Great place I wish I had tried sooner. They have great and well priced food and drinks. Mango Margarita with chili powder rim is my favorite drink so far. The chi chi, regular and strawberry margaritas are good also, but the Cadillac is a little too stronger for my taste. As for food, the fajitas are my favorite and very good (although sometimes the veggies aren't as grilled as I like them), the shrimp wet burrito with green chili is delicious and has a good spice to it, the burrito cochinito is good bur too big for me and I am not a fan of the sour cream being inside the burrtio, and the shrimp rancheros were good but I would like more spice to them. Customer service is really good also and you can sit down wherever you choose when you get there.

This place is horrible! I would have given zero stars if I could! If you eat here beware! The staff is extremely rude!! I went here twice just to be sure I wasn't trippin. First time I dined in with my boyfriend & the waitress only spoke to us in Spanish. Which I don't mind because my boyfriend speaks Spanish, however when I went to order she acted like she didn't hear me or understand me so my boyfriend had to explain my entire order to her in Spanish which was awkward and uncomfortable and not to mention stupid and inconvenient. I ordered potato tacos, beans & rice. My rice was cold and my beans were crusted over at the top and over the sides like as if they had been sitting there all day long. Besides the beans the food wouldn't have been so bad, but ultimately it was our rude waitress who really ruined it for us. The second time I ordered for carry out, they told me 15 min over the phone so I showed up 30 min later and my food wasn't near ready, the women working didn't even start on my food actually until I arrived. I ordered chicken soup, so disgusting. The chicken was brown and dis colored and the soup was full of bones and skin. It was so greasy & disgusting I could only take a few bites. And once again rude waitresses. One waitress looked at me, ignored me & walked away. Is this how they treat all their customers? Not only did she ignore me, she went to the last cupboard behind the counter where her phone was, kneeled down and began to text for what seemed like about ten minutes. This place sucks and is so over rated. I don't know how this place has 4 stars but it's probably from people who don't live in Wilmington! Shit food and shit waitresses, and it's a shame because I live right down the street. I'll be going to Diana's from now on.

Love this place! Best Mexican restaurant in the South Bay. Drink sizing is huge, worth the price. Aqua frescas and micheladas are really mouth watering. Food is definitely authentic mexican when you taste it. Leaves your tongue burning for more if you're not used to spicey food. But definitely worth the burn. They've been in business for so long and I can see why. They're definitely worth stopping by when you're craving good real Mexican dishes. Service is always so attentive. Good varieties of drinks, beers, and cocktail options.

Sorry but I have to omit a star for repeated poor service. Food overall is good except for my practically potato-less taco. Hubby really likes their costillas plate. This time we waited over 30 mins for our food. No explanation, no apology...at least not from our waitress. The cashier serviced and communicated with us more pleasantly and apologetically than her. We'll have to think twice before heading out this way for a meal.

Great local place to the gfs house. Quality fajitas with great prices and the alcohol is on point. Love these margaritas and to think I have been coming around the area for 2 1/2 years and never tried this place until two months ago!

I'll give it 4 stars because the food is really good, menudo taste as good as Mexico, they have birria, pozole, cocido, desayunos, enchiladas, great ambience, but the waitresses aren't happy!... They served alcohol and take credit cards

Very nice place..... Been here 3 times already and tried different plates, love the tostadas mixtas and their costillas en salsa ummmmmm yummy yummy.... And the best of all is that you can go anytime because they're open 24 hours.

I was really excited to try this place, especially after the great reviews by other yelpers. However, it was a BIG disappointment. I had the shrimp and octopus cocktail; which was bit and pieces of each thrown together, almost looked like leftovers from the day before, NOT fresh. The service was also subpar and unhelpful. I give it one star for having parking available at the time we were dinning.

An old Wilmas mafioso front. That's the only way this place has stayed open all these years. Food is okay. Best for micheladas and chips and salsa late night.

I had the mechelada and chamoyada. It was pretty good. Shrimp cocktail was good also. Ceviche was OK didn't blow my mind. Service is good. Chips were bland but salsa was descent. Cool thing about it is that they're open 24 hours! They have a great drink menu. Next time I'll try their enchiladas.

Came here for the first time today, we sat down for about 30 minutes before receiving a MENU. We then received the menu's and it took about another 30+ minutes for her to come back and asked what we wanted to drink. Once we ordered our food it was very quick for some plates, however the last plate arrived once we were done eating. She then never came back and we never got a refill until we went up to the register to ask for a refill. I spoke with a lady with glasses and she just said to wait until they could refill our cups????? What kind of service is this? This is very bad customer service and it seems as if they don't care about that. However, the food was very good and I give them 3 stars because of that.

I went there for breakfast at 4:15 am this morning. I had a craving for Chorizo con huevos with beans and rice. There was enough eggs in the chorizo and the beans tasted like can beans. The menu looked impressive but if you can't make something as simple as Chorizo con huevos, I wonder if anything is good. The best chorizo con huevos I ever had was at the Old Farmers Market at 3rd and Fairfax. Their's had salsa fresca scrambled with the chorizo and eggs. Since that time, that's how I make mine. BTW, "Bushes" whole pinto beans tastes better than the ones here.

Never again will I come here ...... I dont believe any restaurant should charge you a tip..... I can see if there was a large party BUT when it was just my family of 5 and they made sure they put a 15% tip charge on my bill...... The waitress was horrible and do not deserve anything !

Would not go back. Some friends of mine stopped by by to get some seafood and we disappointed by the quality of the food. Yes it's cheap but should be even cheaper for how sloppy the plate looks and for serving food that tastes like left overs.

I love this place!! My coworkers brought me here one night after work & I absolutely love them now! Their (alcoholic) drinks are so good & really cheap. The food is delicious! I love that they give you free unlimited chips & salsa too. Whenever we go we sit in the same corner booth & we get the same waitress. I don't know her name (you think I would know by now considering all the times we've gone) but she's got dirty blonde hair & she's so courteous. I really enjoy going here. It's a nice atmosphere with amazing Mexican food & drinks!

With a name like Los Tres Cochinitos, it's got to be good right? These three little piggies are serving up food 24/7 in the heart of Wilmington to the primarily Mexican community. I stopped in for a visit and tried the huevos rancheros with green sauce for about $8.50. These over easy eggs served on a tortilla and smothered in green chile sauce with pork also came with potatoes, beans and corn tortillas on the side. Unfortunately, my huevos rancheros were rather average, but the side of potatoes were a nice change from the usual. Soft and mushy, I suspect that they were cooked in a spicy tomato sauce. Luckily I was able to sample one of my dining partners plate of chilaquiles which were outstanding. The thick style tortilla chips at this place make them perfect for chilaquiles soaked in a red sauce, yet retaining a bit of crunchiness. I wish I had my own plate, but next time I visit I want to order one of those monster burritos that looks to be as big as my arm! 5 star chilaquiles + 3 star huevos rancheros = 4 stars.

Had a great dinner there last night. Shrimp cocktail was plentiful and delicious. Dinner salad just so-so but vegetables were crisp. Pork chili Verde was outstanding. Beans were good but rice was just so so it did not seem fresh. Servers were all very nice and we were greeted and seated promptly. All servers were bilingual and it was a good experience overall. Plenty of seating chairs and booths were comfortable but a little worn. If you get a hankering for Mexican food in the middle of the night they're open 24 hours. We will definitely be going back.

Stopped here for some chicken enchiladas and was not disappointed. Good food, good service, and decent price. Only negative was they started playing ranchero music as I was getting ready to leave. No bueno.

Best mexican restaurant that I've found in my area, plus it's 24/7! Parking can be packed at times, but it's worth it

The grub is ok, nothing to really write home about...I usually order the cooked liver, fried beans with grilled onions on top with fried beans with the liver along with the tortillas then an ice-tea or soft drink. The price? Thank the good Lord for allowing me over time, because it's not cheap.... last time I went there, the bill came back to be like $10 Something. Not an issue if it was $8 something, but $10 something or more....Exit, stage right! Service...Could be better.

I've eaten here with friends three times now and every experience has been positive. The food is good quality, tasty, and comes in good-sized portions. The house-named burrito is enough to make two meals. The fresh carrot/orange juice is made to order and a good deal for $3.25 The free chips and salsa are so good you can easily wreck your appetite before the food shows.

Just discovered this place and it's awesome! And it's open 24/7! Whaaaa?? Great for my schedule since I work a late night shift. The carne asada burrito with the green sauce on top... get it!! It's huge and delicious. They also have a full bar! What more can you ask for? Oh and the waitresses wear tiny skirts if you're into that. :-)

This place is so bomb, they are open 24/7 and have the best chile verde carne asada fries I've ever had . . .puts taco Sinaloa carne fries to Shame (rest in peace) and most of all I've always had great service when going there

I come here once a week. The food is excellent and the service is always great! They give you unlimited chips and salsa. The salsa is really good very authentic. I usually order the same thing shrimp cocktail and the two chicken tacos with rice and beans. (very good) My boyfriend orders the castillos (ribs in salsa) He loves it! Only thing I wish they had was Flan they have cheese flan which is not the same.

Went here for lunch on a Sunday, man what a great find. The casual Mexican ambiance puts you in a Fiesta mood. Now for the best part, the food!! The best steak picado I have ever had and everything else on the extensive pictured menu looked fantastic too. I get the feeling that it can be a bit loud in the evenings sine they serve margaritas by the picture and have a jukebox that played a couple of great Ranchero songs while I was there.

Bad Service. Waitress brought food out for our group of 7 all at diffrent times and completly forgot to put my order in. After everyone was finished my food finally came. No offer to remove from the bill free desert nothing. The Carne Asada was dry and the beans were over cooked. Back in the day great place to eat. Not so much now.

Family oriented restaurant ... seemed like they were all locals (myself included as my mom lives a few blocks away) ... try their shrimp ceviche it's really good ... their fish ceviche was uncooked and quite nasty but the waitress was nice to offer to remove it from my bill and get me a second shrimp tostada instead ... loved their tacos and crazy machaca that it's to kill for. They are open late and again ... great prices and service ... Enjoy

Angels spot. I love this place. there cocido is so good. Aquachile shrimp was my have to eat item when I was pregnant at 2am cravings it's hot and the lemon so good. They have a lot of plates that are good. They weekly specials. my kids are major complainers it has to good and clean, this place is a thumbs up for them. Also has a open bar for all those drinkers. And it's Open 24 hrs, it's a very safe spot in wilmington.

Food is average. Had the chile verde fries with asada which was ok. Asada seemed a little tough. Also had the barbacoa burrito which was kind of bland. I had to add a lot of salsa to it to get some flavor. Might have given less stars but the wife said she liked her shrimp cocktail.

Visited this spot a couple of days ago and wanted to give a review of my experience. First of all the service was not very good. As we came in we didn't get a hello we got a sit where ever you want. Once we sat down it took about 10 mins for our server to come over and greet us and get our drink order. Our server wasn't the most friendly and seemed as though she had been working a long shift and was irritated. After getting our drink order, it took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Once the drinks were brought to us we were told that she would be back for our food order. About another 10 mins later, we finally placed our food order with the server. We waited... And waited... And waited... Finally about half and hour after placing our order we finally got our food. The place wasn't even very busy so it couldn't have been because of the amount of people there that it took so long. By this time I wasn't really that hungry anymore, I was more frustrated for the poor service and long waits between orders and what not. As far as the food, it was below average Mexican food. Enchilada was very bland, tacos were not flavorful either. Rice and beans were okay but nothing to write home about. I tasted other dishes of people I was with and it was more of the same. Food was all pretty tasteless. This place has poor service and below average tasting food. I had to give it an honest 2 star rating. Not a spot I would recommend to others at all.

YUM YUM YUM We had tacos and sopes - the shrimp tacos were delicious, carnitas tacos were pretty good. We also had the sope, carne asada and carnitas. This was my first time having one so don't have anything to compare it to. They were pretty good. The wait staff was attentive and very nice. Will definitely be going back.

This is my absolute favorite place to eat at in the good ol' city of Wilmas. I love coming here during the day with my family for a quiet lunch. Then I like to come back after a night of drinking with my buddies. One time, I had been there THREE times in one day and the waitress said I had earned a free desert! Too bad I was too stuffed to take her up on the offer. I always order the usual here: Enchiladas Especiales Plate: Consists of a piece of carne asada (usually has great flavor, sometimes not so much), cheese enchiladas (sooo deliciously cheesy), fries (perfectly fried, not too crispy, and not too mushy), I then ask to switch my beans and salad for some carne con chile y nopales. I never get a weird stare for my food switch and they never tack on an extra charge. They also have come a long way, and added alcoholic beverages to their menu! 1-liter margarita for $9.99! I suggest going on the rocks and either going for original flavor or asking them to go easy on the flavored syrups. The syrups can be too sweet. Overall, love the margaritas. I always have to explain that the 1-liter margaritas is JUST for me and that I am NOT sharing haha

Had the tortilla soup and it did not disappoint. My first intuition was to get the birria, which I will get next time. I also ordered tacos on the side and they were fairly decent, but nothing to brag about. You get more meat in your tacos at a local place known for its tacos. Come here for more than just tacos, get plates and soups.

I had to attend a health education class at the Carson Kaiser facility. So, the perfect way to prepare for that is to go have a great greasy lunch. I drove down and found this place, quite by accident. It was fate, however, that I would walk in. The restaurant itself isn't anything fabulous, but it was clean and the music wasn't blaring. (At least when I went in for lunch.) I heard a TV on somewhere, but I didn't see it, where I was seated. The menu is extensive and inexpensive. That is a great combination! Speaking of combinations, most of them were a perfect size, especially given the serving sizes of the food. Two types of salsa and chips are brought to your table. One salsa is a little sweeter, which some people really like and the other is the typical salsa that you get served in Mexican restaurants. The sweet one is better with something else, more on that later. The typical salsa has a great flavor but it isn't too hot. The first time I went, I got the chiles rellenos plate. They were perfect. The batter/egg mixture wasn't too thick or greasy. The chiles were perfectly roasted (maybe from a can? who cares?) and were stuffed with a white cheese. The two of them were smothered in a tomato-based sauce with celery and onion in it. Sometimes that kind of sauce can be overpowering, but here it was the perfect accent to the chiles and cheese. The beans. Well, those of you who follow my reviews know that is all i really care about at Mexican places. The rest of the food can be crap, as long as the beans are refried and tasty. These beans did not let me down. They did put a little cheese on top, which is fine. Some places put too much, but here, it was perfect. A good garnish on a pile of beany goodness. Had the place been empty, I might have licked the plate. I ordered the corn tortillas. They weren't too overcooked to the point of hardness nor were they undercooked and still hard. They were pliable and moist and tasted almost homemade. (Maybe they are, but I suspect they are from a tortilleria.) I came back the week after, before my 2nd class. I got the barbacoa this time. Success! It was tender and flavorful. Some places make it too greasy, but they did not. They bring you a boat of onions, cilantro and limes to add to your barbacoa. I dumped it all because I don't care if I have onion/cilantro breath when I leave. (Ok, I do care, but that is why God invented spearmint gum.) Again, had the place been empty, I would have tipped the plate to drink down the juices. I restrained myself. (this time) The sweeter table salsa (see, I told you I'd come back to it.) was a good complement to the barbacoa. Each of those meals was served with a simple salad. Lettuce, some carrot, a little red cabbage, some sliced radishes. I don't eat much salad dressing, so I added some lime juice, pepper and a spoon full of the salsa. Delicious. It is open 24 hours, always a plus. They were freshening up the paint when I was there, so it looks better than it did. The waitresses both times were attentive. The older one was sweet. She must have been quite the looker when she was younger. She still looks great!

FAMOUS PLACE SINCE LATE 1960's. 24 HOUR PLACE OF MEXICAN GOODNESS. This is not an Urban Legend - it is fact. It started as a hut across the street from its current location in the late 1960's and was one of the few places on PCH which would stay open until after the bars closed. The clientele had to stand to eat and there was virtually no parking around the little 200 square foot cement building. I recall many times when unable to stand up after a night of heavy drinking, we would hit the place for the cure of a big greasy burrito or a plateful of tacos. It was also a great place for when you got the "munchies" from an organic high. Things went well for years and the place moved across PCH where they are now. The restaurant has the waitresses in plunging peasant dress that are perfectly short and revealing. Most of the help have seriously exaggerated hour glass shapes. They are some of the most pleasant servers you will find - always polite and smiling. This is the Mexican equivalent of Hooters with lots of bouncy chi-chis and gyrating nalgas. No politically correct crap here, boys. The place is huge and does a big business of hosting banquets and take-out orders. The parking lot is big and there is parking on the street. The dining room and counter are immaculate. The bathrooms are well maintained. I wish all eating establishments around LA were living up to these cleanliness standards. THE FOOD: Caldos (soups) Sopa de Tortilla - authentic and a large bowl for little $$ - a real crowd pleaser Caldo de Siete Mares (7 seas chowder) - if it is found in the sea, it's in here. Great taste, huge bowl. Caldo de Jaiba (crab leg soup) for those who like to play with their food, this is delicious - one of my favorites. Menudo (tripe soup) - the King of Mexican soups. Please check out the picture posted and you will see that this is the real thing. Hangover cure when you put all the "fixin's" in that accompany the big bowl. If you have a hungover friend who cannot move out of the house, you can take a quart of this to him for $7.50 and it is cheaper than a visit to the Urgent Care Hospital for a remedy. Coctel de Camaron - Shrimp cocktail served in a giant frozen beer goblet with 20+ large scampi in a beautiful cocktail sauce. This is a meal. Make no quick movements after downing one of these. Served with a icy cold michelada or bloody Mary and you are done for the day. Tostada Guadalajara is a delicious salad that you might not finish, served in the largest flour tortilla shell in captivity. This could be a shared plate. Chile Verde is tender and flavorful - can be in a burrito or all by itself on a plate - yummy. Machaca is done the right way. Chewy and tasty with the right amount of crispy. Barbacoa (res) is superb. See the photo. This is narly stuff that has been cooking for a long time and is silky smokey goodness racing over your palate on the the way to your tummy. The beans are really done right. So many LA mexican restaurants eff-up beans it is embarassing. Refried or from the olla (pot) they got it right at the three little pigs. NOW FOR THE GRINGO SCORING ;-) Freshly made chips and salsa are fabulous. Yes, they have wet burritos that are giant. Yes, they have the typical combination plates. Margaritas are huge, made in any flavor and will put you on your ass. English is spoken.

My family comes here a lot. I'm addicted to the puerco con nopales. Their soups are great. The chile colorado is good, and their green sauce is good, too. I'm not such a fan of their carne asada. When the entrees come with soup or salad, one of the options is a little bean soup that is the very good--I actively crave it and have started cooking a pretty close rendition at home. Super nice staff.

Came here the other night for a midnight dinner. A friend of mine recommended this place and said it was 24 hours. We gave it a shot and I'm impressed. We tried a lot of different stuff - rellano, beef enchilada, tacos and cheese flan. The chips and salsa were excellent - they gave us 2 kinds of salsa. One was medium and one was hot, which I really liked both of them. Very good food, very good service. Definately, I'll be back.

I love this place. I just moved from New Mexico where its all about the red or green chile, world renowned, smothered on top of everything.....ok...different. lets not get this twisted. The chile here ROCKS! The green is good and the red is fantastic! The burrito norteno wet with green.....boooya! Loaded Carne asada fries....shizzzzzam! I could go on and on. Great service by some great looking women in short white skirts? What's not to love! Do yourself a favor and eat here. It's fantastic.

My word I cant believe how deceived I was. This place is absolutely no bueno!! I was with a group of ten we were out in the area and I have to tell you every single one of us with the exception of one did not like their food and I have to be honest the one person that like their food ordered seafood (if I recall correctly I saw some sort of Mariscos sign, so that what they could be know for.... but the rest! ). I'm sorry but with all of the Mexican food available I'm surprised this place is still open. its very run down looking and I wont knock hole in the walls because you can find some good eats. But this place is huge and just bad no other word to describe it but bad.

I work odd hours and I'm always in search of good restaurants that are open 24 hours and I found this gem! Sure, there are plenty of breakfast places, but few other places. I just moved to Torrance from Iowa. So I am not very familiar with some areas and I'm a little leery to go to some places at 2 AM. I was not uncomfortable here at all. The parking lot was well lit and on a busy road. The staff was very friendly and upbeat for this time of the morning. I had the Carne de Puerco. It was very tasty and the cubes of meat were fairly lean and juicy. The chips and salsa were fresh and served with two types of salsa. Overall, I really liked the place and I'm happy to have found a late night/early morning place to get some authentic Mexican food! Now if I could find a good Italian place...

Wow, I used to come here about 25 years ago and it was great. My boyfriend and I wanted an early morning Mexican breakfast so we left LBC and went to Tres Cochis. The waitress was RUDE! No smile, no coffee refill. She walked by, but would not stop at our table. Once she brought our food she never came back. My boyfriend is Hispanic, but speaks no Spanish and I am White. She seemed real friendly towards the Hispanic families, but not to us. There were only a few other people eating so she wasn't busy. First time I felt discriminated against. I was a waitress for 20 years, and I always tip generously, but we left nada. Food was ok, but we've had much better in our local restaurants. Oh well, we won't be back again.

Jeez, the food tasted as if they some inexperienced cook threw it together because someone ordered it: Camarones ala Diabla (or something like that) seriously tasted like the whole plate was just drenched with an obnoxious amount of ketchup and sickened me after a while. (The ONLY thing i liked was the fries) The chicken in the enchilladas my counter-part got was too chicken-y... It should have been marinated or soaked in some hot sauce because it was stringy and dry. We weren't pleased, it wasn't appetizing. If these were unusual dishes to purchase, I feel a warning could of been adequate.

Being Open 24hrs is at the very least one star worthy. The carnitas are not too shabby here. Tortilla soup is done well also. If it's catering your looking for they make a Six Foot Burrito that's sure to be a crowd pleaser if you can fit it into your car to get it home. Cervezas are served up ice cold to wash it all down too unless it's after hours in which case they serve up a decent cup of joe.

I used to work late nights and would come here for a bite to eat. A local told me he thinks the second floor of this place is either a whore house or a strip club but I've never seen any activities that would indicate such. I think it's just one of the local urban legends. Anyhow I digress. I've had the carne asada tacos and sopes here. The tacos are good and flavorful as far as the Mexican food fare is concerned. What impressed me however is the size of their sopes. Prior to this, I was used to eating King Taco sized sopes which are about the size of a person's hand. So I could down 3 of them without a problem when I was hungry. So I come in here and order three carne asada sopes. My first clue should have been when the waitress looked at me funny. When she showed up with my order holy crap! Each one took up an entire plate! I had to call a few buddies over to help eat them. They were pretty good and definitely filling. Three pigs is a good place to go, especially late at night for cheap good mexican eats.

The food is authentic, soulful, big portions, and delicious. The environment is 100% local and completely packed with only Latinos. No yelp hipsters. The food is better than Los compadres. Try the green sauce on a wet burrito. Love it!

Food was tasty and pretty reasonably priced. Being open 24 hours is a big plus! Great for a late night meal after a few drinks. Service was good not great, but better than what I'd be at 3am. Will definitely be back!

OMG if you have not been to this place you need to get there, the food is Amazing. I have since moved to the OC, but still have family in that area and when I go to visit I stop in at Los Tres to eat, its a must do, I leave in a food coma (yum Yum). I am very picky when it comes to Mexican food and this is one place that has food that is excellent. When my gma passed away, I went straight to Los Tres for the food and they did a bang up job, servers and all. The special attention they gave to all of my friends and relatives that came was Professional and polite. 2 thumbs up.

Great food, fantastic service and best hours in south bay! They will make healthy & delicious vegetarian tacos with beans instead of meat and the vegetarian sopes are my favorite!! I love this place!! :)

My wife and I had been here about 10 years ago and almost walked out because the service was terrible. We went back a couple of days ago because we were in the area and decided to give it another try. Am I glad we did! My wife had the machaca which she enjoyed, except that it had too much sauce on the meat but other than that it was good. I had the tacos dorados with carne desembrada. Now normally these tacos ordered at other places will drip some oil from the drip frying, quite a bit actually, depending where you go. But these were excellent, with two to three drops. The meat was flavorful and I don't know where they get these tortillas for the shells from or what they're fried in but these shells tasted awesome. The beers were cold and we received a super-chilled glass with every round. This time the service was good. Our waitress mentioned that she had been there over 30 years when we asked her if the ownership had changed. Nope, same owners. The place is bright and has a full bar. Open 24 hrs is a plus. We'll be back.

Just an update on Los Tres. First, they have a full bar now. Second, everything else remains the same. The waitresses still wear short pleated skirts, though some shouldn't, but overall this is a plus in my book. They have an extensive menu featuring seafood. They also have pozole, birria, menudo etc. Food is cheap and more than decent. I do like the two different salsas. I also recommend the nachos cochinitos if more than one of you is hungry. I often order it with chorizo as the meat. There is a jukebox often playing and TVs showing novelas or deportes. Los Tres is a great standby and an excellent option at 3 am. It is authentic.

Folks--I have a new late night burger joint. When you see the Los Tres Cochinitos neon sign advertising mexican food you don't think of burgers. Well guess what, they serve burgers AND fries. If you've been reading my reviews you know that I love burgers and fries. Oh man well screw getting my jumbo jack at Jack in the Box, I'm coming here instead! Why? I got a cheeseburger+ fries and it was less than my usual greasy Jack's + it was wayyy better. Real ingredients people, real meat, real lettuce, tomato and avocado!? What the heck! I loveee avocado!! Okay I'm hungry-- Point is--this place has variety and I love it.

I was gobsmacked to find this place was open at 2 am. After an abbreviated stay at my cousins wedding reception in Van Nuys, I was just looking of a Jack n the Crack close to his place. But I found this place. Manna from somewhere. I had the camarones flores which is friend shrimp wrapped in bacon. Yeah, I know. Save it. Scrumptious, just like the michelada (authentic) I had it with. My big legged mini skirted waitress forgot my extra side of chips with guacamole but overall, a comforting experience.

haven't been to this place in a while....food is alright. I call this place a "Mexican Norms" because it's open 24 hours.

Another good post-LAX-arrival eats. I had to have some Mexican after being in Hawaii for a week. Friend TM took me here since it's open 24/7. The place is big with booths all around and tables in the middle. The wait staff there wear these cute little uniforms that would look cuter on servers maybe 20 years younger, but they were way nice, so who cares. There's a jukebox full of music that I would've been able to understand had I cared to retain any of my four years of high school Spanish. We sat down and I got the taco and tamal plate for like $8.95 or something. And TM got the enchilada and sopa. Both came with rice and beans and it was really good. We got a small side of guacamole and holy moly, it was good. They bring out chips and salsa for you and ask you if you want refills. Chips are hot, too. Good stuff and a good filling station at 1:30 am that won't break the bank. Way better option than In N Out, Del Taco, or Jack in the Box. It's nice because you can sit down and enjoy a good meal with good service. For you alcoholics out there, they have drinks for cheap. Although, since I don't drink, I don't know what cheap is, i.e. beer is $3. You gotta love LA for the Mexican food. It's like nowhere else. Well, I guess except for in Mexico.

If you ever find yourself in Wilmington for no apparent reason and you are hungry this is the place. It is cheap, cheap cheap, and the food is good good good. There are soooo many pluses I don't even know where to start. Plus # 1. It is open 24 hours a day people.....so if you are hungry at 2am and Jack in the Box is not your friend the 3 lil pigs will hook you up! Plus # 2. I usually dine in Hollywood, Pasadena, downtown LA so I'm used to paying $12 to $15 for a Tasty Beverage...Try $4 for a margarita.......and the Cadillac was $6. Plus # 3. We had chips and salsa and Guacamole for an appetizer and I had the soup and tostada mixta and my favorite man had a enchilada combo and a Margarita.......$25.. Plus # 4. Good service...Nice waitress..Quick, attentive and friendly. She rocked it out. So remember...Los Tres Cochinitos in Wilmas is good for the belly, good for the wallet and good for the soul.....Check it out Ey...

Tonight we stopped about 9pm and the lot was full. Restaurant packed. It was grad night and more important it was a Tres Cochinitas graduation celebration. Let me tell you that with a packed out house the service did not miss a beat. In fact Abuela Guera, long-time friend of owner, took time from her family sit down celebration to make sure the dining experience was stellar...not just for her family but for all the restaurant guests. Making a point to ask if there was anything else we wanted, because "you're family too". And this is just the vibe you get when stopping by this little spot. It's not trendy yet. Okay, so we waited to see how things would turn out by the end of the meal, as the restautant was packed! And yes there was an issue with an overcharge, but hey, we went through the changing of three servers (we came as shifts changed and extra help was available during grad party). But the end result is that the issue was resolved. Happy, happy. honestly, weave been to so many restaurants with large groups, and the service was no where near how well we were treated. Don't think many yelper's are out here yet. So be the forerunners on a late night and make this a regular spot. Gotta says the shrimp fajitas are sizzling and off the hook. Big juicy, butterflied. mmm...Salsas are so spicy, smoky.

Very good place to get Mexican food. They have a large menu with a lot of items. I usually get the carnitas wet burrito which is really good. I also recommend the Norteño burrito it's really. They serve beer and margaritas and the waitresses look nice. Check it out.

Shibby D.
The three little pigs is the place we go when we need something close to work with good food at nice prices. I usually get a plate of nachos with some kind of carne liberally spread across the top. The interior reminds me of an old cafe without the bar stool seats. Imagine a group of cheerleaders waitresses were trapped in a 50's diner that was taken over by a seedy Mexican bar. The only thing is, the food was great. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable and they are open 24 hrs a day.

Who can complain about a 24hr Mariscos joint? I sure as hell can't! This is one of my FAV spots when I'm in the area and looking for a good shrimp cocktail! The service here is always friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure!

I love that LTC is open 24 hours and I love the food. Usually after bars / clubs close and I don't mind driving down PCH to wilmington at 2 or 3am, I'll roll to the LTC. Yea, it's in Wilmington but I really haven't encountered any trouble down here, even late at night. I always get the ceviche de camarron and its always delicious, esp with tapatio generously applied as topping. They also have cheap margaritas that aren't weak ($4.50 as of last night). I've also tried their asada tacos and burritos and am definitely a fan. I was thinking about ordering sopes last night, but thought, that's a lot of dough for this late. I think the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5-stars is that it always seems to be hard to pay the bill - but the waiters are sometimes busy, or maybe not all that into it seeing as how it's like 3am. Also, expect it to be the most crowded at around 3am for obvious reasons. Update - I ate dinner here and the Carnitas burrito is also quite tasty

There's always been a soft spot in my heart for Hole Mole, if only because the crowd is eccentric and the fish tacos are singularly the best thing in California. The problem is that it closes at two am, in some cases 12. Where, might you ask, can a young hipster indulging his craving for salt and greasy pork grinds at four o'clock in the morning, thereby sobbing up the suds of his Pabst binge? Why, Los Tres Cochinitos, of course. I really don't want to spoil this place by opening it up to the legions of hipsters, but holy mother this is good. For one, they serve drinks until two am, incredibly cheap ones, as well as some fluorescent tequila concoctions. Plus the waitresses wear mini-skirts of the sort you would expect to see Barry Manilow crooning behind. They even have a pie rack. Now, were that not enough, the juke box is more or less permanently left on Elvis Crespo, and the characters that come in here--factory types, truckers, Mexican laborers, prostitutes, police--are about twenty times more interesting that anything you will ever see in that decked out faux juke-joint of a place that is Red Room. In terms of culinary creations, might I recommend the tripe, or the pork spine grazed over a bed of intestines. Were that not your thing, how about the 28 shrimp for 21$? Would you like to get luxurious? How about the mussels or steamed clams? If there is an animal floating in the South Bay, this place will serve it, and for a very reasonable price. Of course, burritos are three to five dollars for the vegetarian, a little more for the meat, but if you're looking for a culinary experience, might I recommend the lobster? Parking is plentiful, and provided you don't get stabbed, you'll have a delectable experience. There are even strip clubs across the way and a post-apocalyptic view of the sunset, shrouded in lift-cranes. This place is gorgeous.

Southbay Mexican restaurant off the 110 scores high in several key categories. First and foremost, the food is not only delic, but absolutely authentic! The chicken with mole served with Mexican rice tastes like it was prepared by a talented abuelita preparing supper for the fam! The table salsa is picant yet slightly sweet, and the tortilla chips are freshly made. If you're very hungry or simply have a need to satisfy your gluttonous tendencies, go for their piping hot carnitas burrito; almost as big as an "umpa-lumpa", this one is especially good as a preemptive attempt against that inevitable hang-over. Juke box with lots of Mexican standards, friendly overly-make-upped waitresses and yes, open 24/7. --Live is too short to eat bad food. AD

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I'll be going to Diana's from now on.

great place to get lunch and relax
(5)Bridgette L.
(5)Debi A.
(3)Nancy H.
Great food and great price ... And friendly environment A+ I would recommend here .. ..I usually don't go to Mexican restaurants because it gets my stomach upset but this place is so great n I start going more
(5)Tom-Tom P.
Great local place to the gfs house. Quality fajitas with great prices and the alcohol is on point. Love these margaritas and to think I have been coming around the area for 2 1/2 years and never tried this place until two months ago!
(5)Elizabeth Q.
I'll give it 4 stars because the food is really good, menudo taste as good as Mexico, they have birria, pozole, cocido, desayunos, enchiladas, great ambience, but the waitresses aren't happy!... They served alcohol and take credit cards
(4)Gerson M.
Very nice place..... Been here 3 times already and tried different plates, love the tostadas mixtas and their costillas en salsa ummmmmm yummy yummy.... And the best of all is that you can go anytime because they're open 24 hours.
(5)Carlos F.
(1)Mike M.
An old Wilmas mafioso front. That's the only way this place has stayed open all these years. Food is okay. Best for micheladas and chips and salsa late night.
(3)Jazz A.
(4)Angel C.
Best Mexican food I've had in awhile, burritos are bomb and having a modelo makes 10 times better
(5)Diana K.
Love love love their posole, yumm! Cool hangout spot for my friends and I too. They are open 24 hours which is awesome, service is friendly :)
(5)Christopher A.
(2)Rick U.
(1)Glenn D.
Never again will I come here ...... I dont believe any restaurant should charge you a tip..... I can see if there was a large party BUT when it was just my family of 5 and they made sure they put a 15% tip charge on my bill...... The waitress was horrible and do not deserve anything !
(1)Alex F.
Would not go back. Some friends of mine stopped by by to get some seafood and we disappointed by the quality of the food. Yes it's cheap but should be even cheaper for how sloppy the plate looks and for serving food that tastes like left overs.
(1)Alexandria R.
(5)Christina J.
Thank you for being open so early and serving pozole all day every day! The food was so good I can't wait to come back
(5)Mark P.
(4)Mary H.
(4)Joseph G.
Stopped here for some chicken enchiladas and was not disappointed. Good food, good service, and decent price. Only negative was they started playing ranchero music as I was getting ready to leave. No bueno.
(3)Laura S.
Best mexican restaurant that I've found in my area, plus it's 24/7! Parking can be packed at times, but it's worth it
(4)Joe K.
(2)CrapulentMoose ..
(4)Angelina B.
(4)Chasity S.
This place is so bomb, they are open 24/7 and have the best chile verde carne asada fries I've ever had . . .puts taco Sinaloa carne fries to Shame (rest in peace) and most of all I've always had great service when going there
(5)Brandy D.
(4)Joe H.
(4)Seth T.
This place is a great late night Mexi restaurant! All 7 of the dishes I've had here are far more than just good. They hadn't great Mexi food 24/7 in a conveniently located place.
(4)Melissa M.
Came here for the first time in a looking time and the employees were very friendly. I was very happy with the service ! We walked in and felt welcomed the food and drinks were very good had the ceviche and a michelada . My boyfriend had the shrimp cocktail and finished it right up! We will be coming back very soon to try everything else that looked good on the menu
(5)Carolyn B.
(1)Jess S.
Enjoy
(5)Fran D.
(5)Ray T.
Food is average. Had the chile verde fries with asada which was ok. Asada seemed a little tough. Also had the barbacoa burrito which was kind of bland. I had to add a lot of salsa to it to get some flavor. Might have given less stars but the wife said she liked her shrimp cocktail.
(3)Joseph T.
(2)Agustin R.
Had the carne Asada nachos terrible choice. There was more hard nerve endings then meat. I don't usually judge a restaurant for one bad experience. But I was disappointed and chose never to come again
(1)Adrian G.
My girlfriend took me here i was really hungry so I ordered a big ass burrito it was really good! The food here is really good.
(5)Erika E.
I love coming to "Los Tres" the service is great. I love the food and I love the atmosphere. It is a nice family restaurant. Good for dining with the family, but also a good place for a late night meal or drink.
(5)Lucy R.

Service was great and so is the atmosphere but after eating there last night I'm now in the emergency room with food poisoning. Definitely won't be going back

Friendly staff and great food. Camarones cochinos and a liter of mangorita is the best.
(5)Mad M.
Los Tres Cochinitos has the best food, cool people/employees/management, good service, nice atmosphere.. best Mexican restaurant in the Harbor area!!!
(5)Omar R.

Pretty decent food and the drinks are good tequila! I get the cheese enchiladas and my boyfriend gets puerco con nopales yumm

This is the best Mexican restaurant in the south bay!
(5)Kim B.
(1)Angela L.
Love the huge bowl of Menudo they have to offer and the tortillas that come with it.

(1)George M.
(1)Frank D.
(4)Ken D.
(3)P N.
The food is authentic, soulful, big portions, and delicious. The environment is 100% local and completely packed with only Latinos. No yelp hipsters. The food is better than Los compadres. Try the green sauce on a wet burrito. Love it!

Super clean Great servers Food good
(3)Kory B.
Food was tasty and pretty reasonably priced. Being open 24 hours is a big plus! Great for a late night meal after a few drinks. Service was good not great, but better than what I'd be at 3am. Will definitely be back!
(4)Johnson L.
(5)Chel L.
Great food, fantastic service and best hours in south bay! They will make healthy & delicious vegetarian tacos with beans instead of meat and the vegetarian sopes are my favorite!! I love this place!! :)
(5)Albert M.
(4)Joseph C.
(4)Soleil D.
(4)Jim Z.
(3)The V.
haven't been to this place in a while....food is alright. I call this place a "Mexican Norms" because it's open 24 hours.
(3)Ming-Jou C.
(5)Arlene S.

(5)Jesus H.
Very good place to get Mexican food. They have a large menu with a lot of items. I usually get the carnitas wet burrito which is really good. I also recommend the Norteño burrito it's really. They serve beer and margaritas and the waitresses look nice. Check it out.
(4)Shibby D.
(3)Virginia K.

(4)J B.
(5)Alex D.
AD
