A client invited me to join his team for lunch, stating they wanted to try a new place. Paninos was a terrific find. The locale is decent and we received solid service. The decor is cozy and clean. Options! Geez, if you like Italian food you are bound to find something good to munch on. The calzones looked delicious and I have little doubt I would have had a great experience had I opted for the pizza. In stead, I went with the signature "panino" of the grinder persuasion. A lightly toasted panini wrap, the panino proved to be a fun and unique twist. It also served as an excellent conveyance to deliver the carnivorous consumables that comprise the grinder. Tons of meat, a dollop of spice and a "healthy" amount of grease add up to a rambunctiously flavorful outing for your palate. There is plenty on the menu to explore and explore it I shall. The prices aren't too bad so I may not go broke before exhausting the culinary options. Treat yourself to a taste of Paninos! You deserve it. I'll expect a Christmas card as a thank you. :-)

Good food. Nothing out of the box or over the top but consistently hits the spot. Paninos are yummy. It's like a pizza and a wrap had a baby. So many flavors to choose from or you can make your own. The pizza is rectangular and also really good. Try the white. Nice outdoor patio and big cozy booths inside.

Had lunch there today. They have a very extensive menu. Generally speaking I'm very wary of this as its somewhere between hard and impossible to make that many things right/good. That being said, I ordered a small pizza as I figured that would be the easiest thing to make and get right. As it turned out the pizza is not bad. I can't speak to the rest of the menu but again its very large size makes me wary.

BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): Our food was awesome and the service was as well - will definitely return! I had the 2X4 panino and my client had the Buffalo Chicken panino, both recommendations by the server, and we also had the pepperoni cheese bread appetizer (a very thin crust 5x10"" pizza sliced into strips) -- fantastic! The menu is large which as another reviewer said, does not usually lend to quality execution but the food we had was spot on. Only time will tell on the rest of the menu as I will definitely be back...frequently. The only nitpick would be that the coleslaw had almost no dressing; I favor the crunchy slaw they serve but there needs to be more dressing. The service was great, glass was always full, and all of the servers kept checking on us (not just ours), which says a lot about their commitment to service. Glad to add this to my rotation of lunch stops!!

Panino's is one of those places I just don't get to often enough. It is a local mom & pop place (2 locations to chose from), that serves up some delicious grub. The namesake "Panino" is like a Stromboli and they have like at least a dozen to chose from. These are handheld pockets of awesomeness. Panino's also has a good selection of beer. And they make a killer Chicken Parmigiana.

Went with the husband on Sunday night. Adequate parking and we were seated quickly. Pretty small place, I think it sits less than 50 overall. My kinda place. :) So, ambiance is nice, bar is adequate, and people are friendly. We ordered Panino sandwiches. I got the philly cheeks steak and my husband got the grinder. Philly was really good and grinder was awesome. My only complaint would be service. Our server was very nice but saying "your soup and salad will be right up" does not account for 19 minutes. (Maybe I'm being super picky?) Also, bussers were great, polite, and even brought us our check when they saw we were done. I'm glad it's by the house so we can try their great looking menu.

Outstanding food every time! My husband and I have been to both of the locations several times and always receive excellent customer service, and delicious food. Last time we were there we ordered the Grinder Panino and the Philly Panino (steak), both with sides of potato chips. Both of them were amazing! Aside from their food they also have a bar! :) I would recommend this place to anyone!

Oh soooo good. I had a grinder, pina colada freeze, pasta salad and a coffee. Delicious. Great service. Nice clean environment. The spaghetti looked really good. Gunna try that next time.

It's been sort of a hang-out of ours for years. One thing that has never changed is the fabulous service no matter how many servers come and go. Unique build-your-own Paninos, very good, a lot of food for the money. North of the downtown parking insanity so that's not an issue, even on weekends. Clean!

One of my favorite places to eat in the Springs! The paninos are terrific with a huge variety to choose from. I love their pasta salad. We've always had great service every time.

I have been dining at Panino's since I was a little kid. Their unique specialty and huge variety of sandwiches, are what make Panino's a must try for out of town visitors. Definitely a hidden gem in our city.

came here with a big group (20 people) and they were very accommodating. Food was great and group left very stuffed and had a good time with the waiter. Small family vibe in the restaurant but seemed like food was made with fresh ingredients and everything was well done. Would come back again next time I"m in CO springs.

Great little familia owned pizza joint. Their pizzas are square! I like that they offer both thin and thick crust.

The story begins at work. I was in the break room with a coworker of mine walks in with a little box. I am immediately greeted by the aroma and ask what it is. She says "Oh, it's a Philly cheesesteak Panino." Drool ensued. I showed up today with a friend of mine to finally try it out. I knew nothing about this place other than it had what she ate that fateful day a while back. My friend ordered the Philly cheesesteak Panino, and I odered the Grinder Panino. Whilst waiting I was having a hard time pinning down what kind of restaurant it was: is it casual? I looked around at some other plates and it leaned a little bit more on the fancier side. The dim lighting also added a little bit of a romantic ambiance. And yet in the middle of the restaurant was a bar, and when our Paninos came out it was in no way made to look like fine dining. But hey these are small details! The Panino was amazing! It's not some groundbreaking revelation, it's just good ingredients served up in a good proportion at a good temperature. I had a bite of my friend's cheesesteak one as well, and I know that when I return, that is the one I'll be getting. Don't get me wrong, the Grinder was amazing! The only problem was it was a bit too drippy and leaky to fully enjoy. But rest assured, it did not interfere with the taste of it :) If I had any gripe, I would suppose it would be that the food came out a little faster. It wasn't long, but I don't imagine a Panino to be something that's a terribly long process to make. But rest assured, I'm only nitpicking at this point! I'll be sure to be back, and maybe next time with a date as opposed to another bro. Or maybe I'll just get it to go like my coworker did. Another Colorado Springs gem in my opinion, and somewhere to go to for good eats!!

Its my First time at Panino's and i like the sandwich, it was definitely a good first time experience. But i would like to try it again to write a more detailed review. I like the ambiance and the location of this restaurant more than anything.

I come here for one thing....one of their wonderful Panino "sandwiches". I have had pasta and pizza etc...there but for me its all about the Panino. I love it in all its different varieties and haven't found anything like it else where. The service is pretty good. The prices are good. It's not the cleanest or perhap best maintained of places but the Panino makes it worth while.

I'm a regular here, and there's a reason why. The Paninos (little rolled up Italian Panini like sandwiches) are phenomenal. Order the Grinder, do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars. Other great options include the Philly Variations, the Ranch, and the Buffalo Chicken with Ranch or Blue Cheese side. They also have a large offering of pizza which is standard fare, but don't bother because you're there for the Panino! They remodeled their dining area this past year and it's fantastic. It really cleaned up the place and took up the experience a notch. They serve Pepsi products which flows into my bias and they have a nice selection of local craft brews from Bristol on tap. Worth your stop, a great lunch or even dinner place.

Love the food here! Pasta is awesome but their Paninis are what make me visit. Lots of choices to fit my mood. They also did a recent remold and the place really looks nice. Full bar as well. Nice place.

We eat dinner on Sundays very early ,after walking golf . Lots of foot traffic downtown , so Panino's was busier than usual and they were down to one cook , made for a long wait for food .The wait was worth it ! Another great meal , fresh veges were piled high on my dish , perfectly balanced the sausage and beans in my panini ! WOW can't wait to go there again .

Panino sandwich is excellent! Ton's of options (30+ sandwiches alone) too. I had the zuchini while my friends had honey mustard and create-your-own, all of which were great. Prices are a little high for lunch, but reasonable for dinner.

New to the area and had a restaurant.com voucher so went last night. Being from Chicago it's been difficult trying to find good pizza out here but so far this is it- next time we will try the thin crust cause the thick was too much with less flavor. The breadsticks are pretty blah- tasted frozen. The Caesar dressing for the salad was great looked homemade! The garlic bread that came with the manicotti was amazing and the manicotti was ok. They also currently have coupons on their website that the link says "get your free pizza now" And when you go to it it states "get 1 free topping on your pizza" so that was a major disappointment. Then the waitress said they get a ton of complaints about it- then guess what change it??? The moscato was a rip off for $5 a glass. The place itself is nice, looked new.

Last week, I visited Panino's for the first time at the suggestion of a co-worker. I wasn't really sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the panino-- a grilled burrito-type thing. Mine was chock full of ground beef, onions and gooey cheese. (If you're a Nebraskan, it vaguely reminds me of a Runza.) And in addition to the panino of my choosing, there were about 40 other flavors of paninos on the menu, containing everything from salad to spaghetti! It's hard to explain, but it's tasty and reasonably priced. Definitely a good spot to grab a booth, hang out, and enjoy a hearty lunch hour. Bonus points for excellent service-- my water glass was never empty, and our server delivered a huge piece of turtle cheesecake for the birthday girl, on the house. And he even included a cherry on top for each member of our party. It wasn't 5-star fine dining, but it was homey, comfy and cute.

I don't get there often but when I do I order their panino sausage combo with mushrooms, black olives, cheese and more. They have a pretty extensive menu and if I ate there more often I would probably try different things. But that sandwich is good and it's what I stick to.

Great place to eat: the spaghetti salad is delicious, and so are the panino's. Lovely remodel recently. I've been going for years and it seems like there's very little (if any) turnover. The service is consistently prompt and the value of the food is good, Albert is one of the long-time staff and he is wonderful. As a CC employee, I love that we can walk there. Plus, Panino's is a big supporter of CC!

I love the panino sandwiches! My husband is a big fan of the spaghetti with sausage. I used to prefer the other location, but the recent remodel has helped.

So because I got an owner response to my prior 3 star rating on here, I tried Panino's again and was more disappointed than ever. We sat down on a Monday evening when the bar was full but there were only 3 or 4 tables in the whole restaurant and 2 servers working. We ordered a water when we first got there and took a little more time to decide which panino we were going to order. When we finally did decide we couldn't see the server anywhere so we sat there for about 5 more minutes until she showed up. When she got there we ordered a wine, a beer and our entrees only to be left alone for 20 minutes until our entrees came out and she realized our beer and wine was not there yet. We would have inquired about the drinks had we seen the server at all during that time but we never got the opportunity. So when the food got there she blamed the bar for not pouring our drinks instead of offering to comp them or at least taking responsibility for the mishap herself. I tried to tell her to forget it but she ran off so fast she did not hear me and so it was too late. We had to leave shortly after that so we ended up having to chug our drinks a little which amounted to about $8 total so that was a terrible waste. Also the sides were as small and bland as ever which was my initial complaint with this restaurant in addition to the bad service. They also have a 'nickel and dime' attitude that will charge you for any substitution, any side sauce/dressing, $2 for an upgrade to a cup of soup or a tiny salad from a bag, and giving the smallest amount of side dish possible. I really hate to rag on a local restaurant, but after asking me to come back so they could show me a better time and having the worst restaurant experience I've had in a while (and I'm pretty easy to please), I finally just have to write this place off.

Came in for a work dinner, and honestly I was surprised because the place looks kinda dumpy. The menu is HUGE--pizza, pasta, panino, calzone. I had a cup of the soup of the day, it was butternut squash and it was really creamy and had a little spice in it. For my panino I had the popeye--chicken, bacon, spinach, mushroom, onion, tomato and I subbed pesto mayo. The best part about it is the crust! It's like a rolled pizza more so than a pressed sandwich. The portions are a big as the menu, so bring your appetite or share with a friend. I'd like to try their pizza next time. They had an all you can eat spaghetti deal going on Wednesday night when we were there, I think it may be a rip-off cuz it's just pasta and sauce, you get plenty of food just ordering off the menu.

Good food, large portions, cozy atmosphere, and reasonable prices. That makes for a pleasant restaurant experience, and that's the reason behind the 3-star rating for Panino's. Sure, I could be a snob and say I've had better this or that across town or wherever, but I'm not that guy. Leaving happy is what counts. I had a calzone with pepperoni, Italian sausage, salami, meatballs, marinara sauce, and ricotta cheese. It was delicious and satisfying. Had I known how big it was, I'd have never ordered appetizers (buffalo wings and crinkle-cut fries). I'm sure my wife felt the same way when she saw her 3-pasta Italian platter (lasagna, manicotti, chicken fettuccine alfredo, garlic bread), which was enough food for us both. We needed a few boxes for our leftovers, but that made for an awesome lunch the next day.

Paninos are awesome! I had the Caesar one, my wife had the honey mustard. Delish. The potato salad was unique and savory. I had pasta salad and enjoyed it as well. Nothing really funny to say comes to mind. Very good service. A little eager to serve and perhaps interrupted a couple of times. But very friendly and always had someone there to refill my drink.

If you love Panino's the Powers location does not disappoint. I was skeptical at first being a strong supporter of the restaurant for 15 years but they have not lost the touch. If you live up north and find driving downtown to be kind of a hassle for your favorite food head to Powers in the shopping center with Party City.

A diamond in the rough. I was first recommended this place by my hairdresser before I moved here to start college. She'd lived here some 20 years ago and had loved Panino's. So from the start, this place has been something of a refuge for me. When my grandparents came to visit, I took them here. When I met with my advisor to talk about graduate school, it was here. Nothing about Panino's is particularly chic, but it has a warm, neighborhood restaurant vibe and solid, creative food. The Panino is kind of like a pizza sandwich and it's just really good. I recommend getting a panino over anything else on the menu, just because it's something they invented (I think?) and do very well. Closed on Sundays, which I always forget, but just overall a lovely experience.

  • Rachel S.

The panino, Panino's signature sandwich, is fantastic! My wife tried the Philly and, on the recommendation of our server, I had the grinder. Casey couldn't have been more correct! Both offered us more food than we could eat in a single session. In fact, I'm eating my second half as I write this reivew. The sandwiches arrived promptly. Our server was great! The restaurant was VERY clean including the bathrooms. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone near downtown Colorado Springs - simply, a great dining experience.

This is the only thing I miss from Colorado! I loveeee this place. The Panino's are amazing! Everything is amazing and for a great price! You have to go and when you do, try the Panino's first! Trust me! :) Oh yeah the pizza is awesome toooooo!

I had the pineapple and ham thick crust pizza and I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was. I'm originally from Chicago so it's hard to find an out of state pizza joint that is to my liking. I'd definitely visit this place again. Kudos to the chef!

This is one of my favorite places in downtown Colorado Springs - I've been dining there since the mid-80's! Try the chicken pesto panino - it is fabulous. I always keep half to eat the next day for lunch - the portions are large. Newly remodeled.

The setting and food were good; the service was beyond poor. It appears that the wait staff just received a new computerized ticketing system that no one knows how to use. This seems to be the source of problems (I hope). It took 15 minutes to get drinks, 25 more for our meals, and we had to ask for a receipt and to go boxes. Beyond one bad waiter we saw several other tables experiencing slow service, one with multiple errors on their receipt, an elderly couple repeatedly asking to be moved because of a nearby AC (we ended up giving them our toddler's blanket) and an almost total lack of awareness to our toddler (no extra napkins, forget water, and failed to offer food/snack). I've enjoyed Panino's in the past, but we were stopping in for a quick/good dinner and ended up spending well over an hour. I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone with children, the elderly, or those looking for a quick bite. It's unfortunate.

Good food all the way around but I really go for the signature panino sandwiches. And there is such a huge variety of them, there's always something new to try. I have had a few that I didn't care for, but that is more just personal taste as opposed to poor food. My most recent panino was the french dip. Just wonderful! And the potato salad is great as well. I like the homey, older atmosphere. It feels like a family place and decidedly not like a chain restaurant.

Definitely one of our favorites! They have recently done a remodel which provides great ambiance. They have a huge selection of paninos and a great eggplant dinner as well, which is hard to find. Albert is our favorite server - he goes out of his way to take care of us every time we go in. Overall, amazing service and food!

Not my kind of pizza--too much sauce on a limp crust. Other menu items are similar in stodgy sauciness and bland canned flavors. But the old- fashioned booth vibe can be comforting.

I chose to try Panino's for my birthday dinner this year...I was not disappointed!!! All the staff were friendly, and our waitress Helen was pleasant and attentive. As far as atmosphere goes, if you're looking for a quiet place with white table cloths an candle light, Panino's is not for you. The clientele ranged from large families with small children to couples to businessmen enjoying dinner at the bar. The tables are somewhat close to each other, and the bar is relatively small but very inviting. We ordered the garlic bread, eggplant parmigiana, and the Panino's special calzone, and they threw in a couple mini cannoli's for a free birthday dessert. The garlic bread was just how I expect garlic bread to be - soft on the inside with just a little crispness on the outside, buttery and garlicky (but not too garlicky). The eggplant parmigiana was great! The sauce had lots of veggies and lots of flavor, and the eggplant was cooked perfectly! My husband, when asked how his calzone was, replied "good!" The mini cannolis were amazing and they added a birthday candle and lots of whipped cream and chocolate chips around the dish. All in all, I had a great experience and I will definitely be back!

One of my and my boyfriend's favorite neighborhood restaurants. (It doesn't hurt that we can walk there.) Love the unadorned interior and family owned feel. It's super relaxed and the food is consistently good. The bar area always seems lively, but not in a downtown club type of way. I admit, I've been so preoccupied trying different Paninos that I haven't ordered their pizza or pasta in more than a dozen visits, but whenver I glance it on other people's tables, it looks great. Phenomenal breadsticks. I like that they offer whole wheat crusts.

While the atmosphere inside is lacking, the paninos are quite tasty. Visit on a warm, sunny Colorado day and sit out on the cement. Good food and Colorado air makes the perfect combo. Great choice if you're shopping downtown and don't mind walking a few blocks north to Tejon. It's worth a visit.

Ambiance: Decent size restaurant with a small bar area. Kind of dated, and a little worn, but to me, this adds to the overall homey atmosphere. I like this location better for some reason over their 8th street place. Service: Always very good. Attentive and personable. Food: The menu is about the same as their 8th street place, but for some reason, I always think the food is a "tad" better here on Tejon Street. Really good Italian-American style pasta dishes. Good flavorful and hearty meat sauces. I always leave satisfied. Overall, my heart for the best food in this category still remains with Roman Villa up the road, but this place is a close second in terms of quality. A good solid choice.

Great Paninis (they call them Paninos for plural) made with a unique pizza like bread crust wrapped around just about anything you want. You can make your own, but at 70 cents per ingredient, it's cheaper to choose among the large selection on the menu. I had a Popeye (spinach, chicken, bacon, onions, tomato) which was excellent. The BBQ panini was even better. The cole slaw was very weak. You can also get a bag of chips, pasta salad, etc. as a side but the sides are all pretty small and lackluster. Some good local beers on tap. I'd go back. Kid friendly.

I gave this place a 3 and here is why: the food is really good, but the service is really slow. Though the staff is polite, at the very least I would like something to drink within 10 minutes or sooner. They have cuisine on scene in the Springs and you can order from this place. I suggest ordering food and having it delivered and or ordering and picking it up yourself.

One my favorite places in Colorado Springs. Kind of surprised that there are no reviews for this place yet. It's a very down to earth and relaxed family owned restaurant. The reason my friends and I go to this place almost every Tuesday is for their all you can eat pizza. For about $7, you can get a one topping pizza and eat to your heart's content. They also serve liquor and beer, so you can get a pitcher of beer along with your pie. Luckily, not only is the pizza all you can eat, but also delicious. It's a pan pizza with a great dough. It has the taste and consistency of a flat bread. I believe the most important part of a pizza is the dough, and Panino's has that down. To be honest, it's not the best restaurant I've been to and their pizza is definitely not the best in the world. But, the good times that I've had with friends along with the friendly service and atmosphere can't be beat. If you're in town on a Tuesday night, be sure to check out Panino's!

Hands down my favorite restaurant in Colorado Springs. The Ranch Turkey Panino never disappoints me and my wife gets the BBQ Chicken panino. The only downside is having to pay for metered parking outside...but it is a small price to pay for yumminess!

Stopped by for Saturday lunch. A few parties were there but it wasn't crowded. The place has an old-school feel to it. Service was attentive but not over-bearing. Thought it was a little rude that they brought out to-go boxes and the check before we had finished eating. Tried the philly panino w/ chicken on whole wheat dough w/ side of pasta salad ($8.79) and the grinder w/ side of potato salad ($8.99). I liked that the paninos were hot and the cheese was melted throughout. The philly was better than the grinder. It came w/ a side of ranch for dipping. For a meaty sandwich, the grinder had more veggies than meat. This panino produced a lot of grease. I assume that was either from the Italian meats or dressing. There was supposedly pesto mayo in it, but I couldn't taste it. The pasta salad was forgettable. It had pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, and black olives in it. The potato salad was very yellow. Too much mustard? The paninos reminded me a lot of PIta Pit, but priced a bit higher. Taking into account the quality and quantity, I don't think the higher price was justified though. If they priced more in line with Pita PIt, I would be more inclined to go back. Note that street parking is metered.

This is one of the most friendly bars I have ever been to. I'll admit I prefer it for drinking but there food is great as well. Kim the bartender is hands down the knowledgable and attentive that I've ever had. The place closes early (9ish) so it's always the place I go to start my night. The happy hour prices a crazy cheap. They will also make specialty items for you as well. If it's in there kitchen they can put it together for you.

went here once for their equivalent of a sandwich. it was very tasty (think pizza crust with sandwich internals), but i left thinking the same as i do when i leave pita pit: i need two of them bad boys to fill up and should receive two of them for the price i'm paying.

ive been going to Panino's just right around 12 years now and i am always satisfied. the food is great, the prices are worth it, the staff is friendly and the location is central. anytime someone comes from out of town i HAVE to take them to Panino's.

Still having a hankering for an authentic calzone I ordered a spinach, black olive and chicken breast calzone for pick-up. The calzone was ready when they said it would be and there was sufficient marinara on the side. Brought back memories of my many years in Germany and Italy YUM! Just wish I could find a good calzone with artichoke hearts - that would make my day! Highly recommended.

Not family friendly! Left my teen daughters there for a pizza while I did some business nearby. They ordered a pizza and were quickly pushed to get out of their booth even though the restaurant wasn't busy. I thought being a family run business they would be more family friendly--very disappointed they would treat kids in this way.

Not my kind of pizza--too much sauce on a limp crust. Other menu items are similar in stodgy sauciness and bland canned flavors. But the old- fashioned booth vibe can be comforting.

What a delicious surprise! The sun dried tomato bisque was a delight, the lasagna fantastic and the service was great!

And they make a killer Chicken Parmigiana.

came here with a big group (20 people) and they were very accommodating. Food was great and group left very stuffed and had a good time with the waiter. Small family vibe in the restaurant but seemed like food was made with fresh ingredients and everything was well done. Would come back again next time I"m in CO springs.

It's been sort of a hang-out of ours for years. One thing that has never changed is the fabulous service no matter how many servers come and go. Unique build-your-own Paninos, very good, a lot of food for the money. North of the downtown parking insanity so that's not an issue, even on weekends. Clean!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
