LOVE this place, the man and I have been eating here several times a week for the past two years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is absolutely wonderful, and they always remember my somewhat ridiculous custom order, not to mention our names. The food is great too and obviously they don't mind if you tweak your order a bit. No matter how busy they get, I have always had excellent service, and honestly this is the only reason that I'm sad that I will be moving soon. They're that good. I know this seems like an excessive review for a chain breakfast joint, but the staff truly cares about service and their customers as individuals, and they have been exceeding my expectations for several years now.

Not a bad location right off the Hampden corridor. The Whole foods which anchors the shopping district makes parking a little dicey but it is what it is. Three thoughts come to mind about Einsteins, first I really like Einstein bagels and do not know of any place that does bagels as well as them. Second, this place closes at 5 so its mainly for the early risers, business folk and caterers. Third, the view of the hampden corridor and the bustling lights and cars is quite plessant ad I sip my tea watching from their window.

For all you coffee lovers out there try the vanilla hazelnut coffee it's the sunshine to my morning. Can't pass on the the egg white thintastic deliciousness. It's a wonderful way to start your day off. Plus the staff is always sweet and helpful.

Awesome place for a quick and tasty lunch. Don't forget to bring coupons (they usually show up in your mailbox on Tuesdays or Wednesdays! We had the Turkey bagel thin lunch and it was delicious (make sure they toast the bagel). Always get great service at this Einstein Bros Bagels. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Coffee is always hot, hot, hot (just how I like it).

Really good service. Beagles across the board at any location in my opinion are great. Here, there employees are very welcoming. Will be back.

This is a favorite place for a friend of mine. And I see why... Just stop in and get a coffee. Have a couple of minutes???? Have a bagel and some hot coffee and just chat and catch up on life.

I come in here often, and it's hit or miss at this location. Sometimes I receive great service, and other times it's either very slow or they are out of everything. One day I received a hot latte that was somehow ice cold (I sent it back and it was promptly fixed,) and on another day I received my coffee free as an apology for the lack of bagel selection (they were nearly sold out because someone called in and ordered several dozen at once.) So I think management is trying, and that's good to see. There are plenty of great things about this place, but it would be nice if our experiences were more consistent.

Coffee is always good and staff is nice...too nice for it not to be due to a great culture from the top. Yesterday I could not help to notice how well the manager was handling his staff to work through a crush of customers. Amazing since most fast feeders don't seem to care if you are even there. Now they just need to add a gluten free item or two.

Mmmm. Roasted green chile bagel. That is about all that needs to be said. I have yet to find a bagel to even compare with this one. The bad news is that they sell out of these pretty quickly in the morning, so you have to get there early on in the day to snag one of these babies. It will change your life, I promise. It's like an asiago bagel with loads of roasted green chile on top, which tastes good with cream cheese alone or on a breakfast sandwich, or on a lunch sandwich. Basically, it's good with anything. Except maybe the honey almond shmear. That would just be weird.

Great customer service. Ordered three breakfast bagel sandwiches with perfectly acceptable quality and taste. Great options for a quick in-and-out breakfast but nothing I would race out to partake in.

Service was slow, eating area had trash on the floor. My wife's sandwich had sliced tomatoes that were not ripe. Not a place I can recommend or would go back to.

OMG! I've had it with this place! Just terrible. I've gone a couple times recently. They offer several types of coffee, most of which have been empty when I've been there. I think they are very expensive for what they offer. Sandwiches are bland, boring in my opinion. I always find myself thinking, how do they survive? I was there during lunch hour, very few people there when I was there. A couple times I've asked to have a bagel toasted, and they have made it just a little warm, not toasted at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I think they used to be better, a long time ago, and have really gone downhill, even over the cliff. I'm done with them.

I stopped in here yesterday for a quick bite to eat because the Subway a couple of doors down was packed. I ordered one of their new "bagel thin" sandwiches. The Albacore tuna bagel thin sandwich was a little sloppy, but good. There's about half the bagel that you would normally get in a regular bagel sandwich, which makes it easier to bite into. This sandwich alone will bring me back to Einstein.
