Most people know all about Starbucks and most of the time one is about the same as the other. But we really like this location. The staff here is terrific and really go out of their way to get to know their regulars. They are super nice to my young daughter and teenage son. We feel very comfortable coming in here and spending several hours over coffee and some "out of the house" relaxing time. There are two areas with "cushy" chairs (two each area). There is a bar-type sitting area against one window and there are plenty of tables. There are tables and even "cushy chairs" outside as well. Not a really huge shop, but not small either.

I will greatly miss this locarion as it moves across ward road. I have been going here since high school and I don't have one single complaint. Now as an adult i work really close and often my mid morning break is to this location. They are small and they don't have much room hence the move to another building. Over the last 3 years I have come to know the staff well. They have always been nice and friendly but now they know my name my order and they make me feel special almost like family when I walk through the door.

Upset because of the poor phone service wouldn't load my Birthday reward so I couldn't use it and then when I came back with my Gold Card it expired! I waited all year for this present and never got it. :(

After building/remodeling and moving into their new location I have to say I'm impressed. Very cozy atmosphere. Best looking Starbucks I have seen.

The service is terrible, the workers are rude and don't make their customers a priority. I'm a huge fan of Starbucks coffee and their new location is nice but the employees need to learn to treat their customers with respect.

Has anyone tried one of these Starbucks places? Recently, I've seen a few pop up. It appears to be an Old Peaches Record Store, but now they only have CD's for sale...and at a good price- cheaper than their coffee. And I think they collect donations for the homeless or something, because there's a huge jar on the counter with all kinds of Money in it...it says TIPS (Today Inspire People's Soul, I'm thinking). Good on Starbucks. Anyway, for like only $20 you can get a cup of coffee with practically anything but coffee in it. And all these muffin tops, no not the ones you eat, but the ones on those teenage girls ordering iced latte, 1/2 1/2 extra caramel frapa-mocho pistaciochini's...Venti. Not sure if they'll be around very long...so hurry up and get to one to check it out before they close.

Always the best service, one barista in particular remembers my name and my drink. I think that's awesome since I visit only once in awhile.

I had a really disappointing experience here the other morning. The barista was making each customers coffee one at a time (before me). This is not an efficient way to work. I almost had to leave as I was going to be late to work. When it was finally my turn, she took my order and then turned around and started checking on the drip coffee! (Isn't that something you do when you don't have a line?) THEN she started taking the orders of the people behind me and was working on their drinks rather then working on mine? THEN she asked me if I wanted her to make my or my sons drink first. I didn't know how to answer that? Also, I ordered both drinks child temp so I could drink mine right away. Not only was my drink too hot, but my son's child's hot chocolate was WAY hot. I would have given this review only one star but I suspect she was new and she was very nice. Starbucks- if you have a new employee - please have a more experienced employee on shift available for training and back up so your customers still have a positive experience while they are learning. *i am also curious as to why the water is also always running in the sink while I am there? She had the water running full blast for 15 minutes. Why is that necessary? When we are only allowed to water our lawns every other day to conserve water, why does Starbucks need to run the water in the sink incessantly?

I recently went to this Starbucks and was really impressed. The staff was really interactive and friendly. I went there because my girl friend said it was her favorite in Arvada. Starbucks usually has pretty friendly people, but not always. Hear they we really welcoming. I will definitely go back again.

Every time I visit this place I regret it. The morning staff is friendly and the crowd is good but the afternoon staff is made up of teenage idiots. And they're led by the guy who thinks he's a girl, and a rude girl at that. They usually screw up the order and fix it with attitude. Hands down, the rudest Starbucks I've ever visited.

Whenever I visit the area this is the Starbucks I come to and they always are so nice and welcoming inside. The pastry area is always full and never seem to be out of anything when I'm there. Inside, the place is very clean. Just a great experience every time I've been there.
