Me and my fiancee went here for a meal on Friday night, needless to say it was packed. The wait wasn't as long as expected from the number of people though and within 20 minutes we were seated. The service was great except for a forgotten request for water, and the food was better than expected from reading the other recent reviews. I've eaten at many chili's locations and overall I was very pleased with this one. The food was out in a timely manner, the steaks were cooked perfectly, and everything was delicious. I will definitely be going back.

Good service with better than expected food. The bogo margs were excellent. Great service. LOVE the automated check out in the bar.

Not too many choices in Brighton. Had a party of 11 at 4:00 pm on a Saturday. We are used to an hour wait, but got right in- I'm assuming because not too many people under 65 eat during the early bird special dinner time. We had one waitress & she did pretty good given the chaos that comes with our group of 5 adults & 6 kids. She got our order right and didn't have to wait long for a refill. The food though....is just ok. I don think I'm surprising anyone with the comment since it's a chain most people are familiar with.

Chili's is like my favorite Cousin: He was great to hangout with. We had good times and enjoyed each others company. We have history. Then we didn't talk for awhile. Then awhile was a long time and now he's just gone. Is he gone for good? I really don't know but I hope he comes back someday. Since they opened this location my wife and I have spent many hours at the bar and have enjoyed several family reunions there with relatives that have flown in to DIA. However, the last 3 times we've been there the food has gone from bad to worse and now it's just flavorless. This includes our favorite Triple Dipper appetizer with Southwest Eggrolls, Chicken Crispers and Wings. It doesn't taste anything like it used to and even the dipping sauces are watery and weak. What happened? Is everything frozen now and reused? To put the final nail in the coffin they got rid of the Mushroom/Swiss burger. So when I requested they take some Swiss Cheese (like they use on the California Turkey Club) and Sauteed Mushrooms (that they put on the steaks to "up" them) and put them on my hamburger. The reply was, "We can't do that." I don't understand why it would be so inconvenient for them to make a customer happy? They weren't busy and I was more than happy to pay the price for what I wanted. So why not make the food? Anyway, I'm off my soapbox now because I'm not planning to return. See you cousin. You'll be missed.

Six years ago this was a decent place to eat; not anymore. The past few years with an exploding population they have just gotten too busy and are too small. Regardless of day or time you're likely to wait at least 20 mins. for seating. Staff are usually friendly enough but are overworked meaning they don't/can't take very good care of you. It could all be forgiven if the food was decent. It is not. Cold and rubbery and just bad. The kitchen has gone down hill over the past few years. I ate some decent meals there back in '09 and '10. Now I will not be returning. Unfortunately if you live out this way choices for decent dining are limited for now. Hopefully that will improve as more and more move here but until then you're better off trying Thornton, Westminster, Denver etc.

Probably one of the better restaurants in Brighton. The only problem we have is that two out of five times they burn the Texas cheese fries. They aren't that great crispy. Everything else we order there comes out great!! Update: Hate to say..... But their take out service is horrible. Worst customer service ever. Changing to one star. In January we order quite a large meal for take out. Everything was cold. Called to tell them and no one returned our call after being told the manager would call us. In February we decided to give them a second chance (everyone has off nights) they forgot half of our order. Manager still never called back. I hate to change the review but two times in a row. I guess we won't be dining her for takeout again.

Bad service, horrible food. Ordered the fajitas and they were disgusting. Ordered a grilled cheese for kids and it's possibly the worst grilled cheese ever. Waitress brought the check without asking if we needed anything else. I ordered a dessert and a coffee thru those tablets at the table, dessert took SOOO LOOONG! that we were about to leave when it showed up. She never brought us the coffee and we had to pay for it because it couldn't be deleted from the check. After all, I could have given a better raiting if the food wasn't so disgusting.

Service was decent. Waitress didn't very enthused about working. Wasn't necessarily friendly or rude just inbetween. The food was pretty good. Cajun chicken pasta tasted fresh had a perfect spice kick to it as well. my wife had the short ribs with loaded potatoes and absolutely loved it. I give 4 stars because I wanted to see a friendly smile. I wanted you to provide that kind of service. Especially if I'm paying good money for it. Overall the experience was good. Great environment, I could actually hear myself talk (usually when it's busy you know you can have a hard time doing so). Keep it up.

Going to Chili's isn't very exciting, but we were coming back from the Wildlife Refuge and there weren't a lot of options. So we settled for Chili's. I'm not a huge fan of Chili's food, but I was craving some chicken tenders and so that's what I ordered. My BBQ chicken tenders came out drenched in incredibly sticky sauce. I ate a few and then called it quits. When our waitress came to pick up our plates, she noticed that I didn't finish my meal. I don't usually complain and had no intention of it (I mean, I intentionally came to Chili's knowing that it's not my favorite), but she asked me more than once about why I hadn't finished my meal and eventually got it out of me. She then came back with a $5 gift certificate for our next visit. This was nice, and is the reason for 3 stars instead of 2, but I'm not a huge fan of Chili's and so I likely won't be back to use the gift certificate. Not only that, but I feel like going the extra mile would have included simply taking $5 off of our current bill. So I'm giving 3 stars. Mostly because I received higher quality service than I was expecting (I wasn't expecting much). TL;DR: If you enjoy Chili's food, you'll likely enjoy this location because their service is higher quality than other Chili's.

I normally dislike chain restaurants and only eat at them if it is necessary (aka dinner with the parents or other relatives). As we were traveling, dad and I needed to replenish our blood sugar levels with we were going to coexist peacefully and swung in here for supper. We did the 2 meals for $20 deal. Fantastic idea!!! The corn guacamole app had delicious flavors and a little bit of heat to a sometimes bland condiment. The mango-salsa tilapia was probably one of the best meals I ate all week! It was seriously a diamond in the rough. I will go back to Chili's in a heart beat just to eat that meal again! Anyone who wants to take their taste buds for a ride should try that. Dad had the half ribs and loved it. The fries were good too. In other words, my theory about chain restaurants being the armpit of the foodie world may have just been proven wrong.

I've been here twice since my first review almost a year ago, and service has greatly improved. The wait staff is warm, friendly, and fast. The food is excellent (still can't get enough of the Loaded Baked Potato soup and nachos). The interior is nice, though I notice some of the booths are misaligned. One one side of the table there's an abundance of space, on the other side you're totally squished. The booth tables are attached to the wall, so not sure how they can fix that. Overall, it's definitely improved since my previous visits and I hope it continues to do so!

OK, I'm gonna split with tradition here, and give the Brighton Chili's FOUR FREAKIN' STARS! Before you ask, "Where is Raoul, and what have you done with his body?", let me explain: My last few reviews had more than the usual quotient of bile for all things Brighton. We ate here a couple of times recently, and it was good. Good even for Brighton. And just about every time in recent memory, IT'S BEEN GOOD. Shocking, I know. Let's start with the bartender. His name is Kevin, and he's worked here since they opened the place, SEVEN years. We usually get him because we like to sit at the bar on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, and he's always here. AND HE'S ALWAYS GREAT. Low-key, friendly, cool and competent. Never has a problem getting me whatever it was I forgot to ask for, or didn't make sufficiently clear when ordering, just TAKES CARE OF IT. We always tip at least 20-25%. I'm not gonna get into all the why's and wherefore's about the food, let's just say, if you don't know what to order at a Chili's by now, you were probably just released from captivity by the Taliban. Get a burger or some ribs, maybe the Mexican, and it'll be just fine. I'm not necessarily a fan of the chain per se, but I have no problem eating at this particular Chili's.

I would normally rate my chilis experience with a 1 or 2 star. I am never happy with my food and always feel sick when I leave. This visit I was surprised to see some healthy things on the menu. The bar has a great happy hour almost every day. I dont know why they call it happy hour if its all the time but Im game.

When you live out east you don't have a lot of choices. In the Prairie Center you have even fewer. You can either have BW3 or here if you want to sit down. So saying that, they are always slammed it seems. The service is quick and adequate, but it seems to me like all the servers want to be doing something else. We have only sat in the dining room once so I am writing this based on our bar service. I like to sit at the bar, I feel like you have a chance to get really great service. Bartenders are usually very friendly sort. Here they are just disinterested. Most of the times we have eaten here it have be a-okay, nothing great. But the last time we came here for a quick bite on the way home, and the bartender was in a "mood". She slammed our food down so much so that some of it spilled. She turned and walked away so fast I had to wave down another server to get some napkins to clean it up. Luckily I the think the Manager noticed and came up and apologized to us and gave us a round on the house. So all in all, we keep coming here; it may be because we don't have another choice, lol.

Let me preface this by saying I do everything I can to avoid chain restaurants, with the exception of wings at BW3 and an occasional trip to Red Robin. There was a line out the door by 6pm. I just don't get it. The service was adequate, however I ordered veggies instead of fries with my burger and it came with fries. Rather than send it back and have to wait on it, I just shared my daughter's veggies with her. My burger was fine (Avocado burger) and cooked as I ordered it. My husband said his dinner (Chicken crispers) was decent, and my 3 year old had mac & cheese. It's just Kraft, so I don't expect much out of that. My husband and I each had a margarita, which were also just fine. If you don't go with high expectations, you'll leave satisfied. For me, the atmosphere was way too chaotic, however the service and food was fine.

Have been here a few times, and usually the hostess/host is friendly. Sadly, today, the day I decide to write my review (as I have 18 more to write before the end of the 2012), the hostess was everything BUT friendly. The look on her face conveyed: Why are you bothering me...How dare you come into this restaurant...Go Away. Well, it takes more than that to turn me away from a place (like not getting seated at a restaurant in Johnson's Corner a few years ago, but I digress). We were seated promptly, and our very nice waitress (Kayleigh) arrived promptly to take our drink orders. Kayleigh provided great and attentive service and on this fine December day, they were fairly busy at lunch time. I like their lunchtime specials and prices and the food was tasty. Establishment gets knocked down one star due to the surliness of the hostess and is knocked down the second star because unfortunately, while we asked for our soup to be served prior to the meal, it was brought to the table after our entree arrived.

This doesn't even deserve one star. My husband, kids and I were shopping in the area and stopped in for something to eat. We had ordered an appetizer and were given our plates - my eldest daughter was given a dirty one, along with dirty utensils. We asked the waitress to bring her a new plate and fork. The waitress came back, twirling my daughters plate in between her dirty hands. The food wasn't anything special, but wasn't awful either - but the service was. The waitress (who was rude from the beginning) never refilled our drinks, never checked on us, nothing. She disappeared after bringing us our food. I told my husband not to leave a tip because she didn't deserve one. He thought he'd leave her $2.00, just to be sarcastic. Well, later than evening, my husband just happened to be looking at our bank account and noticed something... We returned to the restaurant and the kids and I waited in the car while he went inside. It turns out, the unfriendly waitress took it upon herself to change the amount on the receipt. Another staff member allowed my husband to look at the receipt and then quickly took measures to reimburse him. The waitress had changed the $2.00 to a $12.00 tip. I hope they got rid of her, but if they hire people like that... What else could they be doing? It makes me sick to even think about it. Needless to say, we haven't been back since then and don't plan on retuning ever again. Stay away!!

I love this place...even if it is a chain restaurant. I've never left disappointed. The service is always friendly and not too doting like some other chain restaurants where 3 servers are serving you and the manager always wants to have a chit chat with you while you're trying to eat. Chilli's is not like that at all and it IS appreciated. The food is always good and served HOT (if it's meant to be served hot) and Cold items cold.

Interesting. Various levels of service. First visit was excellent and a solid 5 stars. This visit, not so much. Staff that gossips with each other and the regulars while ignoring their other tables is a turn off. So is putting tickets into the kitchen in the wrong order. A table came in after us of the same # in the party and they somehow received their food a full 10 minutes before us. They had sizzling fajitas and we had an italian dish and a burger. Fail. Sadly we suffered both of these on our latest visit. We'll probably be back as this is now the closest Chili's. Hopefully they'll be back to the service we expect. A solid 3 for now based on the 2 of the last visit and the 4 of the first.

I love Chili's! Until I met this one, more than once. Of all the Chili's I've been to this is by far the worst. The food is disgusting and does not hold up to any of it's sister sites. The staff has always been friendly and prices are decent so an extra star for that. Hopefully the food improves drastically and soon!

Awful awful awful. I used to love Chili's but this one is the worst I've been to. How can you send a steak back 3 times for undercooking and it still comes out near raw?

Mark R.
Yes, this is a chain restaurant, but it did quite nicely. Yes, it is a bar and a restaurant, so you can either go to the open seating side or the restaurant side. Please note that there might be a slight delay in the food arriving, but that is because the staff is a bit overworked. Guess they can't get enough people out there on a Sunday night. Still, the place does fill up. Now, don't come to Chili's thinking you're going to encounter the spicest food around. It is fairly tame. On the other hand, it does seem to have a good taste. Didn't seem that bland, but was, instead, quite nice. I may have had better food, but this was pretty good. The service was friendly and willing to spend some time talking if the tables weren't filling, but at game time, it sure filled up fast. Still, the broccoli was steamed nicely, and the ribeye was tasty. Just wasn't that quick a service. I'll probably go back because the food was reasonable and the location in Prairie Center was convienent for me.

Was ok, just average type of food, except for these mexican type fried egg rolls, which were quite good

Got takeout from here and we both felt sick after eating it, food quality was terrible and I'm quite sure we'll never visit this particular location again.
