OK, I've just about had it with Papa John's. I've been a customer of theirs for years, and I like their pizza. I especially like the blue cheese dipping sauce. Too bad I never get it when I order it, even though they still take my money for it. The last time it happened, I complained, and nothing got done. I complained louder, still nothing. I complained LOUDER, and they finally sent me a promo code for a free cookie, which didn't work. I started kicking up a really noisy fuss, and I got coupons for free pizzas. I was happy with that except that when I called up to order the free pizzas, they didn't want to give them to me. I did get them, eventually, and I was back to being a customer of theirs. Yesterday I ordered my first non free pizza in a while, ordered the blue cheese dipping sauce, and sure enough, they didn't give it to me. Again. I complained, and got ignored. Again. People might say so what? It's only change. But it's MY change, and it should've been my dipping sauce. Steal enough coins from enough people, and you've got a pretty hefty sum. I guess I'll have to find a new favorite pizza. I'm tired of being treated this way.

Well what can I say... We wanted delivery pizza... Seemed the most convenient. Service and quickness of delivery were awesome. The app works great and the order came in correct. What I don't understand about Papa John's is why are they so skimpy on the toppings? Ordered beef, mushrooms and onions on one of the pizzas. I could count the mushrooms on 10 fingers and was lucky to have 2 bites in the slice that had beef on it... Thank God for the garlic sauce!!!

Papa johns was my favorite pizza place until this location started delivering. My last 2 orders have been completely wrong. After my complaint to the manager here we sit eating the wrong pizza because I am too afraid to get a corrected pizza because of what might be in it. Bye Papa Johns for now. Maybe I'll start ordering again when I move away from this location.

I tried to order a pizza online and the website wouldn't let me order so I called in. The guy that answered said that I needed a coupon code so I searched the site and couldn't find one even though it clearly states that a large 2 topping pizza was $10.00. When I went in the girl said that they couldn't honor the price even though I had the website pulled up with the exact same order that it wouldn't let me submit. Even though it was just a few dollars I feel Peyton did the old bait and switch because I would have just went to Pizza Hut.

Ordered delivery. Told it would be 36 - 46 min. Actually took AN HOUR AND 40 MINUTES!! Called the restaurant three times ... kid who answered the phone after I'd already waited an hour and fifteen minutes asked his manager if they could "do something" for me based on the wait time ... nope ... it was on the way, so there was no problem. To make it all perfect, the driver wasn't carrying cheese or peppers with him when he finally arrived with my cold pizza. Worst customer service EVER.

I order from here all the time. Usually 5 stars. Last time I ordered a double pepperoni, bacon and extra cheese. I received a pizza with only pepperoni (and not extra). No bacon. No extra cheese. When I called (the first time I've ever complained about a delivery from them), the snotty kid who answered and took my complaint, said, "That's weird, I made it". I said, well you made it wrong. He offered a remake, which I accepted, and it arrived an hour later and it was cold. I'll still use this location, but will only do pick up from now on and check it before I leave.
