Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

After years of going to Breckenridge I finally had dinner here the other night. We arrived after 8pm and was seated right away. There were not many other guests there, but 8pm is late in Breck standards to just be starting dinner. The waitress was friendly and fast with the water which we needed. We started with the Crab Rangoon appetizers which hit the spot. To order your entree you pick the cooking style and then your meat. There were about 20 style options and then the standard meats: chicken, pork, beef & tofu for those veggie eaters. I went with the Orange-Beef. It was a generous portion and had I not skied my a** off at Vail that day I could've split it with someone. But because I did ski my a** off I ate it all! Entrees ranged from $11-16 which is a good deal for Breck.

As usual, poor attitude by staff and wrong order. If they don't care about their service and making orders correct, then just close up.

Service is very lacking. I simply asked for noodles. no flavor no nothing. just plain jane noodles for my toddler to mix with her spaghetti. I get some flavored noodles for $16.00 and when I said, wait I just want noodles nothing extra. I was told "we no special order". special order? Im just wanted some boiled noodles. never will i go back

This is definitely one of the better Asian restaurants in Breckenridge. We came in a group of 4 on around 8PM on Saturday night and the restaurant was pretty much empty. The prices were reasonable, around $11+ for an entree, and they had a variety of different style dishes to choose from. A cup of soup was only $2. I ordered the egg drop soup (which was decent) and the Szechuan style beef. The portion was huge -- they definitely weren't skimpy on the meat or veggies, and they also give you a choice of white or fried rice. The service was good throughout the night, and our server was very accommodating.

Large portions. Service was lacking. Decent price. Food was great. Egg rolls and dumplings were highlights of meal.

I was visiting with a group of 8 last winter for skiing. We wanted a restaurant close to our condo rental, and we were all in the mood for sushi. All but one of us ordered sushi and it took over an hour for our food to come out. Three of us asked to speak to the manager and were directed to the person making sushi (who was also the owner). She was rude and tried to ignore us at first, even though we were standing right in front of her. We explained how it should not take over an hour for the sushi to come out, and how the one person that did not order sushi got her meal way before we did (which needed to be reheated). She argued with us stating that the kitchen was backed up due to more customers than expected. Mind you, this was Saturday night and the place was about half full. She did not offer any restitution until pressed, and then begrudgingly only offered 10 percent off our bill. I feel sorry for the waiter, as he bared the brunt of the situation when we left him zero tip, but he did not notify us that it would take that long to receive our food. If we had known, we would not have ordered sushi, or would have left. The only redeeming quality of the place is that the sushi was actually very good. However, the service was so bad and the manager/owner so unfriendly that I would never go back. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of choices for sushi in the area, but avoid this one at all costs.

The only redeeming quality of our experience here was that the food was good. We were a party of 8 friends visiting Breck for a long weekend. We stayed in condos across the street, and decided to try it out after a full day of skiing as it was closeby and easy. We were happy at first, as they were not busy and we were seated right away. Our drinks and appetizers were a bit slow but not horribly. However, it was 1.5 hrs before our food came. 7 out of 8 of us ordered sushi, and understood that it takes a while to make, but 1.5 hrs?? (In the meantime, the 1 person's non-sushi entree came out, an hour before the others.) We asked the waiter to have the manager come over so we could share our feedback. A while later, the manager had not come, so we asked the busboy. He told us that the manager was the owner, and the sushi chef!, then the waiter came back (this had been 1/2 hr or so) and told us she could not come over as she was still making sushi orders. He said we could go over to the counter to talk to her if we wanted. We did so, and she barely made eye contact as she told us that this was normal, she was busy and overworked, and there was basically nothing she was willing to do to compensate for our inconvenience. We tried further to get our point across, but to no avail. As we walked away, she half-heartedly threw out a 10% discount. We left full but frustrated and not respected as patrons. We thus left 0% tip. We would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!

We ate dinner here on both of our Colorado trips. By far the best chinese food we've eaten. Just wish they were closer to home. I don't know how their buffet is but the dinners were huge, we took most of the food home!

I got the lunch buffet which is 8 or 9 dollars and stuffed myself with shortribs and shrimp -- 5 stars, delicious! My friend got the lunch buffet and only ate the various saucy fried chicken dishes -- 1 star, gross! Another friend got the sushi which was mediocre -- 2 stars, don't trust places that don't prepare the sushi in front of you I was the only one happy with my meal. If you do it right, this place can be a gem.

Worst service, they tried to force feed us old sushi that had been sitting out so long the rice kernels had hardened and the fish had turned brown and became gooey. We asked for fresh sushi and they pretended like they were making it and kept saying "ten minute." After waiting for 30 minutes we decided to leave and complained about not having fresh sushi at checkout. The old owner/manager woman then decided to tell us she was teaching us a lesson for wasting her sushi. Only consider going here if you want to be poisoned and treated like a second class citizen.

My girlfriend and I were in Breck for a few days and decided to go out for Chinese food, unfortunately we ended up at this dump...this place was so below par that I honestly don't know how they manage to stay in business. I've had mall chinese food that was better. We ordered the Peking duck and Szechuan chicken, The duck was days old and tasted like it was going rancid and the chicken (I swear) was microwaved needless to say I was compelled to write and warn other diners to steer clear of this place...there are much better choices if you're in a mood for Chinese.

I usually am a very lenient reviewer and normally give restaurants a break. But my wife and I went to this place two nights ago, sat down at a table in the sushi bar and basically never saw a wait person. I had to beg the sushi chef (who spoke no English) to find us a waitress. He was not able to. The best he could do was to find us a busboy who brought us some tea a and water. We put our sushi order in with the sushi chef. Sushi was below average. The sushi rice was more like mochi. We really wanted to order off of the regular menu as well but it was impossible. I literally wallked up to the hostess stand and asked politely if we could have some soup. No one EVER came to our table to check on us for any reason. I could not find anyone to even give me a check at the end. My wife approached the hostess stand and basically had to beg for a check. I put exact change on the table (NO TIP AT ALL) and we left the joint. Horrible experience. I would give it ZERO stars if Yelp would allow it! One thing I will say in fairness. They were very busy. But let me ask, is that a reason for such horrible service and no one caring about us? I don't think so!
