    Took 10 mins to get someone to even notice that we were waiting to be seated. To a shock a couple came in after us and got seated before us. We only had 3 ppl and one was a toddler! Racist much or plain retarded? Our waiter was just as stupid! The only thing we enjoyed was the appetizer : corn guacamole with chips nd salsa. Even though the guac came AFTER we were half way into the apps. Took almost an hour to get our food. While waiting our waiter never came to check on us or see if we needed anything. We ordered our sons pizza with our apps and his meal STILL came after ours. The food was warm close to cold. Our steaks were cooked wrong. I wanted mine medium rare but more on the rarer side. Bf wanted just medium rare. Mine turned out medium and bf got the steak Cooked how I wanted mine to be. My sons pizza was burnt. Asked for melted cheese for his broccoli but was told it would take about 6mins to melt the cheese and gave us a small bowl of shredded cheddar instead. She obviously didn't write that shit down. She asked if we wanted any steak sauce, I wanted A1... Never got it! Seriously... Never going back there again! I'm pretty nice about leaving tips.. Even just a dollar. But they pissed me off pretty good to not even leave a dirty rusted penny for their asses.

    Where do I begin... First off, our waitress was sick and sniffled the whole time she was around us... afraid her snot would drop in our food. Asked for iced tea with lemon but didn't get the lemon for 15 min after receiving my tea, the silverware was DIRTY, their Mac n cheese for my daughter was the KRAFT Mac n cheese and was so dry you could tell it had been sitting under a heat lamp since they opened for the day. I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos and got (40 min later) shrimp tacos with one piece of shrimp (over cooked) in each one. They used so much cole slaw to make it full and it was sweet (not in a good way) it was disgusting. My daughter also got corn on the cob which was cold and dry. After this I will NEVER go to Chili's again. It's worse than Applebee's. sad. Also, it took 20 min for my husband to get his beer. The worst part is if you complain while you are waiting they might just mess with your food. DONE. Oh and you don't deserve the one star that I gave you.

    When gathering with friends and families it was once difficult to decide on just one restaurant. At Chili's we all find something we like! It's ideal for family, business, celebration, and ceremony. Now why wouldn't a place like that give you chills?!

    I am only giving this Chili's three stars because the manager made everything right. Things just started off bad from the get go (we should of taken that as a hint). They had the hardest time figuring out what to do with a group of 5. We sat down and ordered, we got two appetizers. Well 30 minutes went by and we still hadn't receive our apps. So we ask for them. The manager comes running out in a panic, said there was a mix up in the kitchen and that our apps were on them. Everything was fine until we got our food and even for the most part the dinner was good too. But there was so much salt on the fries and corn you couldn't even eat it. So we told them to let the kitchen know to lay off the salt and she just made excuse after excuse. The manager did discount our meal, but now I remember why we stopped going here. The service sucks! Plain and simple, the food is good, but the employees ruin the experience.

    I love Chili's. My fiance and I love going there for date nights because it is affordable, great food. We enjoy going there to watch football games in the bar also when we get the chance.

    No, no, no. The past two times I have been here we sat in the bar and the service has been SOOO slow. The food is always fine and the drinks ok, but I can't get over the service. The last time I went there I vowed not to come back. The waiter forgot silverware, brought the wrong drinks, and messed up the check. I decided to go back again after almost a year because I was in the neighborhood. The waitress took a very long time, fand orgot sliverware (this must be a trend). The food came out and one of the people I was with didn't like his meal and wanted to reorder something else. The waitress was MIA and then she was over chatting with people at another table for 15 minutes. By the time we reordered and waited for the second order, we had been there two hours. There were only four other tables seated in the bar area and two other servers. She was friendly, but that just doesn't cut it. I won't do it again. Sorry.

    To start off the hostess had her back to the door as the doorway filled with customers. The waiter was polite and approachable. The food was delicious. The waiter even caught an error on my plate as he brought it to me. I would like to see how dinner service runs. Lunch was pretty good.

    After staying out of the local Chili's for years, I decided to give them another shot. Truth be told, someone gave me a gift card. I'll admit it was busy, not waiting for a table busy, but still there were quite a few people there. The service was pitiful at best. We heard grumblings from table nearby about the wait for a drink and food. We should have gotten up and left at this point, but hungry teens and the possibility of a wait elsewhere kept us hopeful. Well our experience wasn't good either. Drinks took forever, one even got forgotten. Food was mediocre, and very slow. Nothing on our order was complicated so it shouldn't have been an issue. Burger overcooked as well. Just all around unhappy. Thanks for reminding me why I didn't go to Chili's... this time I won't be back.

    The service was very slow at this location. We waited over 25 minutes for our food after we ordered. Not once was our drinks refilled during this time or an explanation on the wait time. Even though the server passed our table serval times, not once did he even look or check on our table. Once our food finally arrived the tortillas were stale and the food tasted microwaved. My wife was disappointed in her dish as well. I will not return to this location.

    Food is OK - nothing special. I'd like to see more vegetarian options on the menu. I do give the chain credit for overhauling their look though - dropping the cheesy southwestern theme for something more hip and fresh. And I like the addition of the tabletop ordering/pay kiosks. The drinks and desserts are good - that new brownie sundae is pretty killer. However, hubby and I tried the new craft burgers with black bean patties and were pretty disappointed. The fries were the best thing on the plate. The 'fresh baked' buns looked good but were terribly dry, the patty wasn't hot enough and the toppings were just so-so. The new housemade pickles were nothing to write home about - and terribly soggy, like they had been left out in warm air too long. The berry martini was good, but again, nothing mind blowing. All in all, it's about what you'd expect from a chain restaurant.

    Not impressed. We haven't been to a chills since they revamped themselves. The menu is too much now. Took awhile to get food out. It was just ok. We were introduced to two servers, only saw one on 2 occasions. Nobody explained what the ziosk thing was about. It just took up room on an already small table. We waited a bit for the check only to have to flag down a passing server about it and have him tell us to use the ziosk, we found out we didn't even have the right one for our table. It also tried to automatically include a 20% tip, glad we caught that. Our service was not worth 20%. We probably won't come back.

    Went to this location 2 weeks ago. My boyfriend and I used to frequent a chilis in Denver until they removed many of our favorite menu items. Either way, we gave it another shot here in the Springs. Well, I'm pretty sure we walked in on some sort of private and tense conversation between the hostess and a gentleman judging from their body language and her attitude. Despite that, we were seated immediately. Soon we were greeted by our waitress who was friendly enough. We ordered a salad, cheese fries, wings and chips and salsa. Pretty easy stuff, or so we thought. We ordered the bacon on the side of the fries (I don't eat meat) everything was repeated back to us and then we waited. Everything came up except the fries. We had two waitresses and they kept saying things such as "i saw the fries, they're coming up right now" Im going to be generous and say that the fries took 10 minutes after our other food had already arrived. Bacon on top and bacon on the side. Ok...I guess maybe that could be confusing for someone...fine. They take it back. Were eating and then on with the excuses. "Oh theyre coming" "theyre almost ready" nothing substantial. In the mean time were listening to whom I assume to be the manager yelling at the staff. We were one table away from the kitchen. I don't necessarily blame her, if everyone was having dining experiences equal to ours that night, I'd be frustrated too. Well, we tried our best to continue on with our conversation but eventually we were done eating....and still no fries. Ok, hi again, can we just get the fries to go? Of course. Well I guess that meant that they had to make a whole new batch? I'm not really sure, but by the time they arrived we were pissed and just wanted to leave. What made it even worse, the portion seemed to have shrunk to half the size of our original order. Huh, strange. No apology the entire time. No Chilis, we will not be back. Get it together.

    Where do I begin? Descent service, not consistent food. I love ordering the new smoked wings but today they were over cooked almost microwaved, fried pickles should be taken off the menu as well as the skillet queso yuck and it looks like....well I'll let you judge that. The rewards points are a joke. I once ordered the triple appetizer to go and once I got there I was told that app didn't include the rewards. ....ugh manager is a joke never returning !

    No NFL package! Wtf?! Messed up my order and my dad's food was cold, got free dessert though! Took forever to get our food and our weird waitress accidentally put her finger in my drink while serving it to me, yes I noticed...no I didn't drink it.

    Worst Chilis ever. We only came here because we had a gift card but still. If we didn't we would never have came. The server had the nerve to say "that's a lot of food" so the F what!? You should be happy we are ordering from your restaurant at all. Their free chips were VERY salty. The way the food looked it's like they just slapped it on the plate. The plate and the bowls were very dirty. So disappointing. Would never be back to this or any other chilis EVER.

    Terrible service. Waited forever to order. Waited forever to get the food. When the food came it wasnt complete. The food wasn't seasoned well. Like seasoning was an after thought. The waitress appeared overwhelmed and couldn't handle her section. The pasta was drowning in sauce the chicken was tough and dry.

    This place is a hot mess. Went during lunch rush, which might have been a mistake. We were seated quickly enough, but the service from there was a bit uneven. Drinks were ordered and came quickly, but the food was slow to come. It must have been sitting for a bit as it was lukewarm. My burger was ok and my fries a bit limp. Place also seemed disheveled, as they were having a tough time cleaning up from lunch. Chilis used to be better than this. Maybe its just this location. I am willing to give them another try, but perhaps in another city.

    Two-for-one mixed drinks and beer on Wednesday nights. Too bad the mixed drinks are watery. More yuck for your buck. The wings appetizer is doused in vinegar/salt and the chips (thin) and salsa (watery) were boring and undesirable. The service was even worse than the drinks and appetizers combined. But hey, if you like sports and don't mind sucky food, this is the place for you. There were about eight TVs on one wall in the bar area. Knock yourself out.

    Second time here in two weeks and have never been to a slower Chili's! Not even crowded and yet service is super slow. Walked by 17 dirty and unbussed empty tables on way to the bathroom. The floor is very dirty! I'd be pretty ticked if I was the manager! Will be sharing with everyone we know - don't go to this Chili's! It's a shame as Chili's use to be our favorite restaurant! Looking for a new favorite here in the Springs!

    It's hard for me to review Chile's as a whole since the menu is so big and varied, but I will say that the new ziosk pads for paying are a great idea, and I personally enjoy the table side guac and chicken crispers. The queso isn't quite right in my opinion, but my fiancé loves it. This particular location tends to have a cranky wait staff though, so watch out for that :/

    The kitchen needs to get their act together...super slow even when they aren't busy. One complete entree was forgotten about, then give us the smallest 6oz steak in the history of steak...gave us a free dessert.....and a tiny discount to make themselves feel better. Waiting an hour for your food seems to be the norm...wish this was a isolated incident but sadly, no. I think we can safely say, we are done with this place!

    I ordered a chicken salad that had like no description at all, so I assumed it was a standard chicken salad. What I got was a mess. I don't even know what was in this but it was gross and she forgot my dressing. I didn't eat it cause it was sick. Service was shitty too

    Slow service, portions have been decreased and prices have increased. Should have noticed something was wrong when we got there at 1230 on a Saturday and the parking lot was almost empty. Chilis Cheesesteak didn't have any peppers or onions. How do you have a cheesesteak without peppers and onions? Country fried steak had one tablespoon of gravy. Jose or Juan must not know how to top a real country fried steak. Last time at this Chili's.

    went to chili's expecting great service and received the worst service I have every experienced at a restaurant. first, the waiter disregarded I wanted the sauce on the side and my fish dinner came smothered in a hot sauce. second, our order took a long time and then the reorder of my fish took twice as long to receive. during this time the manager, came over and said my meal would be free. thirdly, when we received the bill, my meal had been charged twice. when brought to the waiters attention, he went back to the manager who took once off yet still charged us for a meal he personally told us was free. when we asked for the manager, we were told he was busy and couldn't come out. what piss poor service from a company I had been satisfied with in the past. no more will I ever go to a chili's restaurant.

    The mixed drinks are aweful, beer selection is generic and the food? is, well, edible I guess. Honestly think some fast food would be better. I remember eating at a Chili's years ago but don't remember it being this bad.

    THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I wish I could post this without giving them one star as that is generous! I am a very patient and understanding person. I have also worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and as well as having my Bachelor's in Management and this experience was appalling! We were greeted by our server with a "what can I get you to drink" not a warm welcome, however least of the problems. We ordered the fried pickles for an appetizer came out hot and were pretty good, positive. We placed our order and a half hour later still no food. Our server came by with our 3 year olds food, a children's cheeseburger, and said our ticket would be next, a salad and half rack of ribs. We were sitting right outside the kitchen with clear visibility of the dirty kitchen our food was being prepared in and I turned to see our server grabbing my husband's french fries off of a tray, that had been sitting there our entire time at the restaurant, with her bare hands and then continue to wipe her hand on her butt. Lovely!! She brought our food out and it looked absolutely disgusting, not to mention my son's slider style cheeseburger was medium in the middle! Absolutely unacceptable for a three year old. We told her to take back the food and asked for a manager right away. The manager came to the entrance of the kitchen, but once he saw how bothered we were by our experience he quickly turned his face and did not even try to make contact with us! So disappointing that anyone can become a manager anymore. We will never be back to a Chili's as the have affirmed that our terrible experience four years ago is the normal Chili's experience.

    I love Chilis and the food is usually pretty good. This Chilis really struggles with service. It's very slow. If they could get new servers this would be a great restaurant and it's in a great location.

    Great service. Good food. I know it's a hit or miss anywhere depending on how busy the restaurant is. The Restaurant was moderately busy but the waiter and waitress kept the glasses filled and food was good.

    Can you say Chips and Salsa.. Chilis can and they say it was such deliciousness... I love chilis, the Beer and Margaritas are cold, Happy hour is like always and you always get free chips and salsa at the bar.. Gotta love it.

    Three strikes and you're out..... We have given this location 3 different chances thinking it would get better since we really like do like Chili's. Tonight was the last chance, our food took over 40 min to come out and it didn't all come out together! One meal at a time and out of the 3 meals (burger, honey chipotle crispers and regular crispers) only 1 meal was correct the other 2 had sides we didnt even order. My husband was done eating by the time my sons meal came to the table. We apparently had 2 or 3 different waiters not sure how that works but this always seems to be an issue as our orders get messed up or we never get checked back up on. One of the waiters stopped by and said our order mess up was his mistake, the other waitress and I assume a manager stopped and said they were sorry our order was wrong and that it took so long to come out and they would either discount our tab or give us a free dessert. Of course they never came back to our table, I guess that's part of why they have the kiosks at the table now to pay so they never have to come back to your table to check on you. We were tired of waiting since we had already been there so long so we paid our full tab and got out of there and we will not go back! Not sure what the issue is with this location but they just can't seem to get it together.

    To Go order fail, apps dead on arrival, see picture. Recommend going Sunday for all day happy hour! Prices great and they can't sneak dead, cold, icky appetizers to you when they must face you .... face to face.
