This Heidi's is good. I go for the Reuben on marble rye bread. It's delicious. The staff here is good, very friendly and pretty quick with the food.

Heidi's makes a good sandwich, no doubt. I got the italian sub. The price was little high but average for a sandwich this size. It did have a decent amount of good-quality, thinly sliced meat on it. What compelled them to put bologna on there I do not know. That just doesn't go on an italian. The cheese and veggies were nothing special. The best part about this sub was the "hoagie" roll - big, light and fluffy with just a slight outer crust on it. In my opinion you need this kind of bread to soak up the mayo and oil. It balances out the potential dryness of the whole sandwich. It's not Snarf's, rivals Deli Zone, and is a dozen times better than Subway.

For a sandwich shop, I think Heidi's is superior to Subway/Quizno's/Jimmy John's etc., but maybe I just like the styles of sandwiches they have. I really liked their egg salad sandwich. Overall, I think this Heidi's location is nice--the food is quick and tasty, it's clean, and the employees are friendly...what more do you expect from a sandwich joint?

Love that they had so many vegetarian and vegan options! I got the vegetarian sausage and peppers sandwich which was very good. It just was difficult to eat and got soggy after a bit. Tried to order over the phone which took 15 mins. They said delivery would take an hour and I was a few blocks away. So suggest ordering way before you want it and using grub hub. Do not call them!

Terrible food. The bagels aren't fresh and there are very little choices. The bagel sandwiches are flavorless, soggy and prepared in a microwave. I would however like to acknowledge their success in consistency. Both times dining here were equally horrendous to the point of being inedible.

Very dirty inside...crumbs all over the tables and floors, walls soiled, had a weird smell. Husband and I dropped in for a quick snack before church and it was empty. The 2 employees made our sandwiches and were nice but disappeared as we ate. The food was ok, can't really go wrong with a basic sandwich but not the best representation of other Heidi's I've been to.

So, yesterday I ran a half marathon. Let's just get that out of the way before I begin my review. So I'm walking into work today, sore as a camel on a coconut, and as I get to my desk I remember, "hey! I get a free lunch here today!" Boy did that brighten up my morning. I'm sitting at my desk all morning just thinking about the veritable endless array of possibilities for my lunchtime options. Jimmy Johns? Perhaps. But then, lo and behold, a fellow coworker suggests Heidi's. "What's Heidi's?" So I go and look this place up and somehow this turns into a conversation about franchises in general and how I don't really know how one goes about choosing which particular franchise to open. You know, I do that a lot....just go off on tangents. So this whole thing about where to get lunch winds up turning into a much more complex conversation than it needs to be. Having grown up in Brooklyn, I obviously question Heidi's shamelessly using "Brooklyn" to back the quality. Well, so finally someone made the executive decision that Heidi's is what we were getting for lunch. I decide on the cajun turkey and avocado...on a wrap...'cause I'm a girl and stuff. CAN I JUST SAY, five stars does not adequately convey how delectably delicious my cajun turkey and avocado wrap was. Perfectly slathered in cajun-spiced mayo, juicy turkey sliced thinly on top, and perfectly ripe tomato slices...#YUM. I can see why this man (I'm just assuming the owner is a man), chose Heidi's as his franchise of juice. Well played, sir, well played.

Bleck! Why did I not hop on Yelp before heading out to lunch today?!? I could have read reviews and saved myself from what was not a pleasant eating experience. First, the bread (I recall asking for wheat) was white, thick, dense, and heavy - my lease favorite part of any sandwich was intrusive in this one! Next, I ordered the 'Awesome Cheesesteak' or some such shit, and it was far from any cheesesteak I have had before. Almost non-existent onions, lukewarm meat, and - was that American cheese in there?!?!?! The service was good, and they did give me a free cookie, but that sandwich was ass. I managed to eat half of it, and the other half I'll have to save until I'm drunk enough to stomach it...

I wouldn't recommend the philly cheese steak. Pretty terrible. The people working there don't seem to have the Brooklyn deli concept nor sand which making skills. I would give one star but the girls were friendly. Place wasn't busy but they surely haven't cleaned off a table. Oh well too bad. Not many good grab and go places this side of town open on Sunday.

I tried their version of a French Dip (which I love from MANY other places, including Silver Mine and Jason's Deli) last week and I was deeply disappointed. There was barely any meat on the sandwich, and what meat it had on it was leathery and flavorless. The au jus dip (KEY in a French Dip) was watery and even less flavorful than the meat. Finally, they claim that it is on French bread. Being a native New Orleanian, raised on TRUE French bread (and roast beef with flavor and even more flavorful jus), I can say with confidence that this is nothing like real French bread. The bread was terrible - dense, far too moist, and covered in sesame seeds. I wish they would look up Leidenheimer's French Bread, New Orleans-style roast beef po-boys, and classic French dips for reference on how to do it right! I was frustrated, but I will usually give establishments second chances to win my business. So I went back in this weekend and ordered three smoothies, all of which were supposed to be made with orange juice and was told that they only had apple juice. The two women behind the counter had terrible customer service skills, allowing me to place the order for two of the three smoothies, then telling me I had to wait because they couldn't take three smoothie orders at once. So, I waited more than five minutes for someone to come back to me to get the third smoothie order. One of the smoothies was supposed to be made with peaches, and the women behind the counter did not bother to tell us that they were out of those, too. When one of them started to blend it without peaches, we said something and were finally told they had none. She also did not put any ice into any of the smoothies, leaving us with three $6 sour, liquidy, unpalatable smoothies. When we asked about the lack of fruit and juice, we got no answer, and when we asked about the ice we were told "the fruit is frozen." Bad sandwich, bad smoothies, and WORST OF ALL, bad customer service? Three strikes. You're out.

I just visited this place for the first time and really liked my BCR sandwich (I think that is what they called it). The place closed right after we ordered so I guess they aren't open after 7 pm but there were no hours posted on the door. The place is very clean and quiet - I liked it. I'm glad they serve ice cream at this one as I am always looking for great ice cream in the northern suburbs and it is hard to find. Thought they made the sandwich to the way I wanted it although the coleslaw portion is very tiny. Ate outside the place and enjoyed the great evening weather.

worst breakfast burrito i've had. i live in NM; maybe they do it differently in denver, but this one had fresh onions in it, which completely overpowered the green chile (which didn't have a strong flavor to begin with; if i hadn't seen it with my eyes, i wouldn't have been able to identify it). all of the ingredients (egg, potato, sausage, chile) were microwaved (i watched them do it), and tasted microwaved. i couldn't finish it; i was so disappointed (and hungry still). the staff all look under 21 and not excited about their product. they also sell whole loaves of bread (and discounted day-old bread), but i wasn't impressed by the whole wheat bread i bought; not much especially special or flavorful about it. no gluten-free breads. small soup + salad selection. i'd suggest eating here if you are desperate to put something in your belly immediately, but i suspect you might be just as well off picking up something from the deli at king sooper's or noodles + co (both in the same plaza).
