Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Hard to find good pizza but this place is great if you like New York/New Jersey style pizza ! You can order by the slice . The Mac and cheese balls are great too !!

I liked this little place. They had interesting specialty pizzas and sold some by the slice. They had a good beer selection although we didn't partake that day. The server was friendly and efficient. I'd definitely go back when I'm in Breck again.

Walked around 30 min trying to find a restaurant to eat and all had a 45 min wait. Found this place because they had less than a 5 minute wait. Pizza didn't have any sauce no taste. It was cheap but not good. Wouldn't go back. Sorry

My friends ordered pizza and I had the chicken Parmesan sandwich. I wouldn't recommend the sandwich but the pizza was delicious. The main reason I give it four stars is for the server. She was friendly, helpful, and very prompt. The pizza choices are all fairly unique and out of the box but they give you the build your own option if you want the traditional styles.

This place is awesome! They have great pizza. And it's 2 slices (from an 18in pizza) for $5. The dude who runs this place, Louis is a cool dude and super friendly. All around, cool place, great atmosphere, and incredible staff

This is the only one-star i have ever awarded. Pizza was dried out cardboard. Service poor. There is no bathroom in the restaurant....you need to carry a key outside and use a communal gas station-style bathhroom. Seriously. Please don't go here. Our bartender at the doubletree hotel bar highly recommended it. Shame on me for obeying. I'm still looking for him. Ever heard the saying "even bad pizza is good"? This restaurant proved that there is bad pizza that tastes like plywood. Just go to dominoes, save money, and have passable pizza.

Finally...great pizza has come to Breckenridge! Good atmosphere, great food and excellent service. Can't wait to go back!

Delicious pizza! Growing up in NY, I've developed a love for thin, NY style pizza. Luigi's nailed it! The pizza slices are huge and delicious!! The restaurant is clean and bright with awesome graffiti-style art covering one wall. TVs are strategically places throughout the restaurant so you can watch your favorite game. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a great experience here and will definitely be back!

This ranks in the TOP 2 WORST Pizza's I have ever had. I am a well traveled individual and this pizza was terrible. Even my pregnant wife who loves pizza agrees. Yes, their pizza may look like "New York Style", but it is far from it. Let's state why.. We ordered a simple cheese, pepperoni, and onions pizza. The pizza was so greasy we used napkins to take it off so it would not drip on us. The crust was so soggy from the grease, it would fall apart. This is NOT New York Style crust at all.. We only ate 1/3 of the pizza because the grease and flavor was terrible (like oil and tomato paste). We both agree that Sbarro pizza would have been TEN times better. Then when we asked for the check, the blonde woman brought the wrong one and could not figure out who'e check we had. It was only 50 cent difference, but we did not want to cause an issue with that person when they wanted to TAB out. The service was terrible and pizza even worse. Not sure how this in the TOP 5 of Breck; must be a mistake. We will NEVER go here again or recommend this terrible place to anyone..

One of the best pies (pizza) I've had in a long time! Visiting Breckenridge and stopped in for their cheese steak pie. The crust is spot on with NY style, copious amounts of toppings, and tasted delicious! Sat outside in the rear patio next to Tenmile Creek which was flowing adding to the relaxing ambiance. I would recommend to friends and family.

Pizza by the slices were fine but nothing to write home about. Taste was fairly bland, but edible. Slices were $2-$3/piece. Typical dive bar asthenosphere. You seat yourself which is nice when you've got a bunch of hungry kids to feed. Service from "The Snake" was fast.

We visited Luigi's twice for pizza and beer. Their pizza is just okay. If you're getting slices (vs a whole pie), they seem to sit out for a long time with a short time in the oven to reheat. The one good thing about it is 2 for 1 plain slices every day from 4-6p. I'm not going back...I can do better than average pizza.

Hands down the worst pizza I have ever had. It was actually quite pathetic to see food being served in this fashion. The pizza was cooked very poorly and the toppings were just thrown on cold. The server appeared intoxicated and had pizza material all over his hands, which ended up all over my card. As a longtime local in Breckenridge I was exited to try this new place, but I would not recommend this establishment. It was very disappointing.

I've always had a good experience here, the service is friendly, the pizza is definitely the New York style I like and the atmosphere is also great. Definitely a good place to check out if your trying to grab a slice and a drink or bring your whole family in!

Offers thin crust pizza by the slice as well as whole pies and calzones. We had 2 different pizza slice styles each: Of the four different slice types we had, the meatball parm and mountain man (all meat) were the stars. The toppings and crust were cooked perfectly, both the veggies and meat. We're used to Chicago deep dish style pizza: This a thinner, crispier crust (a bit dry) and the crust could do with a hint of butter and/or garlic and also perhaps a bit more garlic and oregano in the sauce. I would go back again and I would also recommend it. Place is new, friendly staff with an upbeat feel, good decor, choice extreme backcountry boarding & skiing videos play on a few of the HDTV's. Ice tea was good. Enjoy!!

From the East Coast in search of a NY style pie.....found it at Luigi's, Breckenridge. Delicious crust and toppings. Plus they have a full bar....perfect setting. Think date night or apre' hike/ski! We're locals! !!!!!

REALLY good pizza. Thin Crust just the way I like it. Very friendly staff. The bartender named Ed makes a fantastic margarita. I will defiantly go back for a late night slice.

f you like NJ/NY style pizza this is the closest you'll get with out being there! Fantastic! IThey are a true pizzeria and even do slices :) For those that say it's not NY style and think Sbarro would have been better don't have a clue as to what a good pizza is
(5)Keith B.
It' truly is hard to find good pizza outside of NY - Luigi's hit the spot though. Good variety of pies, well made sauce and a very clean/cool restaurant. They also have a nice selection of beers and an extremely friendly wait staff/bartenders - if your heading to Breckenridge make sure you stop in for some food or on the night out for a good time.

Amaze!!! Ask for the Luigi Roll... Blows the calzone out of the water!! Yummm! And the pizza is fantastic too!!

I think i have officially found the worst pizza place ever. Seriously, no joke. This is by far the worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. I don't understand how this place is even open. The ckn on the pizza was way over cooked and the crust tasted like it has been sitting out for 2 hrs. My wife got sick after eating there. Make sure to skip this place when you visit.
