Diabetics at Pizza Hut
Pizza is neither a great meal nor the worst for diabetes. All you need is some fact check and monitoring while ordering your pizza. Diabetics can opt for thin crust or skinny pizza at Pizza Hut and avoid the cheese topping to cut down on the excess fat and sodium. If you have diabetes, then ensure to check your portion size when you order a pizza. One or max. two slices are enough. You can also avoid meat if possible and go for wings as a meat option.
Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for Diabetics:
You must avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust as it contains over 1000mg sodium and will add 470 calories in your meal. You should also skip Super Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice which is too high in sodium and fat. Chicken wings are often tempting but you must control and restrict yourself from ordering Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings as it can add up to your sugar levels if you eat too many. On average, a person orders or consumes six chicken wings pieces in a day.
Sides must be avoided at all costs especially if it's Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup for its high sodium content. You must also avoid New York Style Cheesecake with Applesauce as dessert as one slice of this dessert item contains 86g sugar. Pizza Hut also offers other Italian dishes such as Pasta. However, you must skip Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs and Garlic Bread as it is too high in sodium and sugar.

Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

This place is the absolute WORST. First time my boyfriend and I ordered here (for carry-out since we live close) we arrived a few minutes after the stated order completion time and still had to wait 15+ minutes along with a few other folks on a snowy evening to get our pizza. Okay, fine. It's snowing and other people had the same idea we had. Well, yesterday being Super Bowl Sunday, we decided to order from this place again at around 6:30pm and the app said it would be done (for carry-out) at around 7:50pm. We get a call at around 7:30pm saying that they don't have the pan pizza crust and that they could make it a hand-tossed, which we agreed to but it would take a few minutes more. You would think that they would prepare for Super Bowl weekend... Boyfriend leaves to get the pizza at around 8:10pm and comes home about 15 minutes later and tells me that ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES CANCELED OUR ORDER. Pizza Hut has always been my go-to, cheap pizza chain (over any other) but after this second experience It'll be hard for me to go back. I cannot comprehend the incompetence of these employees. And yes, WORST. SERVICE. EVERRRR.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Delivery took over 2 hours, pizza was completely wrong and cold. The delivery driver was bitching about his co workers to us. I don't have high expectations for Pizza Hut but holy moly..this place sucks!!

This by far is the WORST Pizza Hut I have ever been to. Wait times are always long, even when you phone ahead or order online. And once I waited on the phone for over a hour and nobody ever picked up to take my order. Which is ludicrous. And when I spoke to the manager to make the situation right he said there was nothing he could do to compensate me for my time. Last night a guy waited for over 45 minutes after calling in for carryout and the manager gave him a $20 credit for his next visit. So clearly the other manager I spoke with was lying because they do give discounts for having to wait a long time. They need to shut this place down. It is giving Pizza Hut a bad reputation. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I should have known better. I've never liked PIzza Hut's pizza. But I was craving wings. And a flyer came to my mailbox advertising 50cent wings. I went online and ordered two boxes of wings. And then they had another special going, $10 for a pizza, cinnamon sticks, and breadsticks. I figured even if it wasn't great, that's a pretty good deal. I placed my order online at 6:06. It said it would be ready at 6:25. I pulled in at 6:30 and noticed 5 other people waiting for their food in the cramped lobby. Five minutes go by and they tell me that all they're waiting on is the cinnamon sticks. Five minutes more. And another five. People keep coming in. And no one is getting food. The anger was palpable. People started complaining. I could see a warmer full of food. I could see pizzas coming out of the oven and sitting there. I could see lots of employees in the back, seemingly working. And yet no one was getting any food. After I had been there 20 minutes, one person got their order. It was incomplete. One person asked for a refund on a 8 dollar order of wings. She said she had been there an hour. Another person asked for a refund, saying he had been there for an hour, but they managed to get him his wings before issuing a refund. At 7:00, 35 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, they called my name. They put on the counter: a pizza, one box of wings, and three boxes of breadsticks. The cashier realized the breadsticks weren't right. She took back two boxes of breadsticks and found cinnamon sticks. But they still didn't have the other box of wings. Finally, at 7:05, I left the store with my complete order. No apology. No credit for wasting my time. Some customers were there when I arrived and still there when I left. Apparently, I was one of the lucky ones. As for the actual food...the wings and breadsticks weren't bad. The pizza was awful. Bland and doughy. And the cinnamon sticks were basically inedible. Perhaps because they were cold and dried-out, and only got harder when reheated. So much for waiting on the cinnamon sticks. Congrats, Pizza Hut on Havana. You get my first one-star review. You earned it.

Great service! Ordered medium pizza.. Was told that they are having a special.. So got large pizza for same price as medium.. Was told it maybe an hour delivery wait.. Got it in 25 minutes! That to me is pretty damn great!! They are on my iphone contact for local pizza now!
(5)Wendy M.
WORST. SERVICE. EVER. I send in an online order at 6pm, and was told it would arrive at 8. Two hours later, no show. I call them and they say it hasn't left the location yet because all the drivers are out making deliveries. I wait an extra hour and still no show, I call again only to hear the same thing. Suddenly it is 10:30 and still nothing. I call them for a final time just to cancel the whole thing and find out that they "couldnt find or lost my order." WTF. This is unacceptable and by far the worst delivery experience ever. If you like waiting an extensive amount of time for food that will never come, this is the place for you. Honestly if there was an option to give this place no stars or even less than that,I would in a heartbeat.
(1)Christopher P.
This is by far the worst pizza place & WORST Pizza Hut on the planet! Poor customer service is an understatement. Adrian the manager cannot handle stress & cussing at customers when he is unable to control his feelings & workers. Waiting 4 hours for a pizza. And still haven't heard from a GM from last incident with Adrian. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
(1)David Y.
This has to be the most consistent horrible place I have ever gone to. The staff is completely unorganized and can never handle an order in person or get an order right. Order from any other pizza Hut if you want mediocre pizza done right
(1)Eason P.
Waited an hour in store after ordering online 20 minutes earlier. That's all that needs to be said.
(1)Karan S.
Good Pizza. Great Wings. So-so Customer Service. Recommended with caution and patience :-)
(3)Ben P.
I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a 2 litter of Dr.Pepper for delivery after 2 hours they delivered an ice cold pepperoni pizza covered in hot sauce with a Mountain Dew. When I called them all they could do is a store credit. They only gave me credit for the pizza. Tell me why I have to pay for the delivery, taxes and soda I did not want. When I brought this up they hung up on me.
(1)Shelle G.
I order here all time. But the last three times I've ordered, the pizza came cold or the wings. The pizza looks like it was old as well. They always forget something and the drivers are rude. I've complained about the service many times and nothing has changed. I refuse to order from this location any longer. They suck.

We ordered our pizza on a Sunday night about a week ago. Still haven't seen that pizza. Seriously though... We called about 9:00 pm to check on it. They said it still had not been cooked and would be the next one out. They were backed up apparently and told us they would give us a discount of some sort. Pizza still hadn't arrived by 10pm we called and said forget it. No apology nothing... just okay bye! After calling Papa Johns and telling them about our dilemma and that we were starving Papa Johns gave us a sweet deal on our pizza and had it to us in about 20 minutes. While we were finally eating our pizza at 10:30 the phone rang! At 10:30pm. Some girl asking if we had cancelled out order from PH. Are you kidding me!?!? Never again.
(1)Pat T.
Biggest bunch of ignorant people answering the phone I have ever encountered. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. If I could give it a negative, I would.
(1)Michael S.
Ordered delivery from them when I moved nearby, then months later tried to order delivery again and the girl on the phone said I was outside the delivery radius. I live less than a mile away and described where I live including major cross-streets and after she talked to her 'supervisor' she said they still can't deliver there. They could've walked the pizza to my house and were unable to use their brains to figure out how to get me a pizza a mile away. Total joke. They really crave business don't they?
(1)John B.
My experience was eerily similar to Dave F. the other reviewer. I had a simple order of a large pizza for pickup. I arrived about 5 minutes after I was told the order would be ready for pickup. When I pulled into the parking lot, almost all of the employees were right outside smoking in front of the restaurant. The inside of the Pizza Hut was packed full of people waiting for their orders, standing, and sitting, all brushing shoulders with each other. As instructed by the cashier, the remaining customers were waiting in the parking lot, and told that their orders would be delivered to their cars when they were ready. I decided to wait in the parking lot, hopeful that my order would come soon. Nearly an hour after my order was supposed to be ready, I walked back inside to check up on what was going on. There were several irate customers wondering what was taking so long. When the orders were "ready", the customer would inform the cashier that it wasn't their order, or it was the wrong order. Chaos continued to ensue. More customers yelling about how they had been waiting longer than any of the other people picking up orders. To the cashier's credit, she recognized that I had been waiting a while and asked for my order receipt. I supplied the receipt, and she attempted to find out where my order was. After 10 minutes of opening what seemed to be every pizza box looking for my order, she finally found it. I got out as quickly as possible and never intend to return. Employees smoking on the job, then returning to put their smokey fingers in my pizza dough is not appetizing at all. And waiting nearly 2 hours for an order is insufferable. Better luck elsewhere. Also, my first 1 star review on Yelp, but again, Pizza Hut, you earned it.
(1)Sushi T.
Sooo apparently they were completely out of, "everything except thin crust" 9:45 on a Sunday night.... It sounds like to me that they were trying to get out on time an if I dared ordered anything I would be sorry. Who hires these people???
(1)For The People X.
Always different when I go in there. The pizza is always delicious (when they get it right), yet the customer service is forever in need of help. I heard them say "Don't answer the phone until we get caught up!" And the phone was ringing the entire time I was waiting. Glad they answered when I called. Geesh...
(1)Jasmine G.
I just ordered a pizza 2 hours ago ... This has never happened to me. It never came. Imagining ordering delivery that never comes...? My address is fine and correctly written, and I called pizza hut about an hour ago and they said it was "already on the road." I can't believe that this is happening right now. Two hours later I made sure I left and hopefully they came to my house while I was gone. I had provided a contact number that they could have called me on, but never got anything. It's Monday night for God's sake, not a Friday or Saturday night. Thank you all at Pizza Hut for a wonderful experience. Unbelievable.

I'm a loyal Pizza Hut purchaser. I've had bad after bad service, but this is the first time ordering in this location. I ordered what everyone is seeing on TV... Hot dog pizza... Hotdog pizza... Hotdog-pizza... Hotdogpizza! I got my conformation email saying "Your order will be delivered (in 30 mins)". I got excited because that was a rarity. :) Everyone knows when you order food you're already really hungry! So I'm waiting by the phone at the 30min mark & nothing... Gave them a 15min window to be nice. I called & "pressed 3" because I had an existing order. Got a gentlemen that said "its on its way out. I'm sorry about the delay here's a code for $3 off please give it to the driver". So I gave it 15 more minutes being nice because I'm in the customer service industry. Called the store again because I'm starving at this point of an hour after I ordered. A women picked up & said the guy I talked to must have been from a call center, hooray for me. She apologized a couple times but didn't sound sincere. She also told me it is on its way, the drivers had some car issues. I understood that so I didn't take it out on his tip because I used to live on tips. BUT It took another 30 mins to get to my place. The manager didn't seem to take initiative. Didn't do anything about my order being 3x my estimated time. She could have given me a call saying they are a little behind, or here's a little more off we are very sorry, or I've seen you order wings before let me throw some in for you, free soda, dessert. Options are unlimited to offer a continuos costumer. THE WORSE PART IS I LIVE 6 MINUTES FROM THIS LOCATION.
