Decent place. My only complaint is that the management does not seem to understand how to staff. Every Saturday I go in there is only one guy working and the line is usually to the door. I will say it's the same guy and he works his butt off but seriously put another person on shift!

Cold stone is always a delicious treat, but it was extra fun there today with a young guy playing beautiful music on the piano while we enjoyed our treats! This was my first time to this location and I would definitely pick this location over any other with a friendly staff and beautiful piano music to enjoy

Either the management is naive or doesn't care but I'm pretty sure the guys on shift that night were changing credit card receipts. First they over charged us for our ice creams but the place was packed and I wasn't going to hold up the line for a few dollars but then the next day when I looked at my credit card online the charge was for $10 more than it should have been. My friend's credit card was also charged more than it should have been. The manager Lori was really nice about the whole thing but she gave a 10 minutes excuse about a new credit card machine issue that sounded a little suspect to me. Again she might just be that naive about her employees that she really believes the machine added exactly $10 to the tip of both mine and my friend's cards. Either way I love Cold Stone ice cream and will always be a patron just probably not at this location ever again.

It was a chain-surfing kind of day for me, I guess. I started with lunch at Ruby Tuesday right across the parking lot, and then oh, look. Cold Stone is right there. And me, just coming off a 46-day Lenten sacrifice of sweets and desserts (go me!), I was stuffed as it was but figured what the heck. It's Easter Sunday and I don't want a sheet cake from King Soopers, dangit. The Dude and I were the only ones in the place at around 2pm; two girls were working (both young--seems to be a hiring trend at all the CS's I've visited). I ordered the Red Velvet Cake ice cream (and the girl told me they're the only Cold Stone [in Colorado?] that makes that kind). I tasted it on its own with their little sample spoon; it tasted faintly of Red Velvet cake batter. I added a brownie to it, and though the brownie was a bit dry (and crunchy), it was a good match-up. He got regular Cake Batter ice cream with cookie dough. I ordered the smallest size but was offered the next size up, "...it's only 30 cents more!" Or something to that effect. I declined, and the girl apologetically said, "I have to ask". I've worked in the biz, I understand. She was very friendly and the ice cream was... ice cream. As an aside, I wasn't as blown away as I thought I might be after not having any sweets for so long (like the longest I've gone without since being in the womb, most likely). Still, that wasn't any fault of Cold Stone's. And while it's not Colorado-proud ice cream like Liks or Sweet Action, it was there... I was there... nothing more I could have asked for. 'Cept maybe some fat pants.

Ok, you better sit down for this. I am about to tell you about the BEST ice cream ever, but there are some specific things you need to say when ordering, so pay attention! Order the Mud Pie, not the one that is currently on the menu, but tell them you want it the old way, the original way that never should have changed! Ready for the description?????? Okay... Coffee ice cream, oreos, almonds, peanut butter (ask for a bit extra), hot fudge, whipped cream (ask for this mixed in, not on top). ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? This is ridic! Now, make sure you monitor those guys behind the counter, don't let them pull a fast one on you and skimp or forget an ingridient. So good.....

The ice cream here is so thick (or else there is dough in it) that the workers here roll it out on a board and then you pick what you want on it. Not a bad concept but once you get through all that the ice cream cone you get is very rich...almost too rich.Even if you don't put anything on the ice cream it still is very rich and doughy. Apparently too that is a trademark from the chain is that the workers that prepare the ice cream and deal with the customers have to sing occasionally. VERY obnoxious and even more so if I ever had to work there which is another reason why I would never work at this place and be subjected to such ridiculous shenanigans or ever go to work in food service for that matter.

I get it. I don't exactly have six pack abs and I probably don't need a large ice cream. However, when I order a large, I don't want to be prompted to say 'I've got to have it' just because the marketing department at Cold Stone thought it would be a good idea to rename large. This place sucks. ... but their ice cream really is quite delicious.

We went in here to grab some ice cream, go figure, an ice cream shop, who knew?! I had the Cheesecake Fantasy, and added pie cherries to it. It was great, my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach. My boyfriend had the Cookie Dougnt You Want Some, and got oreos instead of chocolate chips. The girl working there was VERY liberal on the sizes, but who's going to complain about getting more? :-) All in all, I would like to return when they have someone playing the piano, there's one in the shop and it would be awesome to have heard it! Good ice cream!
