I give three stars because I can't give 2.5. Anyway, the food is great(used to work for Panda Express and I know how all their food is made) but service is ehh. This girl "Mitchell" greeted us but didn't have a smile on her face(as if she didn't wanna be at work) and asked what I would like for a side. I kindly replied, "half STEAMED rice and half fried rice, please." She asked what again and I spoke louder with the same answer. I got my entrees and drinks, sat down and opened my to-go box and boom, all fried rice. Then, she came to the floor to get trash out and as she was doing so, she was speaking with one of the cooks. Asking him, "so, you found out the girl likes you?!" I think if you only care about talking about relationships, you shod work for a hotline that does so. Not at Panda Express where a SMILE would be appreciated and actually listen when the customer repeats this answer for you! You should try to smile, "Mitchell." And, pay attention to your job!

So let me start off by saying I don't go to Panda for great Chinese food, but sometimes there is one nearby and you get a craving for cream cheese wontons and some lunch. This was the Panda that was close to my errands at Home Depot and the wine store (I have priorities).. it was a little after one pm - not exactly the time to have one person manning the stove and one girl dishing up food and acting as cashier. I counted six empty slots in the selection buffet. Completely out of cream cheese wontons ("until tomorrow" I pointed to the giant tray of raw ones sitting on the counter, "Oh, those have to be frozen before we cook them, so there aren't any for today" really?) Once I got my sad little container of takeout and made it home to eat, I was even more disappointed at the food... and my expectations are not high with Panda, people. the new rice recipe (because of the egg shortage) is meh... the orange chicken was overcooked and whatever the other chicken thing I got was boring and just sweet. I need to remind myself of the numerous disappointments at this location - slow, unenthusiastic staff, supply issues, quality issues.. it's sets the bar even lower for Panda Express. Such a disappointment.

This is probably the worst Panda Express I have ever been to. They are always 'out' of nearly half of the options, and on more than one occasion I have been given beef and broccoli that contained only broccoli. Every time I order the cream cheese rangoons, which is almost never because they're always out and will refuse to make them because "they have to let them thaw overnight before they can cook them'" they have been over cooked to the point at which all the cream cheese has dried up. The employees are not friendly enough for the food, or lack thereof, to be this mediocre.

The store was in complete disarray. Everyone working there looked 16 and could not have cared less if they tried. Nothing was fresh and most things were empty...even fried rice!!! so ordering those items meant an even longer wait. We were not given a receipt and when we asked about the meal comp that is promised on two signs posted to the register, she seriously looked so confused and told us just to call 1800 number. I also ordered the honey shrimp something....it costs more and I only got 5 shrimp. All in all, not worth the money or time..This seems to be a recurring thing for this location.

Aww man where do I start, I went here with my uncle around 6pm(dinner time), so being that I was in the military I'm always observant of the area and their were only 6 people inside eating already and 1 lady in front of us but you would have thought it was a packed house because they had no food available so I got something I didn't want and was told to wait 7 minute for another meat...30 mins later is when I got my meat, never had such horrible service, probably won't be going back!

What a complete disaster this store was today! I waited in line for OVER 15 minutes, never once did anyone make eye contact and apologize for the inconveniencing wait. They ran out of chow mein at 12:45 on a Thursday afternoon! So, there were a dozen styrofoam containers all lined up with agitated people all standing around waiting for chow mein to finish cooking. Then, when it finally came time to check people out, there was mass confusion on who had what food in what container. Pure chaos. And then I get back to work (with now 10 min to inhale to lunch) to no soy sauce packets! Grrr, they've always been stingy with their condiments, but now apparently you have to request soy sauce. Called a few hours after I'd left and asked to speak to a manager. Sadly, I'm pretty sure my complaints feel on deaf ears. I'm pretty sure the lady I spoke with did not speak English. I will not be going back to this store, ever. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the food was tasty. P.S. Panda Express, it's 2015 and you're still using styrofoam to-go containers? Being such a large corporation, ceasing this practice would be mighty responsible of you.

The only reason I hit the Panda is because my son loves the orange chicken. He's only 10 so give the kid a break. The food is reasonably priced and better be for what it is. Way too salty, way too sweet. The rice is just barely palatable. The staff are all young kids who obviously do not want a job. Or want to do a job well. Not very friendly, no smiles, nuthin'. The last time I was there, the guy serving me was obviously high. It's not FILTHY but tables and floor are left with the remnants of previous meals for too long. The one redeeming quality is that you can get your own fountain pop and refill at your leisure.

I apparently need to go to Derek Zoolander's School for Kids Who Can't Read Good... I got an email coupon for Panda Express that was good for a free entree item (their new Shanghai Angus Steak) and the way I mistakenly read it was that it was only good on the 16th. In reality it was only good today. So seeing that I'd already made a fool out of myself and was standing there in the food line I opted to get a 2 item combo. My foodie conscious was telling me to "walk away", because it was almost closing time and nothing looked all that fresh. I should have listened. Everything was wilted and dry. Seeing that I'm not a quitter I choked it all down and take it as a lesson learned. Not that Panda Express is ever AMAZING, but only go during peak times so that way you're getting the freshest of entrees.

If there is one things that pisses me off when I go out to eat its BAD customer service! I mean I don't ask someone to bend over and praise me but hey at least be freakin' nice! I went in today and the first girl pretty much ran out of chowmein so she just scrapped in a shit load of cabbage in to the plate. I go to check out and she was just rude. After I checked my bag I realized that she forgot my sauce for the chicken so I went back to the register. One female was at the register with a customer and the other one ( the rude one) was standing with her back turned to the counter and I saw he glance over at me twice and no one said anything. About a minute later the girl at the register helps me and gets the sauce I go to say thank you and she just turns and walks away. Once I got home I realized they didn't give me any fortune cookies!!!!

Okay so I went here, tired from a very long road trip thinking yum some Panda Express! I was wrong. It was disgusting! I was very disappointed, especially because of the price I paid for that meal. The servers were clueless about what I was asking. If you're stopping here sometime soon, DON'T.

I love Panda Express when I'm in the mood for some Americanized Chinese food. I love the peppercorn shrimp and orange chicken. Prices are not too bad and they have coupons on the receipt which gives you a free meal the next time you order and entree. Service is pretty fast . Only thing is they can sometimes overfill you plate with rice but not put enough meat on it. They can get stingy with the meat products.

Very Americanized Chinese for the fast food industry, not bad for a quick bite. Go with the sweet fire chicken and kung pao. The sides (potstickers, eggroll, wontons) are overpriced. Kids love the orange chicken but how do you mess that up?

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
