Kinda slow but the breakfast burger was awesome! My wife got a loaded burrito and really enjoyed it too. Just stopping on the way to Denver and was easy on and easy off the highway.

I usually just get the chicken stars, which aren't listed on the menu, and they're usually pretty good. Tables in the lobby are dirty most of the time. The staff isn't too friendly and they look homeless. VERY noisy atmosphere because the employees are constantly yelling at each other rather than using headphones. They particularly like to yell right next to your face while ordering. I only come just to satisfy my hunger, not for anything else.

The staff are rude, the managers are bossy. Everyone stands around and acts inappropriately, and the managers are really unprofessional. I witnessed only one employee trying to do her job, but was constantly getting barked at by managers.

Ambiance: Cookie cutter of all the other Carl's Jr.s -- Dining room and drive-thru. They do bring your food to your table, which is always welcomed. Service: Where do they get these people? My standards for help at fast food places is very low, but this place takes the cake. Staff looks like they rounded up a bunch of homeless people from Acacia Park and slapped Carl's Jr uniforms on them. Lady who took my order had this long stringy gray hair that looked like it hadn't been washed in a week, let alone run a comb through it. When trying to order, I joked with her that everything on the menu was priced as a meal, and nothing was priced a la carte. In fact, their basic hamburger that they serve is not even listed on the menu (they wanting you to order the meals and more expensive burgers). She replied back to me in a very droll manner, "Sir I don't create the menu". OK, sorry and have a nice day lady. Food: Standard bland fast food burger made of low-quality meat. Fries do taste somewhat like potatoes though, which is a novelty for fast food places. Overall, since I am reviewing every eatery in El Paso County, had to visit a Carl's Jr, after not eating at one in over a decade. Won't be back -- ever!.

Memphis BBQ $6 burger combo for 8 bucks. Not an encouraging path for a chain.
