

I had their cinn-a-stax pancakes and it was very good. it was like eating a cinnamon bun, but in a pancake delivery system! My wife hated their breakfast burrito.

Ok here's the skinny on why I refuse to eat at this one any more: I am the worlds biggest Cholula hot sauce fan. I drown everything in it. The first time I went I got a bottle with my meal and it tasted...funny. Like it had tabasco mixed in it. I mentioned it to the waitress and she brought me a new bottle and then wondered how the heck THAT happened. The next time I took a closer look at the bottle to check and the wooden top was all grey and discolored from excessive handling, under the top was tons of dried crusties. Ew! I asked if they had a new bottle and they said they'd look and then came back and said sorry. Hmmm. The NEXT time I went I bluntly asked the waitress if she had a new bottle right off the bat and that I didn't want one that was being RE-FILLED over and over (hell even once is gross!) and she said she didn't have any unopened new ones. I pointed out the grossness and she told me that the bottles were sanitized each time they refilled them. Really?? And yet the paper label was still intact! So NO they weren't sanitized! And really, whats the point??? Are they making their own rip-off of Cholula and putting it in the old bottles to save money?? I don't know and I never will because I will NEVER go there again! Go have a look for yourself before they see this and try to cover up or the health department gets them.
