Rude delivery driver, Very poor management?, no accountability for their actions. Was unable to get staff names. They even threatened me with calling the police if I ever came back, before they even asked what happened, the guy claiming to be the manager did not want to hear anything, at all.

We were in town for a short time and decided to try out this place! It was delicious! We has the spinach salad with the Asian dressing which was really good. We had the margarita type pizza (the first one on the veggie side) it was great! We also had the little cheese twists which were also delicious. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Great pizza!!! BUT...... The happy hour is awesome! $2 draft beers every day of the week 3:00pm-6:00pm! They have great specials to go along with your beer, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. As a proud new resident to the Springs I'm glad this place is close to home!

Very rude employees and awful establishment. They forgot my soda and would not give me a refund. Isn't that stealing? I will never give them another penny.

Wow, what an extreme experience, pizzas was late. The receipt said we never paid, we had paid over the phone, total was 49 something. They had enough nerve to tell us we had never paid and we need to pay AGAIN. So we told them to take the pizzas. I'm checking my credit card and 69.00 shows up from Extreme pizza. I never signed a receipt for 69 from Extreme. and the late pizzas were supposed to 49. So without a signatures they tried to steal 69 dollars from us. I was told by Jeff the manager "so go call the cops or go sue him". As a manger,Jeff is missing the entire point. The time before that, they went to the wrong address. I've been to many behavior and human resource workshops. This place is WOW not in a good way! I will be calling corporate office. I won't be ordering pizza from N. Academy Blvd.

Easily the classiest pizza joint in Colorado Springs with some most excellent pizza options not only to make yourself, but to choose from. Trust their Aveiro to be the tastiest thing your mouth has seen since the cool ranch Doritos locos taco. Go for the pizza, stay for the game, have a beer (on tap), and love it!

My review is strictly based on the I would not order online from here ever again. I ordered online. When I received my confirmation it told me that it would be 90-150 minutes. I called the restaurant to cancel and they said that number was completely inaccurate, but that they couldn't cancel my order and that I would have to call Gowaiter or eat24.com . I called gowaiter who then said they would have to call eat24. In other words, a total hassle to order online so just call. This review is not regarding the actual pizza itself.

Okay, I know a year ago I gave this place a bad review. But I'm glad I gave them another shot, because I've found their little quirks and they really make some quality dishes. The Hanoi Fever is absolutely my favorite. Marinated pork, mozarrella (though I sometimes get mine sans cheese), a hoisin sauce for the crust, carrots, cilantro and a sprinkling of peanuts. Both the salads I've had from there (spinach and thai chicken) have been soooo good. Everything is very fresh, their homemade dressings are tasty, and it's nice to get along with their pizzas. I also appreciate the fact you can order their pizzas in a personal size, which still makes two meals for me along with a salad. I'd skip the wings...they're really nothing special. The regular are ok, but light on sauce. The boneless are basically fried chicken pieces with sauce. Not one of their strong points, but I do appreciate the fact they're not greasy. Which really nothing from this chain is unnecessarily greasy, which is awesome. Finally, their cheese sticks are some of the best I've ever had. Delivery is fairly quick and the drivers are courteous. Glad I gave this place another chance, since it's become my favorite place for delivery now that Jason's Deli doesn't deliver after 5 pm.

Good cheese pizza. We got the wrong speciality pizza, but it was ok also. Good beer specials from 3p-6p. Quick service and clean restaurant.

This has become our favorite place for delivery. They have interesting pizzas and they really are extreme. They are piled with lots of fresh ingredients. I love a pizza with hummus and Extreme Pizza is one of the rare places that offer that. I highly recommend it. Also, the delivery is fast, curtious, clean. The delivery folks have been a rare treat in delivery service in that I'm not afraid for my son to go with me to the door. They are so pleasant you almost want to invite them in for dinner. I recommend Extreme Pizza for quality pizza with good ingredients. Just the tip - The "entree" salads are quite large. They are enough for at least 4 people to share as a beginner salad to go with pizza. My wife and I split the small salad and it's about right.

I haven't been in Colorado Springs very long, so I can't really compare them to other pizza joints here, but I'm from Kansas City, and I have to say that this pizza is just as good as, and possibly better than, my fave pizza joint back home. The prices are a wee bit higher than I'm accustomed to, but I can't really say that it's not worth it. The "HUGE" (18 inch) pizza was over $30 after delivery fee, tax and tip, but it can easily feed four adults. In fact, it recently fed 5 adults and 1 toddler when we had some family visit us from KC. There was one piece left over. The flavor combinations are unexpected, unique, and delicious. So far my favorite is "The Spice Route:" chicken marinated in spicy Tandoori sauce with green peppers, red onions, cilantro, and mozzarella. It was amaze-balls. But honestly, every signature pizza we've tried so far has been awesome. I look forward to trying more! The main reason I can't give it 5 stars is that it generally takes about 45 minutes for delivery, even though we live less than a mile away. Won't stop it from being my current favorite 'za!

Pizza! Who doesnt love pizza??!! We love Extreme Pizza. They are a bit pricey but you get quality ingredients and the taste is remarkable. We've tried 3 of their specialty pizzas, built our own once and tried one of their specials. The customer service is great! As soon as you walk in menu is on the wall and above the counter...their specials are on the wall closest to the counter. You can beat the deals they have either...sometimes they will have a large pizza 18" and you get I think a 12" or 14" cheese pizza for $1.99. Love it...the cheese pizza is soooooo good. One thing to note is I havent found their pizza to be overly greasy. Great customer service, great pizza, great atmosphere what more can a person ask for....love them! If youre looking for something different and want quality and quanity then you should try out this place..you wont be disappointed.

Quality pizzas at good prices! They even have anchovies. Even though most people prefer no anchovies on their pizzas, to me a pizza joint is not a pizza joint unless it has anchovies! Just like a bagle joint is not a bagle joint unless it has lox!

bad ambiance. but i went for the gluten free pizza so i stayed. the GF 12 inch pizza without cheese (pepperoni and veggies only) was $26! surprisingly rude manager(?), we walked out. we ended up going to biaggi's, which had a very nice environment, great service and delicious GF pizza for 1/2 the price.

Ordered delivery for the first time from Extreme Pizza this weekend and thought it was really very good. I placed the order 30 minutes before they opened on Saturday (online) and the pizza was delivered as promised within 45 minutes of placing the order. Ordered the California Cactus and Paia Pizzas and both were very good (although I was partial to the Paia). This pizza is pricier than Papa John's or other local delivery pizza joints but you get what you pay for and it was a very nice change from the usual, run-of-the-mill pizza we typically order. I noticed when purusing their online menu that they serve gluten-free pizza which is another plus for my family! Would definitely order from Extreme Pizza again!

Ambiance: Pleasant, smaller size dining establishment. Order at counter, but pizza is brought to your table. Self serve soda plus some bottled varieties of soft drinks available. Service: Gal at counter was friendly, and eager to share some of her own personal favorites. Happy with service. Food: Their niche in the very crowded pizza market is their unusual and nontraditional pizza toppings. This can be either a good or bad thing depending on how much of a pizza purist you happen to be. I ordered their screaming tomato pizza (it was noted that the pizza sauce was optional, I asked for it to be included, thinking pizza could be too dry without it.). Dough was more chicago-style than new york-style and was pretty chewy. I guess it was ok, though I was not overwhelmed. Toppings were ok. I had to add salt and black pepper to the pizza, something I never do, as the veggies toppings were bland and lacked spice. Cheese was gooey, but was very mild and tasteless. Overall, not a terrible pizza, but not one I would ever crave. Don't know if I would ever go back or not. Nice try though for doing something a little different with their pizzas, but they unfortunately missed the mark with their execution.

CHOKEING CHICKEN BONES I rate this place 0 or even negative stars. we We ordered the baa 1000 which has chicken and nothing about bones in it at all having bit into only my second piece only to almost break my tooth on a chicken bone perfect size for choking. THANK GOD my 2yr old or one of my other 3 children didn't eat that piece. I'm not one to complainer but this really bothered me after calling to tell them what i found and them telling me there isn't suppose to be bones in the chicken and then not even a sorry bout not even a show of concern. I will never in my life order any thing from this place. As a business man myself that is wrong. Your customers should be your main concern especially if you put there life in danger. How sad for this place, BAD BUSINESS

Visiting Colorado Springs & picked up a delicious pizza from Extreme Pizza and received great customer service!! The pizza was made fast and was very good! So was the salad. The employee offered me a special without me asking and the restaurant is clean and casual! Would recommend this place!

I've had to start eating gluten-free (due to celiac), and Extreme Pizza is now our go-to place. They are so careful with their GF pizza. It comes in a box, not on a metal tray, so that there isn't cross-contamination, which I really appreciate. The topppings are the same, as good as always. The GF crust is crispy, and has a good flavor. It is lighter and more airy than their regular crust, but holds up well under the toppings. It makes great left-overs, too. The rest of our family still orders their usual favorites (they love the "Paia Pie", which has pineapple, Canadian bacon and Mandarin oranges), and my husband and I can still share a salad together (we get the "Fresh Tracks"). Our youngest always enjoys a chocolate chip cookie at the end of her meal, and I wish I could, too. It would be nice if they had GF desserts, but it isn't a deal-breaker.

Last week they over charged my mother's CC six times - she ordered a small pizza and was charged $160 dollars. She immediately contacted the store they said there was an "issue" and they were trying to locate the manager who lives in California so he could fix it. They told her that the same issue occurred to several others. She called her bank who stated the charge was "pending" but had placed a hold on her account for the funds. The store simply needed to give the bank an authorization number and the bank could void the charge... Extreme Pizza refused to give an authorization number stating their transaction system "didn't work like that". total BS. This is fraud. She filed a official complaint and a week later they still haven't corrected the issue. My mother called back the store asking when the issue would be corrected and a female staff member was extremely rude and said "what am I supposed to do pay you out of my pocket??!" Manager Carol - if you are reading this - FIX this issue ASAP and get a new staff who aren't rude and aren't trying to committing CC fraud. We expect a full refund and you better offer some type of compensation for this huge inconvenience.

Was put on hold for 10 minutes with no explanation. Called back a few times someone would pick up but not say anything. After calling in and speaking with the manager Jeff. He said it was an emergency. I explained how hard would it have been to just pick up the phone and say that. They were able to pick up the phone and place in on hold how hard would it have been to say we have an emergency please call back. Horrible service! This Jeff needs to work on his customer service skills.

Had a very bad experience here. Ordered a couple pizzas and they got my order wrong. The cashier girl was very rude when asked her to correct my order. Spoke with manager Jeff and he was also very rude and could tell he didn't care at all about making my order right and providing decent customer service. Manager Jeff appeared to be inconvenienced by request to fix my order and to ask the cashier girl with tattoos and glasses to be more courteous to guests. Finally got the pizza and it was mediocre pizza with a VERY high cost. Will not be going back and will be sure to tell friends and family to stay away from this place!

Ordered a pizza tonight that took unbelievably long to arrive, showed up soggy and under cooked. Will not be ordering from here again.

We took my in-laws over to this joint after reading positive reviews on yelp, however, I wasn't impressed. The guys working were friendly, but not very helpful when we asked what they would suggest us to order (ie. I Don't Know, it's all Pizza), but they did get us a better price because one of the pizza's we ordered as a medium, was the special for the day and was for a Large at a cheaper price. We then ordered two large pizzas, both came out hot and fresh. However, the pizza reminded me of a national chain, and I don't really feel it was worth the higher price we paid for them.

Pizzas is good. The service was okay, but the guy running the front seemed like he was having a blah day...

Sad that I have to write a bad review, this place has decent food and salads. But the service leaves much to be desired. From late/lost deliveries, to mysterious price changes on the fly. To give you an example, I placed an order for two salads online. My mistake was leaving the confirmation receipt at home, but when I arrived, the price went up around $3 and the lady behind the register had no clue. If they fix the service, they easily deserve 3-4 stars. Hopefully the bad service does not bleed over into bad food. Until then, you have been warned.

I recently found out about this place, it's a hidden gem! If more people knew about it, it'd be crowded all the time. It's all great, the pizza, the atmosphere, the staff. By far my favorite restaurant.

We got take out pizza from here when visiting family. The pick up was easy, although they almost forgot our salad and I was lucky my sister-in-law had told me she ordered one. The pizza was good, especially the Ragin' Rooster, which is chicken with BBQ sauce. The super meat one we got (the Everest, maybe?) was just okay. Seems like a good place to get pizzas with interesting toppings. Not sure I'd choose to go here for just standard pizza, though.

Very dissapointed, bad customer service. We ordered basic cheese pizza however told the lady that we did not want walnuts. We came home realized she did not take them off, I normally do not call to complain, but spending $24 on a pizza that was frankly disgusting and super super salty. We were stuck with a pizza we could not eat. We called and the lady that took our order said that it was our fault. Just poor customer service, and by far the worst pizza ever!!! Rather to to dominos!!
