The people who work here are fun! We had a good time eating here, not something that's said often. There was no line so we went ahead and got one of their coveted quesarittos, it was loaded too! The place was kept clean, granted it wasn't busy but it was good. I like chipotle since they only use happy animals.

Great service, good portions, it's just good. One of my new favorite chipotles. Brown rice was actually cooked. As always never hesitate to ask for more portion if they are being skimpy. Cant decide what you want, just ask for taste. Never pressure yourself to hurry up and order. Take your time and enjoy :)

I have to say, I've been to my share of "quick yet fresh" food places and am usually disappointed. But this location specifically is really good. The staff will differ a little on level of service here and some people don't fully cook the brown rice on certain days, but I'm here on a Saturday for lunch and everything is awesome. Pico and guacamole are good, chicken is charred yet juicy, lettuce was just cut, and whoever was greeting and working the line today, ( young thin brunette) she had it on lock down. Greetings with an authentic smile, calling for refills on line food so nothing wasn't there when the next person wants it, I was impressed. Good job to this location!

We went for dinner on a Wednesday night. This was my first visit to this location. We had a BOGO coupon that I got last year from the Farmer's Market. I hadn't been to a Chipotle in years and it wasn't as good as I remembered. It was located on E Smoky Hill Rd/S Himalaya St in Centennial. There was plenty of parking. We both ordered a Bowl (no tortilla). The guacamole on the entree was extra, so we ordered Chips and Guac. The chips were thick and crisp. The guacamole was on the bland side. They offer a Military Discount which keeps my husband coming back. I'd rather go to Rubios.

This Chipotle on Smoky Hill & Himalaya should fire it's entire line staff. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They always talk bad about me in Spanish, because they think they can get away with it. I LOATHE going there, and opt to go to the friendlier Chipotle at Southlands. Also, the rice is always undercooked and crunchy.

My wife and I grabbed dinner here the other night on the way home. Its easy, tasty, and fairly priced. It is fresh, "healthy," fast food. Ok, maybe portion size is not necessarily healthy, but that's my fault for just eating my whole tasty burrito. The staff were friendly enough. I was surprised how long the line was at 8:00 p.m. It wasn't like the staff were working lethargically either. They were getting the food made and getting people through the line. The food is just like any other Chipotle. No problems here. 4-stars easy.

It was my first time at Chipotle, and the staff could not have been more friendly! I will definitely return! Flavorful, delicious food. Also very clean. Absolutely loved it.

Best chipotle in Colorado besides the 1st location. If you want your burrito wrapped tight like a cigar, this is your place. But be reasonable. If your burrito is massive then definitely double wrap it.

Always fresh, staff is very friendly. Great place to eat. Always recommend this chipotle to anyone around.

Three Stars only because this place is ALWAYS packed to the rim, there is only one employee there that I like. She is a tall slender older female. Usually does the wrapping. She is the only professional that I have encountered. The last time I went the cashier completely had her back to me and was talking to two guys , the elderly lady had to tell her HEY, customers! Even at that point the gal took a few mins to help me. She was annoyed that she had to do her job. She gave me the impression she thinks she is better than the job. My suggestion is more people on the line making the burritos and getting people in and out. Less flirting with guys who want to taste your guacamole...

Chipotle is the best! It is the go to place for a quick, affordable, and delicious meal. My friends and I come here at least once a week. If you're hungry and cheap, skip mcdonalds and come to chipotle for some higher quality food.

I love this place. I normally come on my lunch hour which is right after they open. The food is always fresh and delicious. And the staff is friendly and efficient. I'll continue to stop by for my burrito bowl for lunch

Stopped by here for dinner after taking my dogs to the vet across the street. Had my husband run in to grab food and he was back pretty quick. The parking lot is nice and big, got a front row parking space. Husband said the service was good, food was great, so overall a good Chipotle.

Chipotle - A Haiku Barbacoa Bowl Cheese, Sour Cream, Corn Salsa and Guac is Extra. Chipotle doesn't need a huge review. You know what you get here. A big ass burrito made how you want it with decent ingredients. Nothing new here. Best thing here is the Guac. You know it and I know it. That's why they are still in business. Its alllllllll in the guac. LOCATION SPECIFIC: Parking is a nightmare. The restaurant is tucked in a corner. Food is the same as always, but go durring the rush and you will struggle to get into this place.

Never had any trouble parking at this location ever!! The person who complained about parking must be pissed he had to walk?!?!?! Come here a few times a month and always get good service and great food, my only complaint is that they are always out of ice tea.

I don't know what the previous reviewer is talking about. I have been frequenting this chipotle since i was in high school. They know me and my friends by name and i have never had anything bad here. My burrito of choice. Chicken burrito w/ black beans, rice, extra chicken, green chile, corn, and extra cheese.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. This Chipotle is very skimpy on the meat portions, especially with the tacos. I posted pics. This place is all fillers and no thrillers.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
