It was surely five stars on this day. A perfect day, perfect location (outdoors) and happy, friendly staff. Monday is $5 Margherita day and we took advantage with our large party. Pizza was served slightly charred (perfect for me) and one pie might be a little large for one normal person but perfect for a ravenous teenager.

Incredible pizza, awesome staff, and a great outdoor atmosphere! I didn't order off the menu-the team was kind enough to let me customize my own pizza which had basil, mozzarella, and goat cheese. This pizza was truly one of the best pizzas I've had in my entire life. I could taste the brick oven in each bite. Absolute heaven.

Note: Review for their mobile food truck, as opposed to their brick and mortar place! I've had the pleasure of eating Brava! twice now as they have a residency at Denver Beer Co on Tuesdays (starting at 6:30, come run a 5k and then enjoy free salad and pasta). One way to make you run faster: they sometimes run out of the pasta. Sad for me. But on the flip side it forced me to have to buy a pizza. I know. Twist my arm. On the two occasions that I was too much of a slow-poke to get any of the free food, I managed to try three different options, because I'm talented like that. Two are regulars on their menu - the Bianca Fresca and the Fun Guy (which makes me giggle every time). The third was a specialty pizza that had figs, prosciutto and gorgonzola cheese. All had their signature garlic infused olive oil thrown into the mix, and all were delicious. Sizes are on the larger side, and though I could eat the entire pie in one sitting (again, because I'm talented like that), I prefer to take half home. It's just as good the next day. The ingredients are fresh and make for a wide variety of topping combinations. The dough manages to be a blend of both soft and crispy in all the right ways. And the fact the pies come from a wood-fired oven gives them flavor and texture you don't get from most pizzas (in Denver) these days. I fully admit I am a little snobbish when it comes to pizza, and the east coaster in me says if it's not thin crust and you can't fold it in half, it's not real. I'm here to tell you Brava! does it right.

Great ingredients, good chew on the crust (though, still a bit more brittle than I'd prefer). Good flavorful sauce. Friendly (albeit rushed) staff. I think I just have a prejudice against sitting outdoors only. It made me think "just because you pour olive oil on the pie, doesn't mean your fancy". I wanted it to be fancy pizza, for some inexplicable reason. But just felt it was OK.

This is by far my favorite pizza place (anywhere)! I highly recommend the bianca fresca, though all the pizzas are excellent. It's also a great place to spend lunch, sitting on the patio.

Delicious, simple pizza. I had the The Queen. I usually don't eat the crust on pizza, but I couldn't pass this one up. The crust is super delicious and all the ingredients on the pizza tasted fresh. The staff was welcoming and nice. The location is awesome. Love the atmosphere and the outdoor seating. Highly recommend.

A-okay-super-awesome-o. Great crust. Perfectly charred on the bottom yet chewy on top. We had the Fungi -- an all around great pie. Great little garden area next to the D&F Tower. #winning

Yes! My boyfriend and I got here right before it closed after lunch, and thank goodness we made it in time to try it! We ordered the mushroom pizza off of a list of very reasonably priced and yummy sounding options. I later found out that this is the big favourite, and I can see why! The outdoor brick oven for the pizzas is fast and efficient while producing incredible results, we couldn't believe how firm and tasty the crust was. Perfect! The toppings were to die for, and I just about cried when one of my mushrooms fell on the floor after I took a messy bite. Top it off with some tasty and cheap craft draughts and friendly conversation with the very attentive and enthusiastic wait staff, and you have a gem.

Simply the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is fabulous, the cheese is amazing, and the overall flavor, particularly on the Queen, is something you must experience. $5 margherita pizza Mondays make me kind of bummed about three day weekends.

This pizza is a mouth orgasm! David, co-owner, is an incredible cook and has a personality plus. Most of the places in Denver do not come close to David's pies. I'm from an area in NJ near Trenton called Chambersburg, also called "The Burg". In the 1900's, many immigrants from Italy migrated here and opened some amazing restaurants. We had a number of incredible pizza parlors. One being, DeLorenzo's, which was voted in the top 10 for pizza. David's pizza is as good as DeLorenzo's The aroma of the pizza will have you salivating before your first bite. The taste is heavenly. Once you sample Brava pizza nothing else in the area will come close to this addictingly delicious pie. Bella pizza David. Mahalo for your delicious pies.

I can not say enough about this pizza! Authentic, delicious, light and crispy! Located outdoors so only good in nice weather but I heard they are opening an actual restaurant not sure where.

  • J R.

I'm a Fan!!! Great crust. :) Tasty good quality toppings. Nice music in the background. The scent of wood smoke in the air. All with all a nice vibe. Make sure to dress for the weather as this is an outdoor affair. This place makes me happy!

When choosing a lunch place to go with colleagues, this is a sure bet! It's an Affordable, delicious, and great outdoor atmosphere beneath the clock tower. What's better than supporting a local business, eating yummy pizza with a side of people-watching on the 16th street mall & Arapahoe Park!? Fun to stop here with a B-Cycle when the weather is nice, too! The personal pizza is just enough, doesn't leave you overly stuffed and weighed down. The crust is nice and light.

  • Margaret H.

Yum! I don't know how I've walked by this place so many times without trying it. Stopped in for lunch today and I think it was a great value for the quality. Also- we maybe waited 10 minutes for the pizza. Nothing crazy. WIll be back soon-

I have visited Brava twice during lunch for a quick pizza fix. Their pizzas are Neapolitan-style, with thin, soft crust, and fresh mozzarella. I appreciate that the owner is always working the oven (I worked a pizza oven many moons ago) and that their pizzas are made with quality ingredients. The pizzas are also reasonably priced for what you get. I ordered the pesto pizza special my first visit. The ingredients were fresh and the pizza was cooked perfectly. I was surprised that the pizza was not a regular on the menu. My second visit, I ordered the Sonny, which is an Italian sausage pizza. The sausage is very mild and was completely lost in the other flavors. I am also not a huge fan of the crust. For a quick lunch spot, Brava works.

    (4)
  • Deanne C.

Brava's pizza is what other pizzas aspire to be. Their crust is thin, but also light & airy (no cracker crust here!). It's a great lunch spot & if the weather's nice - good al fresco dining. And it's very affordable.

  • Leslie D.

Best pizza in Denver? I think- YES YES YES!!! This place is truly a gem. I work downtown so it is a struggle everyday to hold back. The pizza is prepared fresh and fast and the smell of the massive pizza oven right on the mall is a treat even when it is just warming up in the morning! The staff is always friendly and never forgot to ask you if you want the olive oil drizzle. Noms!

    (5)
  • Katie R.

Fresh dough + Olive oil & Truffle Oil + Fresh Mushrooms + cold beer on draft + adorable courtyard to enjoy an afternoon meal + nice staff + right across the street from the office = AMAZING pizza that is dangerously close to me! Minus one star for prices. As good as it was, it's hard to justify spending $14 on a personal pizza and a beer, when i could get a massive pizza elsewhere for a lot less. And $5 for a 10 oz ipa? boo.

  • Allie S.

Had a chance to try out this pizza at the Cherry Creek Farmer's Market. While it is a neat concept and there is nothing better than freshly made pizza, I have to say the pizza margherita (also known as The Queen) was just too greasy for my taste. Pizza was made with fresh ingredients and delicious mozzarella cheese, but I just could not get over how all that grease made the pizza too soggy while eating.

  • Marc R.

Personal Pizzas and salads made fast and fresh and to your table in a snap. Love that they are so quick with the production and delivery here. Cool hipster servers, and register woman make the place feel cutting edge even though they are right next to the Westin hotel and that tower downtown. You may have to ask people to let you share a table (come on, it is ok to scoot over for a few people!). Fast, friendly, and hip - the Pizza is great and you can get in and out in 30 minutes.

  • Lindy L.

Brava is right! An outdoor, portable wood-fired pizza oven right next to the Clock Tower that makes fancy gourmet pizza with locally sourced ingredients at a bargain price. The crust is perfectly chewy, slightly charred, and has excellent flavor. The sauce is a little tangy and sweet. On Mondays, you can get a 10-inch margherita pizza for $5. The drink selections include Diet Coke, my favorite pizza beverage, and San Pellegrino Aranciata and Limonata. To go or outdoor seating only. The outdoor seating is great for people watching. On a cold day, you can duck into the Clock Tower building to warm up while you wait for your pizza, which only takes about five minutes.

  • Angelica H.

I feel like such a grinch for not liking this pizza as much as everyone else! I definitely do enjoy the location and outdoor seating available. The girl who took my order was nice, as were the men making the pizza. I ordered a Margherita with extra sauce and I added mushrooms. That came to a total of $9.20, which I find to be a little on the expensive side, but this pizza is decently sized and will fill you up for lunch. When it comes to the taste of the pizza, I just didn't enjoy it. I don't know if it was the sauce or cheese, but the flavor was not appetizing to my taste buds. I guess Italian style pizza isn't for everyone. However, I did really enjoy the texture of the dough, the crust is crunchy and chewy towards the middle. I might try this location again. Perhaps opting for different toppings might change my opinion on the taste of Brava's pizza.

Brava pizza made 20 guests soooo happy! The pizza, caprese shewers ,and ceasar salads were fabulous ! The oven and learning how to makethe pizza them made the party !!!!! David pulled oven in my driveway and set up a prep bar and the serving area by my patio ! The toppings were fresh and high quality. Everyone still raving . A totally awesome night ! thank you BRAVA !

Location location location! Brava is so accessible to 16th street mall shoppers and with all the Southwest promotional events going on, it's one of the most convenient places to grab food. The boyfriend and I went to a movie at Skyline Park (Wizard of Oz - did not recall Dorothy having such a high-pitched voice and the munchkins to creep me out so much, but that is what happens when you have fond memories of a movie from long long ago when your mind is not so mature :P). And having Brava so near and hearing great reviews from friends, decided to stop by and grab food. The boyfriend got a flat bread panini type of sandwich and I went with the mushroom pizza ("Fun-guy" hahahaha. I finally got that!). I loved the crust of the pizza - not so much all the mushrooms so next time I will probably go with another type. The panini was also good albeit a little greasy, but nothing wrong with too much grease right?

YUM! and great location! loved the street vendor feel tucked into a cozy patio. I loved the Porcetta Flat-bread Sandwich. great flat-bread, crispy on the outside. Amazing porcetta. so good and so much of it. Great pesto, different and so good. I'd love that recipe! great and tons of olive oil tossed arugula too. My husband got the queen pizza, also very good- they even drizzled it with fresh olive oil at the table. well done. High quality ingredients. fast and friendly.

Randomly went to Black Shirt Brewing Co and Their mobile station was parked outside. They have actual wood fire cooking the pizza and The price was good so I ordered. I was pleasantly surprised to how god damned delicious my plain ol' pepperoni pizza was. I would say almost exquisite. Best pizza in a minute, I would try.

    (5)
  • Jeff R.

The pizza was delicious! We had the Fun guy (with truffle oil drizzled on) and the Bianca Fresca pizza. The ingredients tasted fresh and the dough was great! The service was awesome too! Really friendly folks. And, the patio seating in the summer is great! A mist see on 16th street!

After a few visits at their downtown Clocktower location and a few visits at different street food parties around town, I have really grown love these wood-fired pizzas. I shared my favorite - goat cheese and mushroom pizza topped with truffle oil - last Friday with a friend, and it was a cleaner, much easier to eat pie. Less oily and drippy, perfect placement and amount and size of toppings. Didn't lose a single 'shroom. We also shared the daily special that had chicken, mozzarella and green chiles. Spicy and amazing! Perfectly tasty, not bland thin crust, a little soft in the center but a crisp, crunchy outer edge. Dave and his crew are so friendly. I always have leftovers and am excited to find them in the fridge later. I'll be back soon!

I like you Brava, I just don't "like" like you. You're just...lacking, and I can't put my finger on exactly what is lacking. The margherita pizza is just so so. I prefer slices of tomato on my marg, so perhaps that's what it is? I like the sausage they put on their pizzas. That's one thing that stands out. I also like the location. It's very easy for me to get to, and quick to get back to my office. Things I don't like? Sometimes they burn the hell out of the crust. On occasion they catch it and refire a new pizza. Sometimes they don't catch it, and I end up eating char dough for lunch. The pizza could use more cheese. Not much more. Just a smidge. Oh, and the marg lacks slices of tomatoes. Everyone does that pizza differently though so take it for what it's worth. Is it bad pizza? Hell no. Is it "Woohoo!" pizza? Also hell no. It's just A-OK.

What a pleasant surprise. A very good individual pizza for $7.50. Thin and crispy and perfectly cooked in the wood-fire pizza oven. My pepperoni pizza had a decent amount of meat. The sauce is slightly sweet. $2 PBR on draft. There is nothing better than sitting outside on a perfect Denver day. Recommended.

This place just simply makes great pizzas. All interesting, fresh ingredients, wood/coal fired oven. Outdoor seating right at base of D&F clocktower. Today had a "special " BLT pizza - bacon marmalade, pancetta, roasted tomatoes, arugula, and shaved Parmesan: outstanding! The sausage pizza is also really tasty.

  • Justin A.

This place is great. Perfect location on 16th street mall and a nice, relaxing atmosphere. I tried the Sausage pizza and my girlfriend tried the pizza with mushrooms. Both pizzas were cooked to perfection - not mushy, great crust, and delicious toppings. The price was also very affordable - $7.50 for each pizza (10 inch). They also have Wynkoop on tap and wine as well so this is a great place to go before the Rockies game.

  • Amy O.

He's a tip, if you're looking for a GOOD, right out of the oven pizza, go here. They do it right. They also have a nice little outdoor seating area for you. They've got other stuff besides pizza and also have some draft beers available. Very reasonably priced.

I'm updating my review for Brava. I've been back several more times and have really become a fan. I still like the The Queen, which is a pizza margherita. The last time I was there, I also shared Pizza Bianca Fresca, which is a white pizza topped with arugula. You have to love pizza topped with fresh, peppery arugula. All in all, I enjoy Brava.

Check out this place. It is on the 16th street mall. A great place to people watch while having a good wood fired pizza. Worth checking out!!

If there's one thing I didn't expect to see in Denver's burgeoning food cart scene, it was a brick oven pizzeria. The odd dome cart drew my curiosity and I was surprised to find a guy flinging dough through the air as another removed a few pies from the oven. As a pizza lover, I had to give it a try. I ordered the 'shroom' pizza, and it was up in less than 10 minutes. The menu said it was fresh mozzarella, goat cheese and mushrooms, but the mozzarella did not make an appearance. It was still tasty with just the goat cheese, but a bit on the dry side. With the optional truffle oil drizzled over the fancy mushrooms, this was very rich. The crust is very well done (especially for a food cart!). Next time I visit I'll try the margherita. The guys running the cart were very friendly, and let me order before running off to an ATM (they don't take cards).

+1 for being a local business, that means a lot in my book right there. +1 for being different. Store front, meh. Cart, been done. Patio at Lannie's Clock Tower, awesome location. +1 for good italian style pizza +1 for being a great host and explaining ev

This is the best pizza I have ever had. Of course I do not come with alot of experience, but around the denver and southern California areas I have had none better. There pizzas are cheap, filling, fresh, and delicious. That is all you can ask for in food.

  • Kimberly F.

This place has the whole shebang! It is situated entirely outside along the 16th street mall. You can sit on their patio, have some drinks, enjoy the pizza, and just people watch. The staff is extremely friendly; I received recommendations and they even mentioned how they could specially make a prosciutto/goat cheese/fig pizza if I wanted which wasn't on their menu. I got it and was glad I did! Their ingredients are locally sourced, even some of them coming from the owner's garden. Learning that was just another bonus to this splendid little pizzeria.

    (5)
  • David S.

I have enjoyed the Goat cheese and mushrooms with truffle oil, sausage and the Bianca. Most ingredients are locally sourced. For my money, these are the best wood-fired pizzas in Denver, perhaps the best I have had outside of Italy. Conveniently located if you want to sit and watch ice skating, movies in the park or just people watch at Skyline Park. The owner/chef could not be a nicer guy. This is a shining example of the new caliber of quality that Denver has been able to support. Six stars!

  • Patrick C.

A fresh, affordable, and high quality wood fired pizza out of a portable oven attached to a pickup truck. Sounds impossible, right? No, this pizza was of very high quality and the staff was friendly to go along with it. Easily one of the best food trucks I have eaten out of, and I will be following these guys and visit them again at any brewery they are visiting.

Delicious. I had been wanting to try Brava for some time and finally got the chance. What a great deal for between $6.50-$7.50 you can get a delicious personal pizza (though I still had two leftover slices). I ordered the shroom, with goat chees and which is smothered with truffle oil. Yum yum yum.

This review is mainly for their catering. They did our wedding for 200 people and knocked it out of the park! They have a whole menu available that is not a part of their 16th street food cart. Food was one of the highlights of the night. Thanks David and crew!

It was the Margarita Monday sign (margarita pizza) that got my attention. There is just something fun and authentic about getting served pizza from a wood fire oven on the side of the road. They make your pizza to order for you while you wait. The fresh ingredients make a pizza like this hard to come by. The flavors are rich and the mozzarella is to die for fresh. Hopefully this place will be around the next time I visit. The service was friendly and fast. Its a great place

We just got married in June at the Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield and we wanted something fun and unique for our wedding so I was referred to Brava and it was the most amazing fit for what we were looking for! We tried other caterers but it was the same chicken or steak- yawn. Thomas worked with us throughout the entire process which included our walk-through and he was stellar at helping us set up everything to where it would flow best, asked the venue questions we didn't even think of, and put our minds at ease with his knowledge of catering. He provided everything we wanted including non matching plates and an awesome pizza oven with amazing smells. It was a breath of fresh air (and delicious pizza smells) to have something different and fun at a wedding. The antipasta set up was amazing! There was so much food for people to snack on. Then we were served an amazing salad, pizza buffet and wood fire veggies. The table set-up was exactly what I was looking for. Everything turned out beautiful and delicious. I highly, highly recommend them if you're looking for a fun alternative for an outdoor wedding. They were very easy to work with and didn't cause any stress throughout the whole process. Oh, did I mention it was all you can eat?! There's nothing worse than running out of food at a wedding but we didn't have to worry about that! Our guests loved it. Relaxed, fun, and unique.

Brava Pizza catered my daughter's wedding at Breckenridge, CO on 13 July 2013. We had appetizers, pork roast, chicken, salads, and, of course, pizza. The food was absolutely delicious and very elegantly presented, the service was impeccable, friendly, and efficient. We would highly recommend Brava catering for any event.

Woah! The Fun Guy makes the palate shout. I saw Brava! at the Uptown Block Party this past week. I was super excited to experience them since I've heard great reviews, looked at their food porn (bad eyesight, anyone?), and wanted to see their oven in action. I asked for a recommendation, a signature pizza, and they suggestion the Fun Guy (locally sourced mushrooms, truffle oil, and goat cheese). It was pungent, redolent with truffle, and tangy with goat cheese. A crispy, slightly burnt, palate pleaser. I found it reasonably priced at $8 ($.50 higher than website price). It came out quickly too thanks to a non-existent line (line up folks!).

By far the best pizza in Denver. Quick and friendly service, great location, and very reasonable prices. Plenty of seating on the porch too

I was in Denver for an audition and I after I was finished, I decided to walk around to get something to eat. I ran across Brava! I saw that they were making small individual sized pizza in an oven OUTSIDE, it was my perfect place to eat. I ordered a Margharita Pizza. I love basil so I had asked for a few more on top. It was thin crusted and SO crunchy and hot when it came out. It was YUMMY. If you walk by here, you NEED to check it out. My pizza was only $5 and I tipped them a dollar or 2, I don't remember. oh, it's cash only.

This pizza is delicious! I went for lunch the other day after reading all the reviews. I was prepared for anything. What I got was a fabulous perfectly sized pizza. I ordered two types, the shroom and the margarita (spelling?). Both had great flavors, perfect proportions and crispy crusts. And the price is unbeatable!

We just had Brava Pizzeria Della Strada cater a a party for us. The group of beer and pizza lovers were delighted to walk into the party and find a pizza oven in the backyard. The pizza was delicious. The young men were thoughtful to set up a serving tent as it began to rain. The pizza came out hot and delicious and the crowd of 30 were fed in no time. If you want a reasonably priced caterer for your next event, check out Brava.

I am a big fan of Brava!'s pizza. I enjoyed the Fun Guy the other night. Their prices are very affordable at $6-8 each and if you're not a pig like me 2 people could share one of their pies.

It was the smell of a wood fire in downtown Denver that caught my attention. I admit that the sight of a wood fired pizza oven on a trailer was not what I expected. I had been "pizza-ed out" so I skimmed over the pizza choices but the flat bread sandwich was my lunch choice. I love that this sandwich started with a ball of raw dough instead of a pre-made cardboard sheet. The filling that day was a freshly roasted pork belly, pesto, and arugula lightly dressed in olive oil. WOW, Brava! Really takes the time and effort to craft a meal for their customers. The pork belly was tender but had a great sear and crust. The arugula was a great accompaniment to the rich pork. Four stars you might ask? The chef in me was really wanting an acid to off set the richness of the sandwich and pork fat, pesto, and even more olive oil was getting on the heavy side. A lightly dressed slaw would have been the perfect addition to the sandwich but it was delicious.

really good quick lunch pizza, love the outdoor setting..... sometimes.... went there one time after a snow storm and 1st we almost had a propane tank blow up then we almost got hit by some ice falling from atop the clock tower..... that being said the food is great and honestly I look at there idea and think why didn't I think of that

I had lunch a Brava today. Pizza is fabulous. The wood fire really adds a smokiness to the crust that is wonderful. If you are on the 16th Street Mall, this is the street cart to stop at. Just find the Bell Tower.

Went today for lunch - was surprised to see from another Yelp-er that it was sooty. Mine was delish - no soot at all. Had the margherita pizza ($5), but added mushrooms ($1 extra). Tons of mushrooms, and not just button mushrooms either. Basil tasted fresh, the mozzarella was melty and just salty enough. They did a drizzle of some good olive oil on top. My co-worker had the sausage - she gave it an "8." Thumbs up to this place - I would definitely go again. There was a bit of a line, but we went right at noon, plus the place had just been mentioned this Wednesday in the Denver Post.

This pizza is amazing. Don't expect American style pizza here, folks! If you go to Italy, this is the kind of pizza you get. Not smothered in cheese until it's crust is disappeared. It's got a smoky, firey flavor to the crust, it's ingredients are freshly made, real, whole food blended and made just for you when you order it. Nothing canned! My favorite is the goat cheese and mushroom! It's been too long since I've tasted it again but I wanted to write a review to support this yummy pizza!

Brava has found that empty spot in my heart that only true Italian style pizza can fill. Pizza, to me, should be simple. It should have fresh ingredients that have robust taste and the amount of ingredients should be limited so that you can enjoy each bite and each flavor. Brava is little more then a brick pizza oven, a prep area, and a few guys/gal at the base of the clock tower at 16th & Arapahoe. There is a patio that seems to be very nice and shady during lunch, a nice little garden / green area, and all kinds of interesting people to watch on the mall. David, the owner of Brava, lived in the Tuscany region of Italy for 9 months and does speak a little Italian. How do I know? Because I lived in Italy and I happen to speak a little Italian. David is a warm and gracious chef who seems to really enjoy that people love his pizza. At $6 to $7 a pizza you should pop by there and have a little slice of what I call heaven: True Italian pizza!

Passed Brava! many times and always said I would try. Today was the day. Had the Bianca Fresca - "Garlic infused olive oil, with local goat cheese, prosciutto and fresh fiore di latte fresh mozzarella - we bake this sucker off then top it with a fresh and crispy, lemon olive oil dressed arugula and parmesan shavings." Really good pizza. I was happy with the price to portion ratio too. Other members of my party enjoyed theirs as well. Empty plates and happy patrons.

Brava is up to FIVE stars because I can't think of a local business more willing to go above and beyond for its customers. I love the green chile pie sooooo mug, and they only make it when chiles are in season. I requested it specially, since I'm leaving town this week. They went out and bought LOCAL chiles from the LOCAL farmer just to put them on my pizza. It really doesn't get any better than this, folks. Without question the best pizza in downtown Denver. Love my Brava guys!

Brava offers what is easily my favorite pizza in Denver, and holds its own with the pies in Italy too. This is truly authentic Neopolitan style pizza. That means it's cooked in a screaming hot wood-fired oven, lending a pleasant char to the bottom of the very thin crust. It also means that it is topped minimally, with an emphasis on care and quality, not quantity. Brava does everything first class: simple crushed San Marzano tomatoes, dots of fresh mozzarella, and the amazing cured meats from Denver's own Il Mondo Vecchio. The pepperoni and the Italian sausage are both the finest examples I've come across. The pork, mushrooms, and goat cheese are all local. It appears that they've added a salad and an arugula-topped pizza to the menu too. They often run off-menu special pizzas, and I hope to see one with Il Mondo Vecchio's great duck prosciutto. The patio adjacent to the D&F tower is a great spot for lunch, and the prices can't be beat. Most pies are $7.50 or less. You'd pay at least twice as much at Marco's or Proto's, and even they can't match the quality. Brava is doing everything right.

Six stars!

This is the best pizza I have ever had. Of course I do not come with alot of experience, but around the denver and southern California areas I have had none better. There pizzas are cheap, filling, fresh, and delicious. That is all you can ask for in food.

Yum! I don't know how I've walked by this place so many times without trying it. Stopped in for lunch today and I think it was a great value for the quality. Also- we maybe waited 10 minutes for the pizza. Nothing crazy. WIll be back soon-

And $5 for a 10 oz ipa? boo.

This review is mainly for their catering. They did our wedding for 200 people and knocked it out of the park! They have a whole menu available that is not a part of their 16th street food cart. Food was one of the highlights of the night. Thanks David and crew!

Delicious. I had been wanting to try Brava for some time and finally got the chance. What a great deal for between $6.50-$7.50 you can get a delicious personal pizza (though I still had two leftover slices). I ordered the shroom, with goat chees and which is smothered with truffle oil. Yum yum yum.

I cheated on you Brava! today with a place called Toppings. Never again. You are still my favorite pizza! Hot, fresh, amazing toppings, friendly pizza chefs and quick service. xo

I can not say enough about this pizza! Authentic, delicious, light and crispy! Located outdoors so only good in nice weather but I heard they are opening an actual restaurant not sure where.

I'm a Fan!!! Great crust. :) Tasty good quality toppings. Nice music in the background. The scent of wood smoke in the air. All with all a nice vibe. Make sure to dress for the weather as this is an outdoor affair. This place makes me happy!

Six stars!

  • Barney C.

  • Leah G.

Noms!

And $5 for a 10 oz ipa? boo.

This is the best pizza I have ever had. Of course I do not come with alot of experience, but around the denver and southern California areas I have had none better. There pizzas are cheap, filling, fresh, and delicious. That is all you can ask for in food.

  • Josh d.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
