Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

This particular BlackJack is quite consistent and very tasty! I highly recommend to order cheese bread with bacon and if you're a fan of spicy food, jalapenos. You cannot beat $2.00 for a personal pan one topping pizza. I will often order one for lunch eat half and take the rest home for after the dabs set in... I eat here about twice a week because I work very close and the pizza is consistent and a good value, not to mention it tastes so good. I also recommend checking out their salads, don't remember what it is called but the one with mozzarella, ham, and pepperoni is pretty awesome and a huge portion. Keep those pizzas coming...

We don't have black jack pizza back home and it was very close to the hotel we stayed at so we gave it a try. Menu in general is sooo cheap. I would say quality of the pizza is somewhere between little Caesars and dominoes. Very tasty. Delivery was super fast. You get what you pay for. No complaints here.

Who throws away a pizza? Well I did! And my last order from this Blackjack will be my last. I've ordered Blackjack Pizza over the years and never really had a problem with it - nothing great, nothing bad, probably a solid three stars. But my last order was so disgusting, I don't think I can stomach another. First of all, the 45 minute delivery turned into an hour and fifteen minutes. Maybe that explains why the pizza and buffalo bites were cold and damp? Now the pizza. I ordered thin crust. It was like a soggy piece of cold and damp cardboard. It didn't have a drop of sauce on it. It was actually chewy (chewy like gum, not chewy like savory and rich). Gross all around. Then the buffalo bites. To me buffalo means hot and spicy. These were bland balls of dough with tiny morsels of chicken in them. Avoid them at all cost. Finally, there's the customer service. I already mentioned how long the order took, but then I went to the site to file a complaint (this was, after all, a $20 order). I told them precisely what I've written here. It's been five days and no response. Apparently they don't value our feedback. Too bad.

This is my favorite of the cheepo pizza places in the area (Papa John's, Domino's). I don't eat meat so I can't comment on the wings or sausage but the cheese and veggie pizzas are just fine. This isn't gourmet pizza, this is the place you go when you have a kids birthday party party or you are feeding a bunch of people on a budget. Bonus points for drive through window+ available paper plates and napkins if you are on the way to the pool or park. Yes, you get what you pay for!

AWFUL. I called and placed an order for deliver and was told it would take 45 minutes. An hour later, still no pizza. I called Blackjack and the guy told me that the driver should be there in a few minutes and apologized for the inconvenience. We waited another 30 minutes and nothing. My boyfriend called Blackjack and told them it had been over an hour since we had placed our order and that we wanted our money back. The guy on the phone didn't try to fix our issue and instead just told us that it would take 3 days for our money to be returned. TERRIBLE customer service.

This place was a lifesaver. We were starving at 11 pm and there was nowhere to turn. Cue black jack pizza....Excellent pizza. Probably the best pizza we've had the whole trip. They were fast and delivered straight to our hotel room. A couple from Texas appreciates the "Welcome to Colorado".

I made a request for delivery from the Colfax location on Jan 24th, Saturday evening around 5:45pm. I ordered 1 Large Pepperoni and some wings. I was told it would be here in 35-40 minutes. At 6:45, my order was still not here, and there had been no courtesy call, so I called in. I talked with Jeff, the manager, and asked him when my pizza was going to be here, that it had been an hour since my order was placed. He said, "He should be there any moment, he will be around in 5 minutes." 7:15pm, still no pizza, and no courtesy call. We look at Blackjack's story on their website and read about how they need to compete with Dominoes, and they need to make sure their deliveries are made in around 30 minutes. I called in again, and again spoke with Jeff, the manager. I asked what was going on, and he said, "Your delivery driver Brandon just left about 5 minutes ago with some pizzas and should be heading your way." Confusing, because half an hour earlier I was told that he would be here in 5 minutes. I let him know that I was upset with the service and asked if there was anything that he could do about it, like reimburse the charges, or at least give a discount. He said, "I don't have control of how busy we get and can't control time, I'm very sorry your pizza will be there soon. I will send you some coupons in the mail tomorrow." I really love their pizza, but this is absolutely terrible. I refer my friends and family to Blackjack all the time, but after this, I can no longer support them. If it will take 2 hours for me to get my pizza, I'd rather hear the truth and go get Dominoes. Guess what time I got my pizza? ... I didn't! 2 and half hours later, I still hadn't gotten my order, so I told them to just cancel it. I called Dominoes and got some great pizza for a cheaper price, and it only took 20 minutes!

Placed an order at 10am, I'm only 2 blocks away. Website guaranteed delivery by 10:40. At 10:45 called, pizza had not even been made yet. This was there one chance to prove they're better than dominos and they failed miserably. Too many options to settle for poor service!!!

I wish I could give negative stars. That's how bad our experience has been here. One time they delivered me a pizza that was so severely burnt and disgusting that even the delivery guy said he'd never eat it. We called the store, talked to the manager, and we were refunded our money. They brought us another pizza shortly after, which looked even WORSE than the last one! When I called the manager, again, he literally told me, "that's just how they look. Nothing I can do about it." Hmmm, pretty sure a typical pizza doesn't have black burn spots on it with crusty, brown cheese. When I asked for the owner's name and number, the manager refused to give it to me. So much for customer service. Safe to say this is the worst choice for a pizza place. Worth spending more money elsewhere. At least other places have edible pizza.

Visiting from TX , got the round 2 days ago and square tonight. Very good pizza, good price. I found square was better.

This location is not run well! I dropped in for a 'quick' takeout. There were already about 5 people waiting. After I payed one man said he had been waiting for 45 min. The 'cashier' was slow and incompetent. It was like he was making a point to move and respond as slowly and indignantly as possible. While the phone was constantly ringing, it was only answered once while I was there. Every order was over charged and required a refund, and many orders came out incomplete or wrong. Somehow my order came out before everyone else's. The waiting area had all the floor mats bunched up on the bench so nobody could sit down. This was a truly strange experience. I know that there are many well run Black Jack stores but this is NOT one

I used to be a big fan and we ordered from them every other week. The last two times the delivery too over an hour. I didn't complain the first time because the pizza was at least still hot. The second time, however, it was cold so I called and asked to speak to a manager. He offered us a free pizza and asked me to wait on the phone while he put whatever he needed to in the computer. He said I would have to call in my order. Fast forward a few weeks, and I called to get my free pizza. The cashier handed me off to a manager named "Mark." He treated me like total crap and made me feeling like I was making up a story for a $15 pizza. Seriously? I sent a comment thru their website and left a message for the manager relating that I wanted a chance to talk the situation out so that I could patronize their business again. No answer. I guess they don't care about customers and I can't get behind a business who doesn't appreciate it's customers.

My friends laugh at me, but I swear Blackjack really does do some of the best pizza delivery in town. Definitely not gourmet, but delicious and affordable. I suggest the chicken Santa Fe and the Mediterranean chicken. Both are my favorites as well as my partner. Cheap, easy, and good quality for delivery.

The chicken was slightly warm and not fully heated through. They musy have changed the Ranch dressing as it was disgusting this time around. Kind of sweet and had a weird sheen to it. It was NOT good at all. The pizza was Meh!

I called at 5pm on a Saturday and was on hold for almost ten minutes before I decided to hang up and just order Papa John's, which at $6.99 for a carryout one topping large pizza (code 699cco for the last year) is only a bit more expensive and certainly tastes better than Blackjack. I suggest this place hire someone to answer the phones.

I was drawn in by the low price. I could pick up a large 1-topped pie for $7. But I guess you get what you pay for. My first shock was when I asked for the thin and crispy crust and saw that the guy went to the walk in fridge and grabbed a pre-made crust. Did they even make it in the store??? Then I noticed for another order that he took chicken wings straight out of a plastic bag and into the oven. So no fancy sauces here. My next shock was seeing a woman go straight from sweeping the floors to topping pizzas without washing her hands. Third shock was paying the pizza guy and having him make me change, then he went right into prepping thick crust pizza by hand without washing his hands. I've worked in numerous restaurants where this would not be allowed. And this is why I rated BJP 2 stars and not 3. The pizza came out fairly quickly and the thin is really crispy. The sauce is good, nothing special about the meat or cheese. (I noticed some pizzas got a lot of cheese and others less, depending on who made them, as no measurements were used.) I do appreciate the fact that on their to go menu, they state their mission: "To attract and keep very satisfied Customers." No eat in, by the way, so you have to take it to go. Glad my hotel was close!
