The food here has improved quite a bit but one tging I truly hate when I come with my family is that 1/5 games are down I mean common why don't they have a maintenance tech ?

No matter if you are a fan of the food or not, great kids stop and we all know we would have loved this when we were young. This is the place memories are made of whether Saturday nite family outing or that special birthday. Nice location and friendly staff. The arcade has something for all ages and who doesn't love that irritating Chuck y Cheese Show that torments us as we eat!

All I know--you can have a darn good time lost in a Chuck E. Cheese, especially if you are five..but not only. Knew a kid that shot a film here. Darn good, just like everything else this place touches. If you ARE five, come with 9, 10, or 20 of your screaming friends for...CAKE, BALLOONS, PRESENTS, GAMES......AAAAAAHHHHH!--it is so great!

Look, I know Chuck E. Cheese's isn't known for great pizza, but at least it was passable. WAS. The new stuff they've got now is terrible! I can't speak on all of the toppings, but the Canadian bacon and black olive pizza we had tasted like lemon dish soap. Maybe the pizza was good, but they forgot to rinse the pan? If you go, watch out for ticket thieves. I don't mean the kids (although there were a few juvenile offenders), I mean their parents! They walk right by the games and rip the tickets off before you even have a chance to bend down and get them. I nearly got physical with one "gentleman" who thought it was cute to steal my daughter's skeeball tickets. I don't know if they're understaffed, or the staff just doesn't care, but it sucks.

I took my 3.5 year old son here for a "mommy and son night out". He loved it. I can't speak to the food or the show, as we didn't eat there (I can't have gluten anyway, but the salad bar actually looked really fresh), but the rest of it was great. The games worked, staff was really sweet to him (rounded his tickets up so he got 3 dinky prizes instead of wasting his tickets), everything was clean, music wasn't too loud. Chuck was on his way to a birthday party but took a minute to give my son a high five. I was really not looking forward to going, I thought it would be overstimulating, crowded and dirty, but it actually was none of the above. A pleasant surprise for sure.

Good for the kids ! My granddaughter loves this place,so here we are having fun and helping win some prizes. They do serve beer wine, they do monitor the people who go in and out of the place !

Just go somewhere else. All games out of tickets and most games had out of order signs on them. 4 people working, only one person handling the register and ticket line. We couldn't even get a drink or pizza. Stood in line for 30 minutes and it didn't even move. The person checking stamps up front was only acting like they were checking hand stamps. The place was very dirty and unorganized. I feel bad for the birthday parties going on. I've never seen one the badly run. My advice would be go to the other locations. It's worth the drive.

One might expect some sticky spots in a restaurant geared toward kids, but this Chuck E Cheese is filthy, absolutely filthy. Every surface is grimy and sticky. What was actually stocked at the salad bar was revolting. The restaurant touts its new sandwiches but doesn't actually have the ingredients to make one. Being severely understaffed, lines are mind-numbingly long and one is treated to out-of-control and screaming children who apparently were not accompanied by any sort of adult ( not the fault of the restaurant, but it certainly adds to the overall misery of the experience. The soda machine sputtered and spurted brown colored water that was unfortunately warm as the ice seemed to have run out. Finally finding a table that didn't have the debris of other diners or was reserved for a birthday party (sorry birthday kid) we were visited by several small flying insects. Bottom line - skip it unless you've had your tetanus shot. There was one bright spot, however. A young man named Demetrius was sunny and helpful and quite frankly salvaged some of the night.

I love Chuck E Cheese's, the thing that I don't love about CEC is the million kids running around screaming and crying. We visited on a weekday around 11 and there was only 1 other family inside with us. It was quiet and wonderful. Chuck E Cheese himself came out every hour and threw around a bunch of free tickets. The games were fun, there are always coupons online too! The pizza was better than I remember, but still not amazing or anything, but we visit for our kids to play... we aren't focused on the quality of the food. This location is the best one in northern CO, I travel from Thornton just to go here. It is clean and has more games than the other ones I think. I love that you can just pay the difference for anything your kids want to buy with their tickets that they don't have enough for; for instance if they only won 100 tickets and the toy that they want is 500 tickets, you just pay $4.00 and it's yours and you can leave without tears or buying a ton more tokens to try to win enough tickets. It's a penny per ticket exchange rate.

Had my son's 3rd birthday party there today from 11am -1 pm. We had a great time. The food is not that bad and I thought a wee bit overpriced, but they do everything for you. The only concern is that when you go to book the party, you talk to someone at the corporate office (I can't confirm this is where they are) that don't know each location's policy on things. This store opens at 11, but the guy on the hotline said I could get there at 10 to set up. When I arrived at 10 am, I quickly learned that this was not the policy, but the store was very accommodating. I had Laura as my party coordinator and she was great. Due to the nature of the business, they plan your whole 2 hours for you and keep you on a strict timeline, but for me, it worked out. Some of the machines were out of order and weren't labeled and others were out of tickets, but honestly, we had such a great time, I didn't bother to complain. I got the feeling that the other parents were impressed too. Loved it.

A nice place to bring the kids to run around, however that is the issue. Most parents that come here don't pay attention to their kids, and often you will have kids running around without adult supervision. The food is average at best, and way over priced. I have only seen a couple games out of order a few times, which is pretty good. However, the place isn't for parents of kids that actually teach respect or listening skills, as you will find neither from the kids/parents that also attend. We only visit when other family members/friends are having a birthday party here.

This place was once called Showbiz Pizza Place and then in 1992 a rat destroyed the place. The rat's name is Chuck E Cheese. I have nothing good to say about any Chuck E Cheese's place because any location called Chuck E Cheese's killed one of my most favorite places that I grew up with and that I love so dearly.

So I get to babysit the grand kids this weekend and I have this brilliant idea, "lets go to Chuck E Cheese!" Turns out I need to make better life choices as Charles Barkley would say, "that was a turrible idea!" I typically rate things based off my expectations, and while my expectations for this pizza place was not great, the staff really fell short of even coming close to meeting these mediocre expectations. First- The lack of staff made everything worst. No one at the door to greet us, let us in.They require you get matching stamps with the kids so they can ensure the kids you walk in with, are the same ones you leave with. While I agree with the thoughts, you have to KEEP someone at the door to monitor people coming in / out. I personally watched several people enter and exit WITH KIDS without being checked in or out because no one was at the door. Once we got in we had to wait nearly 10 minutes at the register to order food while the manager (lead) helped someone turn in tickets. While normally this would not bother me, there were two staff members watching her take tickets. I get it, they probably were not qualified to take an order or manage the register, but she could not hand off what she was doing to someone else if she is the only one qualified to manage the register? The pizza was about what I expected, a step or two above cheap frozen pizza, but the salad bar was horrific. It looked like a group of 5 year olds had a play day there. Food everywhere, dressing on top of the food everywhere. To top it off they had just mopped the tile and people were slipping all around the bar. At first I thought they had failed to put a slippery when wet sign out, but on my trip to get salad, I saw it behind the bar where no one could see it. As I was back there one of the managers (leads) came out and I pointed out the sign was in a bad location and that I had seen several people about wipe out on the other side of the salad bar. She rolled her eyes at me, picked up the sign and slammed it on the other side of the bar, clearly upset that I had bothered her with such a trivial item. The only real issue I had with the games, were the number of game broken, without any signage on them. we finally had to stop letting the grandkids put coins in, cause we lost a half dozen or so as the kids ran to a game, put a coin in only to realize it was broken. On a positive note I did see someone working on games trying to fix them while we were playing. On the way out, they finally have someone watching the door and check the marks on kids. They apparently did not mark my grandaughter properly on the way in, so the door person, asked her questions about who I was to make sure she was safe. Nothing like being questions by a stranger about your relationship with your granddaughter to make a horrible dinner, worse. That being said, I do applaud her for actually being there, doing her job. Overall I think we would have been better off getting frozen pizzas and playing xbox or something along those lines. However if you have a personal relationship with a personal injury lawyer, this might be a perfect place for you to have lunch.

Chuck E Cheese proves that nightmares are real. The pizza is extremely over priced, the noise of half-assed animatronics is blaring, and the games/prizes are an utter rip off. Sure kids love it, but I could take my daughter out to eat and go bowling for the same price (and everybody would have fun). Do not go! You have been warned.

I spent about 4 hours at the Arvada Chuck E Cheese location for my son's 10th birthday, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with both the quality of food and the service we experienced. The pizza tasted quite good and all of the adults commented on how flavorful it was (I think we were all assuming that food at a games place would be an afterthought.) The salad bar was very well stocked and everything seemed fresh and new. Every single staff member was helpful, and made sure the kids had a fun time. All of the games were working tonight as well, which was a relief after having read some of the other reviews. We came on a weeknight, and it never seemed busy, so this may have allowed staff plenty of time to provide excellent service, still, it seemed they truly wanted to make sure the kids were happy and the place was kept clean. I would certainly return to this location if one of my children wanted another party here.
