Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Friendly staff and tasty food. Tried a handful of things on the menu, and all were good. Quite solid. Staff was friendly.

Still terrible. I went back in to see if that guy (one of the managers) changed his attitude and NOPE. Took forever to get my food, breadsticks weren't made the right way, and he did very little to assure me that he made a mistake the first time around. I'm done. And the fact that the original manager didn't get back to me on my complaints don't help either. Get pizza elsewhere.

The wife and I stopped in on a whim for a late lunch about a week ago with our 3 yo and 6 yo boys who at times are angels or Devils in restaurants depending on the day. Today they were a little of both. Our first impression was that the interior was a lot nicer than what we expected from the storefront. Very open and warm interior. We were one of 3 tables in there, but they seem to have a pretty robust carry out business. Our server was wonderful. She brought our boys fresh pizza dough to play with and they were occupied quiet effectively. She was patient with our boys and was pretty attentive. She also brought us a complimentary basket of bread sticks with marinara, not sure if this is standard service but it was a nice touch. Overall the staff was young, friendly and pretty sociable. We ordered a Combo pizza plus a couple kids dishes (kid's cheese pizza and mac & cheese). Our pizza was excellent. Very good quality ingredients and a nice crust. The style is somewhere between New York style and a more traditional pizza like you'd find at a Papa Johns (much better quality though.) Anyway, very tasty, very fresh and the leftovers heated up quite nicely the next day. In addition they have (like most decent Denver spots) a good selection of quality local beers. We really enjoyed our meal, we'll definitely be back again and we'll be bringing friends and family. Nice find!

The best Shrimp Scampi I've ever had. Pretty nice casual atmosphere and very friendly service.

You know when you're dying of starvation and basically anything tastes good? Yeah that wasn't the case with this place. I had a margherita pizza delivered and there was soooooo much mozzerella. Like literally the crust didn't even come close to supporting the weight of the cheese..it literally slipped right off! There weren't enough tomatoes and the ones that were on there weren't very good. It would've been amazing if there was more basil. Crust was burnt and way too hard. Breadsticks were tough and chewy. All-around sad experience. :o\

Ate here last sunday on my friends birthday. I really enjoyed the food, especially the sausage and pepper hoagie that I got. Our server (I think Fallon was her name) was really on point and gave spot on service. Would definitely go back the next time Im in Denver.

The food is actually good, yet I will not go there again, nor will I order delivery again. The customer service is flat out bad. We had a really disorganized waitress who forgot food items and made us wait a long time for everything she actually did remember and, believe it or not, stomped on my boyfriends foot and made a joke out of it. Anyone can have a bad day. .. I get that. But when asked by the manager how our service was and I told him the truth he did not seem to care at all. He was like, "... Meh, too bad." That didn't stop me, though. .. I ordered delivery twice. They forgot an item. I spoke to them and they did nothing to make it right. I just ordered from them again tonight and even though I mentioned what had happened before, even though I told her to please be sure they did not forget, they did the same thing. And when I called and she put me on hold to speak to the manager the response when she came back on the line was again very much "Oh, well...". Nope. Good food doesn't matter if your service is sloppy and you just don't care.

Visited for the first time on a weeknight and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. Order the mussels appetizer and extra garlic bread! You get plenty of mussels for the price and the sauce is amazing. They cook the garlic bread to order and it pays off. Service was excellent. Our waiter, John, was super nice and the floor manager, Cosmo, went the extra mile and introduced himself, stopped by to chat a few times and gave us breadsticks on the house, just because. They also have great happy hour deals. I'll be back soon!

Delivery!! First order- pizza- although it wasn't the best I've had (hence only 4 stars) the sweeter sauce had me hankering to try more things! SO glad I did! The Margarita Portabella was amazing so many flavor a and fresh basil- mushroom grilled perfectly- now for my favorite: Fiocchi's Fiocchhi! Woah! What an amazing find! The sauce, amazing, the "purses" delectable! Not to mention the "upper class" presentation ! Def a first class find in DTC! Going to "dine in" this upcoming weekend to try more! Try it- you'll like it!
(4)Marina M.
Not worth the price you pay at all. My sausage and peppers had raw onions and peppers instead of cooked and my dad's pizza was so soggy he filled an appetizer plate with the juices from him. Service was slow, it took 30 minutes to get our food after ordering and there were few people in the restaurant.
(2)Valery L.
Despite living in this area for 2 years, I had never tried this place until last Sunday. We ordered in delivery as the restaurant offered free delivery through GrubHub. The estimated delivery time was 110 minutes which was ridiculous, but to our surprise, the food came in about 25 minutes! We ordered the Fiocchi's pasta purse things and they were about 85% there, but missing an unidentifiable "something" to make them 100%. Being the dish with the restaurant's namesake, this dish should have been perfected and a bit larger of a portion. The caprese salad/appetizer was large, fresh, and the sauce was devine. The order came with free breadsticks which was divine. The price was a tiny bit higher than usual delivery places and for the quality/portion of the entrees it shoulda been a few dollars cheaper...but not the worst for 2 entrees, a salad, breadsticks, free delivery, and tip (about $55). I like that they are walking distance (now I sound lazy for getting delivery), it's in a great neighborhood (mine), and I've heard they have a good happy hour.
(4)Anna T.
We've enjoyed this place during our stay in Colorado. After long days of excursions and fun we were able to just call in our order and have it delivered to the room. 100 times better than stopping for fast food. My kids loved their pizza and spaghetti. We enjoyed their Italian salad. And each order came with free breadsticks. Maybe to night I'll try their fiocci plate, sounds yummy. Only short coming was that they took about an hour or more for delivery and thats that we were right across the street and some items were a little cool upon delivery so that why I'm giving it a 3.
(3)Jem C.
I may be a little biased as we go here quite a bit, and have gotten to really know the staff. Shout out to Kendra, Tina and Brent :) We sit at the bar and just feels like we are hanging out with old friends. Recommendations: Mussels Appetizer - flavorful and addicting Margherita Pizza - one of the best we've had Veal Parmesan - good portion size, my husband and I usually split Brunch Recommendation: Challah French Toast - oh so crave-able And they serve a complimentary fruit cup in a sugar dusted (never greasy) fried tortilla bowl Favorite Special: 1/2 price bottles of wine Sundays and Mondays :) Downright good food, great specials, amazing staff. Give it a shot.
(5)Stacie A.
Great food and great service! Came in here with a huge group and they were just awesome. Split our checks, food came out pretty quick, etc... Great experience!
(5)Josh M.
The free breadsticks are ok. The environment is clean. I had the caprese plate and found nothing wrong with it. I had the NY style pizza with half pepperoni, half sausage and all artichoke. It was very good. It wasn't chewy and bendable like NY pizza but it was still quite tasty. The meats didn't make the pizza really greasy like other places I'm sure everyone has had. Overall, I'd come back. Their Broncos game specials are 50% off appetizers, bogo well drinks and wine so really good.
(4)Josh C.
Unfortunately for the pizza, the service is amazingly terrible. Sitting at a table unattended for nearly 15 minutes really begins your questioning of who really cares how good the food is. And frankly who cares after being neglected like that? I don't. Wow. Thought the worst part was over. Server was terrible, slow, slow, slow. Took our plate of appetizers before it was done without asking, didn't refill drinks, etc. Pt. 2 since my initial review we have ordered delivery 5 times. Each and every time the order was wrong when it arrived, cold. Even though the order was repeated back to me 3 times the pizza still arrived incorrect. How difficult is the pizza business that simple orders are incorrect EVERY TIME?
(1)Brian D.
Food was great. Spicy shrimp penne was on point. And the Prosciutto Provo Calzone was to die for. The owner Brett is a top notch dude!
(5)Adel Z.
Lacks ambience. Rather dated. Food rather mediocre. Chicken wings weirdly flavored. They were not bad but just not the best either. Pizza definitely not good. Dough seemed pre prepared with no soul. Toppings lacked taste. Not a memorable experience.
(1)Christine E.
This is our goto delivery place. I always get the fiocchis fiocchi and it is hit or miss on the sauce. I've asked about it and have been told it depends on the cook. When they don't water it down, it's delicious. Their side salads are great, and the other Italian dishes are delicious. I've only been in once to pick up but it looked very cute. The hostess was very sweet! Prices are great and delivery is normally very quick.
(4)Jack B.
unbeatable happy hour. I should know the whole staff by now. I guess I will have to go back more often!

Since Z-Pizza is closed, and wanting something other than Lil Ricci's, I decided to give Fiocchi's a call. My order consisted of a large pizza, 1/2 sausage 1/2 cheese, and baked "well done'. The pizza would be ready in 20 minutes is what they told me. Living directly behind the place, I showed up no more than 15 minutes later and the pizza was already boxed up and ready to take home. Cost $22? Ok, I thought for this price the pizza should be good. Because you always get what you pay for right? Wrong answer! When I got home 2 minutes later and opened the box, I realized I had gotten a way under cooked pie even though I had requested "well done", and even the receipt said 'well done". What I got was a floppy pie crust that simply didn't hold up. Basically a very undercooked pizza. Talk about disappointment! I should have taken it back and gotten a refund, which after tasting the pie I would later regret that I did not. Oh well. First thing is first, I put the pizza in the toaster oven to get it to the desired cooked state, which again is well done. Once it was done, I realized that the second and equally important piece was that the pizza was lacking sauce. So not only was it undercooked, but it was also dry and rather bland. Disappointed? Truly! Will I return, that would be a resounding "NO". I will admit, that Fiocchi's is better than Freestyle Pizza. However, even a frozen Red Baron Pizza is better than Freestyle. So that doesn't really say much...... I am feeling festive and rather generous today being that is is the new year, so you are lucky that you get 2 stars from me! Sorry Fiocchi's, but considering the price, and how slow you were today as it is New Years Day, this pizza should have been cooked to perfection. NO excuses other than zero attention to detail, and the cook lacking basic pizza making skills. Another two thumbs down! Oh and buyer beware: The menu price is different than the price they actually charge, like $3 difference in my case. Luckily I caught this ahead of time and the price adjustment was made as I was paying for the sub-par pizza.

If you ever thought getting delivered HOT FOOD was just an anomaly, you must have never ordered delivery from this place! Deliver was fast (about 30 mins) most fast food joints can't even deliver that quickly, and the food was, hold on to your seat, HOT and my drink COLD! I never thought this was possible ordering delivery as I always have to reheat my food and put ice in my drinks after waiting over 45 mins. Food was really good too and friendly/cute delivery guy. Will never order from Dominoes, Pizza Hut etc again. This place has much better selection, quality food, quick service and free delivery.
(5)Alex L.
Great pizza and awesome first visit. They advertised half off brunch if we made reservations so we went ahead and came here along with a friend from out of town. Their brunch menu is great. The food speaks volumes. However, after waiting a combined 30 minutes to get refills, ask for condiments and get our check, I think we'll go ahead and pass. When we got there, the place was empty but it slowly filled up by the time we left. Still, the waitress loafing around the bar and not checking up on us put a dent in our experience. I doubt there will be a next time but maybe get food to go? Who knows.
(2)Annie L.
The restaurant is cute enough. My friend and I went for an early lunch around 11:10. We were promptly seated and drinks were brought to us. As we had not seen each other for a while we wanted to catch up before looking at the menu. We felt like we were pressured into ordering quickly, as we were asked 3 times within 10 minutes to order. We each got a personal pizza, which didn't arrive until after 11:45 which seemed pretty slow to us. After the pizzas were brought to us the waitress did not check up on us, to see if we needed any thing additional. 20 minutes later I believe she was the manager came by, and we told her our issues. My friend's pizza had the wrong dressing on it and one of my pieces of pizza was missing the toppings. She apologized for the wrong toppings and offered a free dessert but we didn't want that. The waitress finally showed up 10 minutes later and we told her our issues she told my friend she had received a discount and she didn't acknowledge my missing toppings. In the end the discount was $5.50 total, most places I've been would have offered to make a new one or comped the whole thing and at least acknowledged my problem. In the end the service left much to be desired. The pizza wasn't correct and nothing to rave about, and the bread sticks were okay at best. There are plenty of other pizza places around, I was excited to try this one, but next time i'll pass and have told my friends who work around the corner to do so also.
(2)Shiloh C.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! John D was the waiter and he was incredibly detailed and knowledgable about their menu. It made it incredibly easy to choose and be satisfied with what I ordered. They have very attentive hosts and are flexible with kids. They actually give each kid a ball of dough to play with while at the table which allows the parents time to chat. I will be coming back for sure!

Just recovered my forgotten account to post a review for this place. Absolutely awesome. I just got into Denver for work and wanted a pizza, this place delivered to my hotel room for free (min 15$ order for delivery). Needless to say the pizza was amazing. It was not to sweet and was not bland, it had a great flavor and the crust was crispy, not flabby in anyway and was not black. Their marinara sauce was spot on as well, I cannot however speak the same about their breadsticks, almost a little overdone but aside from that everything was perfect.
(5)Gwen R.
Meh is how I sum up the pizza. I ordered the BST- bacon spinach tomato and wasn't impressed. I was expecting more authentic Italian and was surprised the tomatoes were diced like something you'd see in pico de gallo. It would have been good sliced thin. Overall it was just ok. Thick doughy crust. Very Americanized pizza. If that's what you want then this is for you.
(3)Trish G.
Today we ordered pizza, calzone and a salad. The staff was friendly and I can not say enough about how wonderfully fresh the food tasted. They deliver hot fresh bread sticks to the table while you are waiting for your food. Along with their typical menu, you can order a gluten free pizza which I feel is the best I've tasted in a long time. A true neighborhood gem!
(5)Susan M.
Slow service for pick up. Waited Over an hour for pizza, then the order was wrong. They went back and threw on the missed ingredients cold and didn't cook it. Charged us full price. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. Disappointed - because uncharacteristic of this restaurant.
(1)Gunnar J.
They say you can't have things that are 1) high quality, 2) fast, AND 3) cheap. Best you can hope for is two out of three. Well... Out of my desire for an alternative delivery option in my area to Asian food I've given this place three chances and they consistently provide none of the above. *chokes down one more cold, ancient, rubbery, expensive mozzarella stick. #NeverAgain

We went for lunch using a $40 Colorado's Best Deals coupon. They were located on E Belleview Ave/S Ulster St in the Denver Tech neighborhood. The hostess seated us in a booth. We started with the Meatball Sliders ($7.99) There were 3 of us and 3 sliders so we each had one. The meatball was soft and tender. The sauce was thick and the cheese melted. The bun was like a mini brioche. It was a good appetizer. The server brought us 3 small mismatched plates and mismatched utensils. The server had also brought us a plate of 4 breadsticks with marinara. I didn't try any because I didn't want to fill up. The marinara was a little watery. We ended up taking 2 of the breadsticks home. We ordered a 16" Classic Combo ($18.99) and a 12" Chicken Pine Nut pizza ($13.99). The server brought us 3 large mismatched plates. The Classic Combo had pizza sauce, ground sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, green pepper & mozzarella. I prefer larger pieces of sausage and mushrooms. The crust was a little over baked, but not soggy. I probably would not order this pizza again. The Chicken Pine Nut pizza had garlic & olive oil, chicken, pine nut, spinach, goat cheese, ricotta & mozzarella. The crust was soft and chewy, the way I like it. I would order this one again. If we were to come back, I would want dessert first. They have a large case of desserts when you first walk in including tiramisu, NY cheesecake, and cannoli.
(3)Jason N.
This is my favorite pizza in the neighborhood. They not only have the traditional toppings like pepperoni, but other options allowing for creative and lighter pizzas like artichoke and chicken. They have creative and tasty specialty pizza options like chicken pesto, prosciutto provo, and chicken pine nut. Not only do I love the food, but I also love the people working there. All the people I have had contact with have been very friendly and helpful. If I continue to get this great level of service I definitely will make this place a regular stop.
(5)Eric C.
Breakfast is little known but amazing. The skillets have ricotta in them which add a great richness to the rest of the dish. The Chala French Toast has Rice Krispies on it and is the best French toast I've had. The staff is super friendly but it can be difficult for them to staff properly as they may have 2 tables or 20. Lunch specials during the week are great, calzones are huge, and the creamy Italian dressing for the salad is some of the best around.
(4)Meghan M.
Wonderful food, great service. First time coming tonight, new favorite place. John is a great server with great suggestions. Been twice now and love it. This is a must try.
(5)Rob W.
We ordered take out from this place last night. We got a large Pepperoni and a chocolate truffle cake dessert. The pizza was very good. It had nice texture and was completely covered in cheese. The pizza alone was $22 so I thought it was a little pricey for the quality. The chocolate dessert was really good. I was not expecting such a good dessert from a dive pizza place like this. I will most likely return.
(4)Andrew M.
Ordered a few times to go. Pizza is actually very good. However, on several occasions I call within the operational hours listed (after 9:30pm) and they have told me they "aren't taking delivery orders anymore". To remedy this situation I'll call in and order for pickup and I get the excuse of "Our kitchen is closed for the night". Seems more like a lunch spot to me, considering getting a pizza around dinner hours is a roll of the dice. Wings are good, pizza is good, however I've had more denied than successful orders for delivery at this place. Note: Avoid the Italian Eggrolls.
(3)Kristin M.
Bacon ricotta pizza was fantastic. And this comes from someone who doesn't care too much for bacon. It had a wonderful roasted garlic undertone and wasn't overdone with the amount of bacon (as other pizza places tend to go). I like a balance with all my ingredients and Fiocchi's does it well. Pizza was also perfectly cooked, not too crispy and not too soft. We order to-go often from Fiocchi's and are never disappointed. Every order comes with homemade garlicky breadsticks with marinara.
(4)Danielle P.
We love this place! I have come here for my past two birthday lunches, and any other time I can get someone at the office to come along. The service is good, but the food is great! Their ingredients are fresh and homemade. My favorite dishes are the chicken alfredo, it comes with asparagus and it is so tasty. The pizza is good too, I always order the ricotta and sausage one. They do good lunch specials like a slice and a salad and they are resaonably priced. If you go, you have to get a cannoli, it is the only place in Colorado that I have found one comparable to the the east coast.
(5)Leona A.
Great daily specials (kids eat free on Tuesday, AND parents gets half price draft beer- woo-hoo!). They changed their breadsticks, so ask for the ones they used to do- they are awesomeness!
(5)Greg H.
On a diet at a pizza restaurant - oh boy .. So I ordered the Capra Mela salad - goat cheese, apple, walnuts, cranberries, red onion and balsamic vinaigrette $8.50 Would you like chicken with that? Sure! I didn't know know, nor was I told that the chicken would be such a small portion and cost $3.50 - altogether $12 for a bowl of salad - it was tasty if a little pricey... As someone who hasn't eaten much bit salads in 8 weeks I am quite the salad connoisseur ... ;) We will return though I will go for pizza next time!
(3)Chris H.
$7.50 for 2 NY style slices with 3 toppings? Yup. Good stuff. Service was excellent as well. Very friendly.
(5)Lorem I.
Not sure if they want you to stay or go. Two servers have made us feel like we should stay. John and Catherine are both warm and engaging. Then there is a guy who roams the dining room, playing a game of can you finish your plate before I snatch it from you. He seems to be a floor manager of sorts and never takes the one thing that needs to go, those bread logs they give.
(1)Nick A.
The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was amazing. Very good atmosphere, family place. Great to bring the kids. Our server Arthur was above and beyond nice.
(5)Mary O.
The delivery was prompt. Carrot cake was to die for. My biggest complaint. The pizza had barely any cheese. Good texture and taste mostly dry and cheese less. The calamari was tasty. But for a 21 dollar medium pizza I should have stuck with papa johns or black jack where they don't skimp on cheese. There was actually more cheese on the sliders and the pizza was very dry. I didn't like the bread for the sliders so we took the pizza crust and placed the meatball with cheese on top and dipped it in marinara. There you go!!! Winning dish. Had to put 2 ok dishes with it unfortunately and paid a grip. 52$ for dry pizza. Slightly disappointed. The pizza had great taste just very dry.

No better way to welcome the weekend than FAC (Friday Afternoon Club) at Fiocchi's in the DTC! From 3:00-5:00 on Fridays they have $5 all you can eat pizza & all you can drink coors light, which in my book is an EPIC deal! The staff is friendly, polite, & plus they have the BEST bartender Kendra working during this time!! My favorite pizza is their buffalo chicken as it has the right combo of chicken, hot sauce, & ranch on it to blend together in a delicious harmony. Second favorite pizza is the pepperoni & jalapeño, classic meets spicy!! The other time of the week I stop in here is Sunday's on occasion for Denver Poker Tour; italian food + great drinks + poker is a great way to start the week for yours truly, oh and plus free wi-fi!!
(5)Jesusio C.
Ordered wings. was thinking 'hotwings' though these aren't. They are really good, meaty wings that don't require a dipping sauce, and this is coming from someone who loves ranch dressing.
(5)Greg A.
It seems as this place only gets awesome or terrible reviews. No middle ground? Since most of the bad reviews prefer Olive Garden, my guess is that they are not legit. I gave them five stars for expert delivery service. Every time we order they answer the phone promptly and get my order right. We usually order at least one calzone, so I know those take longer than pizzas to cook, yet somehow they always make it to us within 45 minutes. Food is always delivered hot even on these cold winter nights. They must have mini-ovens in their cars. Food quality is great! Pizzas and calzones have a great crust with crispiness on the outside and fluffy bread like texture inside. Plus you get FREE garlic bread sticks with chunky marinara with every order. I believe "Olive Garden" only gives you pre-frozen re-heated bland bread sticks for free only with dine-in.
(5)Erica G.
Your booth at today's Cherry Creek Fitness Festival is a disaster! It was completely predictable that you'd have a line for a free slice of pizza. Heck it's the only carb available after we all just finished a 5k. So why only 1 star? Why will I never dine with you again? Because the grumpy, stresses out lady was horribly RUDE & completely missed the point of having the booth in the 1st place.

My fiancé received a Living Social brunch deal from her employer so we decided to try it out. My first impression was not very flattering. The restaurant was empty at 1:45, but there was still 5 tables that hadn't even been bussed. We ordered quite a bit of food as we had to spend the entire $40 voucher. I started off with the bloody mary and she ordered an OJ. The BM had way too much horseradish and wasn't strong at all. I would give it 1 out of 5 stars. The OJ was pretty good but the serving size was ehh. My fiancé ordered the Ham Benedict with home fries and we split a waffle and bacon. I ordered the breakfast burrito with green chile. The food was pretty good. They forgot the strawberries on our waffle and the green chile that they served on the side was on the cold side. I've had the pizza before and it wasn't bad, but I won't be back for brunch. It's was very obvious that the brunch hours on Saturday and Sunday get the overall shaft in terms of service.

After meeting our new neighbors and chatting the night away, my boyfriend and I realized we hadn't eaten anything since lunch...at 1pm that day. With our bellies grumbling and mouths watering, we walked around the blog to get our favorite staple: PIZZA! We wandered over around 10pm, were greeted with huge smiles [despite the late hour], lead to the bar to place our to go order and offered signature "moscow mules" while we waited for our Supreme Pizza! I'm not going to lie, nothing gets better than new york style pizza, decent prices, great drink specials, killer service, all located right around the block fro me, Watch out Fiocchi's - i think you have found your newest regular :)
(4)K J.
I can't believe I haven't posted a review for this place yet. It's probably my favorite local restaurant. The brunch is delicious. They give you a complimentary fruit bowl in a fry bread bowl? (I don't really know what it is). The skillet has so many options of what you can put into it. Dinner is my favorite time to go here. I have a goat cheese pizza and its amazing! I love goat cheese and they definitely use a lot of it. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

This place is amazing! I love the food the portions are great and they are always consistently delicious. I usually get take out but I wanted to come in on a stormy night soon before close and called ahead. The waiter encouraged me to come in and seemed so friendly. Not only was I able to relax and eat but the same waiter, Eric, made me feel so at home like one of the family. His service was on point and his personality made the experience amazing. After a long hard week at work, I feel lucky to go in and get such great service from Eric. This place is legit! Try the chicken penne pesto!

I purchased a Living Social for their Sunday brunch and we loved it! I've never eaten there before and I guess they just started doing brunch (really just a breakfast and lunch menu). We'll be back, so I guess those coupons work! After we ordered they brought each of us a little cup-shaped baked pastry shell (sweet) with fruit in it. Nice! My Benedict was very good, skillets were good; everyone enjoyed their meal.

Ummm, I'm not sure why people are giving this place 5 stars. It doesn't deserve that at all. Pasquini's (the place that was here before Fiocchi's) was just as bad, so I'm thinking they just changed their name, but nothing else. You can check out my review for them about 2 years ago. Should have known better.... This is NOT even close to being Italian at all. We ordered delivery which took over an hour to arrive. We had to call because we thought they forgot about us. We received 6 raviolis for $12.99 and Veal Parm for $15.99. The veal & pasta were cold and had no taste. We ordered an antipasto too (well, I asked for mozzarella and prosciutto only and they gave us the full antipasto). It was clear that the meats were over-processed and not sliced in-house (like you'd get from a deli or Tony's). They were hard and chewy and tasted like pre-packaged meats that you'd buy at Safeway. Definitely not Prosciutto di Parma or anything fresh like that. The eggplant was hard and crunchy. We ordered a tiramisu for dessert which was also pre-bought and not made in-house. Didn't have lady fingers, but more cake-like, dry. Had a weird frosting and definitely not mascarpone cheese. The worst part about the whole dinner experience was that I wasted $60+tip on a very unsatisfying meal. This meal is definitely over-priced and for $60, I could have gotten a much better meal from Olive Garden. It's hard to find a good Italian delivery place, especially in Colorado, but for now, I'll stick to my boxed Bertoli and jars of Ragu.

Terrible customer service. That's all.

I ordered a personal pizza with 3 toppings - ham, pineapple and black olive and a coke for pick-up. The bill came to $18.00 plus change - don't remember exactly. I actually called them back to make sure they got the order correct. I just thought this was a bit much for a personal pizza and a coke. They said it was because it was larger than most personal pizzas - 10" and that the coke was $2.25 and each topping was however much. Anyways, it measured 9" and was very, very soggy in the middle. Tasted good, but gooshy. Ick. The coke was also small and watered down. Certainly won't go there again for pizza. Much better less expensive options even in the Tech Center. Will not recommend. Will not go back.

I called ahead as we needed a table for 10 on a Saturday evening. They promised to accommodate as as close to our requested time as possible, and that they did! Our server, Brett, was very personable, knowledgable and added to our fun family experience. The bread sticks were amazing!! The calzones were literally as described... as large as a deflated football and the pizzas were huge! Everything was very tasty and everyone at the table was pleased with the food and the service. Brett went the extra mile to provide a birthday treat to the one-year old in our group! Such good fun and great fun! I will definitely return when I am in the area!

Place was delicious and we had a great waitress! The pizza is delicious!!!

I used Fiocchi's to cater an important work presentation, and they really went above and beyond. Amber was super helpful in placing the order, and driver Dan got there right on time. Everyone complimented the food, and I saw people going back for seconds and thirds. Thanks Fiocchi's for making me look good!! I'll be calling again soon for my next presentation.

We had the breadsticks and calzones and were thrilled. The calzones are huge and well worth the price. The environment is ideal with an Italian feel on one side and a full bar on the other. It is definitely a place to check out.

We ate here in July 2014. We had just driven to Denver from Wichita and both kids were tired and we needed something they would eat. This place fit the bill. The staff was fabulous the manager came to our table several times to talk to us and gave the kids pizza dough to play with. The first thing we ordered were the pizza egg rolls why don't more Italian restaurants have these they were the perfect mix of meat, cheese and sauce. We knew at the first bite dinner was going to be good. My husband ordered a salad and the dressing was amazing, I kept stealing his croutons to taste it. My pasta dish of Fiocchi's Fiocchi's was amazing the mix of the sage brown butter sauce with the little cheese and pear purses was perfect. The kids and husband loved the pizza. Overall it was a great dinner and the rating on Yelp does not accurately reflect the quality of this place. If there was one in Wichita this would be on our very short list of places to eat out with the kids.

I've gotten this place a couple times for delivery and I've been more than satisfied. 1. Because they deliver, that's awesome. 2. They're food is great. Love the breadsticks. The chicken parmesan entree is very good. Only thing I dislike are the salads. Mushrooms as a standard? That's pretty odd. Definitely will continue ordering from here.

Found fiocchi's while looking for brunch in south denver. Great looking place, nice helpful staff, and reasonable prices for tasty fun food. very glad we stumbled onto this place. Wish we lived here so we could try dinner! Extra plus - great complimentary fruit bowl in a tasty sweet pastry cup with brunch.

I haven't had the pizza, and it may be good, but given what we ordered, I'll make an assumption: average at best, and that's going out on a limb here. We ordered the calamari, which tasted like cheese sticks, a salad, and a calzone. My 2 worst enemies on a salad: olives and mushrooms. I like my salads a certain way, and was very specific. The chicken did not taste fresh, probably because it came from a bag, pre-chopped and processed several times over. Then mushrooms chopped in bits topped the salad, GAG, along with olives. The calzone: my boyfriend said it was all right, and constantly compares Denver's food to the East coast. Being from the West coast and now in Denver for 18 years, I can tell you there are very few restaurants that really know the meaning of delicious and how to make food taste that way, even something simple, like a salad.

This review of 5 stars is for three things 1. Bretts Wings hands down some of the best wings I have ever had next time I go its 3 orders of wings! 2. This is a great kid friendly place. 3. They have apricot beer on tap one of my favorites! Also, we got a piece of carrot cake to go..... The size of slice was what I would give my grandma when she said she just wanted a tiny piece! And for $6 I expect more of a cheesecake factory size! But it was very excellent tasting.

Wow, this is some good pizza! I would have known about this place were it not for a 40% off coupon we got in the mail but after going here once, I will definitely be back for sure. They have a little patio area right in front so we sat out there and enjoyed the nice weather with not another table in sight. Service was good and attentive but each time he came over to refill my water, he would swoop on in out of nowhere and reach across me making me think he was going in for a grab (thankfully he didnt). I saw some people complaining about the breadsticks ever since their recipe changed-they werent horrible but they werent the best I've had. Very doughy but brushed with a lot of parmesan to balance out the flavor. The pizza was awesome though-we got sausage, jalapeno and pineapple and while that might seem like a funky combination, it worked. Their sausage is crumbled and was the star of the dish. I cant wait to try more pizza at Fiocchi's!

The pizza was great! Liked the atmosphere! The host wasn't too friendly when we walked in but our waiter was nice when she wasn't running from table to bar. Overall a good experience!

We loved this place when it was one of the Pasquini's locations, now it's just...ugh, okay, at best. It's not the food, it's consistently pretty good and the salads are excellent, it's the service. The hostesses are less than friendly, and despite the fact that the restaurant is often less than 50% full the service/servers are super slow. We want to see this business succeed, it's the only pizza place near our house, but it continues to slide.

Okay food, great staff, and atmosphere. Great locals bar and restaurant.

We pulled up to our local Pasquini's a couple of weeks ago and noticed that the sign had been changed and the place was now called Fiocchis. We felt pretty lucky to have a Pasquinis so close to our house even after our move to south Denver. On my last visit I would have given this restaurant a 4-5 star rating but now it is a two, maybe three, at best. Had I not been a somewhat frequent diner at Pasquini's the change might not have been so disappointing. We asked our server what was going on and were told that they separated from Pasquini's for greater freedom in their menu and flexibility that would make their items "even better." Of course I asked if they still had the breadsticks. The server said yes and that she would get some ordered. Well, if you have ever tried the (famous?) breadsticks you would definitely be aware that you are absolutely not still serving them! Big bummer. Are the breadsticks trademarked? Because bland and dry is what they are now. Overall the seemed a bit less than it was before. Still fine but no longer great. Prior to the change the server would bring the kiddos a lump of dough to play with. Not anything I would expect anywhere else but surely a little bonus for those of us with kiddos. Other than the breadstick travesty, the rest of our food was standard. Quote from the husband upon leaving, "we probably don't need to go there again." Basically, a big old bummer as this place is just a bike ride from home. If I get word that the breadsticks are back I will give Fiocchis another try.

I'm giving this one a single star because the "food" could just as soon have been reheated store-bought pizza with a little olive oil spritzed over it. I nearly broke a tooth trying to knaw down the crust, and the service was like a slap to the back of the head and a kick to the ol' back-side on your way out. We spoke with the manager about hosting a business meeting at his Denver Tech Center location for this former Pasquini's pizza joint. The manager, a younger blonde-haired guy, seemed very friendly, very helpful, smiling, offering to help with everything you could imagine that would go into planning a networking business-type of luncheon. Everything was friendly and great. He told me to call him or e-mail him and he'd get back to me within one to two days. So I went home and the next morning e-mailed him back about scheduling the event. Well three weeks passed and no response. Am I a piece of garbage that you would scrape off the bottom of your shoe, horse-dropping perhaps, that I just don't deserve a response? Maybe Fiocchi's is getting so many customers the manager just couldn't find a few seconds to call or e-mail back or even try to think about doing anything else. I don't know about you, but I usually take breaks during the day to use the bathroom or check the mail or do actual work where I'd have at least one minute to call or e-mail someone interested in my business. What if I'd went ahead and tried to actually schedule my event? Would it have worked? Would we have been booted out of his "so good we don't need you" restaurant? Don't know, because I found another restaurant nearby that actually DID get back to me right away about scheduling something there and I went with someone I could count on. We were told that Fiocchi's needed business, that they wanted customers to come. Guess not bad enough to call someone back who was trying to help them.

Pizza delivery took an hour and 15 minutes, and everything was cold, and bland.

Interesting little joint with an interesting crowd. I made nicely with a drunk guy who looked like the muppet, Animal, and was a walking dichotomy. Wanting to work with the deprived but worked in golf club & all white school. Shortly after, a drunken gal walked in lamenting about her horrible two dates that night. I was immensely entertained hearing the two asking each others names 15 times repeatedly over 10 minutes. Then the guy moved away to talk to another gal. After introducing himself she said they had already met several times and gave him a brief biography of himself. At this point I become the pawn for the drunk girl who was teeming with jealousy and staring down her prey that had just slipped out of her claws. Did drunky guy hook up with gal with the good memory ... did drunk gal get with the Muppet ... or did drunk gal sink her claws into yours truly .... stay tuned. But Angela behind the bar is super friendly and always has a smile on. I'd stay recommend to stay with the pizza. I didn't try it but the penne pasta pesto came out with marinara on it at first. Then when I got it, it came floating in a sea of oil.

I've eaten here a few times now, and it's been pretty consistent even with the name change. It used to be a Pasquini's, but most people know of the saga that's gone on with that, and now it's called Fiocchi's. The menu is pretty similar to what it used to be, and there are many good pastas and pizzas available. I really can't say no to the prosciutto pizza. The breadsticks don't have quite as much garlic butter on them as they did before, which you may or may not appreciate. Something in the middle would be best I think. But for the money, they still give you lots of good food - it's not just the calzones that come in a huge portion. I've had friendly and efficient service each time I've been here, whether it was with a large group or not, and it's a good option in the Tech Center. Parking can be a pain just because of all the restaurants crammed into that area, but you can usually make it work. They seem genuinely happy to have my business, which goes a long way in getting customers to return.

We've eaten here a few times and the food has always been good. They give the kids a ball of dough to play with while we wait for the food to be brought out, which is great because it keeps the kids happy. I usually order a calzone when we eat here. We just went for brunch the other day and were very happy. My husband ordered the "masterpiece" skillet where you can create your own skillet starting with breakfast potatoes, eggs cooked however you want them, and then up to 4 toppings. I ordered the vegetarian eggs Benedict and it was soooo good. It's made up of a croissant topped with roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts and spinach, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. The kids got the waffles with chocolate syrup and whipped cream. The brunch prices are really reasonable, too. The service was good but the food was great.

Fiocchi's is a nice little pizzeria near my office. They have good lunch specials and the food is OK.

Excellent NY style pizza and great service. We've been here twice and have really enjoyed it both times. We will definitely come back.

Today Fiocchi's marketing was out in the neighborhood distributing menus and catering info and she came to my wife's work, they spoke to her for a few minutes and an hour later a delivery guy showed up and gave them a free pizza and breadsticks. It was really a cool gesture. So cool in fact they decided to go Friday for happy hour.

Disappointing. We have had pizza delivery on several occasions and our order is always wrong....always! Way over priced. Girls who answer phone have been rude in the past. Overall, blah!

We dropped-in after a whirlwind 27 hours of travel, rock and roll, no adjustment to mile-high altitude (actually two miles high in Rocky Mtn. National Park), and near total burn-out and were stunned at how perfectly matched with we needed and what they delivered for us. Te manager, Brett Zareck, couldn't have been more attuned to us as customers hitting us up with breadsticks right away, and intelligently guiding us to excellent choices. The pizza we had was fabulous, the salad was too. He knew his beers and he was as friendly and customer-oriented as you could want. If you want a comfortable, high-quality pizza restaurant, with an awesome musical playlist for the atmosphere, this is the place for you in the southeast suburbs of Denver.

Terrific food, cozy and comfortable, congenial staff and owners are on site. I'm a regular. Love the lasagne, pesto chicken. Good wine selection, esp. for smaller restaurant.

I was at Fiocchi's last night with my family for dinner. My two year had an out break and was crying for a short amount of time. When having the manager correct my bill for being $20.00 over charged, she told my that I could never come in and have my daughter crying again. I was completely appalled. After my family left to the car, told the women that her comment was uncalled for. She then told me the owner would have told me that and a lot more if he were here. This is a family establishment and is advertised as one. I work near by and pass out their menu's to the 100's of people that come in and out of my business. All those menu's I have in my drawer are going straight to the trash. The only thing good about that place was the server. I feel bad that she has to work for such cold people.

Two excellent delivery and food experiences. I had calzones and salads and desserts. Clerk taking order was friendly and made sure the order was prepared correctly. I did make some significant changes to the order and they were able to handle it fine. Food was good and I would definitely recommend them.
