Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

If you've been to a Chipotle you know the drill. This specific location is my absolute favorite to go to in the DTC/Parker area. The restaurant is always clean, the staff cheerful and efficient and the food is fresh!! I can't even count the times I have gotten just chopped, fresh, juicy chicken for my tacos/burrito bowl or salad. Makes a big difference to me when there are 7 different Chipotle locations within 10-20 mins of my house and work.

I love Chipotle... I showed up after work in military uniform and was very nicely asked if I would like a complimentary drink for being in uniform. Just added to my experience I had a chicken bowl - it was amazing. Service was awesome - not like the one in Colorado where I waited for my side of Guac and they handed it to the customer before me and forgot to replenish it. Thank you!

This place is as to be expected, fast and average tasting food. I got a chicken burrito bowl. The only complaint I had was I ordered guacamole and they put so much it was the only thing I could taste. It was all soupy. Not good.

I definitely did not feel safe eating here. We went here today. . and were having an okay meal (its big heavy burritos stuffed with crap). Suddenly a man comes in armed to the teeth. I'm not talking one jacket gun. I'm talking about a belt with amo all around it. . .100s of bullets, and a pistol. I thought Chipotle was one of those restaurants who asks people not to bring guns. God knows we didn't feel safe. Staff didn't do anything, so we got the heck out of there. Last think you want to be is between two crazies with guns. I think its because this restaurant is close to a gun range. . whatever reason, if you want a gun free Chipotle I recommend going somewhere down the road.

I usually stop by to grab something to-go during lunch hours. This location is invariably crowded every weekday, but the staff does a great job of keeping the line moving. They are friendly and efficient. Like at any other Chipotle, the food is fresh and yummy.

Your typical Chipotle experience. This location accomodates the lunch rush well by keeping the line moving and the food is consistently fresh and delicious.

A quick stop for a fast Mexican meal. I order the same dish every time I am here which is the veggie burrito bowl. The portions are enough to fill the biggest of appetites ;) White rice, black beans, veg fajitas topped with all the toppings that they offer like corn, salsa, cheese, guacamole, sour cream and the result is one tasty meal which feels like comfort food. The veg fajita could taste better but well it's good enough when mixed with all the other stuff on the bowl :)

This Chipotle is very consistent with the freshness of the food as well as the service that you get. They always have a long line at lunch time but they move through it fast. Unlike the chipotle down the road (cornerstar), they have NEVER been out of anything when I have been there!

I like Chipotle and have eaten here for years. They are pretty much everywhere now and I don't think they need another review. I've had no problems at this location and have eaten here several times. A good cheap option for food.

So like most restaurants in the area this place gets very busy during lunch on the weekdays with DTC in the area. However this chipotle is quick and serves fresh food with the cook working like crazy to keep up. I would suggest this place only downfall to all Chipotles is that they have a limited selection. For instance, no wheat tortillas, no extra cilantro, etc. however good quick and decent food. Also remember although it looks like they don't put a lot of meat in the burritos there is only so much that can fit in them as mine spilled out today!

I like Chipotle but it's a great example of why there are so many fat folks around these days. You get an enormous burrito that's the size of your stomach for about 9 bucks. I try not to eat at these places too often since I like fitting into my pants. Any Chipotle I've gone in is always busy and has a line since they make a pretty good burrito. They even serve shit beer but you don't go there for the beer. Even with the long lines they move you through pretty quick. And if you get the guacamole they will tell you it costs extra even though they have that printed in their menus and they've told you the last 50 times you've been in there. They really want you to know their guacamole is expensive I guess.

Down south, we don't have Chipotle. We do have Qdoba and Izzo's though, and unfortunately I didn't realize they were the same kinda place until I walked in. What the hell, we were already there, might as well see if all the hype makes them any better than the competition. It does not. I got the barbacoa burrito - barbacoa there is not the same as barbacoa here, but I didn't know that at the time. My brother got a salad of some sort. When all was said and done, I had an $8 burrito. Fuck that. Really. I could go to any mexican restaurant and get a giant burrito or chimichanga covered in sauce, with beans and rice, for a few dollars less. And it would taste a lot better. Having finally tried chipotle, I can say I will never be back. Ever. Suck it, chipotle. You don't even have anything chipotle flavored on your menu. Not only do I feel like you ripped me off, but I feel lied to as well.
