GHETTO. The guy working literally asked," Whachu want, blood?" and I find that incredibly disrespectful. Especially considering the fact that I look NOTHING like a "blood" or even a relative of his. Drowned my bagel in butter and just awful.

Located in a corner of a shopping center, this location wasn't on my radar till a few months ago when I started to have work done on the house. It's a walk in location, not drive through. They are situation on the end of a group of stores. They have the same selection as all the rest, just convenient to me when I need to go grab breakfast for contractors. Trust me.. they DO appreciate it. Also good for an after gym snack or meeting place. They have plenty of seating.

Thinking bagels and cream cheese should be simple I stopped in for just that. While I ordered the cashier had his hand over his mouth the entire time making it nearly impossible for me to hear what he was saying. This made ordering 3 times as long as it could have been. Also, when you work at a place that serves food, you shouldn't be constantly touching you mouth and hair. Just sayin...so I get to the cashier to pay and I'm informed that they don't have the cream cheese I ordered. You don't have it or you don't want to go in the back and get it? Ok, I'll take a substitute even though I came in specifically for that. I also wanted orange juice. They don't seem to have any. The lemonade looks old and separated. I should've just left but I was starving and had limited time. I ordered a fountain drink and pay. She tells me to have a nice day. Can I have the cup?? Oh yeah, I forgot she says. She asks to see my receipt. What size did you get? Are you fucking serious? This isn't rocket science. To top it off their soda lines are filthy and the drink tasted disgusting.

Been in a few times now, it's nice to have a bagel place in the neighborhood, So far the service has been great, the bagels fresh and the coffee hot!!

The elderly tired looking woman that took my order and was completely upset that I bought all of the things in the morning for my small business meeting was horrible. Made me feel like I was bothering her and was the most off putting person I have dealt with customer service wise in a while. The two gentleman at the register were amazing, and we're even apologetic about her behavior, and they are the only reason I am giving two stars. If it were just those two, five stars all day.

Dropped in today to pick up some bagels for the family. Got home and found out they gave me the wrong order. Drove back to get the right order and a refund. They would either only give me my order or a refund not both. If i took the order it was not even going to ce remade. This place has no customer service. Not recommended.

This particular location is just the best! I have gotten the Santa Fe bagel sandwich both times recently and it was so delicious! My son, the vegetarian, loves the egg and pretzel bagel. They have good coffee and nice employees. I will continue to go! UPDATE: Lacey was a sweetheart today and very helpful. I al always grateful to come into this Einsteins! They rock!

They have great bagels and flavored cream cheeses but, the sandwiches don't taste that great. Their cheese bagels are very tasty and they have several varieties of cheese (cheddar,American,Parmesan etc)

I have to say I'm not impressed with the service I felt rushed along and wasn't offered anything else coffee.. juice etc. And I'm not sure how they measure their cream cheese but there was a boatload on my 1 bagel could have covered 2 or 3 with what they put on. I'm just feeling a bit annoyed I could've went to the local grocery bought my own and would have been much more satisfied.

I am an Einstein fan but not at this location. They gave me the wrong order so I waited 45 minutes to get my food. There was a strand of hair in my turkey sandwich! My wife's breakfast sandwich was missing the chipotle sauce. When I informed the employee who took my order, she laughed and didn't apologize! They obviously don't care about their customers and quality of food they prepare.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning and they had a huge line. I guess that is their busiest day. It didn't take too long to get through. Their food is really good. Love the bacon and egg bagel sandwich.

I've been to this location several times, and have had negative experiences over the past few months. They are very slow moving, and make several errors causing the wait time to be frustrating. You can expect to wait anywhere from 15-45 minutes. I ordered a bagel sandwich today and saw several people that were behind me receive their orders before I had. After about 20 minutes I asked a woman working about my sandwich. Rather than apologizing, they all talked amongst themselves about how they thought it had gone out already. Clearly I had not received my meal so I would have appreciated an apology at the very least. The woman that brought my food out did apologize, which I appreciated. I have had several instances like this here, and do not think I will come back. I easily forgive, but it is difficult to do when it appears as though employees don't seem to care about their paying customers. Free meal vouchers would greatly benefit this establishment, as they seem to make a lot of errors.

I was grabbing groceries nearby this morning and heading to the dry cleaners when I saw the big Einstein balloon as I was driving down Hampden and I slammed on my brakes and turned into the parking lot. This location JUST opened! How awesome to have an Einstein's in my neighborhood! There was a pretty long line, but I braved it and ordered a Spicy Elmo to go. It was a long wait for the food. The staff seemed to be scrambling to keep up with the crowd. The manager at the register told me they had a line out the door all day yesterday. As I was waiting, staff kept coming out from behind the counter to tell customers they were out of what they ordered... Garlic bagels, onion bagels, green chili bagels, all out. It felt like I stood there for an eternity. I even went to the bathroom to wash my hands (after a mis-hap at the grocery store prior to getting my breakfast) and I was still waiting after I came back. I was finally handed my order and I was out the door. I ran another errand, got home, put my groceries away and tore into my Spicy Elmo. It was still hot! However, it was folded very sloppy and made very sloppy. It was all tortilla at the top, then a large chunk of egg, the middle of it was all cheese and bacon, then the end of it was just all egg again. It was not made evenly... disappointing. However, it's a brand new store, I'm assuming most of the employees are new and they were super busy. I will definitely be back again, however I'm going to wait until the hype of the new store has calmed down.

This place is brand spankin' new, and they seem to be a big hit. We didn't have a quick bagel stop place in the 'hood, so they have definitely filled a niche. They have fast friendly service, with a lot of variety on their menu.

When this location first opened it was great. However it has gone steadily downhill since that time. Too many staff changes (not good). Customer service is pretty bad and I hope you have time because it's sloooooooooooow. Whatever you do, don't order anything complex (anything other than a bagel and cream cheese). They don't seem to be able to grasp the concept of anything else. If you have time drive to My Favorite Muffin or Einstein's - both at Arapahoe and Peoria. No time? Go across the parking lot to King Soopers and grab from their bakery. This location is good for the doggie bagels only.

Sooooooooo slowwwwwww ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and waited 15 minutes. Next time I'll go to the store and buy my own and make it at home twice as fast. Staff is friendly though, despite having zero hustle and a line every time I've been there.

Brand new to replace the Blockbuster that used to be there. Stopped in for lunch the other day and enjoyed what I had (particularly the pumpkin scone....yum!) They forgot part of my order and I had to go back and get it, but they were very friendly and even gave me a coupon for a free bagel to make up for it. Nice easy place to stop on the way in to work.

I stop at this particular Einstein's every day on my way into downtown Denver, right around 6:15am. Surprisingly, I am never the first person in the store, and there are many "regulars" who beat me to the store :) I love this particular Einstein's. The staff is over the top friendly, and they now have my order memorized. When you pay for your order, the survey at the bottom of the receipt allows you a free regular-sized cup of coffee on your next visit. Well.... I am always given a large cup of coffee for free when I present my receipt, and I appreciate that thoughtful touch. I think the poor reviews upon Einstein's opening in this area should not reflect on the store as it is now. There are always PLENTY of each type of bagel (although I was disappointed that they discontinued the pumpkin shortly after Thanksgiving - hello!! Pumpkin is a winter flavor), each of my orders has always been made perfectly, service is very quick and efficient, the store itself is spotless, there is ALWAYS fresh coffee, and as I mentioned previously, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. I will be a happy customer for years.

I would have to say I really liked this place until I interacted with the manager yesterday. I guess he was in a bad mood. They have a lunch special there that includes a bagel sandwhich a side of chips and a drink. That is what I ususally order. I don't drink soda or coffee (at least with lunch) so sometimes I bring a drink and give the cup to a friend. Sometimes, I order an orange juice and I pay the price difference. There is an employee that is usually there when I come in and he just has me pay the difference. He wasn't there yesterday and the woman at the register didn't know how to ring it up so she went to get the "manager". He was rude and embarrased me. He wanted the name of the employee that does this for me and told me that this guy was going to be in trouble because he was violating company policy. I didn't give him the name but the manager said he knew who it was. He told me I couldn't do it. He was yelling at me in front of the other employees and the other patrons. He ruined my lunch and now I worry that I have gotten this poor employee in trouble and he was doing the right thing by helping the customer. I never asked for the orange juice for the same price of the soda. I just wanted to pay the difference. Orange juice is a healthier choice. I was a regular since they opened. I was there once or twice a week. No more. I will just stay at the Starbucks up the street. Last week, I had placed a large order of bagels and cream cheeses to take to the mountains with us. No more. What a jerk.

My last visit 8/31 wasn't anything to run home about, the cashier was nice but what I purchased was over cooked and the service was basic if not rushed. I'm sure it was because I walked in 3 minutes to closing and all they wanted to do was get out of there. Never mind the 6 people that were seated and eating, I obviously was stopping their closing up process. That part didn't bother me since my order was simple and involved nothing other than swiping my card for them. The annoyance came when the cashier swiped my card, passed me a receipt and walked away before I could even say thank you. Save yourself the hassle of getting annoyed with this location and visit others.
