Whoops... The employees are very nice at this store, but if they mess up your order - don't ask for a refund - because they won't give your money back! The franchisee's policy is no refunds! You have to wait for them to remake your order! So 5 minutes can turn into 20 minutes real fast... Or in this case, really slowly! On the plus side the manager apologized for the mistake and kicked in some gift certificates. Disappointed in a pretty dumb corporate policy that will keep me from coming back! So if you go and they say it will take 5 or 6 minutes to make it - think twice before you throw your cash down and you get stuck waiting for a while. Otherwise, the food is good!

Walked in and walked out in less than a minute to get a hot and fresh pizza. They only had cheese and sausage at the time but they were making others. They even had crazy bread ready to go. I went with cheese and is was good enough to satiate my hunger.

I decided to try this little Caesars last night. I was on a 10 minute brake at work so I shot over there for a 5 dollar hot and ready. When I got there I noticed they now have a 9 dollar hot and ready supreme. I snagged one of these and a 2 litter of soda. I was back to work on time which was perfect. Me and the crew had a good dinner at an affordable price. The service was good. I look forward to stopping here more often.

So here's the deal. Is Little Caesar's 4-star pizza? No. But is it quite the deal and super convenient? Oh yes. Perhaps too much so. It's hard to beat $5 for a ready pizza when I'm in a rush, don't want to spend a lot of dough (pun intended), but want more than one meal. I mean, compare $5 for their pizza versus what $5 will get you at any fast food joint - they can't compete. Recently they even had green chilies available on a Hot-n-Ready pizza ($7 tho...outrageous, I know :P). This location is far too conveinent for me, they always have multiple versions of Hot-n-Ready pizzas, and the service is always friendly. I buy dinner from here far more often than I'd like to admit.

After a 10 hour work day just up the street, I was ready for some food that I didn't have to cook, and something that would be filling. Enter Little Caesar's. I hadn't had their pizza in at least 10 years (probably more like 15) so I was a little trepidatious, especially because $5 for a pizza you pick up right away doesn't sound like the best thing. I was pleasantly surprised! First of all, as others have mentioned, the staff is great. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in and helped right away. I had my pizza in 20 seconds and was out the door-they're not kidding when they say it's fast! I went for the $5 pepperoni-it was actually good for chain pizza (I think better than Dominos) and it covered 2 meals. 2 meals for $5! Not bad at all. Then next time I'm in the area and need something sizable for cheap or I'm craving pizza, I'll be back.

Well you can't beat what they offer it's quick, easy and cheap. The American way and have great customer service. We all know their pizza isn't the best but hey 5 bucks or you can go other places and pay 20 your choice

The boytoy absolutely loves this pizza because it brings back good memories from childhood. I like it cause it's inexpensive. But we both can agree on the customer service. They have some of the best employees we have come across in our dining adventures. We also both agree that the pizza isn't the best tasting in the world. But here's the thing: they treat us well, so we keep coming back. I was out last week doing girly things as is my wont and the boytoy wanted pizza. He drives over to Little Caesar's and orders and waits for his pizza. The place was pretty crowded; it was the weekend and everyone wanted something quick and easy. He waits the usual time, was not impatient (never is) and was polite (always is) and they apologized for the wait and gave him a coupon for a free pizza. And that's how it's done folks. Loyal customers for life is what they have in us.

Hot and ready doesn't mean wait 10 minutes and watch the employes make 15 other pizzas...I have never waited for a pizza at a Little Caesar's ever until this location.
