I was in this neighborhood quite far from home for the first time in decades and as usual have a hard time passing by a Starbucks. One for the road is always my motto. Though it is a drive thru, I like to walk in if parking is easy (which it was) so I can more clearly describe my customizations of my favorite drink. Pretty much every Starbucks I have stopped at has graciously done this and almost always perfectly to my liking. Super friendly baristas, even with headphones on for the drive thru. That is not always the case if the line outside is long. But they did have someone dedicated to the walkins, which I appreciated. Got my drink and hit the road for home.

I love this Starbucks! The employees are always very friendly which is always a plus. The drive through can get pretty long in the mornings and I haven't been able to tell the difference with wait if I just go in. Oh well every good place is busy and I don't mind.

One of the worst locations I've been to....and I've been to a lot. The drive through was about what you'd expect when stopping at 745 am. But the cashier was so rude. I forgot to mention I had a personal cup when placing my order but that's never been a problem before at other locations. Elsewhere I get the standard cheer & "oh, that's no problem", but not here. the guy wouldn't even take my cup and instead gave me s--- about not mentioning it when placing my order. Wish there was another option on Sheridan...

Friendly service but don't do the drive through unless you have at least 20 minutes to spare

I love this location! I live nearby but don't go very often due to it being opposite of where I work. Today I felt the desire for coffee with out leaving my car. (Yes, I know, lazy) but anyways this I knew was a drive thru so no worries! I get there and there's a decent line but I figure that's life. The line did take a bit but when I pulled up to the window they apologize for the wait and gave me my drink on the house for the wait. I'll be back. :) great customer service and the staff was very nice

Wanna confuse these people? Ask for a cup of coffee, they will lose their minds. I did this once and they asked if I meant "americana", no just a large coffee, you mean "venti", did I say venti? I said large, it's the biggest cup you have, put coffee in it. These people don't know coffee and the coffee they have is usually burnt. Save the exorbitant sum of money these people charge and go to a mom and pop. At least they appreciate what they do

The staff didn't even bat an eye when I walked in completely delirious and in need of some strong coffee. The barista quickly recommended an Americano, which I'd never had before and found incredibly delicious.

It's Starbucks! Really, I wish there was more that I could say about it. I always go for their java chip frapaccino with a shot of espresso in it. I do this mainly because I like to have extra caffeine in my system when I come into work in the morning. Gotta love peppy-ness!

I woke up this morning and realized I had no coffee. That is no way to start a Friday. So I hopped in the car and made the short trek to Starbucks. First, I absolutely love the idea of a Starbucks drive thru. Although lately, at this location, it seems like everyone else loves that idea too. This place is always busy - the line for the drive thru is usually all the way around the building. But the service is always friendly, they've never screwed up my drink order and they seem to handle all the chaos with efficiency and a smile. Every single person I've encountered at this location has been incredibly nice. There's another location that's actually closer, and within walking distance, but they aren't nearly as efficient or as friendly. I'm about finished with my latte and things are looking much better now!

Ya know, people have got to get over their despise for "The Man" Starbucks, or at least stop giving me crap about being a Starbucks patron. There are reasons why so many Starbucks I've ever been to would earn 5 stars from me. And there are reasons why a lot of my local cafes never will. I can find a better or up to par latte, cappuccino, etc from several cafes in my neighborhood aside from Starbucks and I would prefer to support these local caffeine holes. But you know what I can't find at these places? A decent attitude from the people that work there, clean tables, stocked sugar and cream items, and a genuine appreciation for the customer. It's seriously no wonder why I prefer to go to a Starbucks, such as this one, where the staff is so crazy friendly and the service is super fast. AND I don't have to go searching for creamer only to have an employee roll their eyes at me when I ask them to do their job. As much as it sucks that Starbucks is a crazy, out of control growing weed - there's a reason for that. They have a system that works. And this location in particular is amazing because of the people that work there. Don't get me wrong, there are some 5 star cafes in Arvada and Denver area that absolutely blow any Starbucks out of the water. But in close proximity to my house, this is my coffe go-to place.

Not sure what the deal is with this particular location, but it's one of the worst Starbucks locations I've ever been in. The store is generally filthy; I've never once been inside this location when it appeared clean (the floors especially - just disgusting). Staff are generally disinterested in helping customers, preferring to continue their conversations (non-work related) with each other while patrons either wait to have their orders taken, or wait for their orders to be made. SLOWEST service I have ever had in a Starbucks anywhere, consistently. The last time I was in this store, the employee began making my drink, got to the point of putting the ice in it, and then simply set it on the counter and walked away to resume a conversation with another employee, while pretending to help that person make other drinks or whatever. I waited, quite literally, about 5 minutes for the employee to return and complete my drink (all it needed was whipped cream and lid... why did I have to wait so long for something that would have taken 10 seconds to complete?). The only positive thing I can say about this location is that at least they make the drinks correctly and I've not received one here that was bad. You may wonder why I continue going here - I only do so about once (sometimes twice) a week because I happen to be in the area and it's the closest one available. If there was another option I'd never set foot in this dirty, poorly staffed store again. I intend to send a letter to Starbucks corporate to let them know how poorly this location is managed and run. The cleanliness issue is a big one, IMO, as eventually it's going to carry over to the food/drinks, if it hasn't already. And the issue with the entryway - how long are the doors going to be broken? There was one day we stopped in here, not realizing the right side door was 'out of order', and my girlfriend pulled it open, only to walk directly in to a trash can that had been placed in front of it on the inside. We did not see it from the outside, nor was the door marked as being not in use. Ridiculous. Skip this location if you can (also? the parking is HORRENDOUS, though this isn't the fault of Starbucks... it's just a really poorly designed complex). If you're headed southbound on Sheridan and go far enough, there's another, much better location in Edgewater. Go there instead.

Love this location! It's everything you could want in a Starbucks. Cozy, comfortable interior. Fast, friendly staff. A drive through for when you're in a hurry. I take a few extra minutes in my commute to come here instead of the going to the Starbucks by my house because this location is just so consistently awesome!

LOVE everyone who works at this Starbucks! I get the same thing everytime and they always get it right, and have it made up perfectly for me :) Think everyone is catching on though, cause it's getting to be a busy place!
