Friendly and efficient staff and a clean restaurant inside. Other than the fact that they are closed Sundays (chain-wide) this is an excellent fast food place. They even have Coke Zero! Beware though that lunch time and Saturdays this place is packed. Like so packed there is NO parking in the lot. Otherwise, I am a fan!

I love Chick-fil-a. I have loved it since first bite. Their chicken sandwiches are to die for. The waffle fries are always perfectly seasoned & cooked to perfection. Their coleslaw is delicious. Instead of shredded cabbage, it is diced. The honey roasted BBQ sauce is delicious. I ordered catering from them today. I ordered online & then received a call from the Catering/Marketing Director Stacy Swanson. She was terrific. She answered all my questions, took the payment, and had the delivery for 9 people here in a timely manner. Hot items stayed hot, cold items stayed cold & afternoon coffee was perfect. They left a pamphlet with nutritional information on the table as well as provided me a copy of the bill. I will definitely order from them again. If you want waffle fries included, they wont deliver those. Just order your catering order to go & when they call to confirm the order, request the additional fries ordered for pick up. I got the boxed lunches with the chicken sandwich, pickles on the side, with chips (lays), a cookie, and a fruit cup, along with a box of coffee that came with flavored creamer, assorted sugar & cups with lids & sleeves. They have amazing service & I highly recommend them for your corporate events.

Definitely not your usual greasy, unhealthy fast food. This place is as wholesome as fast food gets. I like their purist "chicken-only" policy - and their waffle fries are awesome! Makes the perfect on the go meal for a budget-minded college student without (as much) guilt you would normally feel from a fast food joint. Heads up: They are closed on Sundays, and open only until 10pm on all other days.

This place is decent, and the lot sure is full during lunchtime, probably because it's near Interlocken. The REASON why it's closed on Sundays (as many reviewers have noted) is because you basically have to be Christian to work there. The whole chain is owned by born-again Christians, and they actually hold religious-type meetings AT the store. This is all over the news sites on the Internet. So yeah, that's why they're closed on Sundays and why (as one reviewer noted) they're always so "Stepford Wives" cheerful. Just sayin'.

My husband and I take too many trips out to this Chick-Fil-A (especially with the fact that we live in Boulder as a consideration). I've been to many CFAs in my life, and am always appreciative of the great customer service at each one. This location is no different! The workers are always very polite and gracious, and I really appreciate that! The food is very tasty, too, especially when you consider it's fast food! I just wish they'd get rid of the msg (though that's maybe what makes it so delicious). The waffle fries, though, are low sodium, which I appreciate (check the detailed nutrition facts on their site) and the sweet tea is fantastically delicious. Their icedream is yummy too (soft-serve type stuff). We probably won't make quite as many trips out there (since I'm trying to be healthier with my eating) but every once in awhile it'll be a nice treat!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a fast food restauraunt/sit down restauraunt period. Came in with family during busy lunch rush, we did not feel rushed at all by the staff who were very curtious. Our food was ready before we even found a table for my wife, my 1 year old, and myself. They followed us over to our table with our food and asked if we needed anything. We asked where the high chairs were and she want and got one for us including a bib and placemat instead of saying ohh its over there like you would expect elsewhere. They even came to our table and gave us extra suaces and refills on soda. The sheer amount of customer service that was permiating the air made this my favorite place to eat, not to mention the delicious food.

When you compare chikfila to other fast food options and this particular chikfila to other locations, then the 4 star rating is warranted. But be mindful, when rating chikfila compared to food in general then haha it's aight~ People are nuts for a concept so simple in design: chicken plus bread. What in the world. If only everything could be so easy?! Yet, I guess that fancier does not necessarily translate to better and the public's response to chikfila proves that. What I appreciate about this specific chikfila is that it's very clean and the service is extremely friendly. What I dislike is that it's ALWAYS packed. Goodness gracious. And over the years, they've somehow managed to raise some extraordinary miniature chicken breed at the chikfila farms or something because the chicken in their sandwiches have gotten gradually smaller in size as time has passed. But it still stands as the best breading on a chicken that I've sampled for that price and those waffle fries are addictive.

Absolutely superb restaurant. I've been to many a chick-fil-a across the nation (if I'm gonna eat fast food, I'm going with the best) and this one truly sets the bar high in terms of customer service, efficiency, and the quality and freshness of food. I only have excellent experiences when ordering from this Chick-Fil-A - they never disappoint on anything! Not only have I dined here as a guest on my own time, but my company regularly orders their catering platters. They are always on time and fresh, and they deliver! They have my business for good, and I appreciate their above and beyond service!

I LOVE Chick fil A. We found ourselves in a part of the city we are not super familiar with so off to the trusty Yelp app we go. Chick fil A is usually what we search first and lo and behold we found this one. The drive thru was very quick. Both the person taking our order and the person handing it over were friendly and just wonderful. Our food and fries were warm and both the cookie and diet Coke were superb!

This Chick-fil-A is the absolute worst I've been too. They've messed up my order, without fail, every single time. Sometimes it's the wrong sandwich, sometimes it's missing fries, sometimes it's an extra sandwich. Who runs this place? Better yet, who owns this franchise? All the employees are really nice, good thing, because they're always screwing up. The management seems nonexistent at this location because of how unorganized things are. Maybe they just get to choose employees from the bottom of the barrel... At least they don't actually have to cook anything, or else I'm sure it'd be screwed up too. I would give one star, but when they do get my order right, I do enjoy it.

I really like this location! We come here about once a month (while visiting the man at work) and I cannot tell you how happy I am with the staff. Everyone is friendly and nice. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the accuracy of taking orders and filling them. It seems like every time something is wrong or missing. I guess it's a good thing the customer service rocks or I'd bash this place!

Listen, if you read just ONE review of the Flatirons Chick-Fil-A. This is the one. My credentials include a 10 year stint in ATL where I was about a mile from first "Original Dwarf House", and a few miles away from several other Chik-Fil-As. As a regular at the chain since 1990 in it's home town, I can tell you, I know me some Chick-Fil-A. With that said, on to the review. Dean Laws, the operatior, is a Chi-Fil-Mad-Man. He's a great guy and very talkative about his store. Incredibly friendly. Incredibly dedicated to his business. The employees are the BEST fast food employees in the whole world. I have never met people as friendly, cheerful, polite, and generally happy to be there. Special acknowledgement goes out to his management crew and to Jazmine. Who are the best of the best. The food is the best I've ever had at a fast food chain including other Chik-Fil-A locations. The breakfast is especially well done. The sweet tea is spot on. Trust me, I'm Southern. The restaurant dining room, bathrooms, and kitchen are all spotless. You can find out too, since they do kitchen tours now. The play area looks stunning and very clean, though I don't have kids so I can't speak much on this aspect. Over all, this place gets 5 stars, two thumbs up, and an A++ Lastly, and as a very liberal person, for those of you who put an embargo on Chick-Fil-A for it's owners stance on gay marriage, I ask you, why don't you take half an hour and research what other businesses support ideas/beliefs you don't like. Then once you discover that a majority of corporate entities support things you don't agree with, let us all know about all the other things we shouldn't buy/support. Try these searches. "Companies that use animal testing" Companies that support anti-abortion" and "Companies that oppose gay marriage" You'll be surprised the volume of things you'll have to embargo after that.

This is by far the best Chick-Fil-A. They have th friendliest staff and management. My husband and I work nearby and come here for lunch about once a week. They do get extremely busy during the week for lunch hour; however, we never wait long for our food and it is usually hot and fresh. The establishment is always clean, they come by and ask if you would like a refill and when you are done they come by and take your tray for you. I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A! It is really the only fast food I will eat.

Okay, so I told myself that I was going to hold back on giving out so many 5 star reviews, but I kind of failed. So, what makes Chick-Fil-A so amazing is... Well... EVERYTHING!!!! Service was very quick. I came here with a group of friends (7 total people) and they had our food and drinks ready within a minute. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They checked on us to make sure that we had everything and to see if there was anything else they could do for us. They also served us GREAT food. I ended up ordering the chicken wrap and the chicken was fresh and very taste. Thank you Chick-Fil-A, I will definitely be back

Since there is no Chick-fil-A in Boulder I have to drive 10 miles to get my Chick-fil-A fix. 'nuff said. Get the spicy chicken deluxe. As a general rule I don't eat fast food but rules are meant to be broken and Chick-fil-A is worth it. The employees are so friendly and outgoing. Huge shout out to management for their hiring skills.
(5)
Rachel C.
The customer service is so good here it's scary! But seriously....the employees are decked with perma-smiles and pressed cardigans that make you question why you didn't dress up more before coming in for lunch. Needless to say the food is delicious and pricing is fair. For a fast food chain, this location is comfortable for dine in or drive thru. A+ for cleanliness and prompt service, even during the lunch rush. Order the waffle fries as a side with any entree and you will not be dissappointed. I am impressed that Chick-fil-A is able to compete with all of the surrounding restaurants and really gives them a run for their money (except for Sundays).

Great place to eat. Always always friendly and helpful! I have never seen a grumpy face. Have been coming her for a little over a year. It's close to my work and super convenient! The staff is always ready to go out of their way to help you. If they're not standing outside waiting to take your order during the lunch rush, they are inside waiting for the next guest in line. Always answers your "thank you" with "my pleasure" absolutely love the friendliness here!!

2012 review #136: I know that living near Boulder means I should hate fast food. Especially fast food made by right-wing Mormons. But you know? I really like chicken. And potatoes in the shapes of breakfast foods. Chick fil a has always been a treat for me. There are just few enough locations that I don't eat it too often and thus always enjoy it when I go. This location is fast, extremely friendly, the interior is clean, and the staff is accommodating. I often get a kid's meal, and return the toy for a soft serve cone, (bet you didn't know that trick.) The few times I've come through the drive through with my dog, they are sweet to him and give him treats. A couple times they have misheard parts of my order but always correct it and mostly have me keep the wrong item in addition. Overall, when I need some morally ambiguous chicken, (depending who you ask), this is where I go.
(4)
E R.
The friendliest and most efficient Chick-fil-A I've been too. And I'm not too proud to admit that I go here at least once a week.
(4)

How can you go wrong with Chick-fil-A. I seem go here way more than I should. However I have been here at least 30 times and never had my order messed up, cold food, or any issues. Food is always good!

Claudia H.
If I could eat here every day, I would. The nuggets and waffle fries dipped in their signature sauce... I can't say no. It's like God himself blessed this chicken with its beautiful taste. Maybe that's why they are closed on Sundays? I should make a documentary where it's all I eat for 30 days. Has anyone done that yet? Love the food and the play area for the kids. A place where I can eat in peace while my little ones expend some energy? I'll take it. They also have catering, which is great too. I've only ordered their small nugget tray, but it's a hit every time. I love the service at this particular location too. The store manager, Dean is awesome and really cares about his costumers. Ive never had a bad experience.
(5)
Claudia L.
I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A, ever. The workers are always so friendly/nice. I'm a vegetarian so the only things I eat from here are the fries and the sandwiches without the patty, but man, those are some good fries. I wish they'd put a faux chicken patty on the menu!
(5)
Ariel J.
Best customer service I have had in a long time! The chicken nuggets are super good! Yummy Barbeque sauce and their ad campaigns about the cows are really funny! Love this place (except the anti gay thing- that's it)
(4)
Leslie C.
I'll be honest; I stopped here because my employer was their Business of the Week, so I could get a free original chicken sandwich. I was a little disappointed that they wouldn't sub a grilled patty for the breaded one, but I got over it. I liked the side salad I ordered with it - crispy, fresh, and loaded with carrots and broccoli. The drive thru was pretty backed up, but the store itself wasn't especially crowded. The staff was very friendly, too! It's not a bad stop for a quick lunch!

5 stars you ask ? Well why NOT? Its the best in its class. Their spicy chicken nuggets are S P I C Y ! Fries are fresh and not dripping with oil. Service is absolutely delightful. Its lightning fast service, very very happy service and totally sinful food makes me a FAN!

*Dude*. (suspicious look) Are *all* Chick-Fil-A's staffed with friendly, not just smiling but *beaming* folks? (tilts head, narrows eyes) Frickin amazing. After cruising by and suddenly locking onto Chick-Fil-A as a Del Taco alternative, I hit them up today. I had a drink with me. I'd like to cut the drink out of my value meal order. Can I do that and will it be any less? "Yes it will! :)" *blink* Really? Freakin cool. Not sure you'd get that at McDs or any # of places... Drive up and am met wuth a sunny beaming face who shares a laugh with me. Wow. Meal is a #4 and obviously a popular one, because it is served up lightning fast by another smiling polite gentleman. Dude. WTF? I feel like I've entered Politenessville. Haven't eaten the sandwich yet but I couldn't stop myself from tearing into the waffle fries. Mmmmmm, waffle fries (drools like Homer S.) They're substantial, they're not greasy, they're not underdone-potatoey, and just a kiss of sodium detected on them. Pity that, I like a tad more salt, but I'm sure I could have asked for it. Mmmmmm..waffle friiiies... I've got 2 data points so far...but I'm beginning to suspect this is chain-wide, the people they recruit. For fast food, it's 5 star action.

Been to this place many times for lunch and it's always busy - but the staff is always so polite and sincere! I recently completed a taste test of the basic sandwich with similar offerings from McDonald's, Sonic, and Wendy's - frankly Wendy's was the best. Sonic was the worst and least-tasty. McDonald's was number 3 with Chik being number 2. Gosh darn it though, I will feast at Chik even with them being in 2nd place because the folks are just so nice that work there. Must be something about the company's Southern heritage!

Overall, I'm not a huge fan, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, the super friendly and polite staff can't get an order right. During our last two visits - we ordered food to go inside the store - but both times they screwed up. There is no excuse for hurrying - we waited 5-6 minutes each time. The first time, the entire family got their order, except my 7yo. They forgot his sandwich. This past weekend, we tried again, and wanting to be fair, they neglected to include my 3yo's drink in his kids meal. I know people make mistakes, but when it affects the kids, it's a deal killer. My kids may love the food, but I don't love the crying that comes along with it.

Chick-Fil-A = The best fast food you can get anywhere! I love this place! I wish there were more of them around the city, as this is a bit of a drive for me. The chicken strips are to die for! The staff of this restaurant is amazing I wish we could tip them because I have gotten more consistent friendly service here than a few sit down places which shall remain nameless. I am pretty sure that no other fast food joint exists where the staff is always extremely courteous and helpful, takes your trays and refills your drink and sometimes even walks around with those heavenly little pillow mints. I might be a little biased because I am addicted to their chicken nuggets, waffle fries and fresh squeezed lemonade with pulp. But who can compete with the fact that they offer a bunch of different dipping sauces including ranch, real honey and something that I would like to smother anything with called "honey roasted barbecue sauce". Not to mention the fact that all the chicken is whole chicken with none of that fluffy overly processed chicken gunk and all of it is golden fried in peanut oil. If only they could get the MSG out of their batter I think that would be my "it" food for fast food. Sooooo yummy!

Man, I love Chick-fil-A! This was a good location, everyone was friendly and the drive-thru service was great! They let me order lunch food during breakfast, which was really nice of them. It was a nice visit!

For fast food it's not bad. However the place was chaotic. Waffle fries were a little salty. Lemonade was excellent. Staff was friendly.

The friendliest and most efficient Chick-fil-A I've been too. And I'm not too proud to admit that I go here at least once a week.

How can you go wrong with Chick-fil-A. I seem go here way more than I should. However I have been here at least 30 times and never had my order messed up, cold food, or any issues. Food is always good!

Best customer service I have had in a long time! The chicken nuggets are super good! Yummy Barbeque sauce and their ad campaigns about the cows are really funny! Love this place (except the anti gay thing- that's it)

I. Love. Chick-Fil-A. Friendly and courteous workers. Delicious food (#1 Deluxe on wheat bun). Clean bathrooms. And... well, that's it, actually, but really, what more could you want? Exactly.

I LOVE the breakfast

It doesn't matter which one you go to, it's always great, especially in the summer with the peach shakes.

Service was rude and slow, and the chicken was greasy and flavorless. Yuck! Not worth it.

Pretty good for fast food. Friendly service.

Why is everyone who works here, in such a stepford-like great mood??! Because it's Chick-Fil-A and it is THEIR pleasure. It is MY pleasure to get the chicken nuggets. YUMMMMMM!
(4)Lonnie C.
always friendly, always delicious

Chick-Fil-A = The best fast food you can get anywhere! I love this place! I wish there were more of them around the city, as this is a bit of a drive for me. The chicken strips are to die for! The waffle fries are out of this world! The service is outstanding! Always very friendly, and fast. Note: Chick-Fil-A is closed on Sundays.
