Not only is this location significantly more costly than other DQs, they tack a "service charge" onto all transactions. There's a little sign by the register notifying folks about that - silly me, I thought the price of my order included the cost of serving it to me but apparently not. Never again going to that franchise and I'm reporting it Dairy Queen corporate as well. No wonder the place is always empty.

I am slightly bashful about admitting how often my husband and I frequent DQ. But whatever, I run my ass off 3-4 days a week so there's no shame. We come in here in the evenings after grabbing dinner in the area and always split a blizzard. This DQ has a kitchen and if you are interested in a basket of chicken tenders or a burger and fries, make sure to get there before 7pm (that's when they shut down their kitchen). You can get chili dogs untl 9pm, though. Big thanks to them for being open late. We love being able to indulge our sweet tooth at 9:45 in the evening. Try this month's featured blizzard, which is a chocolate covered pretzel with peanut butter. We have them add additional toppings, like Heath or Reese's, and it's AMAZING. Thanks, DQ. We'll see you (very) soon!

I get about one large blizzard every month at three or four different locations. They are all about the same except this one. The regular prices is about 50 cents higher than the other locations. The last time I went in I asked for a large blizzard. The owner was working alone and he held up two cups and asked which one do I want? I said large again. When it came the price was more than two dollars more than the price listed on the sign. I challenged the price and the owner said, "That was the cup you pointed at." Talk about bait and switch. And then I used my credit card which is both a debit card and a credit card. He ran it as a debit card and added a $2.00 plus surcharge. I told him that I never use it as a debit card. I only use it as a credit card. He held up the card and showed me where it said "Debit Card" which I already knew. I said that I have a choice to use it as a credit card. He told me that it was too late and I had to pay the surcharge. I was very angry and he offered me a small cone for free to assuage my anger. I left. I have reported him to Dairy Queen and to my bank. In both instances they told me that they had never heard of such a thing. By the way, I am not stupid. I am a college professor and I am 70 years old with five children and eight grandchildren. This guy needs to sell the business and find a job where he does not have to work with people.

The owner (Dan) is a complete douche bag. I was going to buy a truck from him while I was working for him. He kept putting the due date for the payments 2 days before I got paid by him and put in late fees. He told me it wouldn't be a big deal but I was unwilling to sign it. After 3 times of his revisions I backed out of the deal. He had given me a raise to 9 dollars an hour but after I backed out of the deal he cut my pay without even talking to me about it. Then I quit working for him and he only gave me $1.23 for 2 weeks of work. Dan is a piece of shit and I hope he gets hit by a truck.

This Dairy Queen sucks. Who doesn't know how to make a old fashion strawberry soda ? When I asked he said 'We really don't make those anymore.' Are you kidding me ! I think it was more laziness if you ask me!

Every time I've been here it has been empty, and then a gaggle of people come in as we are leaving. If I knew the calorie content of a Blizzard I would probably never come here again. I choose to keep myself blissfully ignorant so I can still enjoy one every once in a while guilt-free. As far as this location specifically? Well, it's a Dairy Queen. Nothing out of the ordinary about it.
