I could eat here everyday if I could! It seems like no matter what time you go it's always crowded but it's crowded because of the popularity of this place! The service is so fast it's unbelievable! On top of being fast the employees are so nice! I am in the drive thru for only a few moments even if there are 10 cars ahead of me, very efficient service! I always get a number 1 with a sweet tea. Never disappointed!

Not only the freshest tasting fast food chicken sandwich available, it is consistently one of the cleanest places on the block. But there are two other key factors. They are incredibly efficient for the volume of business they do. In and out fast with fresh tasting foods. More importantly, their customer service is the best in the industry. Please. Thank you. You're welcome, or more commonly "it's my pleasure". Always smiling. McDonald's could learn some major lessons here. I'm ok with stopping here and not any other fast food in the neighborhood.

I got a little nervous when I pulled into the drive through and there were like 20 cars waiting this morning.. But I was ordering within 3 or 4 minutes! I was astonished at how fast they moved through the cars but still kept good customer service and got all of the orders correct. The food is great as it always is with Chick-Fil-A. I get the spicy chicken biscuits for breakfast and they're fantastic :)

Reviewing chain restaurants always seems a little silly to me, unless there is something exceptionally good or bad about that particular location. In this case, there is really nothing that stands out, but for Chick-fil-A, that is a good thing! Chick-fil-A restaurants usually get just about everything right. I can count on one hand the number of meh to bad experiences I've had with them. The food is always fresh, the staff is always friendly, and the building is usually very clean. Located on N. Academy, this Chick-fil-A tends to get VERY busy during the lunch rush...along with every other restaurant on this portion of the strip. Luckily, there are a ton, so that helps a bit. If you are looking to get your chicken fix, there is no reason to not visit this Chick-fil-A...unless it's Sunday - because they will be closed. Grab a chicken biscuit for me.

My review has improved from two to five stars. Two stars was based on their chicken strips, but now if I get a #1 with cheese I'm good to go. I like their fries, buffalo ranch and honey mustard sauce. I took one sip of my husband's cookies n cream shake and had to buy my own. And their lemonade is a total hit. So this place has become one of my faves based on finding the right things to order!

I have never had a bad experience at Chick-Fil-A, but wow is this one especially great! Went twice over the last week. Superb service. Super clean. (Even kids play area and the bathrooms.) Everyone pleasant and helpful. Great quality control. Both times they managed to work their way through a super long line in no time at all and food was delivered to our table super-quick. (Love the new table delivery service by the way.) If you have never been there, it is fast food, but made with high quality ingredients served in a beautifully decorated restaurant that is more reminiscent of a nice sit down place than a normal fast food joint. Love this place!

I love this place more than just because of the food. It's a very kid friendly atmosphere and they have outstanding values. This place is always packed so you need to plan on that. The drive-through is always crowded but it has nothing to do the service being slow but has more to do with how popular the place is. The chicken nuggets are awesome and I really love their spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese. The shakes are also extremely good. They also tend to hold family events at the restaurant which always adds to the family-friendly atmosphere.

I have never been to one of these restaurants. Have been to this one twice. Very clean. You order at a register, and they bring the food to you. Excellent service and food was really good. My wife loves the fresh flowers at the tables. When you order, they give you the drink to take to your table. I was just mentioning the only drawback was no refills. Just then an employee was going around asking if peope wanted refills. I told the manager that we were really impressed and will be back. Excellent chicken, but no burgers or anything else. Just letting you know.

Had an amazing experience today! With crazy snow coming in we were welcomed with open arms and enjoyed the charismatic employees. When we were leaving we were asked which car is ours we told them and they went out and scraped it. Best experience ever! Thank you for all the hard work keep it up!!

I love this Chick-Fil-A location!!! This is the only one we go to!!! The employees have always been friendly and happy on the days we have gone. I also love the fact that my kids can play in a, cleaned every night and thoroughly on Saturday nights after closing, play place! I know they do because we were there one night when the girl was cleaning the play area inside and out, literally!!! Oh and she told me about the cleaning they do on Saturdays. McDonald's doesn't even do that! This location is also very clean every time I have been there. We pass like 3 or 4 other Chick-Fil-A's on our way to this location! I would totally recommend this Chick-Fil-A location!!! =)

As far as chicken sandwiches go, they take the cake. In my opinion, no other fast food restaurant has them beat here. I could eat here at least once a week because they have a good grilled sandwich as well. Cheesecake for desert tops it off...but wait, that have shakes too and I love a good milkshake. "Their milkshakes bring my butt to their yard!" Hahaha. Seriously, Micky D's used to have a good shake but chick fil a has them beat!!!

Say what you will about their politics, you cannot beat their customer service. Today we had a extremely rare display of how to do customer service right. We received a handwritten note from the manager apologizing for missing a four piece chicken. The note included two coupons for free chicken strips. Class act in my book. This one seems particularly well run, with sincerely cheerful drive-thru and counter staff. Place always seems busy, but they crank through the service. I particularly love their strawberry shakes. In this era of increasingly apathetic service at most places, let alone fast food, this is a rarity. Hope you have the same positive experience.

Whenever I'm in the area this is where I go for a quick meal. The people that work there are the most considerate and kind in the fast food business. I came in 15 minutes till closing and they treated me as if they were open all night. Never rushed or felt awkward. It was 5 minutes after closing (10:00 pm) and they still took a drive-thru order. When I left at 10:15 pm the manager offered me a soda refill to go. He said they kept the drink station open in case I needed anything before leaving. Great food and amazing staff. If you work at a Chick fila......... Thank you for the service.

After getting picked up from the airport and on the verge of starvation, we turned in and although I didn't have a good experience the first time at Chick-Fil-A (at another location), I decided to give it another try. I ordered the chicken nuggets and helped myself to their delicious BBQ sauce. The thing that really sets this place apart from their other locations is their genuinely awesome service. The owner was walking around taking refills HIMSELF. I've never been to any fast food restaurant that does that. He even made small talk and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely changed my mind. This location of Chick-Fil-A is the best!

Considering we're talking about fast food here, Chick-Fil-A never fails to impress me. Real chicken, not miscellaneous parts mulched together. Fantastic sweet tea. Some really tasty, original sauces. The facilities are always immaculate, even when very busy. And some of the most courteous, efficient service I've ever seen in a fast food place. I sometimes wish they were open on Sundays, but I respect their reasons for closing that one day of the week.

When you can get an entire, satisfying meal with less than 490 calories including a dessert, how can you go wrong? I have fallen in love with their spicy chicken sandwich and have been to Chick-fil-a 2 times in 6 days.

Oh Chick-Fil-A with your clever name. I must admit it is delicious chicken, and every time I feel satisfied with their service and food quality. Overall though, its just OK. You are not special to me, just satisfy my hunger for chicken when its convenient. Service can go eitherway, and the place is clean but not enough to impress me.
