I really hate to give Noodles a bad review, but our last visit is just that - our last visit. We will not be returning. The Good: The employees at Noodles are really nice, and the food is pretty good. The Bad: Management clearly doesn't care about their customers and don't care if their customers get sick. I asked for the gluten-free menu at the register, and was handed a regular menu with circles drawn on it. I asked the nice guy at the counter if the circles meant that the food was gluten-free or if it meany that it wasn't, and he said that the circles meant that it was gluten-free. I've been to Noodles before, and their Macaroni and Cheese has never been on the gluten-free menu before, so I asked if it was gluten-free. He said that the noodles could be with a substitute, but that the cheese sauce wasn't. But it is listed on the menu with a circle. So, I ended up ordering a soda and watching my family eat. Part way through the meal, a really nice guy who was clearing the dining room asked if the food was okay, and I explained what had happened. He immediately brought me another GF menu, and said to pick anything on it. He was so kind and nice - the first guy at the register was super-nice, too. The problem was that the second menu had some different things circled from the first menu, but still had the Mac & Cheese circled. We thanked him, finished, and went home. Noodles really needs to have a clear gluten-free menu. No circles. No guesses. If they can't manage this, they need to offer nothing gluten-free at all. At the moment, they have the worst of both worlds and it will make people sick.

Food was good but the place was dirty. Noticed a bunch of employees behind the counter just chatting away even with a busy time of day happening and no clean tables. We had to ask for a rag to wipe our table. rWhen they finally got to bussing tables the person was banging the plates and cups around, to the point that conversation was impossible. The floor was a mess and never got cleaned whole we were there. Seems like they didn't care about their atmosphere at all. Although I enjoy Noodles and Company most of the time this one needs some management.

We found the food to be mediocre. Chicken pad thai, tomato bisque soup, Bangkok peanut Sautee and Thai curry soup. The portions were okay but we won't be going back. I'd much rather pull into a Thai place or Italian restaurant and get take out than stop here again.

We have had several good experiences at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful in selecting new items to try

My husband ordered us food for take-home this week, and it was a terrible experience. They didn't give him his rice crispie treat, which we didn't realize until it was too late. They accidentially gave us gyoza, which we don't like. I had about three pieces of chicken on my pasta. There was WAY too much onion in the tomato-cucumber salad. They should've called in onion salad with tomato and cucumber. And we both got terrible stomach aches. Not going back.

I visited Colorado Springs recently and made it a point to eat at Noodles & Company because it sounded so interesting and I love noodles. This decision was the biggest regret of my entire trip. Sharing with a couple friends, we ordered the whole grain tuscan fresca, the Japanese pan noodles, and the Indonesian peanut saute. The pasta of the tuscan fresca had the texture of pasta that had been sitting around for a long time--dry, stiff, and a little cold. Even the sauce and toppings (what few limp pieces of spinach there were) couldn't save it. The Japanese pan noodles suffered from similar problems. The noodles were stiff and the entire dish needed a lot more sauce. The only palattable dish of the three was the Indonesian peanut saute and even that was only subpar. The flavor was okay and there was a nice kick of heat, but, again, there were issues. The noodles were a little too al dente. It's been a long time since I've been to a restaurant this bad. Needless to say I won't ever be back.

If you've been to one Noodles, you've been to them all-- but it's still a great fast-food option when you're in the mood for something that tastes "real." And by real, I mean fast food that doesn't involve a gray, re-heated patty on a bun made out of preservatives and foam. Although it's a little overpriced, I appreciate that Noodles makes it very easy to get all the nutrition info for their food on the web. The last time I went there, I ordered my pasta fresca with the parmesan-crusted chicken (usually my standby entree), and the chicken was really flat and overcooked. I also tried the fairly new Truffle Mac, which was decent. All in all, I find it better than a lot of other fast food alternatives.

This is one of my favorite places to eat, it's fantastic food for how fast it is, and this particular branch is a winner.

Service is always fast. Food is always cooked right. But while getting my drink, I found hair in the lemons. That's enough to make me not want to go back and visit this location. The front door is almost impossible to push open.

Ove never had anything I didn't like at Noodles & Company. The staff is ridiculously friendly and polite. Its always clean. The food is out to your table fast enough to eat on a lunch break but without feeling like a fast food joint.

We had a decent experience. I believe we went on a Friday night and the place was hopping. We stood in line for a short amount of time and our cashier was quick and friendly. Our food also came out in a timely manner. I was a little disgusted at how messy the dining room was. I understand they were busy, but they should have an employee designated to cleaning the dining room when they are so busy. Also, I ordered Parmesan crusted chicken and it was rubber...there was also no "crust" of Parmesan and to think about it it didn't even have a Parmesan taste. I think next time we will try a different location or just a different restaurant all together.

My kids love this place!! For a chain restaurant the food actually tastes good. The menu is split into 3 regions - American, Asian & Mediterranean. They also have Soup and a couple of sandwiches. In my opinion, the portions are small for the price you pay. Employees really don't offer any kind of service. Here are their favorites: Wisconsin mac and cheese with a side of Bacon & Meatballs - Cheeseburger heaven Pesto Cavatappi with a side of parmesan in-crusted chicken - Molto Buono I personally like their parmesan in-crusted chicken as well, I usually get a couple to take home and have on hand for any quick dish I am making. Overall: Good Food, Small Portions for the price, OK Service, Cold Open Atmosphere

The consistency of good and quick service bumped this to a four for me. We have eaten there often with only one sub par meal. Everywhere has an occasional bad day.

Blah...mediocre food. I'd recommend spending a bit more time and money to get better food at a nicer environment.

For fast, quick food it's not that bad, and many of the dishes are way healthier than McDonalds.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
