I decided to write a review, normally, I would not on a chain bagel shop...but I went here after not going in years..and I used to get angry, that they would be out of bagels too early and the line did not move....this morning, they had all my selections and good service. My bagel was green chili toasted with plain cream cheese....very good.

If you are a guy don't dare come here with your female significant other. They were so screwed up that they took my wife's order 3 times because no one knew what was going on. Then I told them that I would like to order also 2 times. They eventually took my order after I screamed that I am a paying customer who just wants to buy a bagel to eat. This whole process took 25 minutes it should have taken no more than 5. I will never be back.

Parking is tough, but it's a great place to grab breakfast for the office with a 1/2 gallon of coffee to go. Service is average but getting better. They have some good lunch options, but I would still prefer Jersey Mike's if I'm going to have a sandwich for lunch.

This review is for the bagel thin items on the menu. Today I ordered the Southwest turkey sausage and it was just a sloppy mess and even had a sheet of paper in it. Earlier this week I ordered the asparagus mushroom & Swiss and it was still cold inside. All this for the low price of $4.75? I'm out. I'll just walk next door and get the Starbucks spinach and feta egg white wrap for about a dollar less and better quality.

Ok so here the review goes. First I must say that I really tried to like this place. I visited three times to buy a pumpkin walnut crunch bagel and they are always out. I asked the manager why and he said that they are not very popular so they do not make many. This is a product that they are advertising the junk out of on the radio and it frustrates me that they never have any. So for that I will not be making a fourth visit to them or visiting them again for a long while. If you want to be disappointed I highly recommend this bagel place.

Love this place. Best bagel I ever had. Place is super busy in the morning but the line moves real quick. Bacon egg and cheese bagel....nothing better than that.

The good, the bad, and the ugly. For starters I absolutely love their coffee. They have a winterbrew that is amazing! The bad part is they aren't consistent with their food or bev. I've come in for tea and it's so sweet I wanted to ask, "Do you serve tea with your sugar?". Then we get to the ugly.... Many times when I come in the coffee is completely out along with the creamer. The winter brew was only available for two weeks and they ran out and couldn't reorder. With all of this said I do love the way many of the employees remember my name and I LOVE their patio when the weather is warm it's is truely delightful.

While the service is very friendly and helpful (the guys working the day I went in were great!), Einstein's bagels are... not good bagels. Not good by ANY stretch of the imagination. They're really quite terrible, actually, and I solely attribute that to the fact that it's a chain and you don't usually find authentic, delicious quality foods at chains. It's highly likely that I won't be back. I have fond memories of this place from college, but I think my pallet is more refined and pickier now.

Good bagels, but only went here today because Bruegger's was shorthanded/understocked. EB didn't help themselves by putting my everything bagels in the same bag as the rest of my dozen...

I love the bagels here. Great place for breakfast and to relax. Interesting people last time I was there a cross dresser shared his / her new dress, was not that hot. Anyway great food but please work on your parking that can be a bear .

Been here a couple of times. Einstein's is very consistent throughout their chain with the high quality of their bagels. Coffee at this location, for some reason, is mediocre. On my last visit, the normally congenial employees were fussing about filling a large pickup order, which I think they should refrain from in from of customers.

Edible but probably stick to the bagels which is their specialty. We had a very mediocre lunch. I would only return for bagels.

i have three things to say about this bagel outlet: service, service, and service. we will drive out of our way to go here vs. other bagel shops that may be more convenient or on the way to our destinations. this einstein's location IS a destination all on its own. and that it's next to a sbux location is a bonus. but have i mentioned their service is amazing? i've been there quite a bit and they usually remember me as a regular, which is remarkable given the HUGE NUMBER of people that go there everyday. "oh yeah, you want a sesame bagel with extra honey almond shmear, right?" yes, thank you. compared to the location at sheridan and 92nd, this is like BAGEL HEAVEN!!!! p.s. their service is great. did i mention that?

"What would you like for your side? Chips, Coleslaw, Potato Salad, or a Banana?" "Banana" Get home and no banana. Thanks Einsteins!

There is one bagel I could eat everyday...and that is the apple cinnamon bagel. No other bagel I have ever had compares to the deliciousness of that one. Yes it is a little more expensive than the regular bagels but to me, it is worth it. The only thing that drives me nuts about Einstein is everyone and their mother go first thing in the morning so sometimes you have to wait.

If you're on the search fora carbo-load, then a bagel should be in your future. But the question is... Should Einstein also be in your future? Einstein is a pretty solid choice. Nothing fancy or particularly spectacular. When I come to Einstein, it's for the ease and convenience of having this commercialized bagel eatery with ample options to satisfy everyone's preference in your dining party. Tons of bagel flavors and means of decking out your bagel to please anyone's cravings and particularities. If you're not into the traditional bagel route of a breakfast experience, then you can customize your meal into more lunch type fare sans eggs or cream cheese. You do you. Personally, I'm a huge fan of the nova lox. Not THE best I've ever tried, far from the more sophisticated appeal that generally accompanies the concept, but the familiar flavor profiles are there. It comes with cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers, and rings of red onions. I fancy a spinach bagel with my lox rather than just the typical plain bagel that comes with. The bagels are huge, like the size of my face! But downsides are that they spread the cream cheese on top so lavishly that it's not proportional to how much smoked salmon they grant you (which could be more...). So if I were you, I'd order the cream cheese on the side so you can have the control. And around breakfast/brunch time... The place is packed ahhh!

I love Einsteins, but this location is absolutely awful. The cashier who took our order got it wrong 3 times even after repeating it back to us, and when we got to the next register to pay they still had us down for food we did not order. Staff seems inexperienced and makes the whole business feel unstable. In the 15 minutes my girlfriend and I have been sitting here, we have heard the cashier apologize to every single customer for some sort of mistake. Will not be returning to this location.

Yay Einsteins!! I went in here to get a baker's dozen the other day (mmm green chile bagels!) and ended up walking out with some amazingly delicious bagels and two thingies of cream cheese for much less than I was expecting to spend. I tend to like the "gourmet" bagels that places offer much more than the regular ones. I got some six cheese and some green chile, and the girl behind the counter told me they were a little more expensive. No biggie, I know the drill. THEN she told me that she just wouldn't tell the cashier I got those. Sweet! And the cashier didn't charge me for my cream cheese even after I told her about it. Soooo, 13 bagels. 6 were "gourmet." 2 tubs of cream cheese. About 9 bucks. Sweet deal!
