This location was disappointing. After going here, I am no longer suprised by the reviews for this specific location. The service was slow and the food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The interior is updated and clean but the food/service don't hit the mark.

Disgusting. The fries were far from fresh. They were too cold and stale to attempt to salvage. As for the sandwich I ordered, it was drenched in sauce, but at least it was partially edible. Coke is hard to screw up, but it seems that even that was ruined with its watered down taste. Though the service was prompt and I received the correct order, the food was so awful that it was enough to deter to me from ever coming to this location again.

I would only give this Wendy's a half a star if I could. Chili is soup and they can never get the order right.

I was on shift at my workplace about a mile away with two other co-workers, and was in a hurry so I drove to Wendy's. I ordered a medium number 5 with a coke and a medium number 6 (double) with a bottle of water. When I arrived at the window, the woman asked me to repeat my entire order, again, so I did. I paid for it and asked for ketchup, which she said was fine. She told me I would have to wait in the parking spot while the fries cooked, which I did. About 6-7 minutes later, my meals were brought to me. I looked in the bag as the employee was walking away, and saw there was no ketchup like I asked, so I asked him for a couple packets which he brought out to me. I was in a hurry since there was only two other peope at work, when I got back to work I realized that I was never given my drinks either. I tasted a couple of fries, and realized that they were never salted in the restaurant. I asked my two co-workers to try them as well to see if anything was off, and they both stated the same thing.

Wendy's AKA Ptomaine Terrace. Apparently they really can't serve fresh hot food when you go through the drive up at 11:15 am. Cold ...old stale food is served. No thanks.
