Coming from the east coast, nothing quite compares when it comes to great Chinese food. However, Heaven Dragon is a nice option. Food seems to be high quality and always consistent with taste and portions. This is a restaurant that the whole family enjoys (including 5 & 7 year old). Go for the coconut shrimp, dumplings or anything moo shoo. Chicken chow mein is one of the better dishes . . . if you like a lot of veggies.

LOVE Heaven Dragon. Very tasty Chinese (Americanized) food. The best sesame chicken I have ever had, all in a completely unassuming strip mall. They also have some Vietnamese dishes and noodle bowls, as well as some steamed veggie options for healthier eaters. Their prices are on par with other Chinese places, maybe on the high end, but well worth the price. My only gripe is that we never get enough rice when we order takeout. Order an extra rice and you'll be good. Cheaper prices during lunch....I'll pick up couple lunch specials late in the afternoon and save them for our dinners. Cheaper than spending at least $10 more for dinner for the exact same thing!

Much better than typical Chinese food. We know we can always rely on this place for a great meal. The portions are generous enough to provide lunch for a few days. My husband and daughter love the Sesame Chicken. My favorite is the Mongolian Beef, it's the best I've ever had. But watch out, it's spicy! I usually ask them to make it half as spicy, to which I get funny looks! Calling in for take out is quick.

I'd give the restaurant 5 stars, but they don't do a great job of keeping the place clean. I probably don't want to know what goes on in the kitchen. However, the food is the best. We've tried nearly everything on the menu: all the soups, the pu-pu platter and most of the entrees at one time or another....we've eaten there a lot. It's worth a stop, especially at Chinese New year!

Best Chinese food in Denver. I have yet to find a better Chinese restaurant here. Food is good, always hot and super sized portions. The fact that the owner and 90% of the staff were arrested for embezzling and growing pot out of twenty houses makes it that much more interesting.

It doesn't get better than Heaven Dragon as far as Chinese food goes. No one has better sesame chicken. Amazing soup, perfect wontons, great price and service.

Best chinese reataurant in the area. Amazing soups, entrees, and desserts. Highly recomend trying this place out if you have a hankering for good chinese food. Eat inside if you can, great environment inside.

Heaven dragon is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. They have fantastic lunch specials. I have noticed the quality is changing slightly but it still tastes good. Try the general Tao chicken or the crab wontons!

So George W. Bush really likes this place? He must have some low standards for Chinese food. It's typical Americanized Chinese food with your basic menu. The steamed rice that came with the meal was oddly dry; almost as if it was either undercooked or heated up from a previous day. The service was good. Our server answered all our questions about the menu and checked in several times during our meal. I think it was mostly because the place was pretty empty for dinner time though.

Some of the best Chinese food we've ever had. Especially love the Sesame Chicken and Mongolian Beef. Only challenge is they don't have a gluten free menu, but other than that it is awesome.

This is your average Chinese place. I will say that the sesame chicken is particularly good (and my fav of american/chinese food). Nothing exceptional, but we will go there when we have a hankering for a Chinese joint.

I've frequented Heaven Dragon several times, both for takeout and sit-down service. Service has always been very good. Food is very good, but pricing is a little high.

Royal Garden is pretty laid-back for a restaurant whose claim to fame is that George W. named them as his favorite Chinese food restaurant in town. Wow. I'll give them a star for being accommodating when I walked in a few minutes before they closed and asked for $60 of takeout. The staff is pretty clueless about substitutions and allergies, though. The food is average and the pictures that decorate the walls (of the owner shaking hands with different political figures, who knows why) are a bit gag-worthy. If you're in the neighborhood and you're craving Chinese then sure. But don't drive more than five minutes just to try their cheese wontons.
