The internet is a ablaze about Chuck E Cheese being the new fight club! So I do some push ups, and sit-ups in preparation because I promised the kiddies we could go and I had some coupon for 2 pizza 4 drinks and 2 million tokens! So I show up and ask for Tyler Durden of course the girls at the front says she doesn't know, OK i say "I understand" and wink, she shoots me a like ok weirdo! I imagine she has a black eye and fat lip for good measure. We place our order and get our wheelbarrow of tokens, of course the kiddies fill up with carbonated sugar and then run off to play what ever beat down game that Chuck E still has. I strategically pick a corner table so I can have the lay of the land, and you know what its just a bunch of kids going ape shit for games and the play land! What a gyp man MSN, Yahoo and CNN all had stories about Chuck E Cheese being a wild west fight club and I came here and all that happened is my kids had fun, we ate some marginal pizza while drinking a gallon of soda. We will be back, but for my money Chuck E Cheese was way better back in the day with animatronic characters and the shows they used to put on. For now Tyler Durden has ducked me but I will keep a eye out and follow the first rule!

I have been to this location multiple times and it is typical for a Chucke Cheese. Which means: not great food, crowded and every line takes forever. The cashier today was rude and impatient even though we all waited over 10 minutes to get to the front of the line. She made everyone feel belittled and like an inconvenience. However, the ticket/toy ladies were awesome and patient and served each kiddo with good service. That made me happy. Overall I gave it a 3 because there is a lot to improve on when we are spending a minimum of 40 bucks to go.

This started out as a very bad experience, however, our issues were addressed by the manager very quickly. She tried hard to make sure our experience was good. All in all, they made up for their initial shortcomings.

we go yearly, to the one in Aurora. No complaints Last Nov. my son had his birthday party there and it was fantastic! He had such a good time and so did the other kids. Made good memories and my son has requested another party there

The food is overpeiced and looks like frozen pizza. Half of the coin operated games were out of order. The giant jungle gym and tub runs were closed down too. I hate Chuck E Cheese and this is why. it's the same everywhere you go. Just go to Boondocks in Westmisnter. The food is awesome and the fun stuff is always good!

Went there today and they were open but couldn't access their drawers to sell things. The manner was super nice and apologetic. He gave our family tokens for no charge 4xals and didn't charge me for the cotton candy I tried to buy. I took one star off for the problem but really, the manager's service earned the other 4 stars.

TOTAL PANDIMONIUM! Like you didn't expect that. I went here Sunday afternoon for my sons school mate' birthday party. When we came in we waited almost 5 minutes to get in. (Not because it was packed, but because they are to stamp both the kids' and your hands prior to entry). Once we were in, there wasn't a line to order food. The girl behind to counter was near the salad bar filling it with ice, making eye contact with me several times before greeting us and taking our order. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a small order of hot wings (10 count bone-in). So your thinking, birthday party, kids, free food right? Well, almost. She had purchased per headcount and I did not want them to pay for my other 2 kids, even though she told me time and again that is was ok. We sat found out place in the jungle of kidom, retrieved some tokens and headed for the games. All the games were functional, clean and in decent working order. With the objective to obtain as many tickets as possible be weary of the silent ticket snatchers when you are not looking. When the food came, it was hot. The server brought enough plates and utensils for us and her appearance was good. The pizza was decent. A thinner crust, normal sauce, cheese and lots of pepperoni. It had that typical pizza parlor taste on the tongue, but overall decent. The wings on the other hand, don't even bother. See the size of your pinky.? Half that. Literally. The wings were VERY small, cooked well but with zero flavor. They seemed to have put a dry buffalo rub on it immediately after it was pulled from the fryer. They were bland, tiny and overall extremely disappointing. While I am not sure exactly what my expectations were, it definitely was not this. Overall I will give it three stars. The place was clean, staff was friendly, food was hot and somewhat fresh and that games were not in too much disrepair. It is a good place to spend time with the kids. Seeing your children smile, laugh and have fun is priceless.

Food, eh, fun-ok, yea. I got to give them thumbs up for the ladder/tunnel area in the back. No tokens required and physical activity like no other. I think my 4 year old had the most fun there. The games are pretty fun too, with a handful of machines in there that give you a pretty decent chance of winning 20+ tickets on them. There's a pretty gnarly racing game that people have the habit of setting their tokens on top of this sloped ledge while playing. With a little audacity (and a plastic fork or knife), you're bound to dig up about 5 bucks worth of tokens from behind that thing.

I only go when kids ask. Absolutely horrible food. Layout is crowded - easy to lose your kid.
