When we are in Boulder, Co for a month or two of the summer months we make sure we go to The Hungry Toad on a regular basis. The owner there is from England ( like my husband) and has set his pub up just like one you might find in England. The beer selection is very good there and the full bar is very well stocked. But my favorite and is a must have is the French Onion soup. It is the best I have had anywhere. Of course, the fish and chips are excellent too. The location is also worth mentioning because it is close to Pearl St. A bit of a walk but not bad.

Spacious interior, great atmosphere, friendly servers, English decoration inside the pub but not overcrowded with Celtic art. Very nice, great for groups. I was in the mood for bangers and mash, which were decent. It came with a side, an option of French onion soup or salad, I took the soup and it was great; tasty broth, lots of cheese, and a sogged up load of french bread. Guinness on tap... That's always a plus.

You can eat neither toads nor toad food at this establishment. You can, however, get some decent human vittles. Food: I chowed down on some coconut chicken curry ( yelp.com/biz_photos/K_d8… ) and French onion soup ( yelp.com/biz_photos/qEMP… ). The curry didn't incorporate the veggies with the sauce as well as I had hoped, but the soup...dayam. It was delicious! I ate every last drop including the 1 cm-thick coating of cheese on top. Service: Not much to report here. Atmosphere: Most memorable about this place is the decor. When you first enter, you'll notice the stained glass toad window. Classy. Also, the walls are covered with murals depicting bikini clad and frat boy frogs. Yes, frogs in bikinis. Hungry Toad obviously caters to CU students. There are numerous tvs featuring games of interest. I got to watch my home team win the NBA championship game while chowing down. They also have a patio outside. Synopsis: Decent but somewhat pricey food. If I were a college student in Boulder I'd probably find myself here far too much.

Love the TOAD! Been sucking down the smoove British brew here since the early 90s - a favorite cozy place to meet friends. Huge bar food menu.

Nice patio seating, the French Onion soup is awesome. They also have some of the best fish n chips I have had in boulder.

Awesome kick-back atmosphere and great drinks/appetizers! My friend and I went here after a hike up Mt. Salinas, and it was the perfect post-workout spot. Despite the fact that it was graduation weekend and people were lined up out the door, they managed to squeeze us in and be quite attentive in their service. Next time I hope to go back for a full meal!

Alright, I guess. They have some good English beers on tap, but the service was pretty poor, the food terrible(the fries and onion rings were frozen and the shepards pie was made with beef...I think by definition it needs lamb). I think if you are just going to reheat food you shouldn't charge so much.

I've been searching for great wings since moving to Boulder, this place easily tops the list, super crispy with original sauces. Bar is a little uncomfortable but service is friendly and they have a decent beer selection.

I have only eaten lunch here while working next door at the hospital. Great burgers and onion rings. It is a tavern type setting, so if you can have a beer while you eat, go for it!

My husband and I pre-gamed here before heading to Denver for a concert. Love the neighborhood bar atmosphere with people on the patio waving to people walking by on the street. Yes they have your typical pub fare but a much wider selection. I had the Dirty Bird- a chicken sandwich with sautéed mushrooms, sweet onions and peppers complete with crispy bacon. Very good! My husband tried the Ahi sandwich and thought it needed a "secret sauce" because it was a bit dry despite having it cooked on the rarer side. The service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be back!

This place had a great atmosphere, but I ate the catfish and not but two hours later I had a third world belly ache. I was supposed to be hanging out in Frisco for the night but instead pooing my guts out on the side of the road. Great Service, bad fish.

This place is really cool, I love the atmosphere and the nachos are incredible. It's the closest to a neighborhood pub some of my good friends have, I foresee myself spending a good amount of time at the Toad. The service is darned okay too.

My recollection of an actual London pub (cold and dark, bland beer, kinda boring) is nothing compared to my Hungry Toad experience. Aside from the slightly wilted (not on purpose) lettuce in my salad, the bangers n mash accompanied by grilled veggies and washed down with a 20 oz mug o' old speckled hen was quite delicious and pleasant. The beer cocktails are intriguing enough for me to be interested in a return visit, oh yeah!

My neighborhood bar. 20 ounce pints and delicious burgers. Unique but delicious wings.

Came to the Hungry Toad because we didn't know where to eat, and had never been. I can't say I was too impressed. I was initially excited over the enormous menu, but the service was meh at best. I had the chicken teriyaki burger, and it tasted like a fast-food burger, except it cost about three times as much. My boyfriend got one of the fancy sounding burgers, and found it meh as well. It almost reminded me of applebees.

I really want to make this my new neighborhood bar since I live in the neighborhood. I went here on a Friday night with my boyfriend. I was expecting it to be a lot more busy but it was pretty chill. I think there were about 8 parties total. Everyone was very chill and stuck to their own dinners. The music wasn't very great but it's really not the kind of bar where you're looking to dance in the first place. I had a Stella with Sprite which was awesome. I've never had soda in my beer but this was great! They have a lot of cocktails that include beer and other things added to it. I thought this was very original. I can't wait to go back and try another beer concoction. I had a burger while I was there and it was good as well. Their menu is extensive and I feel like there are a lot of things that I want to try. I wish the crowd was a bit livelier and I think I'll try them again during happy hour on a Friday. Either way, I'll be back.

Enjoyed the casual atmosphere. Would recommend the taco salad. With grilled chicken, peppers & onions, it was sort of a fajita/salad hybrid. Nice leafy lettuce (not iceberg) and black beans. Nice surprise. A bit disappointed in the lack of CO beers on tap. The table was a little too rustic - in need of varnish. The burgers looked great. I'll try one next time.

Hungry Toad is full of cool waitstaff, good food and plenty of odd memorabilia along the walls. Its such a great place to just camp in, get some skins and a beer and chat away. Its usually pretty busy at night, and the parking can be a pain sometimes (but its downtown Boulder, what do you expect?) Its a pub, so you'll run into a combination of business go-ers and college kids out of class. All in all, its fun to people watch here too. This one is a favorite among my friends and family. They have great potato skins, and the Kermit Burger has some really nice, varied flavor. The family favorite is the turkey, avocado and swiss croissant sandwich! Its light and tasty! If you're a ranch and fries fan, go for the garlic parmesan dressing for a really tasty twist!

Well....We found the most charming little hangout in Boulder anyone could ever imagine.... :) We enjoyed the Veggie Burrito very much! Delicious flavors with generous presentation. You have to check this place out! Good stuff Great staff and a cozy super natural high :)

I've got to bump this to a 4. The more I go and the more on their menu I find, I like this place increasingly well. My new favorite is the ragin Cajun fettuccine w chicken. It's so. Darn. Good.

Who puts HAM on a VEGGIE BURGER!?!?!? Gross! So, my veggie burger comes out, and there is a thick-ass piece of ham on it. Gross, but I would have forgiven them. Except when I said "excuse me, there appears to be ham on my VEGETARIAN burger," she said "Oh, sorry. I can take it off for you." She picks out the ham and throws it out, leaving me with the same pork-flavored veggie burger. Nasty. I also don't like that they use boring, Wonder Bread buns. If you're going to pay $10 for a burger, the bun should at least be bakery quality, if not home made. Add to that bad experience the long wait, and lack of good beer selection, and I just dint think I'll be back to the Toad. Though I do like the warm, pub-like atmosphere and fact that no CU kids go here- hence the 2 stars. There will now be one less person in front of you waiting for a table :-)

Very nice restaurant with good food, great vibes, and good brews. I particularly like their nachos (possibly the best nachos in town), french onion soup, blackened catfish, and baked potato loaded with bacon.

  • Margaret C.

We've been customers here pretty much since it opened. Sometimes often, sometimes every month or so. My son used to live quite close to the Toad for a year or two and we went there very often during that time. Everyone enjoys the libations at the Toad; that goes without saying. There's a nice British Pub feeling permeating this place...and some hilarious toad cartoons posted in a few nooks and crannies. Their menu is loaded with choices, and I've never had anything that wasn't good. Prices are reasonable. It seems like most people get the burgers and sandwiches, and they also have lots of creative and generous appetizers, salads, and dinner entrees (house specialties) as well. Although it's a pub, it is also very much a comfortable family restaurant as well. It's hard NOT to have a good time here!!

  • Kevin S.

I have been coming here with my friend for a awhile now and will continue to do so. It's great for a quite lunch or for a up beat dinner. The food is very consistent every time, definitely grab the pesto chicken or Cajun Alfredo it's so good every time. I love the pint glasses the most, my beer looks great in it! The only criticism I have is the pasta dishes could do without the parsley garnish on the rim of the plates. (Nothing should ever go on the rim it looks messy). That's why I had to to drop to 3/5 sorry it could really do without it.

Average food, average service, no off-street parking. Good in a pinch but not a destination restaurant.

    (2)
  • Nick B.

Great food, sometimes the people who work there cop an attitude.... If you are ordering from their 'specialities' and taking it to go, they are NOT going to include the soup/salad that you get when you dine in and you're charged the SAME. This really made me angry, sorry guys, you lost a customer of 14 years over this..

I tend to stick to the more "mainstream" restaurants when I eat out, but my family and I chose "Hungry Toad" to change things up, and I was pleasantly surprised! The setting was laid-back and relaxing, and I enjoyed eating somewhere not buzzing with tons of activity. The burgers were amazing, and cooked just right, and our server was extremely friendly and conversational. I will definitely eat there again next time I'm in that area!

Good french fries and a reliable lunch. Saw the french onion soup walk by and it looked great. Friendly staff with a nice patio. Little pricey for bar food.

This place is a mainstay of North Boulder. I remember eating here when I was in high school (a REALLY long time ago)! I would go after the final performances of a play with my acting buddies, where we would proceed to make asses of ourselves and I stopped feeling like such a social retard. So Hungry Toad definitely has the nostalgia angle working in its favor. Now that I've been back here a few times as an adult, I can say that maybe I built it up a little more in my mind. I mean, I was a lanky 17 year old hanging out in a BAR for the first time, with people who were totally over 21. The service here is pretty good and I've never been left wanting, and the food is good, but not superlative. It's kind of been the last resort for food when I've arrived in Boulder later at night and am suddenly hungry but don't want to spend and arm and a leg on food. So, yes, I'll probably eat there again and maybe have a pint (they do have some Firestone Walker beers, go them), but it's more like the place I end up, rather than the place I make plans to go to.

  • Kristy G.

So There are good things and bad things about this place, but the good outweighs the bad. The service was just OK (sufficiently attentive, but not too inviting/friendly), and the drinks weren't too good (at least not what we got), but the food...the food was FANTASTIC! I don't remember the last time I had a steak cooked to perfection like this one was, and the grilled vegetables had the best flavor ever. Maybe I just lucked out with that particular meal (Black and Blue), but I wasn't disappointed one bit. Will definitely go back again!

Like everyone is saying, it is typical pub food. I did not drink alcohol when I went, and merely visited for lunch. I heard from friends that it was good, so I decided to give it a try. It's external appearance is actually pretty intriguing. It looks just as I would imagine an English pub to look like inside, but it was kind of gross and sticky. Because of this, I kept my arms off the table during my whole meal. The food was overpriced for what it was. It was incredibly mediocre. Honestly, I'd rather walk across the street to Ideal Market and grab a to-go sandwich than eat at the Hungry Toad again.

  • Christie V.

You know what - this place is just swell for what it is. Britishy, kitchey-homey atmosphere, great service, and large servings. My friends love the giant nachos, I like the burgers, and I've enjoyed lunch, dinner, happy hour, and closing there. For awhile we were regulars there after choir rehearsal and they were wonderful about managing us as a large group.

yum yum yum! I work right next door, but frequently eat here. Love the loaded potatoes and the burgers.

  • Paula C.

If you are looking for a English pub experience, this place is perfect. Good selection of English beers, served in true British pints, great atmosphere, and great food. We ordered the bangers and mash and the fish and chips. Both were excellent! I especially liked the malt vinegar they serve - nice and tart - and the portion sizes of the fish. The house salad with house-made balsamic was also really good. The only dings: prices are a bit steep for the pub fare we had, at +/-$15, and the attempt to be a "bistro" should revert to remaining a good old Pub. Bistros are a dime-a-dozen. Pubs are harder to find, and good pubs are even rarer. This is a great pub - embrace it! Having said that, I really enjoyed the overall experience and will definitely be back!

BEST BURGERS IN THE STATE!! I have been there no less than 15 times for the amazing and various types of beef and bison burgers. Great atmosphere, great location, great beer, too!

My family lived in Boulder for many years. When we find ourselves back in culinarily correct Boulder, our thoughts turn to meat and fried foods. The Toad has been and will always be our go-to-place for a very large beer, a burger and onion rings. Ask for friend Jalapenos on which every burger you choose, you won't be sorry. The burger size is a bit smaller than the last time we went but that is a good thing. Now you are just stuffed not " OMG, she is gonna blow.". Unfortunatly the burger patty has also changed and this is not for the better, less juicy, less flavorful. But it was still one of the best burgers around and the onion rings rule. The Turkey ruben is great, get some extra sauce on the side for those who don't worship to moo. Simple food but a great treat and worth all the months we think about coming back to Boulder to eat here. Add crazy, fabulous family and life doesn't get any better.

I was just in Boulder for the weekend and this place was within walking distance of where I was attending a workshop. Despite multiple choices in the area in terms of places to eat, I ended up eating here twice in two days. That says a lot considering I normally like to try as many new places as possible when I'm visiting a new city. On day one, we got there in time to pick from the brunch menu. I had the breakfast tacos--delicious! Two tacos, and just enough food (without eating the side of potatoes) to fill me up but not weigh me down. On the second day, we were too late for brunch so I had a vegetarian sandwich, which was big enough to take half home to eat later in the day. The accompanying fries were just the way I like them--nice and crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. One of my dining partners ordered a salad, and I don't normally use this word to describe food, but it was gorgeous--fresh strawberries and avocado and lots of other bright colors that made you know it was delicious. The service was generally attentive; in fact, on the day we had brunch, one of my friends was very specific about how she wanted her steak cooked, and when the waitress brought out our food, she told my friend that she was having the steak cooked just a little bit more. I'm a vegetarian, but apparently the steak was just the way my friend liked it.

I think this place is just an average bar with average food with pretty high prices. Had the bbq chicken sandwich, pretty bland with blobs of cheese....Next

This is a Boulder Institution. They have been in business forever, and with the same ownership - for as long as I can remember at least! The staff takes the time to get to know the regulars, by first name even! They always have a solid pour, and a large selection to boot. When you come it is highly advisable to go for it and order the hamburgers. However, that is not mandatory as they make other delicious food, too. The one major drawback is parking, so consider walking or a bike instead. Definitely give them a try and you will come back for more!

Sadly I made the wrong choice when taking my Mom here for lunch, although the drinks were strong lot's of gin the tonic was flat the asiago dip was tasteless and runny while the "toasted bread" was just stale rolls heated up and the steak burrito was something some left very far south of the border for many days to dry and wither in the sun, the meat was super salty the rice was dry crunchy and obviously heated over and over again and the chips were beyond stale after telling the waitress this she said that wasn't the case and that the tortilla shell and chips are baked and not stale, as a chef I would have to say she was WRONG, and regardless of what you think don't tell a customer they are wrong, talk about a great way to loose a tip. I will not be recommending this place or returning to this place again

    (1)
  • Sara S.

The burgers were fabulous. I had the ABC burger and it was delicious! I love the wide beer selection, and there's never a shortage of soccer matches on. My mom had the Mushroom Swiss burger and she said it's one of the best she's ever had. She said the mushrooms were fresh, not from a can, and just overall a great burger. I definitely will be back for another great burger and a brew!

I am always pleasantly surprised by the Hungry Toad whenever I happen to have their food. I never really expect it to be good because: a) it's a British pub, and let's be honest, no one ever visited England for the fine cuisine, b) it has creepy toads all over the wall that stare at you while you eat, and c) the menu is huge. Usually when places have huge menus, they aren't that good at making everything on it. They're just good at having big menus. But it's in my neighborhood, so I keep ending up there. Not that I'm complaining. I've ordered many of their burgers, tried their burritos, tasted their bangers and mash, and most recently had the best fish and chips I've had in the States, and everything is always spilling off the plate, just greasy enough to be tasty, and exceedingly share-able. I don't love the fries, and some of their burger creations are just bizarre without having the added bonus of actually being good combinations. You have to actually look at the ingredient lineup and ask yourself 'will these taste good together?' instead of just assuming they will because why else would it be on a menu. Servers are always friendly without going over the top to fakeness, and they're willing to split a tab on more than two credit cards without pulling so much as a sour face. So when I'm the mood for guilty-pleasure food, greasy and delicious, the Toad is my go-to place.

  • Regan E.

Bartender was horrible. Only 3 people at the bar, and while he watched TV we waited 10 minutes to get service. Ended up just walking out. Beer options were minimal

    (1)
  • Ron B.

This restaurant has good food though I don't like that they increased their prices over the last ten years by quite a bit (whereas other places only raised the prices once or twice in the same time). Anyway, the food is good, the selection will satisfy anyone (except Frasier and Niles Crane) . However, the downside to this place is it's beer selection, or lack of the same. They mostly have English beers that taste awful and don't take advantage of the great local beer that is available. If you want a better, much better seasonal selection then try Murphy's Restaurant in North and South Boulder, and I believe Connor O'Neill's as well.

    (4)
  • Kirk W.

I have eaten here before because it is close to where I live. This time I ordered a "loaded" baked potato. The potato was huge, but very dry. I asked for some butter, and someone (not sure if it was our server) brought 2 frozen pats of butter. I ate the topping and left the potato. Our server didn't come back at all. I can deal with bad servers, but the lack of managers was disappointing. Places that care about their customers have managers who walk around and check to see if customers are happy. This place had none apparently.

    (2)
  • Cynthia B.

Friendly service, love their bar, and the burgers are great. BUT the "hot" wings are very funky, and not in a good way. Kinda weirdly sweet, not very hot, with some odd chunky salsa thrown on top. Also, it's the only app on their (not great value) happy hour menu. Beware the wings, get the burger, have a Guinness, enjoy.

    (3)
  • Mike H.

Love the Toad. Best and most unique wings in town, best French onion soup by a landslide. Wash it down with a tasty 20 oz. Pint of Fullers ESB. Great warm cozy ambiance, perfect anytime but can't be beat on a snowy night.

Perfect Boulder lunch spot. Theme is a london Pub complete with Fullers ESB on tap along with other UK favorites. Lots of space and a large menu. The nachos are fantastic and the smothered steak sandwich is perfect for lunch. Andy P took us there and I plan to go back soon,

    (5)
  • Sara S.

I used to work here, and you can all rest easy knowing I give this a good review! Probably the best nachos in town, especially if you order them veggie + chicken. (Veggie comes with black beans rather than beef chilli w/ pinto). There is a lot of variety which is great, but it makes it really hard to order. I am obsessed with the Baked Brie and the Chicken Pesto Pasta. Lots of beer on tap and there is always a rotating seasonal tap which is always fun to try. Not to mention the service is always friendly, because it's a really fun and laid back place to work! It's a great place to go for a game (although come early because prime seating is always the first to go), want to celebrate with good friends, like to hear great music while you eat, or are interested in meeting new people! Remember to tip your waiter!

  • Aaron H.

This is good neighborhood pub. I recommend sticking to beer, wings and french onion soup. The entrees and sandwiches are fine, but overpriced and nothing to write home about. The wings are ginormous and both the honey mustard and normal hot are excellent. p.s- hungry toad as surpassed lazy dog for best wings in boulder.

  • Jim S.

I was lucky enough to live within walking distance of 'The Toad" when it opened and basically only Terry M. (the owner) worked the bar. Within a week I was hooked and became a lifetime 'Toadie," along w/ several mates from the UK. The selection of local microbrewes and imported British beers is excellent. Most are served freshly drawn in a proper "English Pint" mug. Oh, and the pub grub is excellent too, especially the burgers served to order rare to medium rare. I have sampled many of the menu items and have yet felt any disappointment. What more can you want from a neighbourhood pub?

  • Dave C.

Love going to the hungry toad. The French Onion Soup was unbelievable. Great drink menu too. It will continue to be one of my regular restaurants in Boulder.

    (4)
  • Jessica S.

Nice location, good vibe inside, food is alright. I would suggest cutting about half the things on the menu, then making sure whats on the menu is really good. The menu is huge. Tap beer is served warm... I guess that's popular in places outside of Boulder. When its a hot day I really just want a cold beer... Finally, the flies. There is an obvious problem with sanitation when you consistently have flies buzzing peoples heads and plates of food. The first time I noticed it I dismissed it. The problem is still there months later, gross.

The Hungry Toad is everything I hoped it would be! After passing by many-a-time I finally went there for beers/dinner last night. Great pub atmosphere to just hang out and relax, but the food was much better than your usual pub-fare. I had no problems with the service, my french onion soup was the best I've had in a loooong time, and best of all my beer was cold and in a cool glass. My Fiance got the French Revolution burger with Fries which got a big thumbs up from both of us. Will definitely be going back!

See, while I agree with Amy F. that the Hungry Toad is a great neighborhood restaurant, I disagree with the fact that it serves the "typical pub fare." I am a fan of the Kermit Burger (cheddar cheese and guac) and more importantly the Greek Salad. The artichokes in it are phenomenal! Check out their website at thehungrytoad.com it just tastes so good when it touches the lips.. when you "kiss" this toad.. it will definitely turn into a prince.

After a long bike ride, a good beer and the paper was in order. I stopped in at the Toad and was treated with all of the current papers of the day, a perfectly sized order of nachos, and an expert Guinness pour - complete with the shamrock outline in the "head." I couldn't stay for the weekly SNL run, but I'll be back, Saturday crew!

Great service the first time I went for lunch, selections were great, not just your plain old burger. I went with the BBQ Banger burger and it was delicious. Definitely be back as they have a lot of menu to go through. Unfortunately the next time I went the service was horrible but the food wonderful. So I can only give 3 stars for service, 5 for the food.

  • Mike W.

Great for what it is: simple, straightforward pub grub in a simple, straightforward pub atmosphere. Good burgers, delicious nachos, tasty London Broil, and of course good beer. Pretty much all of the dishes I've ordered here have been good, but there's still tons of stuff I haven't tried.

  • Elizabeth W.

This is a cute British style pub. We tried their chicken wings... which were really good, but different. They had a tomato/onion/jalapeno- almost salsa like consistency sprinkled on top. The wings were spicy, but hit the spot. I've only been here for lunch, but their menu was large and food at the other tables looked really tasty (yes, I'm one of THOSE people who spy on your food and then say "ooh, I want THAT")! They also have a pretty good beer selection. Worth trying.

I have eaten at the Hungry Toad several times and eveytime the experience has been pretty bad. I think the fundamental problem is their menu is just way to big so everything is bad. They would be much better off cutting the menu by 75% (yes, 75%) and focus on doing that remaining 25% very well. I will probably go back every 6months to a year just to remind mr why I dont go more often.

Went there for lunch during a CU game, the ambiance is great and is a great local hangout! The staff was very nice and welcoming. The food was decent, but the atmosphere is why you go there.

I got a burger the first time I came here. I have not gotten anything else since. Why mess with something so good. The Hungry Toad has a great atmosphere and friendly waitstaff.

This place has good burgers. Juicy and perfectly cooked. I had their Dirty Hungry Toad Burger that came with bellpeppers among other things and it was really good. I haven't tried anything else so I wouldn't know about the other stuff but the burgers alone deserve 4 stars. Go Hungry Toad!

The Hungry Toad served up one of the better burgers I've had in a while. The flavor exceeded my expectations for typical pub fare. I'll certainly be back the next time I'm up in Boulder.

Alright, I guess. They have some good English beers on tap, but the service was pretty poor, the food terrible(the fries and onion rings were frozen and the shepards pie was made with beef...I think by definition it needs lamb). I think if you are just going to reheat food you shouldn't charge so much.

    (2)
  • Mitch D.

I've been searching for great wings since moving to Boulder, this place easily tops the list, super crispy with original sauces. Bar is a little uncomfortable but service is friendly and they have a decent beer selection.

  • Lu S.

I have only eaten lunch here while working next door at the hospital. Great burgers and onion rings. It is a tavern type setting, so if you can have a beer while you eat, go for it!

  • Hope M.

Great for what it is: simple, straightforward pub grub in a simple, straightforward pub atmosphere. Good burgers, delicious nachos, tasty London Broil, and of course good beer. Pretty much all of the dishes I've ordered here have been good, but there's still tons of stuff I haven't tried.

  • Jade Q.

This place had a great atmosphere, but I ate the catfish and not but two hours later I had a third world belly ache. I was supposed to be hanging out in Frisco for the night but instead pooing my guts out on the side of the road. Great Service, bad fish.

I've got to bump this to a 4. The more I go and the more on their menu I find, I like this place increasingly well. My new favorite is the ragin Cajun fettuccine w chicken. It's so. Darn. Good.

Bartender was horrible. Only 3 people at the bar, and while he watched TV we waited 10 minutes to get service. Ended up just walking out. Beer options were minimal

  • Todd L.

This place has good burgers. Juicy and perfectly cooked. I had their Dirty Hungry Toad Burger that came with bellpeppers among other things and it was really good. I haven't tried anything else so I wouldn't know about the other stuff but the burgers alone deserve 4 stars. Go Hungry Toad!

Although it's a pub, it is also very much a comfortable family restaurant as well. It's hard NOT to have a good time here!!

Bartender was horrible. Only 3 people at the bar, and while he watched TV we waited 10 minutes to get service. Ended up just walking out. Beer options were minimal
