"My Oh My" I entered the restaurant reluctantly, at my granddaughter's insistence. When they left our Texas hometown she was most upset. Having loved their mac n cheese since she was a small child, she squealed like one when this location was discovered. I'm not fond of pasta. Teens are very persuasive. I was pleased to see the new Korean Meatballs on the menu and ordered them. As I went through the line I chatted with the cashier and told him how happy she was (much to her embarrassment). We got our drinks and sat down. I was approached by the manager who had been told about my granddaughter's delight and my Texas accent. He was also from Texas and wanted to let me know that there were still locations in our state, sadly not in our city. We had a nice conversation until our food arrived. The pasta dish was devoured quickly while I savored the meatballs. They were outstanding. I had to get my soup to go since they were so filling. I'm sorry I ordered only five! Great food combined with fantastic enthusiastic happy employees all went to make this a pleasant experience. Thanks to Frank Rivera, General Manager and Scott Turley, Assistant Manager for making us feel like special customers. We will be back. Indeed, I will be back even without granddaughter in tow!

The crusted chicken parmesean is consistly good. Also don't forget the rice crispy treats, they are usually as big as you meal. Price could be a touch cheaper, overall rating is definitely above average.

I have a soft spot for great Mac and cheese. And Noodles and Co fits right in to that soft spot. I absolutely love the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese, adding the Parmesan crusted chicken makes it just over the top! My sister got the steak stroganoff and absolutely loved it, and she's really picky so that's saying something! I tried it and the sauce on it is really great, and the steak and mushrooms in it were amazing. I love seeing all the restaurants switching to those awesome Coke Freestyle machines, and they have one so that was a cherry on top. The restaurant was clean, everything in the soda area was stocked up, and gave me a great impression. I will definitely go back many times.

Staff was nice, food is in very healthy servings for about $8 for a bowl. Their new buff bowls are absolutely delicious too! Plus they have those any flavor coke machines.

Had the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese. This is basically pure fast food and the calorie count shows it. I added some chicken so I don't feel so bad about myself as I devour the small bowl. This sits in a strip mall...so parking around lunch and dinner can be tough sometimes. The service is always pretty quick to bring your order and you can have a beer as well!

I freakin love Noodles & Co. More specifically, I love the penne rosa with tofu and feta, and even MORE specifically... I love coming to this location. Frank, the manager, has the best customer service I've come across in my 23 years of life! He's awesome (and easy on the eyes, I might add.) This is the best spot on North Academy, do yourself a favor!!

Noodles is always decent, and the food is solid. This place, though! The staff is phenomenal. Frank, the manager, understands customer service. He's awesome.

I ordered online and picked up my order 10 minutes later. The Penne Rosa with parm crusted chicken was excellent, and the side of chicken noodle soup was equally great. The portions are generous; I have enough leftovers for lunch tomorrow. For $10.36, I sure enjoyed the meal and am anxious to try some of their other entrees.

Beef Stroganoff hit the spot...right amount of peppery spice, creamy sauce, mushrooms, and meat...service was friendly and helpful as well

I love the mac-n-cheese. The pad thai is not so great (I prefer it at B'han Thai on Academy & Galley). I also love the rice krispie treats!!

All noodles and sauce, little substance. My bowl was supposed to have veggies like carrots and mushrooms. I counted three shreds of carrot and one piece of mushroom. The rest was thick noodles and sauce. My wife's dish was also il-prepared. She added shrimp and got two shrimp among tons of noodles. $9 for a bowl of noodles and sauce, and only ¾-filled. Service was slow and unsure. There are much better deals in the neighborhood.

It was good, but nothing special. I would prefer going to PeiWei for a stir fry or some Italian place for pasta.

I enjoy this place, but I wouldn't choose to eat here on a regular basis. Service: Counter, can't go wrong Atmosphere: Quaint Food: I enjoyed the steak mac'n'cheese, I had the pesto noodles before which was alright. Price: Decent Go Again? I guess if my friends were craving.

First time here. Japanese pan noodles. The noodles were pretty good, as was the sauce. Fresh tasting vegetables. Reasonably fast and reasonably priced. I'll return to this chain to try other entrees. Friends had Mac n cheese and had phad Thai, both stated that their food was "good".

We were on our way to Whole Foods to pick up some meat and cheese for tonight (it's Saturday beer, cheese and meat night...typically salami). However, we were starving and didn't want to go there on an empty stomach and spend an entire paycheck. We want to keep trying new restaurants, and I saw Noodles and Company...so that was Saturday's choice. It's another fast casual restaurant that's so popular in Colorado Springs. And most of them are actually pretty decent. However, this place was a huge let down. Portions are very small, though you can add on salad and soup if you want. But I wanted noodles dammit! I had the Japanese pan noodles and while they were tasty, it was something I could've made at home. Some hoisin sauce, something spicy (probably sriracha) and a dusting of sesame seeds...voila! Three sprigs of cilantro were thrown on like it was an afterthought. My boyfriend had trouble just picking something to order, since he said nothing sounded particularly appetizing. He settled on the beef stroganoff, which was pitifully small. A few hours later we were absolutely starving and had to make something else to eat! Next time I have a craving for noodles, I'll head to Lemongrass Bistro and have a bowl of bun!

Went last night, first time this location, third time for noodles and company. The sign at the counter had a spring special "asparagus prima." I asked if t was a dish or a side, and the girl at the counter didn't know but didn't ask anyone. I asked again if was a main dish and she finally found out, yes. I asked what else it had, got a half ass explanation, didn't know if it had mushrooms and none of the employees nearby knew. Why advertise a new special and no one knows what it is? She said it came with chicken Parmesan but it arrived to the table with none. I had to track down another employee to get five or six puny pieces of very flat dry chicken. The service, portions, and food in general were certainly not worth $8.50 a plate, no salad, no bread. You can do better at a lot of full service restaurants!

My first impression, "Yay, we found asian food in Colorado Spings." It's good, but nothing special. I sort of regretted getting food there after we looked at the food. The noodles are made quickly but it's not worth the price. If you're looking for asian noodles, it is like a made up version of it. If this is your very last resort to getting noodles, yes. No problem, but there is nothing that is really worth mentioning about this place. Just another chain restaurant. People can argue that it's fast food so give it a break, but fast food CAN be amazing if you're at the right place! You can go on their website and sign up for their e-mail newsletters though, and they'll send you coupons and deals every so often. The lasting impression? "Fail, never coming back again."

This place used to have a yummy pad thai. I hadn't been there in a while, so I decided to stop in a couple of days ago and was sadly disappointed. Maybe it has changed ownership; I don't know. Instead of the pad thai having fresh sugar snap peas and sesame seeds on top, it had crushed peanuts and old eggs. It was disgusting. The girl who rang me up was friendly, but her and her co-worker talked about their hair the whole time I ate. I know how much it costs for her to get her hair done, what product she uses to control frizz, and how much the other girl likes Paul Mitchell. Really?

If you are in the mood for something fast and tasty- noodles and company is a great option for people needing a break from regular burger/fries/fried chicken fare. I get the Penne Rosa with parmasean crusted chicken- there is something about this dish that I just love. Spicy sauce tasty chicken added with feta cheese gives it just the right proportions. This is also a pretty good place if you want to order out. My office likes to do this once a week and it was very convenient to be able to fax the order and pick it up at the time needed. Side note- the rice krispy treats are huge and the snoodledoodle cookies are amazing!

I went to the NOODLES on North Nevada last night. I ordered the mac and cheese. It was around 6 and the food did not look fresh, I think there was a problem with the milk. I got a terrible bout of food poisoning last night and it was awful with cramps and vomiting etc. I phoned the store today and the girl who answered said that food poisoning usually comes with the items that include protein. She said she would tell the night manager but didn't take my name or phone number. Stay away from the mac and cheese on a Sunday night. What an experience!

Ambiance: Up one notch from your typical fast food restaurant. Limited seating area that gets very busy at lunch. Counter service. They give you a number, and food is brought to your table. Service: Adequate. It seems like food of this nature at this type of restaurant should arrive quicker to your table. Wait time is about what you would expect at a sit-down restaurant, so fast this place is not. Food: Average to Good depending on what you order. Nothing pops and says "Wow!", but overall, the food is satisfying and comforting. I usually order the mac and cheese or one of the Asian varieties (sometimes with chicken or shrimp added). The homemade rice-krispie treats are tasty. Overall, a decent and acceptable option when looking for a bite at lunch. Not the place I would go when craving a good dinner of pasta though.

The quality of food here seemed pretty good. I felt they really kind of skimped on the sauce. (Both my wife's dish and mine seemed to be lacking in that area.) The salad was pretty basic, it really wasn't worth the extra cost. (Nothing special here, and really not a whole lot more than lettuce and dressing) The cost seems a little high to me for what you get. Noodles generally don't cost a whole lot, and for the 6 - 7 dollars per-person and the little amount of sauce you could make similar dishes at home for the same cost and feed 4 to 6 people. Cleaver idea for a place to eat, but I think the price to value ratio is pretty high. Service was decent, though the girl behind the cash register mumbled and I had a hard time understanding what she was asking me. Not a lot of seating either, could get crowded pretty quick. (And tables weren't being bused very quickly) Food came out pretty quickly. Not sure I would go back, especially with all the other dining options within a stone's throw of their location.

Decent food at a decent price. The food comes out within 10 minutes too. Great place to hit up if you need some fast food noodle-style. They also give you free fountain drinks if you'e in uniform.

Well I've been to Noodles & Company several times and have pretty much always enjoyed it. It gives a little better spin to the normal slightly slower than fast-food. You get to sit down and the food is brought to with actually silverware and plates. Then you can just leave the dirty dishes at the table! Without even paying any sort of tip. Now I'm not saying I'm cheap (and I'm sure you could leave a tip) but it does feel like more service for your money. Now as comparison to other pasta joints, Noodles is lacking slightly lacking...but...but...their saving grace is that at "other" pasta joints, you're paying $10 a plate. For a normal portion at Noodles is under $6, you get the food quickly and its pretty good. That being said there are lots of Asian food joints in town that offer that sort of specialty....Whats fun about Noodles is you have lots of variety from the Wisconsin Mac&Cheese, to the Penne Rosa, with a final stop around Japanese noodles. Final impression is good food, great variety, cheap price. 'Nuff said

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Bland! I ordered the Bangkok Curry and my fiancé ordered the Pad Thai. Both dishes were unfortunately lacking in flavor. I'm probably not their target audience since, according to their menu, their Mac & Cheese is one of the most popular dishes there. And, well, I don't eat Mac & Cheese. But still, I expected something more...tasty. Portions were decent, and it's always nice to have a 'different' fast-food option that doesn't entail burgers and fries.
