This is my favorite go to place. Every time any one says "where do you want to eat?". I always reply. pei wei. The beef is perfectly cooked, extra spicy is just hot enough. Love love this place.

I've had the kung pao chicken before and this tune it tasted like the chef just threw some spices together and ignored the recipe. It wasn't even spicy. Too bad I made it home before tasting this. I just wish they would stick to the recipe. Additionally the clerk offered me the rewards program and took down all my information, speed my card and didn't even make the purchase count towards my rewards. When I told her to just forget it so I could be on my way, she flagged down the manager who explained really slowly (like I was an idiot) that sometimes there are delays and I should be patient. I didn't care about the rewards so it was silly that they made such a deal of it, or assumed I cared that much when I just wanted to eat. I'll stick to PF Changs because this is like the fast-food version.

Not exactly what we were expecting. It was decent if you are you looking for a fast food style Asian restaurant and we weren't. Also the food was decent but not something I would eat again. I have to say the service was really good though.

I love Asian food and have had a couple of different dishes here. While both were tasty to my "buds" I thought they were both a bit heavy handed on the sauce. Very strong flavors for both the Mongolian beef and the Sesame chicken. The options are plentiful though so the menu will require further exploration. My only other minor quibble is the price. For the amount of food you receive it's a little spendy.

We LOVE Pei Wei! This is a very nice Asian fusion take-out place. Owned by the same folks as PF Chang's, it is much cheaper but a similar quality of food. I recommend the Kung pao chicken, orange peel shrimp, veggie spring rolls, Vietnamese salad rolls, among lots of other dishes. You can't go wrong here!

I give this a three because the food it wasn't as good as the last time I went, - but overall there was high quality food and good service. The food came out very fast. The servers were very professional/friendly. (Chicken pad Thai, shrimp Fried rice, Honey sesame chicken, Pei Wei spicy chicken, Hot and sour soup,) Ambience of the restaurant was okay because it was clean but like there wasn't much like a nice scenario it was just silent with some background music which was Christmas music, which could be very annoying in the month of November. Cool decore. Light background music and comfortable booths. Delicious food! Had the crab Rangoon and it was a perfect blend of crab and sour cream. Thai wonton soup was very flavorful. Asian chicken salad was fresh, lightly sweet dressing. Tyler was super helpful! All staff we encountered were nice.

This was the first time I've been to Pei Wei since the redesign and will probably be the last. It's transformed from quick food to Fast Food. It just felt really cheap and ick. My dish- Kung pao tofu and vegetables was just okay. The vegetables were raw and it wasn't spicy at all. The tofu was still good, so I'll miss that.

To start off, I love Pei Wei! If I can give it 4.5 stars, I would. I don't love all of the food here, but they have a lot going on that's really good. My goto item is the Pei Wei Spicy Steak, which is hands-down the best thing on the menu. If I'm extra hungry or want leftovers, I order the larger size. It usually breaks well into a second meal. Pros: The food is great and fairly inexpensive. Really like the manager here too. Great guy who goes above and beyond! Negatives: guess the first thing would be that I have had a handfull of order mess ups, but it's true... If you have any problems and call them they always fix it in one way or another. They usually get it right though. The restaurant is also really drafty, especially in the winter. Also wish they would open a location somewhere down south. Downtown would be awesome!

Had the Asian chicken salad. Dry chicken shreds on iceberg lettuce. It was awful. Nothing Asian about it. Will never go again

I have always loved this place and still do. Let me explain why my rating is low and it has nothing to do with this location. I had lunch with a client and had two standard meals, an order of sushi and a soda and a water. The bill was almost $30. While I still love this place, to me they have unfortunately priced themselves out of the market. $8.49 for the normal bowl, which still seems smaller than before is simply too much. The food is still awesome and love the brown rice, but for a lunch will be looking elsewhere. Sorry.
(2)
Cielo G.
Too crowded and noisy slightly offset the good food. Decent menu choices, although a lot of it seems to be the same with minor twists. Brown rice is a free option, not an up charge like many Asian restaurants.
(3)

So we love love their padi Thai here. They have always provided extra peanuts if needed. An extra bonus is that they have a soda machine- which my kids love to use. If you are a dieter, then it's good for you to grab a box, pack some for tomorrow ! Additionally, there is a condiment bar to equalize the right spices for your individualized taste buds.

Great food! So yummy!!! Teriyaki steak with brown rice...amazing!! Very healthy choices! Very friendly and helpful staff! Fast for keeping you on a schedule for lunch! Super clean in the restaurant and also the restrooms!! I will definitely return!

These guys are quick and the menu is pretty flexible in that you can have any meat with any flavor (e.g. Mongolian Chicken). They are like Quick Food. Tasty, good for a sit down that doesn't take forever. The food is fresh cooked in the open concept wok stations and delivered to your table. The restaurant is clean but fairly noisy from the woks and patrons. My favorite is the Kung Pao chicken. My children get the teriyaki chicken bowls, though my son likes to mix it up with teriyaki shrimp every once in a while. The pork egg rolls are best eaten there. Warning: their fried rice comes with non-standard vegetables so you might ask before you order it.

I first experienced Pei Wei Asian Grill in Denver, CO perhaps 10yrs ago. The service is generally exceptional and the Pad Thai is the best I have found no matter which location. Every location I have been to is loud. This particular location is drafty - not fun on a cold day! The order taker was polite, if not terribly engaging. The person who delivered my food was pleasant and great with me. The restaurant was clean as always. I don't have one of these in Pueblo so it is often an indulgence I enjoy when I am in town. The steak lettuce wraps are also amazing!

What you get for the price, meh. I ordered small plate and hubbie ordered regular plate for two bucks more, saw little to no difference in food portion. Got two spring rolls, meh. I'd rather go to McAllisters or Five Guys in this plaza because the food is good but not worth the price.

May or may not be the most "authentic" Asian diner, as I've never been to Asia. But, I've been dining here for years and the food is always amazing and consistent. The Lo Mein is incredible, and you have free access to all the soy sauce, chili paste, lemons, and oranges that you desire. Love the flaming wok!

I'm giving this spot 5 stars because it was my first time and Rachel explained everything clearly and with a smile. I got my order to go. Got home opened up and I had steamed rice instead of fried. I looked at the bag and it said... thank you for your business, if this order is not completely satisfactory please call us and ask for the manager. I called and they took care of me..both Rachel and the manager sincerely apologized. I'm completely satisfied. Simple mistake made right...I'll be back!

I've always been a fan of Pei Wei and PF Changs. Yesterday I went and, for the first time, was highly disappointed. I've always loved the lettuce wraps, but yesterday they gave me slivers of lettuce that were too small I couldn't even "wrap" them. My husband got a "small" plate and they took that to the next level. He had about 1/2 cup of noodles with 4 pieces of shrimp. His plate should have been on the "children's menu". For some reason my philosophy is, if you go get fast food it should come no where near the same price as eating at a sit down restaurant. Prices are through the roof! I'm disappointed with their portion size, their prices, and somewhat taste. My food was way too salty...I didn't even add soy sauce and my son's shrimp lo mein was flavorless. Not happy with what I experienced at Pei Wei. Very disappointing. I'll stick with Panda Express and pay half the price and get three times the food.

Pf changs little sister. Wonderful food at a much better price. Nothing can beat the lettuce wraps. I also dig the noodle bowls.

I like Pei Wei a lot. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. I feel you get a lot of food for the money. They can get really busy so call ahead for carryout.

I love PF Chang's. When I go to PF Chang's I typically order Kung Pow Chicken. I recently moved to Colorado Springs and heard about Pei Wei so I had to try it. I went during lunch, it was pretty busy. I liked the concept as well. I ordered Kung Pow Chicken and a Hot and Sour soup. The soup came out and it was good. Then the Kung Pow came out, it was the exact same flavor as PF Chang's kung pow chicken but $5-6 cheaper. It did have beans on it which PF Chang's doesn't do, but I don't mind, I actually liked it. Cheaper and faster than PF Chang's but, at least my typical item, tasted the exact same. I liked it a lot!
(5)

I like that you can make practically any dish spicy. It's always crazy busy, but there is a good system for ordering a d seating. I highly recommend trying their tea. It's some of the best. Chai tea and mandarin orange. Plus, all the fortune cookies you can stuff in your face. I've had the honey seared, and wasn't that impressed. But the beef Japanese teriyaki and orange peel chicken are amazing. I also get the cool lettuce wraps as an appetizer if I'm with a friend, and it has enough to eat as a whole meal.

I was very impressed with Pei Wei this afternoon. I always take my lunch later in the afternoon to avoid the hustle and bustle of the noon rush. I ordered the Chicken Lettuce Wraps and a Pork Egg Roll. Everything was delicious and everyone kept asking me where I went, because it smelled delicious. This was my first time trying Pei Wei and I can't wait to go back. The reason I did not give my experience 5 stars is because they are a pricey.

Decent little micro-PF Changs. I pretty much only get egg rolls and lettuce wraps when I come here, I haven't liked the rest of the food I tried enough to order it again. I really do like the lettuce wraps though so it works out. Environment: LOUD. The acoustics are terrible in here. It's clean and nice looking though. Even when they're packed we always seem to manage to find a table somewhere. Service: Great, surprisingly. It would be easy for this place to be just another fast food joint slinging food out but they have always been friendly and polite and our food comes out fast and correct. We don't order anything not on the menu though so it would have to be pretty bad if they couldn't get it right. But they do, so. Food: Eh. I really like the one thing I order here but I don't like the other things I've tried. The sauces are jam-packed with salt and sweet and I can't deal with it. My husband likes the various things he's tried but he doesn't love one particular thing, really. Bonus: Magical Coke machine, and fortune cookies!

I went here with my boyfriend for lunch and it was so good! I will come back for sure. The food came out fast, wasn't to busy and tasted great! I was gonna get the dinner size since I was starving, but went with the lunch size and was the perfect size. Wasn't that much either.

I hate to give pei Wei a bad review because I love the food. But this has been the worst one I've been to. The food quality wasn't the same as other locations.

Great, fast service! I'm one of those who forgets when I set my phone on the counter when I order, their cashier went looking for me in the dining section to ensure I get my phone back! First time I tried the lettuce wraps, both the traditional and Thai chicken wraps were delish!

I love this place. I eat here at least twice a month. James is super friendly and always remembers my name and order.

I ordered the spicy pei wei chicken combo with wonton soup. I was disappointed when I opened my bag and my meal looked like a frozen Chinese dinner. My first experience was in NC and it was similar but I just moved to Springs and wanted to give it another try. Noodles & Company is WAY better in my opinion.

I had their pad thai it was the worst I have ever had nauseated with every bite. I use to come here and get there blazing noodles which I liked. I have not come in quite some time and we'll probably not return.

This is one of my goto places, and one of my favorite take out joints. When you call in an order they'll remind you what you ordered previously and ask if that is what you want this go-around. It was a little creepy to me the first couple of times, but now I enjoy it as it can speed up the ordering process. As the first reviewer mentioned, Pei Wei is owned by P.F. Chang's. Personally I like Pei Wei better. The food is close to half the price and unless President Hu himself invites me to dinner I'm not going to put on a shirt and tie to eat Chinese food. My favorites: Thai Dynamite Chicken, Chicken Pad Thai (no egg), Chicken Chili Ramen (half veggies/ half chicken), and the crab wontons (amazing). New: The Korean BBQ; it was an interesting taste sensation. Mildly spicy, sweet, tangy, BBQy. I don't know that I'd get it again, but that's because I tend to favor more of the spicy dishes. Dislike: The lettuce wraps are just plain horrible. The chicken is drowned in a salty brown sauce which overrides any other flavors (if there are supposed to be any). Don't waste your money on them.

I have been here twice and did not like it both times. The first time I went, I ordered the Pei Wei Spicy Rice dish and it was super sour. My friend said the same with his dish, but I do not know what he ordered. The second time I went, I order the Steak Dan Dan Noodles and it was tasteless. I did not take anything so I just drenched it in the chili sauce they have making it sour-spicy. The noodles were bland and the steak had little to no flavor. Definitely not coming back here again. Good thing I used a coupon the second time, making that meal only $4.

Me and my husband come here all the time when we don't feel like cooking dinner ourselves. We've never had a problem with the food or the service. It's usually somewhat crowded but food is usually fast in getting to you. We always order the pad thai or the ginger broccoli with a side of fried rice. The cheese wontons are also really good. Their take out usually takes about ten minutes to get ready but its made fresh and its honesty the better Chinese food in the springs. Great for a quick dinner after a long day of work. The inside is very clean and you always see employees wiping down tables. Definitely gonna miss this place when we PCS.

I like that they have gluten-free items & that you can order online & just pick it up. But it's very Americanized "Asian" food! Very bland. I got a spicy dish, the Pei Wei Spicy, and it just tasted like scallions to me. By the end of the whole dish, I got a bit of a spicy kick. But I would expect a hot pepper flavor from a spicy Asian dish. I also tried Wok Vegetable Salad which came with miso vinaigrette. Again, very Americanized version of miso flavor - was actually sweet. All the sauces I got were very syrupy & sweet. I tried the gluten-free Vietnamese chicken rice rolls. Ick, the rice wrap was chewy & cold (got it as take-out). The chicken salad inside was fine, so I just ate the filling & threw the rest out (won't be ordering those again). I thought the Ginger Orange edamame would be awesome, but no. Flavorless again! I think part of the problem is not using organic vegies (these would have some flavor). My other quibble with Pei Wei is they put carrots in all of the items I ordered & I don't like carrots. No bamboo shoots or lemongrass or water chestnuts in the things I ordered - instead it was Americanized vegies like green beans & tomatoes & lots of carrots.

I think it is great for the price...fresh, good Chinese food, you don't pay for service since you order it in line first. We like the taste and freshness of their food!

I love this place. Yes, I get that it's not "real" Asian food, but its still good. And to be honest, the "traditional" (American) Chinese place near me is a bit scary sometimes. I love the green curry with shrimp and a lot of the rotating specials are good too. Service is always great, people are friendly and the chefs play with fire. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is that it's pretty noisy.

My first trip here was not the greatest. I got the sweet and sour chicken and was not a fan. The portions are good size, but I thought the rice had a metallic taste that I just did not like. Their soda-pop machine is one of those stand alone machines that you press a smart screen a couple of times to get what you want. I don't really like those. Everytime my pop is flat. My friends convinced me try it again because they love this place. The next time I got their fried rice bowl and was far more impressed. This is what saved this place for me. It can get busy so seating can be hard to come across and if it's cold outside you may just wanna get it to go. Everytime someone opens the door to come in or out a blast a cold air is funneled into the place. If you're anywhere near the doors you're gonna feel it and it sucks. The doors take a little longer to close which makes it that much worse. Overall, good food (the rice bowl, anyway), but get it to go.

After living in Japan, Pei Wei is our go to spot. It has such a fun asian flair to all their foods. We probably take-out once a week! So much cheaper and I think better than PF Changs.

Ambiance: Very attractive semi-fast food place. Dark wood accents and deep color palate, all lend themselves to a nice up-scale asian atmosphere. You order at counter, given a number to take to your table, and then the food is delivered to you. Service: Friendly. Food arrives about 5-10 minutes after you order. Food: Though they try to add a new "umph" to boring Chinese food, their execution does not quite hit the mark. So-called spicy dishes are anything but. When ordering a chicken stir-fry dish, be prepared for heavily battered chicken in very syrupy, gloppy sauces. Food overall is pretty greasy, not-authentic, and not much flavor. Recently I ordered a salad, that had very bitter, practically inedible greens (note: I like a mix of different types of salad greens, but this was 100% bitter.) I do like their orange-spiced ice tea, and the orange wedges to add to your glass. Overall, this is just one step up from Panda Express, and a far-cry from the quality of food available at their "mother" restaurant, PF Chang's. The kind of place where I can sort-of stomach their food, but not high on my list.

Like it, don't love it. Okay product, cool interior, not worth the money. For $20 bucks in the right restaurant two people should eat well - not have cheap chicken and soup.

The baby company to PF Changs brings us a fusion of 5 different cultures. Some work and other's are just ok. What works: Lettuce Wraps, crab wontons, Spicy Korean. The beef here is very salty- and the fact that they will warn you ahead of time should tell you something. Everything else is just alright. It's Americanized Asian food so obviously it's not authentic (and if you are looking for authentic well shame on you for thinking of this place...) It's setup like an upscale fast food place. The decoration is nice and suitable for the establishment You go in, order at the register, they make it fresh and bring it to your table- after that it is self service. I think this a good place for a quick bite if your craving a little Asian influence for lunch, as dinner not so much (unless you like fast food for dinner which I don't). Side-note - I like that fact that you can order online, makes ordering for a big group at work very easy!

Pei Wei is owned by PF Chang's, and it is a slightly scaled down, more casual version of its parent restaurant. You order at the counter and sit down to eat. But the decor is really nice, modern Asian, the napkins are thick, and overall there are a lot of touches that make it feel more fancy than other restaurants with a similar setup. There are a variety of Asian dishes, noodles, rice, etc. which can be ordered with one of several meats or tofu. They also have lettuce wraps, a la PF Chang's. I *love* their pad thai. It comes with chicken, shrimp, and tofu. I am not a big tofu fan, but I love this tofu. I found out it is baked, and I have attempted to recreate it several times at home, without quite as much success. It's firm and meaty and tasty! The beef and broccoli is also quite good. The iced tea is gourmet, and you can also order wine or beer. Personally, I'd pick Pei Wei over PF Chang's any day, and save half the cash while I'm at it.

Quick and easy, fresh and good. this is a good place for a date or with the kids. Its a PF. Chang's spin off and I like this place better than the original. they just changed the menu so they have some good new items on the menu. Its wok cooking so it does not take to long and an open kitchen so you can check out the chefs as they cook.
(4)
Mary W.
Not bad for chain counter-service food. This is the fast food version of PF Chang's, so if you enjoy their pan-Asian approach you'll probably like this. Nothing here is particularly "authentic" but a lot of it is tasty. I'm afraid to look at the nutrition information, though. This is some high-fat food, I'm sure of that.

Beth S.
"Meh" is right. This food lacked flavor, spice, was greasy, and overpriced. The service was good, ambiance was good, and it was pretty busy, so we thought it would be good. I'm sad that we were wrong b/c I love finding new places to eat. The hot & sour soup was monotone and NOT spicy. The spring rolls were extremely greasy. The two "spicy" dishes that my husband and I ordered were far from it, and the flavor was BLAND. Very disappointing, for sure. There are definitely better places to go (Noodles & Co) for some tasty, fastish asian noodles. FAR better less fast places in COS as well. Soy sauce and noodles (more like spaghetti) does not equal "Asian" food.
(2)
Victoria S.
Nice "fast casual" asian food. The way I read the menu, it is kind of "pick your style" (noodles, sweet & sour, honey seared, etc.) - and then pick your meat (none, beef, chicken, pork). Great flexibility for those that don't eat red meat!

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Great food!

Plenty of healthy, yummy choices. AWESOME staff, great prices. Been coming here for many years. Never get tired of it.

(4)Ann S.

(4)Logan B.
Great food and really friendly service. They helped me out a lot with my order

(5)Josh E.
I hate to give pei Wei a bad review because I love the food. But this has been the worst one I've been to. The food quality wasn't the same as other locations.
(2)Jennifer Y.
Great, fast service! I'm one of those who forgets when I set my phone on the counter when I order, their cashier went looking for me in the dining section to ensure I get my phone back! First time I tried the lettuce wraps, both the traditional and Thai chicken wraps were delish!
(4)John G.
I love this place. I eat here at least twice a month. James is super friendly and always remembers my name and order.
(5)Erin T.
(2)Mike S.

(4)Alexander T.

(5)Jen Z.

(2)Rory C.
Like it, don't love it. Okay product, cool interior, not worth the money. For $20 bucks in the right restaurant two people should eat well - not have cheap chicken and soup.
(3)Desiree R.

Waiting for my take out order at the moment. Terrible service so far.
(1)Kat W.
Not very friendly service and brought appetizers & meals at the same time. Maybe a bad day??

(4)Mary W.
(3)Beth S.
(2)Victoria S.
Nice "fast casual" asian food. The way I read the menu, it is kind of "pick your style" (noodles, sweet & sour, honey seared, etc.) - and then pick your meat (none, beef, chicken, pork). Great flexibility for those that don't eat red meat!
