Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I love Chipotle, just not this location! The last 2 times I've gone in my burrito was cold, the time before that the tortilla was overheated and crispy. Last time I went in, the server couldn't seem to figure out that the guy behind me was ordering a completely different item than me, but starting piling what he was ordering onto my burrito, including pork which I don't eat for religious reasons. Then the woman got all snotty when I told her she'd have to make me another. I'd rather go to the one on Iliff & Parker where my burrito is made right and warm every time.

Chipotle started it all around here, and I always used to visit the original location on Evans before I moved to another part of town. Now this one is my closest, and I get here every now and then even with the sheer number of burrito places that have popped up as a result of Chipotle's success. Everyone knows how it works - order your burrito or tacos however you want, go down the line and get it made your way, pay a few bucks, enjoy. It's a good system and I'm glad it is so popular that several other burrito places have copied it. Chipotle tries to use better quality meats and you can tell - they taste better and you don't feel like the chicken is gristly or tough. Rice is pretty good, though you may or may not get very much. The mild salsa is really tasty and I always get that so I can have the ripe red tomatoes. The line moves quickly and you get a fast, fresh, giant burrito for $6-7; it's hard to argue with that.

First of all, you must understand your burrito history. The "little donkey" started out somewhere in Mexico, but the tortilla-tube of delight we know and love today has closer origins in San Francisco's Mission District. That's where it first got fat with rice and guacamole. Ironically, the microwave burritos I graduated from when I moved to San Francisco are actually more like the traditional style burrito found in Mexico. The "Mission-style" burrito from SF gave birth to what you will find today at Chipotle. (For more burrito history, see below.) You must also understand how a Mission-style burrito is made. If done well, the ingredients are mixed before burrito is rolled. Nobody likes a mouthful of cheese, followed by a mouthful of beans. Mesclado! seor, por favor. The burrito is then rolled into a cylinder. For some reason, Chipotle often makes there's into more of a brick. Go figure. I give Chipotle one star for existing near my work. A second star goes for having a nice looking place with friendly people. A third star goes for making Mission-style burritos, but only one star, because they are not spectacular by any means. In fact, I am sorely reminded of this every time I try what some might even descry as the worst SF has to offer (see Anthony K's review: yelp.com/biz/VnU_7mWzHWh… ) Ah, but the fourth star. The fourth star goes to Chipotle for using sustainably raised chicken, beef and pork in all their burritos. This is a wonderful thing that tips me in their direction every time. It's a good place to fill you up when you want something filling and satisfying. And they have at least 2 english speaking people there, or from what I've saw, which is a blessing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, which earned them points. The person helping me was nice and polite and filled my burrito just as I would normally get it. Though I have to admit that it's at the far end of a huge parking lot and your having to go through half the lot before reaching it, if your coming off Monaco. I did love the interesting seating arrangement though, will have to sit in one of the "booths"l. Also, for some reason, the Chipotle in Parker seems to be a bit better of which I can't say why, but it is.

I had to update due to THE HAIR I found at the bottom of my salad. They did give me a refund for the salad but....Gross!!!

Make sure you check your order prices before you pay because we were charged for steak when we ordered chicken. There needs to be better communication between the cashier and the person making the order.

We used them for catering, and they did a fantastic job. Everything was ready early and ready to go! Excellent customer service. Daniella helped us load it in our car and was professional and personable. The restaurant was clean and they always make a great burrito!

This is probably one of the worst chipotle's I have ever been to. They always try and skimp on meat and the one employee with the dumbass Mr. Myagi wannabe mexican mustache is the absolute WORST. He just seems like he hates his life. And here I thought it was his dream to roll burritos. Sure looks like it. Sorry your job sucks but I just want a burrito. Another lady there barely even speaks English. Look I'm from Texas so I get it but come on, if she can't even understand "just a little bit of rice (and dumped a massive scoop of rice on my bowl lol)" maybe she should find a different job. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Iliff and S Parker, if you look the manager has a red square on her sleeve signifying they are of the elite chipotle's lol. My friend works at Chipotle so I know whatsup. They're just overall friendlier as well. And don't get me wrong I LOVE CHIPOTLE, just not this one.

My family loves Chipotle and we love this location because the staff and management are top notch. Delish!

I've frequented many Chipotles and this one always delivers. As far as taste, proportion and service, this location is always the most consistent. My favorite of them all!

I frequent a lot of Chipotles as it is my kids' favorite restaurant. I have to say the staff seemed really engaged and friendly at this location and the food is always great.

Dreadfully and dismally disappointing. I was so excited to go to Chipotle after I heard about their sustainable and ecological menu made with fresh, local and organic ingredients. I only eat out once a month and I was really looking forward to it! The restaurant wasn't clean. The staff were cold and indifferent. My steak burrito and bottle of water cost me twelve dollars. It was cold. The steak was far too overcooked and way too tough. Nothing good stood out about the meal. How disappointing.

Solid location! Nothing noteworthy (good or bad). Who doesn't love Chipotle?
