I didn't like this place too much. It's pretty price for a "meh" product. The sauces are good, but the wings I got were barely warm and didn't have much meat to them. And the wings were very dry too. The service was way too slow. They have a large variety of brews, but nothing too exotic. The bar was pretty much standard. I liked that there were a lot of tvs here playing various basketball games from the NCAA tourney. To me this is a decent place to get some drinks and watch some games, but a not so good place to get good food with good service.

I've been to BWW's twice over the past few years. The first time I swore I'd never go back. The service was terrible, and the food was "OK". Last weekend my son asked if we could go again. I hesitantly agreed. This time the food was cold, late, and mediocre. The waitress gave me a scowl when we asked to have the wings exchanged for warm ones. They weren't ever that busy. Needless to say I won't be giving BWW's a third try. There are a lot of choices when it comes to sports bars. I won't waste my time again.

For the record, I like this franchise and have been to locations all over the country. The food is pretty solid, drinks are varied. You come here for the sports, especially if you are out of area for your team. You're not looking for five star food. My three stars are based on what you would expect to get at a place like this, not fine dining. This location was smaller than others I've been to, but everything was in one room, so you really couldn't miss whatever game you were looking for. My biggest complaint was staff. Not surprisingly there was a wait while the early games on Sunday finished up. No problem - if you're coming here you should expect this. But a group of three came in and was being really obnoxious about the wait. Made a pretty solid stink. They claimed they were going to just watch standing out on the patio, but them somehow got a waitress to seat them inside - bypassing a significant line. The other hostesses noticed and said something to the waitress, who clearly knew she was in the wrong, but they let the group stay in a booth that could have fit 6. Additionally, there was one waiter that was screaming and yelling in a pretty confrontational way about the team his team was playing against - and the paying fans that were supporting that team. Not so much cheering for his team (which I would not have had any issue with) but trashing paying customers that were rooting against his team. For a place that's supposed to cater to all fans, I was shocked this guy still had a job.

Typical B-Dubs fare so no need to explain what they have :) I ordered 6 asian and 6 mango with fries. All the food came out hot and cooked perfectly. Wings were juicy and the sauces are always delish. The mango could have been a little wetter but it was still good. Service was okay, our server could've came with our refills a bit faster since the place was pretty slow.

Shortly after moving to Colorado Springs, my husband and I decided we wanted some wings. That was the first and last time we ever went to this establishment. The waitress took forever to take our order or bring our food because she was too busy flirting with a table of guys nearby. We also ordered these cinnamon bites as a dessert, and were very disappointed when they came out burnt on the outside and raw in the center. We told the waitress and she informed us "that's how they always come out." She actually suggested we take them home and cook them in the microwave for a bit. Uhhh... No? After arriving home I did call the store to speak with the manager who was polite and apologetic. That's not something I've ever had to do before. I don't suppose I'll ever know if the service has improved because I definitely won't be returning.

UFC fight, check. Beer, check. Allowing me to split an order of wings among two different sauces, check. The "blazin'" sauce, not very hot. Was disappointed. Wanted steam blowing out of my ears. This is the hottest sauce they offer. C'mon, give me some Pluckers Fire in the Hole so I at least can *pretend* it is hot. Service was alright even though it seemed like the large group I was with somewhat overwhelmed the kitchen. Open late - which is important when a crowd of hungry hungry hippos want to eat some wings, drink some beer, and watch two guys beat each other up for my entertainment.

The only thing that separates BWW from the competition is its selection of sauces and rubs (when they haven't run out of them). Almost every one of their flavors are delicious, while my favorites is Jammin Jalepeno and most recently the Caribbean Jerk. The Hot BBQ used to be my favorite, but I think they changed it because it seems they took the hot out and just added more BBQ. The service here is random. At times you'd get someone who does their job: refilling drinks, checking on food, being friendly, but then you get times when the server will take your order, bring food, and then wait for you to be done, you wait around trying to get their attention then when they finally come around so you can ask for a refill or another ranch your food is already finished or cold so you just give up and ask for the check. This is not only at this particular location, when in Hawaii their service was even worse, on 2 occasions taking over an hour AFTER we finished our food to get a different server to bring our check because ours was off in probably Narnia. Only reason I didn't walk out is because I don't believe in skipping out on checks, even if the service is bad, because you still ate the food, but I did not leave a tip that servers think are mandatory, they are not, they are earned.. If you eat light and don't mind average service and prices then eat at BWW, but if you want big, flavorful wings for a little cheaper go somewhere else.

I love me some BDubs. I like the sports atmosphere. I always get the same thing so maybe that's why I like it. I always get the traditional wings with Honey BBQ and pretzels with cheese. They hit the spot everytime. My wings always have plenty of sauce. I've noticed, though, that the boneless have hardly any sauce. I'm the only one in the group who gets traditional. All my friends and family get boneless and complain everytime about the lack of sauce. Switch to traditional! The servers are friendly and quick. I really do love the chicken wings. Yum!

Great bar food, awesome TV setups, and friendly staff have kept me coming back to B Dubs about once every two weeks for the past four years. You can get 45 cent traditional wings (wings with the bone in them) on Tuesdays and 60 cent boneless wings on Thursday. A bit overpriced without these deals, but still worth it. They air all sporting events on giant projectors and TVs throughout the restaurant so you never miss a moment. Get some friends together, go to B Dubs, get some happy hour beers, and keep the wings coming. The only problem with this location is the terrible line on Tuesday and Thursday nights past 7. Definitely make a reservation ahead of time!

Arrived for lunch service, we were promptly sat and serviced by our waitress. Ordered a Coors Light that never came, they had technical issues at the bar, no problem substituted with a Bud Light. Food arrived quickly, was quality and even included someones pube! I immediately quit eating and would have continued having a few beers to get past the traumatic pube event but they brought us our check - a nice rush out the door. Definitely will not be back to this location. Someone either put a pube in my food or they have some poor fella in back cooking food who has pubic hair on his head and failed to wear a hair net... (This review is of our first encounter with this franchise location, and last)

My best friend from back "home" & I always have wings together. I moved out west and my mission (according to her) was to find a good substitution for Wild Wing Cafe where we enjoy Garlic! Garlic! Garlic! wings. I've tried 2 other places and was greatly disappointed. While I don't believe B Dubs to be as good as WWC, it is a satisfactory substitution for the wings that we crave. They have a LOT of flavors and offer dry or wet wings as well as traditional and boneless wings. I order the Garlic Parmesan (wet) and Salt & Vinegar wings (dry) and was impressed with both! Seating was prompt. Service was prompt. Waitress was friendly. The fries do not compare to WWC but they aren't bad either. My only suggestion to this company would be to include thicker fries loaded with cheese, bacon, and ranch sauce as their cheese fries tend to be a bit dry. Maybe because they're served in a cardboard boat? Perhaps if they were on a plate the cheese fries might be a bit more gooey-er. Lots of TVs to keep even the single diner occupied. Sports, trivia, etc.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. The atmosphere is great, and I enjoy the boneless wings. Mango Habanero, Asian Zing, and Jammin' Jalepeno sauces are excellent. The service here is somewhat inconsistent. We have experienced fast and friendly service as well as slow service where the wait staff has about as much personality as a rock. This isn't the norm though. Overall, I love this place!

The only reason I'm giving this B-dubs 3 stars is because the food was excellent...you know, once it got to our table, but not before stopping off at an adjacent table. Our server was inattentive, and messed up our order initially. Only reason I tipped 15 percent was that she didn't charge us for a coke. Normally I tip 20, and more if the service was exceptional. It's important to go above and beyond for customer in this economy, but 'Destiny' sure doesn't grasp that concept, and she won't be rewarded with any future trips to the n. Academy location from me. The entire staff seemed a little juvenile and apathetic as well, as I was barely greeted, and upon exiting was met with gossip corner who didn't have the courtesy to even return my goodbye salutation.

Too loud! I cannot believe how loud this place is, we couldn't even hear our waitress! The place was very busy and very packed. The wings are nothing special, they taste like all the other wing places, if you ask me. The waitress was really nice and checked on us often. This just isn't my kind of scene.

Ambiance: More of a sports bar than a restaurant. Good size dining area with a ton of plasmas for all the sports enthusiasts. Large bar area. A smattering of tables outside. Rowdy. Kind of like Hard Rock Cafe-lite, but with Country-Rock music. Service: Servers come off as trying too hard to be young and hip, and at times substitute their "coolness" for good and attentive service. Long waits for food, beverage refills and check. Also, servers spend a little too much time visiting with each other, at the expense of paying attention to their clientele. Food: Decent wings, with a large selection of flavors and spices ranging from super mild to fiery hot, and everything in between. I am always pleased with their wings, though not "bowled over". Overall, pretty good wings. This kind of place is not really my kind of hangout though. Service could be better, and the place gets just a little too busy and crazy for my taste. I may stick to take-out here.

We usually don't have a problem here, but we did today. We always order to go, ad they messed up the order, do we had to wait additional time because they forgt to give the kitchen half of our order. Then they wanted to charge me two separate orders...and I refused cause I wasn't paying extra tax on something they messed up on. I am still pretty angry about this.

I have eaten here a few times. It seems like the more I return the more I find the quality slipping. I decided on Sunday to get some wings to go for the game. I was told they would be ready in fifteen minutes. I got there twenty minutes after ordering and was told they were not ready yet but almost. Forty five minutes later they finally came out. Two huge issues with that. I don't mind if a place is busy and tell s me it will take an hour to get my order. I get there an hour later, no problem. But don't tell someone fifteen minutes and then have them sit in your lobby for forty five more minutes. If it is going to take a while tell me and I don't mind coming back. Don't keep coming back and saying just a few more minutes. The irony is I have seen this place packed and it was far from even close to being busy. There was actually a man and his daughter sitting next to me on the phone telling someone he had been there an hour. I guess I got lucky with only having to sit there forty five minutes. Wings and Things is a few miles up the road and leap and bounds better care of their customers.

Good food and a good atmosphere if you are a sports fan. They have a good variety of wing sauces, you are sure to find one that matches your heat tolerance levels! Beware, however, that this location is the Colorado home of Ohio State Buckeye fans. The place becomes a sea of Scarlet & Gray when OSU is playing! If you want to get a feel for a Big 10 football experience, this is your place!

BWW is good.... not great, but good. It's really just specialized bar food. The sauces are good, and the rates aren't bad. There are a least a dozen sauces of different flavors and heat levels. Their buffalo chips with cheese are really good, as well. The noise level is pretty high here because of the enormous number of televisions for watching "the game". They have a full bar with liquor and draft beer. There are also electronic games that you can take back to your table and play. I'm not sure we have much better wings in the city, though.
(3)
Rosie G.
I really love this place. They have the best boneless wings period, and a delicious assortment of sauces. The service is usually pretty good. The place is usually packed with families around dinnertime, and each time I have gone, the place is pretty loud. Still, the wings are amazing and it's a fun place to gather for drinks and watching the game.

Spiciest bloody mary I have ever had! Good god, it messed up my ability to do math. As an asian, that was a disgrace. lol. Candace at the bar is the person you want to see if you want a strong bloody mary. Wings are Wings are Wings when it comes to this chain establishment. So consistency is a good thing. I am never let down but really don't have much to brag about when it come to the B-dub!

380i projection televisions, pre-cooked wings spun in the sauce you choose, served room temp, microwaved to reheat...hummm..not having one of these where I live I was excited to come to one...hooters and wing dome have it right....the same reason i don't go to dave's famous BBQ....chain restaurants don't get it....for some reason Hooters does...or maybe you just distracted so you don't notice...

Went here for football Sunday and it was more like chaos. Wings were good, but with as many tvs as they have they should have had a different game on everyone of them. And, the only place to smoke is out the front door, not in the outside patio part (which had no tables or chairs), in which you had to leave your beer inside. Think I'll find another sports bar, but doesn't seem to be many in this city.

A tried and true sports bar / wing place...... Tuesday night they have a special on regular wings.... Thursday they have a special on Boneless Wings.... That's always a huge debate... bone vs boneless... I myself am a fan off their boneless, as its less work and more food :)

On par with most BW3 locations in this day and age: decent wings spun in familiar, tasty sauces served blisteringly hot and with a great beer selection. Management seemed a bit disorganized with regard to which server was assisting which customers seated where, but after that bump everything seemed normal. Same issue with the wings themselves though: a bit more obvious now that the chicken is coming frozen from a different supplier than several years ago. Meat was a bit tough in places, missing juices and flavor I remember from the days of yore ...

Our waiter "trey" doesn't acknowledge us right away when we walk in because he's dribbling a small basketball, then he forgets to bring us water, forgets our buffalo chips and returns after we are done eating to apologize because he had to take an "important phone call". I'll never go back to this BWW again. Any manager who would hire such incompetent personnel must have poor operational control over his restaurant. I'm not risking another bad experience. Id rather drive to Denver and go to the BWW there instead.

Wings are so dried out and dehydrated, sauce doesn't even help. It seems like they are cooking the wings, way in advance, then frying again and then poorly coating with sauce. The cashier was so cocky and pushy, just wanted to walk out. Should have. I won't be back.

This is truly the worst place to get service. I have been here 3 times, thinking that each time will be different. Nope it does not take 30 mins for some wings and fries. The bartenders are horrible and when they have 2 people at the bar and 8 people in the entire restaurant with empty drinks for 10 mins its ridiculous. The manager never cares and states it normally takes that long for wings because they are fresh. Thank you for lying to my face. Maybe the Buffalo Wild Wings down south should get that memo I have wings in 10 mins, ha funny story they get more business.

I just like to go to watch a hockey game, eat some wings (because no one makes them with a dry rub like they do) and drink some beer. (And then I go home and paint my nails, curl my hair and remind myself I'm a girl.) Service: Always good. Great if you're sitting at the bar. Love the bartenders here. Food: I am not a big fan of chain food. But I wish more places did a dry rub on the wings like they do. It's the only way to go for me. And it's all I ever get. That and beer. And they do both of those things well, which is seriously the only thing that keeps me coming back to B-Dubs. Atmosphere: If you've been to one, you've been to them all.

Really upset with the staff at the BBW North Academy! My son (who is 14) & I were told by a server that we could reserve a table for a special NFL game. When I called to reserve one tonight, I was rudely told that we could only do so if we were willing to drop $100.00, bring 10-15 friends & only grown-ups! I am very disappointed & will not do business there.

This place always puts you on a "fake" wait. Always. If you want to sit in the bar it isn't "open seating"... you can't just go sit in the bar like every other restaurant. They tell you it'll be 30 mins but then inside the bar there are more than 5 tables open with only 2 people waiting. It's ALWAYS a fake wait. The food isn't that great. If you want to go to BWW go to the south location by the world arena, they never put you on a fake wait for the bar.

Love coming here. Come several times a month during the baseball season. Most of the staff is great. The food is good and well priced. I love that they always turn my game on for me. Love that they have awesome dry rubs, so few places do any more.

Came here after a soccer game. We didn't have to wait long for a table but it seemed like we waited forever for our food. About a half hour. It would have been better if they could have figured out how to change the channel in less than 10 minutes. But once the good came it was really good. I got the buffalo ranch wrap with crispy chicken and it was perfect and really filling. The only other thing is the waitress wasn't very attentive, all of our drinks were empty by the time she came to ask if we needed refills. Other than that it was good food and friendly (but slow) service.

I've been here a couple of times, and although I haven't had any bad experiences, I have been with people who have. The last time I went, my friend received still frozen wings, and when new ones were brought out to replace it, they too were still cold. It seems to be a common issue here. The only thing this place really has going for it are the cheese curds.

It wasn't crowded that night however, our simple order of (bland) boneless wings took at least 40 minutes and our toddler's milk was forgotten. Multiple tables arrived after us but were served before us. We won't return.

Gave them one star since Yelp doesn't give the option to give zero. Plenty of staff standing around, a young lady manager that looked to be about 19 years old. And a lounge full of customers not getting served. They broke my 10 minute rule. Didn't even acknowledge me in fact, so I left and went to Fox & Hound, which is a much better option. This place sucks. Spend your money elsewhere.

Every time I visit my boyfriend in CSprings, we always stop by here after the airport to do takeout. Love how late they're opened and from late night takeouts to eating here with friends, we've always enjoyed it here. Great food, good service. Big fan of their fried pickles! One con: the last time we did takeout, the carrots were actually rubbery (like you could almost bend them in half) and the celery looked moldly D: EW.

I remember the first time I went to a buffalo wing wings. It was back in 2002 during the March madness tournament. You really can't beat the environment if you want to overdose on sports entertainment. They have at least 30 TVs all devoted to a variety of sports. They have a few 100 inch screens as well. They carry all sports, even UFC fights. I've been here many times simply to hang out with friends and watch sports. The food is good enough. I wouldn't recommend getting anything but wings. I personally prefer the boneless wings. I have tried every sauce here and they have a great variety. Their hot sauces are incredibly hot. They do not mess around. My favorites are honey BBQ, Asian zing, and Thai curry. Make sure to ask them to make the wings "wet", at times they can be stingy about the amount of sauce they put on. The wings themselves are ok, but the sauces is what sets them apart. The service is generally poor. They make their staff wear these ugly jerseys that look salvaged from goodwill. Almost every time I order they mess something up and there seems to be a lack of consistency with what they are able to do. Yet my wife and my kid both love this place. It's difficult to find a place to eat where we are all happy. Be prepared to wait for awhile to sit down, if there is even a remotely interesting sporting event going on, it will be packed.

This place is freaking AMAZING to watch football. We got there at 9am because my boyfriends game comes on at 10. We stayed till the Chargers game was over at 4. The servers were all very nice and attentive, even though we literally sate there for hours. The food isn't great....but you really just go here to watch the amazing number of huge tvs everywhere.

Loud, obnoxious Place really not to good for anything but watching sports at I hate the atmosphere my waitress kinda just disappeared I only saw her once to order and again when I had to ask for more sauce even after I asked for extra, extra, EXTRA sauce on my sandwich knowing they barely ever cover the chicken sandwich with enough sauce every time I order a to-go. I think the only reason ill go back is to purchase a bottle of salt and vinegar seaon

Came here with the traveling crew. Good place to get your causal atmosphere, TV watching, wing eating, grub on. Get there before it gets crowded and loud. They also got burgers, shrimp, salads and ribs, if that's what your leaning towards. Try out all the different sauces they offer. Here's your rundown: Sweet BBQ™ Traditional BBQ sauce: Satisfyingly sweet. Teriyaki™ Terrifically tasty teriyaki sauce. Mild™ Classic wing sauce: High flavor, low heat. Parmesan Garlic™ Roasted garlic and Parmesan sauce with Italian herbs. Medium™ Classic wing sauce: Comfortably hot. Honey BBQ™ A sweet, sassy sauce: Savor the flavor. Spicy Garlic™ A tasty, spicy, garlicky good sauce. Jammin' Jalapeno™ Spicy jalapenos, blended with a touch of tequila and hint of lime. Sweet heat. Asian Zing® Sweet meets heat: A chili pepper, soy and ginger sauce. Caribbean Jerk™ Red peppers you love, island spices you crave: An exotic, delicious sauce. Thai Curry™ Herbs and spices combined with sweet chilies and a touch of curry flavor. Hot BBQ™ Rich BBQ sauce with a touch of heat. Hot™ Classic wing sauce: Delicious flavor, exhilarating heat. Mango Habanero™ Feel the burn, savor the sweet: Two sensations, one sauce. Wild® Classic wing sauce: Big flavor, blisterin' heat. Blazin'® Keep away from eyes, pets, children: The hottest sauce we got

Meh. Service was poor. Wait was long. We ordered 4 different types of wings and really only liked 1 or 2 of them. We had the garlic parmesan wings (my hubby liked them, I did not), we had the asian wings (too much ginger, not our fave), then we had the honey BBQ (our fave), and the medium buffalo flavor (liked these too). We also ordered chips and salsa which took forever and the salsa was gross. We did get a free dessert for my bday. It was the fudge cake and it was awesome. They do have a great atmosphere for sports fans. Overall the experience was okay!

Food is a 5 star but the service here is terribly slow. Expect long lines before being seated. Don't bother coming with more than 4 people unless you want to wait 1-2 hours. Avoid at all costs on Thursday or Tuesday nights. Mad house of people wanting cheap wings.

I'm not a big fan of wings, but these were delicious! I highly recommend coming here, especially with a group. We were all very pleased with the delicious appetizers and yummy drinks. And the variety of flavors of seasoning and sauces for the wings was awesome! Our server, Lora, was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. I will definitely go back!

Yum!
(4)Louis B.

(4)Justin W.
(3)Heather G.
Too loud! I cannot believe how loud this place is, we couldn't even hear our waitress! The place was very busy and very packed. The wings are nothing special, they taste like all the other wing places, if you ask me. The waitress was really nice and checked on us often. This just isn't my kind of scene.
(2)Cyndi H.
"Not too good of a review tonight...slow to seat us, slow service, cold food, out of food and it was not even 9 pm."
(2)Sibby S.
(3)Sara R.
(3)Michael A.
Great wings and the brew on tap is perfect. Thursday has a great boneless wing special an the bartenders are friendly and easy on the eyes! ;) Love the atmosphere.
(4)Daniel K.

Great bar food, horrendous service!
(3)Chong K.
The chicken was really old it make me sick the next day. I was in and out of the bathroom. I will NEVER eat here and for those of you who also get sick reply to this comment and we can call the health inspector to have them take a look at their chicken.
(1)Dan M.
(4)Russ R.
(3)Rosie G.
(4)Grant W.
(4)Chad H.
(2)Amanda B.
(2)Sammy E.
Sports? Check! Hot waitresses? Check! Wings? Check! We are done here!
(5)M S.
A tried and true sports bar / wing place...... Tuesday night they have a special on regular wings.... Thursday they have a special on Boneless Wings.... That's always a huge debate... bone vs boneless... I myself am a fan off their boneless, as its less work and more food :)
(4)Tim S.
(3)Laith Y.
(1)Davina G.
Wings are so dried out and dehydrated, sauce doesn't even help. It seems like they are cooking the wings, way in advance, then frying again and then poorly coating with sauce. The cashier was so cocky and pushy, just wanted to walk out. Should have. I won't be back.
(1)Tara W.
(1)Leila R.
(4)Nicholas B.
My original reviews somehow ended up under the wrong location. So as an update, I love the BWW located on N. Academy but I seriously dislike the location located on Geyser Drive near the World Arena.
(5)Kc D.
(1)Karin H.
Nicole was our waitress and she was awesome! We came in today, January 1 so it was packed but she was really friendly and got us in and out as quickly as she could!
(5)Mike D.
(1)Ashley B.
Love coming here. Come several times a month during the baseball season. Most of the staff is great. The food is good and well priced. I love that they always turn my game on for me. Love that they have awesome dry rubs, so few places do any more.
(4)Cassidy D.
(3)Eric S.
(2)Marc G.
It wasn't crowded that night however, our simple order of (bland) boneless wings took at least 40 minutes and our toddler's milk was forgotten. Multiple tables arrived after us but were served before us. We won't return.
(2)James H.
(1)Chenyu Z.
(3)Mark L.
Terrible service at this particular BWW. The only thing consistent here is the bad service no matter what time of day it is. The manager doesn't know shit about the restaurant.
(1)Jameson L.
(3)Fanny C.
(4)Brian K.
(2)Rob A.

(3)Mary P.
The chicken taste like it's been under a heat lamp way too long. I'm not impressed with the food. The atmosphere is great and the management is helpful with changing sports channels.
(2)Izzy H.
Food is a 5 star but the service here is terribly slow. Expect long lines before being seated. Don't bother coming with more than 4 people unless you want to wait 1-2 hours. Avoid at all costs on Thursday or Tuesday nights. Mad house of people wanting cheap wings.
(2)Kendra R.
They turned away police officers because they were carrying their guns. If you're not gonna back your public safety officers, I'm not going to back you. And tell all my friends about it.
(1)Taryn W.
