Diabetics at Pizza Hut
Pizza is neither a great meal nor the worst for diabetes. All you need is some fact check and monitoring while ordering your pizza. Diabetics can opt for thin crust or skinny pizza at Pizza Hut and avoid the cheese topping to cut down on the excess fat and sodium. If you have diabetes, then ensure to check your portion size when you order a pizza. One or max. two slices are enough. You can also avoid meat if possible and go for wings as a meat option.
Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for Diabetics:
You must avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust as it contains over 1000mg sodium and will add 470 calories in your meal. You should also skip Super Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice which is too high in sodium and fat. Chicken wings are often tempting but you must control and restrict yourself from ordering Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings as it can add up to your sugar levels if you eat too many. On average, a person orders or consumes six chicken wings pieces in a day.
Sides must be avoided at all costs especially if it's Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup for its high sodium content. You must also avoid New York Style Cheesecake with Applesauce as dessert as one slice of this dessert item contains 86g sugar. Pizza Hut also offers other Italian dishes such as Pasta. However, you must skip Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs and Garlic Bread as it is too high in sodium and sugar.

Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

This place has been here forever. In only in the mood for Pizza Hut about once every couple years or so but it always seems to hit the spot. I like the idea of having a salad with my pizza and both are good here. This location is rarely very busy either, which is nice when I'm hungry. See you again in a couple years Pizza Hut!

So first off..I LOVE Pizza Hut Pizza but this particular store has been nothing but disappointment after disappointment.. The last 4 times I've placed an order they either got it wrong... Misquoted price or told me 40 minutes for delivery and then took an hour and a half... I called the manager the last time the driver did not show up after can hour... then the driver showed up with my soggy pizza. The manager had agreed to send me out a new pizza and by the time I received that pizza it had been 2 hours since I ordered. Here is the kicker..THAT particular pizza that was remade for me never made it to my house. The driver instead brought me back the original pizza. I know this because I marked the side of the box with a pen before I gave the original back with him. The pizza was barely warm and the bottom of the box was soaked through. To their credit they didn't charge me and good thing because they shouldn't have. Tonight I ordered 2 large pizzas with breadsticks and a diet drink for $27.99 then the cashier over the phone gave a total of $35 . She explained because I removed the breadsticks it would be more. I can't make this stuff up. All I want is a tasty pizza Hut pan pizza for crying out loud. I don't get it. Pizza Hut Castle Rock figure out customer service. I would order at least once a week if you guys could figure out how to treat your customers well. In fact I try but this place just does not care it seems.

Domino's doesn't deliver to our home--and we are not big fans of Papa John's (not for political beliefs but crust beliefs) so Pizza Hut is our go to. It on average takes 1-1/2 hours for delivery. And everytime we get a "Sorry the delivery took so long" as the delivery man hands over a cold pizza. That apology makes me wonder if the long delivery is intentional, as the pizza is cold as is if sat in his car for awhile--and who is responsible for it? We will continue to use Pizza Hut for our delivery--but I am starting to look at other places or consider carryout in the future, because at the end of the day it makes my stomach cry to receive cold pizza after it has been grumbling for 1-1/2 hours.

I was not happy and very disappointed when I went in to this Pizza Hut. I was waiting 15 min to be seated then where they were seating me the table was dirty not cleaned and I waited another 5 minutes just for my drink. After that I got up to get some pizza and there was nothing up there! They had no salad! No pizza! No bread sticks! And no freaking pasta! I really wish I could have rated this place with no star at all! The service was horrible and I've been there before and not going again because of this! The only employee I think that was doing a very good job and was excellent at her job was Stacey. When a customer remembers an employees name, that says a lot.

Stay away. 20 minutes and nothing on the lunch Buffett at lunch time - no pizza, no pasta, no bread. People having to reuse plates - no plates. Now we're getting paper cups!

I usually love Pizza Hut, but this location proves to be the worst I have ever experienced. The delivery order took 2 hours to receive and the pizza was cold and the boxes were crushed. When I opened the box the cheese and toppings all stuck to the top. I called in and they offered to deliver replacement pizzas but it would take another 90 minutes. The representative on the phone acted like I was needy or crazy. So we decided to drive these pizzas back to them to show them what we received. They offered a credit towards a future order, ya right... they would not refund us our money. So we were very hungry at this point and we settled to have new pizzas made while we waited. The end result was a decent pizza but 3 hours and a car trip later. Never ordered from them again.

I got my first Michael Jackson record album at my 10th birthday party at Pizza Hut. I'll never forget it, very memorable. Not sure what made me happier: Michael Jackson or a party at Pizza Hut? Pizza Hut was THE best and I always enjoyed going to one. But this one? In Castle Rock? Uh-uh, no way. It looks to be as old as the one where I celebrated my 10th birthday in 1983 but this one hasn't been cleaned, upgraded, repaired... at all. Filthy walls, doors, carpet, seating, everything. Sad.

We had ordered 2 large pizzas. One hand tossed normal cheese, normal sauce, ham, pineapple and onion. We also ordered a thin crust jalapeño, onion, pepperoni and black olive, all normal sauce and cheese. We RECEIVED half cheese, the other half was onion, ham and pineapple. Also received pepperoni, onion and pineapple. Our receipt read completely different (our initial order). Whether it was our error or theirs - in the end - the receipt THEY gave me was different than what THEY delivered. Simply- we called to explain. It's pizza- no reason to get too upset, at the same time you expect to get what you order. From there Jose (the apparent manager) was extremely condescending and rude. We did not call in an attacking way - rather to just say we were delivered the wrong pizzas. It took over half an hour to fix this mistake. And from now on, we will be ordering dominoes.

The food here is usually pretty solid, but since "new ownership" took over the service is awful. I was in over the weekend and had the worst service and witnessed the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen for this type of restaurant. Sadly I will not be returning.

Typical Pizza Hut. They had a buffet when we went. Not sure what days it is but I didn't expect that. The bread sticks were literally hard as a rock. I put some sauce right on the top of them so I used a fork to cut them up and on my first one I cut a little piece off and when I went to stick my fork into it it shot off my plate and went flying right into my wife's face. It was pretty damn funny but at the same time how hard is the breadstick that it shoots off of my plate with sauce on it!

Just to give you a frame of reference about me, i ordered from one pizza hut in alabama so much that they sent me a christmas card saying "we miss you" when I moved away. This Pizza Hut on the other hand is just flat out wacky. I called to complain once. I asked for a manager and was put on hold for five minutes, then had my name taken down and was supposed to get a call back within 10 minutes after they verified with their driver that my delivered pizza was cold. Never heard back from them. What the heck was the driver going to tell them? Over the last few years I randomly order from them, like an idiot, and 9 out of 10 times i am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. My number one complaint is that it always seems like i am at least the LAST delivery in a batch of 10, or that they let my pizza sit out for 20-30 minutes before they deliver it. Either way, i tip a driver very well, and it doesn't seem to make a difference. I order from another pizza place that is further away, and there pizza is perfectly hot every time! I highly suggest, in all sincerity, that you consider three alternatives for delivery from these guys: 1. frozen pizza 2. carry out 3, dine in Thank god castle rock has gotten more competition in the pizza department...this pizza hut is a oozing sore on the face of the franchise....
