My wife and I got a pizza to go. A 12 inch pizza for $17 certainly suggests that is a step above Pizza Hut. Sorry Pizza Hut for insulting you, yours is better. The crust was soggy and chewy. The toppings were tasteless. Threw most of it away. Ed G

Good Pizza. Limited on beverage selection though. Got to have some good draft to go with the Pizza.

Perhaps the most popular place to eat in Beaver creek but not the best. Just stay simple the cheese is fine but when you get the seasoned ones there no good. Fries and wings were mediocre

My daughter's soccer team made a group reservation to have a team dinner. We were told that the cost would be almost $20 per person ($19.26 to be exact) to have our team dinner at their restaurant. The cost included a pizza / salad buffet and a soft drink. I was shocked at the cost of this "deal" because we could come in and order a large specialty pizza for about $23, but since we were coming in as a group, it was going to cost me $80 to feed my family of four. Additionally, my kids are 11 and 7 years old and will only eat two pieces of pizza!!! I complained about their policy and was contacted by Sarah Franke, the Communications Manager. She stated "Unfortunately the policy and pricing are based on the space we are reserving for the group and the effort of coordinating an easy location and manner for the teams to gather." I fail to see how moving a group of tables together justifies a 75% price increase for a family of four! Does anyone else think this is the most ridiculous "policy"?!

If you're staying in the Beaver Creek resort area and want to walk to your meal, this is pretty much your only pizza option. Luckily, it's very good and well priced, especially for BC. They'll also deliver to your hotel room, which is a big plus if you're sore from skiing and don't even want to get off the couch.

This is some very tasty pizza. It was so good we went back a second time. In both instances our server was attentive even though he was juggling many tables. A yummy, kid friendly place.

"Life is short, Eat more pizza." - Love the tagline for The Blue Moose! After a long day of skiing, The Blue Moose is a great place to go for some beer and pizza. They are well-known in the area (they have another location in Lionshead Village as well). We were told that the Beaver Creek location has been around for over 10 years now. Casual environment, reasonably priced pizza and salad, and friendly enough bartenders. We sat at the bar and Craig served us. Upon our request, he recommended a local massage therapist that ended up being fantastic and much more affordable than going to the spa at the Ritz. (Review coming soon on that). We went with a house salad (which I added artichokes to), an Italian salad, and a mushroom pizza. This was pretty filling although we did save room for dessert (that we went elsewhere to enjoy). If you're in the mood for some pizza and salad, you can't go wrong at The Blue Moose. I know that next time we return to the area, we'll be back for sure!

A quick 5 day trip to Beavercreek colorado and I found myself eating here twice. The first time was with my girl and the second with my brother.... On each visit I ordered a Pizza Pie, a couple beers, and a salad. The pizza was good each time...the beer was better the first time bcuz the manager cleaning gthe counter top did not spill mine on my pants. FORTUNATELY I had just finished skiing for the day and still had my ski outwerwear on. For what this place is, its absolutely great. Pizza. beer. Salads and a little more. Some friendly staff. Tvs for watching ball games. And the location can not be beat. Smack in the middle of beavercreak village area.

There's nothing worse than sitting in traffic when you're exhausted from a great day on the mountain. Most places in the beaver creek village will cost you an arm and a leg, but this little spot is the exception! From 3 until 5 is happy hour and they have a great deal, one slice of pizza and a beer for 5$. The pizza is decent, nothing special, but not too shabby either! Bonus points for providing paper and crayons on every table to occupy my attention while I wait for my slice. The bar area is smallish, but the restaurant section has plenty of seating. We were seated right away and the staff were great! Not a bad way to kill a little time while traffic dies down! This is my new favorite after riding, before driving hot spot!

Tasty pizza, with lots of interesting combinations of toppings; cold beer; casual and cheap. All good things after a long day of skiing; it really hit the spot. Totally unpretentious and reasonably priced (unusual for the area). It's good in the mid-afternoon, after the lunch rush. There was plenty of seating and it had mellowed out by then. The service was good-- not great, but not terrible. My stomach was very happy with all the pizza-- we had a couple of small pies for four people to try the different specialty pizzas, and there there were leftovers. The leftovers were great cold for pre-skiing breakfast. I also like that they have New Belgium beers (a plus).

Loved this place after an afternoon on the mountain. Came here with 4 adults and 3 kids under age 10 on Thursday evening between 6-7pm. Promptly seated. The pizza was delicious especially the Hawaiian. Crayons and paper on the tables was helpful for entertaining the kids, as mentioned in previous user review. Wait staff were attentive and very helpful to our party. Better pizza than Pazzo's. Will come back again next trip to BC.

When you come off the slopes and feel like chilling with a beer and a pizza; Blue Moose is the place to go in Beaver Creek. The Blue Moose is laid back, casual, a good value and of coarse has great food. What I really like is that you don't have to order an entire pizza, you can order by the slice and customize that slice... they make you a fresh, customized slice of pizza. Awesome!

This is one of my fav places in Lionshead. Great tasting food for a good price, that's pretty hard to find. Located only a stone's throw from the Gondola, it makes a great place to meet up with the non skiers in our group. Their pizza menu has a lot of choices. I like the Big Moose, the Autumn pizza, and the Cowboy pizza. Big Moose is a supreme style pizza with all the toppings. Autumn is fancier with cheese, mushrooms and truffle oil. Cowboy has BBQ sauce with chicken, Gouda chess, and cilantro. All their pizzas by the slice have been tasty. The crust is on the thin side with a good flavor and a nice chew. The toppings taste fresh and good quality. I find the pizza by the slice to be a nice way to try out their menu. The bar is a good place to eat when solo. They have some good lunch specials, like 2 slices and a drink for $5. That's pretty nuts so close to the lift. They also show sports on tv there. Good way to catch up on basketball game scores which you've been on the slopes. The place is casual, so you can go in full ski or snowboard regalia and leave the couture wear back at the condo. They've got a giant blue moose in the dining area too. Service is friendly, prompt, and professional. My kid loves getting a chocolate chip cookie here. They do it up right. I'd tell you what they do, but you should order one and enjoy the surprise. This place is tops in my book.

Yummy pizza! Order the buffalo chicken and get ranch to dip it in! Crust is amazing! Impeccable service!

I don't understand why Yelpers are giving The Moose a bum rap. Yeah it's spendy but you're right off the rink at The Beav so you knew what to expect walking in. The pizzas are made-to-order so don't expect a quick trip, but when your pie shows up you won't be disappointed. I always order mine on the honey wheat crust, gives it a nice earthy taste and is a bit different. Noise level is high for my taste, and the wine list is absolute crap, but can be overlooked if you get a drink at 8100 or Toscanini before taking a table for supper.

Pretty good pizza at an affordable price in the heart of Beaver Creek. We have gone to Blue Moose the last 7 years on our annual visit to Beaver Creek. You can count on the Blue Moose to set you up with a whole pizza or pizza by the slice that won't disappoint.
